Batman: Arkham Knight closes out Rocksteady’s trilogy in a big way. It’s the most epic entry in the series to date in terms of sheer scope for the world and the story it’s telling.

An uncompromising, visionary conclusion to Rocksteady's Arkham trilogy, Batman: Arkham Knight is the world's greatest detective in the world's greatest superhero game.

The core gameplay of Arkham Knight is nearly flawless, and most players won't even notice my problems with story or dialogue.

Batman: Arkham Knight has been billed as the most complete Batman video game experience in existence, and it lives up to that billing in spades.

So obviously there were a few things that I didn't like about Arkham Knight and some things that I wished were done better, but overall I did enjoy my time with the game.

Batman: Arkham Knight is a very good game, held back from greatness by some odd design decisions.

The results are imperfect, resulting in an Arkham game that's not as good as its predecessors. But it's still plenty of fun...It's absolutely worth making this trip to Gotham. You'll just wish you could do it without the car.

The narrative and story are absolutely well done . Lastly the Batmobile addition , I disagree with all the negative responses to this , although controlling it might feel awckward at some areas , I still believe this was a great addition to provide the fans with something different than the previous insallments offered . The story is full of suspense with countless twists which make it equal in quality with city's. I was concerned that as everyone keeps saying the bat mobile is overused. Completely false. It's an absolute joy to take control of! I found myself feeling sad near the end of the game where there were few Arkham knight drones to destroy. Graphics are indeed remarkable but I'm not rating the game because of this. I'm urging you as a fan of the Arkham series that this game is sensational. The story, gameplay (including the batmobile), the voice acting and the features if this game are unparalleled. Rocksteady, you deserve all the credit you can get. You've done wonders with this batman Arkham series. Listening to negative reviews is important, but not in this instance. There's nothing to complain about. Can't wait for the next game rocksteady starts working on! Expand

If you loved the other ones as I did, then you'll love this one as well. If you're looking for something brand new and different from the other ones, than you'll be disappointed. This is everything that I wanted in the game and more! Also, DLC is NOT how I would describe this game since there are none out there except for the preorder stuff. Expand

So, the finale of Rocksteady's Arkham trilogy arrived (with a slow whimper on PC) and well, it is bombastic to say the least. Is it goodSo, the finale of Rocksteady's Arkham trilogy arrived (with a slow whimper on PC) and well, it is bombastic to say the least. Is it good though?
Firstly, the game's story, about Scarecrow's plan to take down Gotham and Batman, is very good. The game's story has enough substance and psychological themes to provide a interesting story, whilst having the massive explosions, cameos off the Batman universe. This is provided through good voice acting with Conroy and Noble having good performances. What prevents this story from really becoming great is two things. First, the story is too linear, and could be better with branching paths. Second, the story sometimes depend on the Batmobile too much. Now, the Batmobile is fantastic, controls in both modes fantastic and being very fun, but has too much to do with the main story.
However, this game shines (ironically enough) through the creation of a dark, gritty City in Gotham. The game's visuals and sound design really help to portray Batman's City as a worn city, taken apart by crime, rioting and anarchism. Gliding over the city shows a great size for the city, with chatter about kids and supercriminals being heard by Batman. The characters add to this, as they are a number of interesting side characters, such as the helpful Nightwing, Robin and Catwoman to the villainous Riddler, Arkham Knight and these characters are involved in a huge number of side missions that make the City feel like a place where characters are existing and actively doing things. These increase the longevity within this sprawling city. AR Challenges add to this, even if they aren't entirely fun due to their separation from the main game.
The big thing about this game is the combat. The Arkham games have always nailed the balance and once again, combat is very fun here. With even more gadgets and abilities to unlock, the combat is even deeper with more variation and higher hit scores whilst maintaining difficulty with varying enemies. Whilst it's hard to remember all these moves, it's still a great joy to kick ass as the caped crusader in fast paced, free flowing, hard hitting combat.
So, The Arkham trilogy has gone out with a great bang. This series has shown the potential in using licenses to great effect and sets the standard for licensed games. That is one of the many things we can thank this franchise for, and in particular, this last game for.

    Nota final: 8.5

I have played every game in the series I cannot say the addition of the batmobile was a homerun because it does become over used after a while. I wish they would have added all of the vehicles into this game and made it more expansive. The dlc content is worth a look at. The story delivers at times but I feel was the weakest point. The graphics are very good along with the sound. The gameplay and controls are easy to handle and this game at times provides a decent challenge. This game is not a must have but it does have a decent replay value with the additional skins and other content offered. I would rate this game a 7.5 its not a bust but a decent addition to the series.
