    Personally, I am "new" to the Ratchet and Clank series, but since I was little I have been watching it even though I did not have the opportunity to play the games. For me as Raphael both in terms of script and in jokes is the BEST Ratchet and Clank game (both in gameplay and in characters and in history and in the world) I feel that a lot of love really fell on this title. Definitely hasPersonally, I am "new" to the Ratchet and Clank series, but since I was little I have been watching it even though I did not have the opportunity to play the games. For me as Raphael both in terms of script and in jokes is the BEST Ratchet and Clank game (both in gameplay and in characters and in history and in the world) I feel that a lot of love really fell on this title. Definitely has its pros and cons like any game, but for me again Insomniac did a great job of being the og game but also something fresh and new.

    now it may not be the number 1 Ratchet and Clank game for some. but I think we can all agree that it's one of the best Ratchet and Clank games (definitely in the top 3 in the series, also i believe everyone had an awesome time and laught and smiled with this game)
    I also feel that they did a very good job with Rivet, you feel that she has always been part of the story and she is as lovable character as Ratchet and Clank (they're also a nice trio team!) without even feeling that Ratchet is a minor character because of Rivet...both of them had the same treatment and love as well as our "toster" Clank xD. I hope everyone had a good time with the game even with its changes :D also i think 9.2 / 10 is worth even Game of the year!

    I really loved this game. The haptics of the dualsense Controller add so much to the feeling in general, i'd even say the game would be only half as good (for me) without them

    Honestly I had an awesome experience with this game from the narrative that is awesome, to how every character has a different personality, the SSD incredible, the graphics are truly awesome. I only tried Performance RT and I just can't believe what insomniac can do to deliver such an awesome game. WIZARDS!

    In five to ten years, this game will start to look ugly. But right now, it is probably the best-looking game on the market. A literal playable Pixar game... that's how good the graphics are. Get a 4K TV, boot up this bad boy on PS5, and enjoy the ride. What's even more amazing is that the gameplay is solid, story is intriguing, and the characters are likable.     I almost didn’t think this game would live up to the insurmountable hype that preceded it, but somehow those maniacs at Insomniac did it. It is EXCEEDINGLY rare for ANY modern AAAgame to capture what made gaming fun in the past while also taking advantage of what next-gen technology can do—these guys put those two respectively amazing concepts together and just threw in some amazingI almost didn’t think this game would live up to the insurmountable hype that preceded it, but somehow those maniacs at Insomniac did it.     Amazing! Super fun and the length of the game is just perfect. When you finish the game you will want to finish it again with all the new things. Battles are fun and all the weapons are amazing, really is one of the best games I ever played.

    I loved this game. I first bought this game to be played by my daughter but then I started playing and I couldn't stop anymore. It is a game to have fun and enjoy the amazing graphics.

    It’s very fun with a lot of weapons that are fun to use, especially with haptics. Great story with memorable and charming characters, the photo mode is one of my favorite things to do because the visuals are AMAZING. This is a showpiece of what the PS5 could do.

The game utilizes the SSD capabilities for new capabilities for example you go through an interdimensional gate there are no loading times at all and the transition is immediate and does not impair the flow of the game, and the graphics wow !!!!! This game is one of the most beautiful games I have seen in my life, amazing that we were able to get to the graphics levels of a Pixar movie and it is just amazing. The gameplay in the game is very fun and identical to the gameplay of the previous game in the series "Ratchet & Clank" which came out in 2016 with new additions that I will let you experience for yourself. The story in the game is just great and it manages to convey it to us in an interesting funny and fun way I will not give spoilers to the plot so as not to ruin your experience. Ratchet & Clank is an excellent simple game and I recommend to anyone who buys a PlayStation 5 and wants a game that will show him the next generation of games to buy this game because it will really provide you with what you are looking for.… Expand

    Really good game, in my opinion this is so far the best Ratchet and Clank game. The story are very good and graphics on PS5 is outstanding, ray tracing is amazing. Overall this is a very good game, highly recommend it to any PS5 users.

    I could say that this game is the first authentic next generation game. Stunning and very enjoyable for all ages. While some games still playing in a sandbox, Ratchet is touching the stars with their graphic and artistic prowess adding their incredible use of the Dualsense

    This game si just perfect, it’s fun to play, the graphic is the best I’ve experience so far, the dualsense make the game a lot more fun! For me is totally worth the price. For who complains it’s too short; play AC valhalla, 35 hours of boring nonsense missions. I prefer much more a game dense of meaningful missions, with a compelling story.

    holy **** is this game good a bit on the short side but the gameplay pays for it every gun feels **** amazing to use and it uses the controllers triggers pretty well and the characters are good but they just talk a lot overall very good game a must buy

    This game felt like a true next gen game. There was perfect balance of gameplay including side axtivities, main story, combat. Nothing felt over exagarrated or boring. It was all the right amount to make you never put the controller down. I bought it at full price and it was totally worth it. Crazy part being that it was my first ever ratchet and clank game !!!

    Great game, shows the power of the PS5. Worth that $70. I am playing the performance ray tracing mode on a LG CX , it’s beautiful. The gameplay is solid, the cut scene integration with gameplay is amazing.

Incredible graphics work and awesome 3D sound on Pulse 3D. Large selection of weapons and modifications, fights with enemies are dynamic and boss fights are epic, specially the last one.     That's exactly what the PlayStation 5 needed, I played the game through within 2 days and it was terrific. The graphics are the most beautiful I've ever seen, the characters are adorable, the portals function extremely well and the gameplay is incredibly fun.

    A pinch short for my liking although I perma smashed it non stop.

    Once you get to a certain point in the game it really opens up and you realise it’s the best Ratchet and Clank yet !

    Graphics are schlicko m’bicko.

    Sequel will be Rivet and Kit (fingers crossed)

Игра выглядит и звучит как современный анимационный фильм, в котором мы ещё и управляем героями. Геймплей остался таким же динамичным и увлекательным, как и в прошлых частях, при этом, в него добавились некоторые новые для серии элементы. Арсенал замысловатого, порой странного оружия стал ещё больше, а благодаря DualSense стрелять из него стало ещё увлекательнее. У Insomniac получился отличный эксклюзив PS5 в лучшем смысле этого понятия. Но будем честными: революции не произошло и по своей сути, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart использует всё те же знакомые механики, что и в прошлых частях. Нововведений минимум. Да и решение освежить серию новыми персонажами — это похвально, но почему-то геймплейно Рэтчет и Ривет не отличаются совсем… Expand

    Rachet and Clank Rift Apart es un maravilloso juego que nos sirve como punto de entrada a la verdadera nueva generación de PS5. A nivel gráfico es una completa brutalidad. Las texturas, los detalles, el hermoso Ray Tracing, el audio y la la música nos dejaran con la boca abierta en las 13 horas que dura el juego.

    Visually stunning and plays like a dream. 3D audio and the adaptive triggers/haptic feedback truly makes this one of the first next-gen games. The presentation deserves the most credits, because the animations might as well have come from a top-tier animation studio.

    Llevo casi el 50% del juego y realmente es una maravilla gráfica , las animaciónes , el doblaje ,el gameplay es extremadamente divertido en su dificultad más alta , buscar coleccionables y retos no es para nada tedioso , el trabajo que hace insomniac es increíble , me decanté por el modo rendimiento con rt y es una locura, sin duda uno de los mejores juegos de esta nueva generación

    Stunning from start to finish. Congrats again Insomniac. Graphics amazing, fantastic use of PS5 SSD , love the introduction of Rivet. Bring her own game next time. Also dualsense amazing.

Graphics are insanely in depth and the game offers a good 14 hours of straight gameplay. Графика - отличная / Оптимизация - отличная / Геймплей - отлично / Сюжет - для галочки / Реиграбельность на высоте. Сюжет никогда не был сильной стороной серии. Ривет просто милашка. То что новых механик практически нет это не минус, не надо ломать велосипед который и так работает хорошо.Для меня, Ратчет и Кланк, это отличный боевик который не дает заскучать на протяжении всей игры.     Pros:
    - Beautiful graphics and an unbelievable amount of assets on screen. The whole thing has been polished to perfection.
    - Seamless transitions between gameplay and cutscenes. - Instant load times. - Memorable cast of characters. The new additions are wonderful and really make their mark. - The story is much easier to follow than 'Ratchet & Clank (2016)' and a lot better crafted.    Pros:
    - Beautiful graphics and an unbelievable amount of assets on screen. The whole thing has been polished to perfection.
    - Seamless transitions between gameplay and cutscenes.
    - Instant load times.
    - Memorable cast of characters. The new additions are wonderful and really make their mark.
    - The story is much easier to follow than 'Ratchet & Clank (2016)' and a lot better crafted. Still has the same zany humour and quick tonal shifts. However, there are some very poignant and heartfelt moments that really make you feel for the world and the characters.
    - Gameplay is varied and consistently entertaining. There's a good mix of combat and puzzles and the mix of linear levels vs open-areas keeps things fresh.
    - Improved traversal and mobility (with one exception).
    - Great arsenal of unique weapons.
    - Collectibles that are actually worth collecting.
    - Dualsense implementation was excellent. And not just for weaponry. You can actually feel the footsteps of your character and the bass of certain pieces of music in your controller.
    - Fantastic music. From the overall score to a techno remix of the old sea shanty 'drunken sailor'. The music really helps to create the right atmosphere.
    - A good length. Not bloated and doesn't overstay its welcome.

    Cons:
    - The usual 'just released' game bugs.
    - Removal of climbing makes traversal frustrating at times. And seems at odds with the many improvements made to mobility.
    - Could do with more unique bosses.
    - Edges and textures (Ratchet/Rivet's fur in particular) can occasionally look pixelated. Although, I'm not entirely certain whether this is a fault of the game itself or my settings.

    Overall, I'm giving the game a 10/10. Are there some flaws? Yes, but the game has been such a joy to play that I don't really want to knock any points off that score. Insomniac have absolutely blown it out of the park.    … Expand

    One of the first real reasons to buy PS5. This intergalactic adventure of famous series is full of great gameplay, inventive game design, gripping story, and great characters. It's a game for everyone who owns PS5. Actually, it’s a game for everyone.

    What’s so good about this installment of Ratchet and Clank is that it is a true labor of love. There is no other way a game can feel so good, play so well, and take you on an impressive adventure all without that special ingredient to keep it going. The definition of a next-gen title, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart is a must-play that will leave you super satisfied and hungry for another big game like this one.

    The experience is so captivating, you’ll probably want to blast through the entire 10-15 hour story in one go. But the final is really disappointing: basically, the entire game is just a warm-up, while the important events will happen in the next one. [Issue#254, p.36]
