  1. A Tear of Vermillion does have a rich world to explore and an interesting cast. But with out an original story to tie the entire gametogether or great gameplay Legend of Heroes isn’t legendary at all. [JPN Import]

Great game. The end is amazing! 10

The first in the Gagharv Trilogy, The Legend of Heroes: A Tear of Vermillion takes place in the fictional land El Phildin, fifty-six years before "Moonlight Witch".
The story begins with an insight to the past. Avin and Eimelle are orphaned children living in Cathedral. Avin was 8 while Eimelle was 7. Cathedral is under attack and brothers during the escape parted.
8 years pass. And now the hero begins a journey in search of her missing sister.

It's a great game with great characters, and great dialogues. With a big, exciting finale.

Great at the start but it loses steam later, fun but not for over $25.
