While the graphics were on par for a PSP game there were so many glitches in the game im suprised that Ubisoft released it as it was. The opening level demonstrates the horrible video glitches throughout the rest of the game. I can only hope that they dont let the same thing happen to Splinter Cell.

The only positive moment about this game, is that they were able to do an actual port from bigger consoles. This is the same game as there with the addition of some new levels. This is the same game as there with the addition of some new levels. The only problem is that PSP obviously can't handle Warrior Within without issues, which are a lot of glitches, crashes, extra loading screens and poor graphics. Also there is a problem with desynchronization of sound in cutscenes and the music can stop at any moment, even if the fight is still going. And most of all those new levels that I mentioned, they suck so much, I can't even describe it. This levels have one of the worst level design that I've ever seen. All in all, this game is much better on bigger consoles with better performance, without this awful new levels. Don't waste your time on this terrible port of a great game. Expand

Far, far too much combat. There has never been a satisfactory combat control system in any kind of platform game and this one is no exception. Sadly, puzzle solving takes a back seat to repetitive and tedious button mashing in this less than Princely offering.

  1. Sound bugs and loading times mar an otherwise great translation of Warrior Within to a portable platform.

The gameplay is a little tricky to get used to on the PSP, but once you get adjusted, you'll find yourself getting into the game's beautiful combat quite easily.
  3. Somewhere along the line there was a wholesale misunderstanding of what made Sands of Time good, and the result of the change in approach is a game that manages to be less likable in just about every single way.
