    It's good, but it does lack the variety of Smash Bros. Lots of characters but the grind to get them (in the free version obviously) is nuts. The game is laden up the wazoo with in-game purchases so beware of that, the best stuff is locked behind real-world cash. Besides that, there is a good amount of strategy to apply and it's hecking fun to beat up Wonder Woman with Jake the dog.

    The game is fantastic, it does get a bit grindy unlocking some of the characters but it is a f2p game so that's understandable. The multiverse the characters have created is fantastic and im excited for the future roster to arrive. The game play is smooth and exciting. It's still in open beta, and I can't wait what the games going to look like 6months or even a year from now.

    This is smash rip-off, good rip-off, this is free characters are special graphics is great,
    But this game have a REAL PROBLEMS with balance, is like yes summary level of you teem and enemy team, but lemme explain... You is 1st level you not have a upgrades with you in team 3 level guy he have a upgrades vs you teem 2 guys with 2 level they have a upgrades, them BUY a upraged and cuz it    This is smash rip-off, good rip-off, this is free characters are special graphics is great,

    Very cool game, fun and holds you for hours.Variety of characters, I just didn't like the time you have to collect currency, or pay with cash.

    Fun game! Best free to play in a while. Every character has a unique moveset and they clearly put a lot attention in designing these. Don't listen to playpod , he is obviously a noob, there is nothing wrong with the hitboxes nor do we need a single player mode. The controls are fine to although you need to be a master in using your joystick. But if you have played fighting games before ,Fun game! Best free to play in a while.     This game has a fun combat system. Unlike the developers from Super Smash Bros, these developers didn't charge me $60 for a high quality game. As a matter of fact, they didn't charge me anything for this game. This game is free. It is very fun to beat up Tom, because it never gets old hearing him scream during his ringout. It's also funny seeing Bugs Bunny reaction when he loses. TheThis game has a fun combat system. The inclusion of Porky Pig's iconic "That's all folks" during ringout is a stroke of genius. This game is one of the most biblical games I have ever played

    The voice acting is very dynamic. The character selection is off to a good start. The moves of the characters fit them well, especially for Shaggy. I love it when my games reference memes, it makes me laugh quite a bit. If I could suggest one character for this game, I would suggest Daffy Duck? I would love to play as him alongside Taz. Speaking of Taz, his animations are incredibly made.

    There is both online and local multiplayer. I hope these developers add visual hit boxes during practice mode. That way, I can learn how to accurately beat up my opponents with any character of my choice. I appreciate that this game doesn't rely too much on pretty colorful lights everywhere like Smash, to make the game more fun. I hope the developers adjust fix the hitboxes in an update. This game is free, so I suggest it to all!    … Expand

    Easily the best non-Smash platform fighter I've ever played--take it from someone who played the alpha just a few months ago. It's easy to tell from the upgradable/customizable characters and justice done to each IP on display here that this is most certainly NOT some rushed licensed game like others of its ilk.

    HOWEVER I do have some qualms about the reward progression system, because    Easily the best non-Smash platform fighter I've ever played--take it from someone who played the alpha just a few months ago. It's easy to tell from the upgradable/customizable characters and justice done to each IP on display here that this is most certainly NOT some rushed licensed game like others of its ilk.

    HOWEVER I do have some qualms about the reward progression system, because at the time of writing its slow as molasses. I get that WB is pushing this thing as a F2P experience (and don't get me wrong it's a fine example of one at that), but it still feels unfair to casual players like myself.

    Despite that, I'd definitely recommend giving MultiVersus a shot. Looking past the corporate greed that most freemium games entail, the developers truly cared about making a game that feels polished and FUN to play, which is something to be said considering its still in the beta phase.

    Also you can pit Jake the Dog against a Game of Thrones character in the Batcave. How can I not give it a near-perfect score on those terms alone??    … Expand

    A game doesn't have to be perfect, it must be fun and make a 'click' for some players. This is the case Multiversus: A new game with some improvements to be done, but as is the game currently, it's fresh, fun and with a lot of replayability.

    Really fantastic Game, with a good deep fighting System and interesting Characters.
    I don't know there will be an Story mode or not, but the Game does not necessarily need it if you like to play PVP or Couch Coop with you friends.
    If there will be more PVP modes, more Characters and stays balanced, it will be the best alternative to Super Smash bros. on different Platforms so far. Since    Really fantastic Game, with a good deep fighting System and interesting Characters.

    The best smash clone out there. While the combo system needs a bit of tweeking and the connectivity issues are present, it is hard to deny the bones are of high quality. The focus on team play give this game its true flavor. Be prepared for a slower paced more tactical feel from smash bros. The business model seems fair too, you can unlock characters at a decent pace, about 1-3 hours ofThe best smash clone out there. While the combo system needs a bit of tweeking and the connectivity issues are present, it is hard to deny the bones are of high quality. The focus on team play give this game its true flavor. Be prepared for a slower paced more tactical feel from smash bros. The business model seems fair too, you can unlock characters at a decent pace, about 1-3 hours of play if you focus on the challenges will get you a new character, with real money only really used for the battle pass and cosmetics, special note on the Porky Pig "That's All Folks" ring out animation. 8/10 right now, with an upward feel to something more as the roster gets filled out more, and bugs fixes… Expand

    I’ve never been much into platform fighters as I’ve been more into Mortal Kombat or Injustice. But this game is my favorite fighting game to date. All the crossovers that they have now and can have in the future is amazing and has me excited.     As far as fighting games go we're talking the top, top echelon when it comes to Multiversus. There are lots of bugs (bunnies) to be ironed out, lots of QoL changes that need to be made, and a million other things can be said about the balance but what's important is this is far closer to Smash Bros. than Nick All Star Brawl, and with Gizmo coming out soon it looks like there's a lot moreAs far as fighting games go we're talking the top, top echelon when it comes to Multiversus.     This is worth it for free game, Every fighter has their unique combos and one of the best smash bros clone I’ve every played.

    When you look past that the game is different from smash bros, it becomes a lot more special. It may not be the best game of all time, but the developer support and the constant addition of new skins and wacky characters will definitely keep the game running for many years to come. This is one of the best smash like games of all time, right behind Rivals of Aether.

    MultiVersus is fun and has everything it needs to succeed. The responsive gameplay, even with flaws, remains its main attraction. The cast is very well put together, and their abilities align with the backstory of each one of them, adding more immersion to the proposal.
