Nov 10, 2011I'm your classic COD Hater. i really don't like Military FPS i think that a Video Game is meant to give you a sense of fantasy and Military Shooters don't do that for me but MW 3 has managed to grasp me in a way other military shooting titles haven't. I've played BF 3 and Medal of Honor as well as resistance but MW 3 really did Military FPS a great justice and I'll recommend it to anyone.

Nov 10, 2011This game is just a glorified expansion pack of mw2. Everything feels the same, all they did was change the guns and add some customization features that do not impact gameplay significantly. Even with support killstreaks, the game still promotes camping with the standard killstreaks which are more powerful. Haven't tried the new spec ops yet but this game is supposed to be about the MP.

Nov 10, 2011This game is absolutely terrible, if you're looking for a good shooter, I recommend Battlefield 3. Lots of little fanboys and infants that are in love with the series will cushion the score by voting 10/10, but in reality, the game deserves a 2.5/10 at best.

Nov 10, 2011They should have done better when they knew they will be facing challenges from BF3, and yet they simply made a game that's extremely similar to their previous title and ask people to buy it? Now even ask user to give them higher rating? Shame on them!

Nov 10, 2011Another year, another Call of Duty. This year brings about Modern Warfare 3 the sequel to 2009's Modern Warfare 2. Overall the game play is very similar to other incarnations of the Call of Duty series. This incarnation comes with the standard tweaks to multiplayer that you would expect. Yes, this is more of the same but it's still a fun experience.

Nov 10, 2011Terrible game, I feel ripped off. Might as well just call it modern warfare 2 with new, cagey maps. Completely lacks any strategic emphasis. Its a reflex race. Im going back to BF3

Nov 10, 2011same as my pc review and now they are asking fans to make their score higher so that makes me mark my score even lower becasue of that. I think it's crap that they keep making the same game over and over just like starwars.

Nov 10, 2011Worst Call of Duty game to date. It is almost like they repainted MW2 and then dangled a couple of wrinkled carrots in front of our noises that were supposed to be improvements. Overall very disappointed,

Nov 10, 2011In two words? -Completely rubbish. Nothing to see here folks. Save your money for something that didn't take 45 mins to develop. If you want to experience the multi-player pick up MW1,MW2, CoD;WaW or Black op's second hand, they're all the same really.

Nov 10, 2011It's awesome I suppose! I don't really want to right a review, because I'm awesome. But the game is alright. It has theatre mode (which is awesome) and two bolt action sniper rifles and some new modes and game types. It's actually a really good game.

Nov 10, 2011I turned the game on a new TV, the graphics in modern warfare 2 is not comparable to modern warfare third Something wonderful. Multiplayer maps are flattering in every detail. Now I know what he meant mw3 author, speaking of the graphics engine, similar to Porsche. I recommend to all

Nov 10, 2011If you have played MW, or MW2, then you don't need this game. It is the same game with a few different textures. Picture it as an expansion pack to MW2, at full retail price.
-
Nov 10, 2011Try and play free for all. With dying no longer being an issue in getting your killstreak rewards, the radar is constantly red with enemy stuff. And since all the maps are ridiculously small, there is nowhere you're safe for even 3 seconds. Literally.
-
Nov 10, 2011Call of Duty is merely a dumbed-down experience for a dumb, casual audience. I don't find it surprising that this series sells more in the states. Where it appeals to the majority of teenagers who are under the dilusion that shooters are the best games evar. Lol
-
Nov 10, 2011It's just a rehash of MW2. The only difference in the gameplay is the guns. The campaign is alright, but I wouldn't buy FPS game just for the campaign. If you have the desire to play an original game, don't get MW3.

Jan 11, 2012Ultimately, Modern Warfare 3 feels similar to it's brethren, but that doesn't mean it isn't a great game. The single player element is still exciting, and multiplayer has more options than ever – if you're a fan of Call of Duty, Modern Warfare 3 is a no brainer.
-
Dec 28, 2011Modern Warfare 3, while still an excellent thrill ride in its own right, feels far too similar to MW2 or even Black Ops for my taste.
-
Dec 12, 2011I never expected Modern Warfare 3 to go toe-to-toe with EA's juggernaut this year, but it came out of the gates with a tour de force campaign and co-op mode. It loses points with a perhaps too-familiar multiplayer that caters to the juvenile on Xbox Live; though don't be mistaken, Modern Warfare 3 is one hell of a shooter and a highlight for a series that just won't die – no matter how much we wish it bloody would, at times.
