    Weaker than the Halo games preceding it, but still a MUST HAVE. Better than Halo 4. This game got some in the Halo community to be turned off while others had mixed feelings. Regardless, get this game. At its core, it's still Halo, and will be alongside the others, with the exception of Halo 4.

    THIS IS MY FAVOURITE HALO GAME OF THEM ALL. The story is a prequel to Halo 1,2 and 3 based around a squad of Spartans. You are Nobel six the newest recruit and you must help your squad kill some aliens.
    Along the way you will lose people and they have very emotional deaths.

    Halo: Reach is one of the best games I ever played. I'm sad, sad that the multiplayer fell to hackers, aimbotts,etc. It had it's glory days, and I will forever remember it the way it was, and not is. The story mode I played literally 50 times plus. I played thousands of multiplayer matches, and hundreds of some of the best custom games. I love this game so much, and you too should buy thisHalo: Reach is one of the best games I ever played.     Halo: Reach is a prequel to the Halo series and a farewell from Bungie. Bungie sends off the Halo series with improved graphics, more customability than eve and the firefight mode, witch was added from Halo 3: ODST. The multiplayer is improved once again with a huge stockpile of gamemodes and maps to play. Halo: Reach is by far, the best Halo game. You play as the newest member nobel 6 who is just there to repracent you since you can choose the gender and customize and it apperes in the campaign nobel six is pretty much your sparten.The reason i like the campaign is that the missions are just fun there is even a space ship battle which was just amazing.The armour locks are fun to use with my favorite being the jet pack.Then the mutiplayer which is sooooooooooooooooooooooo much fun co op campaign is awesome playing through this fun campaign with friends is just fun. The mutiplayer games like team death match and others arejust again fun.Firefight introduced in odst is back with some new maps and this alon is worth a purchase its the best mode in the game for me.If you own a 360 and don't own this game BUY IT its just incredebly fun and for halo fan its just bungies way of saying goodbye to halo and a giant thanks to the fans.Whilie the framerate drop and the qestionable ai I give it a 10 out of 10… Expand

    The game Halo: Reach never gets old. It's seriously still a great game to play with a decent population slowly greater than Halo 4's, thus making it the most active Halo game still to date. It's a touchy and tragic story but that makes the story more suspenseful and exciting to play. The multiplayer is great to play. Some of the most favourite able game modes are Team Slayer, SWAT, LivingThe game Halo: Reach never gets old. And in my opinion beats any storylines or gameplay that Call Of Duty has.

    Halo is a successful franchise, but every franchise has it's bad games, and it's awesome games, Halo reach is an awesome game, the soundtrack is one of the best i ever heard, has good graphics and light effects, a good story and an excellent playability.
    the AI is good in the enemies, ally NPCs are dumb like always.

    Outstanding game, with tons to do on multiplayer on all those gamemodes, great campaign, and forge especially. I spent hundreds of hours playing this game and it was hours well spent. It's pretty cheap today so if you don't have it... Get it.

    This is the most unbeleiveably brilliant game I have ever played. The Campaign is so good you could seriously make a movie from it. The ending is the best ending I HAVE EVER SEEN and this is the best fps ever!!

Definitely, the funnest aspect of this game is the firefight mode where you kill wave after wave of the covenant (especially fun with friends). In this game you get a full fledged campaign with a great story and tons of action to sink your teeth into, a horde mode labeled as firefight where you can customize a battle against AI enemys in waves rounds and sets, a multiplayer that I feel isHalo reach is bungie's last halo game, and I'm here to tell you it was a damn good last run, and without a doubt my favorite of the halo titles.     This game is great. The ability to create and be your own spartan is one of the best things to happen to the franchise. Campaign wise, the game has an amazing story and great graphics for its time on the 360. One of my favorite games of all time. The multiplayer as well was amazing, especially the living dead mode. Well made, and fun to play. Remember Reach.

I miss this game really bad and hope that they remaster it at some point as I was really disappointed it was skipped over during the Master Chiefs collection.     If you gave this game negative reviews you have no idea what makes competitive matchmaking multiplayer good in an FPS. This is the epitome of first person shooters. I hold this game to a higher standard than Halo II and my personal favorite CoD title Word at War.

It has great split screen multiplayer, something Halo 5 doesn't offer, and the amount of unlocks you can obtain over the course of playing will keep you coming back.     Halo: Reach is in my opinon the single greatest fps game of all time. This is coming from a guy who has spent many hours in multiplayer and singleplayer in every halo game to date. I find myself coming back to this game all the time even setting up my old 360 just to play it. My personal favourite game. It'll still be worth buying in 50 years. (Unless they remaster it, get that instead.)

    This game was amazing. It had no Master Chief, but that didn't matter one bit. This game's campaign revolves so heavily about sacrifice. The story is amazing, and sad as well. It was my first Halo game, and made me fall in love with the franchise. The multiplayer was also pretty amazing as well. Bungie went out with a bang. If only they could make Destiny as good as a game like this.....

    Comparing to Halo 5 and MCC this game is still the best in series. Everything there is so great. Story in Reach is only one I am really interested about and I love how dark and emotional it is. Another amazing thing is how you can customize your spartan and play a campaign with that nice armour and feeling that it is you.     The campaign was brilliant, the story telling and the voice acting was spot on. Now this is how Halo CE began. I noticed some slowdowns in the cut-scenes but the story overshadow that small issue. Amazing game.

The campaign is the best in the halo series because of its camera work not perfect characters, but the best they could have done, great game play and sandbox tools and a (mostly) silent character who you actually get to care about when they end the game and his life. Nova team might not be the best characters but everybody can admit they felt sad when they are killed off. The multi player will not be liked by all (armor lock) but can be enjoyed even if you are not a halo fan. The weapons are all fun and unique but the first time i used the DMR i was surprised it was in a halo game. the art style was slightly altered but it was a prequel so you can forgive them for that. This game has armor customization but praise Bunjie for you had to do well to progress to get theses items instead of having to use loot boxes (the definition of EA right now) like in halo 5.… Expand

    Truly the best Halo Bungie ever made w/ Halo 3 ODST, in my opinion the feels this game delivered to me will ever stay in my mind, this should have been the turn Halo saga should've taken instead of The reclaimer trilogy

    This is probably the Halo game I've played the most in my life. Excellent singleplayer and multiplayer. Hell, excellent everything. Bungie really did go out with a bang.

The open world feel of Halo: Reach is executed appropriately, with all the wildlife and big maps, but it can result confusing, especially to those who have never played through a Halo game.

    This game shaped many people's description of what Halo is. For me, this game leaves nothing but good memories. Yes, the campaign could've been longer and gone more into detail about Noble Team, but this not mean the games story is garbage. Excellent storytelling like what we have come to expect from Bungie, and the game truly deserves the 9/10 rating most websites give it.

The first mission is nothing special, it does a good job explaining the mechanics and controls of the game. As the game goes on it gets better and better, I really started loving this game halfway during the game. The characters are all well-written and distinctive. After Jorge dies and you see Noble-6 even lonelier than before you start understanding him more as a character. The game play is much different than other modern shooters. It is much more open than COD and other shooters which gives the campaign more replayability. My favorite mission was Lonewolf. The multiplayer was pretty good compared to other Halos but not better than 2 or 3. The multiplayer introduces sprint, and spartan abilities, i did not mind sprint and I thought that the spartan abilities were pretty fun and made the gameplay more varied.… Expand

Not all Spartans are almost invisible as the Master Chief. NOBLE Team's death was ironic. Because why? First, Jorge who loved Reach died when sacrificed himself to destroy a Covenant ship but died in Space instead on Reach, Kat the brain of the team got shot through the brain, Carter the Captain (Commander) of the team goes down with the ship, Emile who loves getting Covenant kills gets stabbed but takes the killer along with him. Noble Six, the lone wolf died fighting alone. But Jun the sniper, on the other hand, decided to take distance and survived. Overall, it was basically Rogue one but better. Noble six who is you, the player, played a major role who helped Cortana and the Chief escape Reach which led to the story from Halo 1-3 we love today. I understand those who hate Reach had readed the Fall of Reach novel since it didn't really tied with the novel. Some had critics that many characters died. But they are such a noobies who doesn't know story telling. Noble six was the protagonist for this game but wasn't THE main protagonist of the franchise.… Expand

    Genuinely one of the most incredible games of all time. The campaign is one of the best FPS campaigns ever with a great sandbox, range of enemies but also the most diverse collection of missions. Each mission is completely unique and utilises differently parts of the sandbox perfectly making every mission enjoyable. The overall story is 10/10 and adds a lot to the halo lore in a completely unique and unexpected way, the final mission "lone wolf" diverts the stereotypes of usual campaign endings in a great way and conveys the ongoing feel of hopelessness portrayed throughout the entire game.
    As for the Multiplayer, armor abilities make it slightly worse than 3's imo, as they are annoying and dont mix well as sprint is one for some reason. However the sandbox is arguably the best and BTB is incredible as well as infected. Standard slayer is ok but there is no reason not to use the DMR as it even outguns the AR at close range. The main problem is the bloom on guns like the DMR which makes shooting enemies painful at times.
    Forge is the best in the franchise apart from 5 and gives you a huge world to explore and build on, plenty of objects and custom games to create which is why Reach has such an incredible range of customs.
    Firefight is good, im personally not the biggest fan of firefight in general but it is enjoyable although too easy at times but there are plenty of options to change to adjust the difficulty and the maps are great although ripped straight from the campaign most of the time.    … Expand

    This game is easily my favorite Halo game and also one of my favorite games of all time. It mastered the Halo formula and Bungie couldn't have done better work. The gameplay is the best in the series, the graphics are still beautiful and story is masterfully done. There's just no flaw in Halo: Reach. Bungie made a masterfully executed swan song to the franchise that put them to the map.

    Long time fan of the halo franchise and this game, while starkly different from it's predecessors, stands tall with the rest of them. Gameplay, story, dialog, and mechanics are all completely solid. I've been playing this game since release and it's hands down one of my top 5 games. If you haven't played it yet, give it a runthrough. 10/10 would recommend

Where they're super soldier but actually instead of being a big invincible green man. You're actually vulnerable. Also it shows how desperate and depressing the war was to humans constantly losing. The Spartans/noble team died of just as a random grunts. Not much of a heroic deaths. (well dying in the battle field for humanity I'll say it's heroic.) And you have someone to rely on your team. Unlike the big green man you have someone to protect you too. You're not a invincible guy the savior that needs to protect the whole humanity. Conclusion great.… Expand

    Mis respetos a este gran Halo, me pasé HORAS ENTERAS jugándolo y sacando logros, fortalecí amistades con este gran juego, sencillamente lo mejor.

    Halo: Reach is not a breakthrough, yet it's a clear showcase of Bungie's creative growth. The game is hardly a "must buy" – its single-player campaign is way too short and uneven in quality, while multiplayer has very little room for expansion besides map packs and useless character decorations. But with that said, Reach is worthy of your attention for a couple of evenings.
