    Overall, The Last Spell is an incredibly fresh and satisfying entry to the strategy RPG genre. Its learning curve may be brutal, but that’s part of its charm as you slowly chip away at its many progression systems and start catching glimpses of light at the end of the demon-infested tunnel.

    This game is very addictive, fun and atmospheric.
    And my god the sound track is a masterpiece,
    Its a must buy for any rpg or turn based fan.

    Enjoying the game very much. Very cool gameplay loop, where you fight a night to survive, and then spend the resources you gain to build outEnjoying the game very much. Very cool gameplay loop, where you fight a night to survive, and then spend the resources you gain to build out your base and upgrade your characters. It needs a few quality of life improvements, though.
    1. Option to rotate the map / camera. Sometimes it's very hard to see enemy positions. 2. Option to rotate spells. So you can get a better control over where to cast them in battle.

    And for console specifically:
    1. Overview of the button layout.
    2. Better control mapping overall. It's a bit janky and unintuitive now.

    If they would add these changes in an update, my rating would go up to a 9.    … Expand
