    This is a very good strategy game. I could have some improvements such a as: leaner story mode (sometimes you get lost in the maps), a online mode, a better co-ops mode.

    This was my second Switch game and I'm happy I bought it, I was on the fence on whether or not to buy it because I've never been into tactical games but I don't regret it at all, I even think this game was my gateway to getting into the Fire Emblem franchise as well.     I bought this for my kids—heavily discounted on the eShop—and it had me hooked in minutes. SO MUCH FUN. I thought I wasn't a fan of turn-based games, but this comprehensively proved the opposite. Good replayability, too, as you attempt to ace previous battles with a "Perfect".

    I am not a big fan of turned based games, but seeing characters move around to cover and a slightly goofy spin peaked my interest.
    I gave it a go, and played a few maps. After awhile I was slowly getting hooked in without realising. Then all of a sudden it hits me, "I am dedicating waaaay too much on rabbids". You know why? Because this is a thinking    This game totally surprised me...

    I gave it a go, and played a few maps. After awhile I was slowly getting hooked in without realising. Then all of a sudden it hits me, "I am dedicating waaaay too much on rabbids". You know why? Because this is a thinking game and its done super well.
    Don't let the rabbids discourage you. They are sprinked in to keep it light hearted not moronic nonsense. It is more like 3/4 Mario if that give a rough idea.
    The music is world class and probably the 3rd best OST I've played on Switch so far.
    Difficulty curve is steady and fair. I enjoyed the skill tree and item upgrades to add depth to the gameplay. Choosing the right characters in later stages is important and gets you really planning your battles, choose wisely.
    The game is a good lenth, anylonger it would of been tedious. The game was good enough that I actually bought the DLC and had a great time with that also, shame you can't choose a team on the DLC.
    Some issues I had:
    I feel the game is a little buggy at times,especially when on an action shot angle
    The AI seem kinda predicable
    When backtracking to collect prizes the fast travel points did not match the campaign battle arenas and can be disorientating to know where you were at times    … Expand

    Nintendo/Ubisoft meets X-Com. Sounds weird but delivers an amazing game. Truly an enjoyable and amazing fun game for all of us who love turn based RPGs.

    A Rabbids game shouldn't be this good. Mario + Rabbids is a delightful turn-based tactics game similar to X-Com. Each charecter feels unique and is very customizable - crafting the perfect team isn't as easy as it may appear! The levels are esceptionally crafted and, although I haven't played it, there is pretty good DLC as well. I usually reserve 9s and 10s for the GOATs, and I feel thisA Rabbids game shouldn't be this good. Mario + Rabbids is a delightful turn-based tactics game similar to X-Com.     Surprise of the year. +100 hours playing with the Donkey along DLC that extends the story. Super intelligent puzzles, entertaining story and really awesome characters and game dynamics. When is going to be released part 2???

    Davide Soliani and his team spend so much love in this game, that I recommend it every fan of tactic games. It is surprisingly deep and I played countless hours of it to complete the game + DLC by 100%. Best video game collaboration in history.

    I bought this game on sale and, I must say, I didn't regret it. Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle is a very engaging game. It's a turn-based strategy game with very colorful and interesting overworlds, collectibles, chests, secret levels, rewarding challenges and DLCs to keep you coming back for more.
    It's a very good game to add to your library, whether you like turn-based strategy games,    I bought this game on sale and, I must say, I didn't regret it.     A pleasant surprise, relaxing, fun, smooth graphics and mechanics. A challenge, but not something that kills your nerves! I totally recommend waiting for a sale to get this, though.

    The surprise for me of nintendo switch. It had been a long time since I was playing a game during the day. Fun and addictive like few others with very challenging final levels. Diversity and unique characteristics in each playable character and enemies. Essential.

You move your characters somewhere safe to fire your gun. In this game, there is cover. Half blocks have a fifty percent chance of protecting you from enemy fire. There is a shop in this game, where you can get new weapons and abilities. Abilities can be upgraded with power orbs, which'll make your character more elastic or make them more powerful. There are 8 characters in the game, all with different specialties. Pick wisely and you'll get through the game more easily. This game has a decently meaty main campaign, but there's a heck ton of replayability and post-game content that it completely justifies the pricing point. The music and writing in this game are both stellar. The humorous dialogue and clever gags really made me laugh out loud a lot of times. The music in this game is very catchy. You can clearly tell that there were loads of great composers in the making of the game. Graphically, this game looks awesome. Everything is decked out with details. Just taking a walk around the map brings some amazing vibes. If this game has one problem, it's that the game is a bit laggy at times. Plus, there should be some difficulty options in the main campaign. I'd love to replay the game once again with a bit more spice.     I guess you're not allowed to say this - but this was, by far, the most enjoyable Mario game I've ever played. XCom Light with a lot of charm, lots of original mechanics, great weapons, characters, and just a joy to play. It does however get a bit repetitive towards the end, the overworld traversing part is quite boring and pointless (in my opinion), and why oh why do you have to haveI guess you're not allowed to say this - but this was, by far, the most enjoyable Mario game I've ever played. XCom Light with a lot of charm, lots of original mechanics, great weapons, characters, and just a joy to play.     How can this be real life?
    But it is.

    The fun factor is unreal, the tactical espect does exists (shocking I know) and there are a few quality of life options such as fast forward but no set level of volium by channel for some reason

Sus mecánicas de avanzar por un escenario a base de movimientos limitados para derrotar a los enemigos me parece muy divertida y te engancha. Conforme vas superando niveles, subes de nivel y vas consiguiendo habilidades y nuevas armas para derrotar a los enemigos. LosSin tener mucha esperanza en Ubisoft, debo reconocer que me parece un de los mejores juegos que hay en Nintendo Switch. Conforme vas superando niveles, subes de nivel y vas consiguiendo habilidades y nuevas armas para derrotar a los enemigos. Los escenarios cada vez se vuelven más complicados y tienes que plantear bien la estrategia. Hay que utilizar bien las coberturas para que los enemigos no te alcancen o, si te alcanzan, recibir el menor daño posible. La historia es sencilla, pero en este tipo de juegos no buscar eso, por lo que lo recomiendo mucho para pasar un buen rato.     Just buy it! Especially the Music is so Beautiful. It's always on sale for more than 70%. For criticism, it's lack of map, so finding everything could be hard task and backtracking.

    A surprisingly good time.

    The good:
    - combat is challenging
    - overworld is fun to explore
    - great upgrade system
    - enemy variety and the different mission structures kept the game fresh

    The bad:
    - story isn't the most enthralling thing ever
    - not much insentive to switch your team up
    - backtracking is pretty much required to level up your party enough
    - rabbids just aren't that funny

    La estetica fue lo que me llamo a este juego, habiendo jugado el Rabbids Go Home para la Wii senti como si este juego debiera ser una compra asegurada para mi Switch, y despues de completarlo creo que realmente lo es, lo componen una jugabilidad sencilla pero que puede llegar a interesar a los mas peques a buscar dentro de las fauces del genero, ademas de tener una estetica bastanteLa estetica fue lo que me llamo a este juego, habiendo jugado el Rabbids Go Home para la Wii senti como si este juego debiera ser una compra asegurada para mi Switch, y despues de completarlo creo que realmente lo es, lo componen una jugabilidad sencilla pero que puede llegar a interesar a los mas peques a buscar dentro de las fauces del genero, ademas de tener una estetica bastante complaciente a la vista, con esos fondos divertidos en donde nuestros conejos favoritos hacen de las suyas, mi unico problema es que no senti ningun incentivo a jugar los desafios que desbloqueas al terminar cada mundo, y en los niveles finales me arrepenti ya que no tenia dinero para comprar armas ni puntos para mejorar mis personajes, pudo ser eso o un uso excesivo de enemigos en contadas batallas, aun asi, el juego realmente se presta para darte unas horas de diversion, aunque conforme avanzas puede que te parezca repetitivo debido a su dificultad, ya que no representa un ningun reto el completarlo.… Expand

    It really surprised me, the game brings the tatics game style to a funny world were you marge 4 of the iconics Marios characters with some disconcerting enjoyfull rabbids.
    The story flows really fine, and the challange of creating good strategies to go trhough are extremelly well    I bought this game because it was one of the cheapest i could found in fisical media with an good score,

    I thought this game was a neat little strategy game that turned out surprisingly well.

    Then I played the masterpiece that is the multiplayer mode and never touched the single player again.

The graphics are gorgeous. The humor keeps me smiling. The soundtrack is delightful.     I absolutely like this game. The music is enjoyable to listen to and the comedy especially with rabbid peach is great. Not to mention the game is surprisingly challenging without it being annoying or tedious . I played the game for almost exactly 60 hours by the time I completed everything.

Отличная и пускай и не очень сложная стратегия, а также отличные головоломки которые и вправду бывают сложными. В игру наиграл часов 110-120, сейчас точно сказать не могу.     Oddly one of the best title on the Nintendo Switch. Great and satisfying gameplay, awesome music, cool story. I was sure I was going to hate the rabbids but I surprisingly ended up finding them hilarious. The only downside of the game would be how you control Beep-O instead of Mario, I never got used to it and it really was a liability when trying to solve puzzles. Another problem IOddly one of the best title on the Nintendo Switch. Great and satisfying gameplay, awesome music, cool story. I was sure I was going to hate the rabbids but I surprisingly ended up finding them hilarious.     Algo que caracteriza la franquicia de Mario son sus increíbles spin off,pero es la primera vez que aplica para algo tan particular como los Tactics Rpgs.Ya lo vimos en otros titulos similares como lo 2 primeros titulos de la saga Paper y tambien en los Mario & Luigi,y en esta ocacion haciendo un cross over con los simpaticos Rabbids de Ubisoft.Que podria salir mal??
    Pues nada,se logro un    Algo que caracteriza la franquicia de Mario son sus increíbles spin off,pero es la primera vez que aplica para algo tan particular como los Tactics Rpgs.Ya lo vimos en otros titulos similares como lo 2 primeros titulos de la saga Paper y tambien en los Mario & Luigi,y en esta ocacion haciendo un cross over con los simpaticos Rabbids de Ubisoft.Que podria salir mal??
    Pues nada,se logro un simple pero excenlente juego con una difcultad moderada para que fans como ajenos al sistema o personajes lo pueda disfrutar, con un premisa bastante divertida de como los 2 mundos llegan a chocar. Buen diseño de niveles que van desde acabar con todos lo enemigos o simplemente llegar a un punto pero con el camino repleto de enemigos. Una buena paleta de personajes con una interesante personalización y nivelación de habilidades para que puedas afrontar los niveles como mas te guste, tal vez se queda corto en la cantidad de personajes que se pueden desplegar que son 3,4 no hubiera estado mal. No soy alguien que disfrute del humor exagerado o a veces semi verde que muestran los Rabbids pero si que me sacaron un par de risas con personajes muy carismáticos como Rabbid Peach o Rabbid kong como enemigo.
    Un juega de mas difrutable y que despues de su muy buen recibimiento estamos a nada de su secuela, Spark of Hope, pero promete profundizar muchísimo mas todos los aspectos (historia,mecanica,personajes,enemigos,etc) que hicieron tan divertido esta entrega y se gano el cariño ( incluido yo ) de un gran publico.    … Expand

    Honestly an absolutely fantastic game. Full price+DLC is a bit steep, but I'd still say it's worth it and with a discount it's an absolute must play for anyone who likes turn based strategy.

    there is no universe where this game should be good. dr strange couldnt have found a world in which mario rabbids starcraft was good. but it exists. and we live in it

As you continue, you get more stuff, and the gameplay and maps get complexer, so you'll have to think more than in an average Nintendo game.     Fun strategy game, can be challenging at times. Overall good game, even if there's a bit of "fluff" that could've been left out. Solid multiplayer as well.

    that could sound like a 10/10 BUT: You can't switch team leader, it's Mario all the time. Of course, it's Mario game, but later in game Mario gets useless, because of his short range and his abilities are not very useful in boss fights. Another point is, that you need to have a rabbid in your team, that's kind of annoying, because the perfect Team would be: Peach, Luigi and Yoshi, but you need Mario and at least one rabbid in your team... The rest of it is near to perfect except for a camera bug, which isn't very rare to happen, but yeah the fights and puzzles are amazing.    … Expand

    The concept of the gameplay it's just perfect! The story of the game is very interesting. It's a hard game aswell. Ubisoft made just not a game, and yes an art. So excited for sparks of hope

    This is a great surprise to have on the switch, the crossover feels natural for some reason, i don't know how they did it but here we are. Check it out if you like Xcom games too

    One Of The Most Underrated Games Ever. The Strategy Part Worked Very Good. The Puzzles Were Good, And I Hate Parts Of Games That Have Puzzles. The Plot Is Decent. The Jokes Were Actually Good Coming From A Kids Game. The Only Problem Of This Game Is That It’s Hard, But That’s Just A Small Problem. One Of My Favourite Switch Games.

    Ottimo lavoro a Ubisoft Milano per questo gioco! Lo consiglio a tutti i possessori di switch, uniche pecche: troppo meccanico e col tempo potrebbe stancare. Il resto è una bomba. Ha anche una grande difficoltà il che lo rende ancora più avvincente!

    This game has so much CHARM AND CREATIVITY PUT INTO IT! Its so fun and amazing. It actually makes your brain think and some parts are actually really challenging. The rabbids werent annoying and everythiing is just SO fun and creative.

With this game I really liked turn based strategy. That was for the first time that I experienced that. I also started liking the Rabbids. Especially Rabbid Luigi.     Una experiencia divertida y sencilla, la campaña principal no es muy complicada, pero sus niveles extra pueden suponer un gran reto. Por 20 euros (precio por el que lo suelo ver) es un chollo.

    Este juego es de lo MEJÓR que tiene la switch, es muy divertido, la musica es muy buena, los jefes igual, sus mundos, lo unico malo que puedo encontrarle al juego es que tiene algunos bugs pequeños, fuera de eso me parece un juego perfecto

    Overall, Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle brings a welcome shot of vitality to the turn-based strategy genre thanks to interesting team mechanics and a colorful Nintendo theme that sets it apart from its contemporaries. Taking one of the biggest IPs in the world and marrying it to an all new type of gameplay was a huge risk that paid off wonderfully, and I’m glad that it finally found its way to my Switch. Now, bring me a sequel with a couple of needed improvements and 100% fewer rabbids, and we’re in business…

    Mario + Rabbids is an incredibly welcome surprise. I assumed that a game starring Rabbids would become grating long before completion, but my fears turned out to be unsubstantiated. Beep-0 is a great lead character, and the Rabbids' hijinks are dialed back to a level that works. This is a fun take on a tactical RPG; the simplification of hit percentages worked especially well. The game isn't without fault — greater variety in characters and levels along with more meaningful customization would be welcome — but most of the issues are minor in comparison to how much fun the game is to play. Hopefully Mario + Rabbids marks the beginning of a new series and a sequel will take these ideas further.

    Ubisoft acquired Nintendo’s license, added some Rabbids in the mix and entrusted the game to its Italian studio that never developed any large game on its own. What’s more, neither the studio nor both IPs had anything to do with tactical games. I still don’t understand how Kingdom Battle turned out so good. [11/2017, p.46]
