    All of these games are seem really nice with new graphics but the controls and mechanics are old. I expected new gameplay from Rockstar Games.

    Эти игры моего детства, я провел много часов в них. Я обожал эти серии игр, я наизусть запоминал чит-коды. Ностальгия победила меня и я не смотря на оценки приобретаю эту трилогию. И что я получаю в ответ? Это просто оскорбление для фанатов, это плевок в лицо. Мало того, что убого сделали все, так я теперь еще не могу нее поиграть! Я не могу вернуть деньги! Я бы мог поступить как многие иЭти игры моего детства, я провел много часов в них. Я обожал эти серии игр, я наизусть запоминал чит-коды. Ностальгия победила меня и я не смотря на оценки приобретаю эту трилогию. И что я получаю в ответ? Это просто оскорбление для фанатов, это плевок в лицо. Мало того, что убого сделали все, так я теперь еще не могу нее поиграть! Я не могу вернуть деньги! Я бы мог поступить как многие и скачать пиратский софт, но я решил поддержать RockStar! Ведь есть хорошие примеры ремастеров, Resident evil к примеру, отличный ремейк, просто супер. А тут хаос! Я запускаю San Andreas и просто плачу. Что с их лицами? Мать его, оригинал в разу круче смотрится! Люди самостоятельно на движке GTA V делали Vice Сity, видно что с душой делал, а тут просто ппц! И вопрос к Rock Star, я понимаю, что делал подрядчик, вы хоть раз запускали, то что сделали они? Вас же там не двое трое сидят, у вас большой штат. Зачем выпускать продукт, которое просто говно!
    Во всем виноват Тод Говард, он запустил эту тенденцию выпускать говно (Fallout 76), а потом допиливать патчами! Короче ВЕРНИТЕ МОИ ДЕНЬГИ!    … Expand

    Really another quick buck remaster on the market. This only degrades the game. They could only solve this by doing a serious remaster without destroying the old game.

    Crashes. Bugs. Glitches. The genre of this game must be cataloged in a new categorie. Broken type.

    They brought the games to modern hardware and they did that somewhat solidly in my opinion, this is not Rockstar quality though. There are 2 incredibly outstanding issues here:
    - This effort does not cost a full price game, 20€ to 30€ at most would be okay to ask for the very same 15-20 years old games.
    - Having a ton of mods for these games and having experienced what those can do to    They brought the games to modern hardware and they did that somewhat solidly in my opinion, this is not Rockstar quality though. There are 2 incredibly outstanding issues here:

    Honteux de la part de Rockstar de proposer un tel remaster au prix fort. Après une énième version de GTA 5, nous pensions avoir tout vu mais visiblement Rockstar continue de prendre les joueurs pour des pigeons.

    Everything they "remastered" is botched, there is no remedying quality.These are worsened ports of mobile title that are itself subpart. There was literally no quality check of AI upscaling. Yes they didn't even bother to check results, yet alone do it themselves.    I was quite hyped to play GTA 3 and introduce someone to older GTA but this games aren't worth 20$ for whole trilogy.

Textures are glitchy, misplaced and malformed, they have wrong bump maps, float in the air, and sometimes are worse quality than "original" (ie. mobile ones). Texture with text contains spelling errors, ruins jokes are illegible.
    Skeletons of characters are literal nightmare fuel, from Patrick Star, slender woman with giant breast, to people with to many bones in arm and back that looks like bow. There are problems with holding guns, they levitate, point in wrong direction at least they shoot. But what is worse than models? Faces of characters. Uncanny at best, terrible at worst. Particles are also botched, especially rain, again because of straight port from mobile with slightest QA. Lack of fog and view distance break immersion and textures while zooming are terrible anyway.

    Apart from plethora of visual glitches, there are gameplay bugs and literal downgrades compare to originals on PC/consoles. Optimization? It doesn't exist I believe, Switch version is unplayable, modern consoles/PC can hold it because of their sheer power. Power to play 15 year old game.

    Played both original VC and SA, while former's atmosphere is still there, barring bugs, the latter is completely lost this wasn't colourful, cartoon game but they made it looks so but in very unflattering way. It's lost it's charm.

    Top it with removal of originals from stores and lawsuits against modders that did waaay better job than Rockstar for free. It shows how **** Take-two is, on par with other infamous "leader" of this industry., think EA, Ubisoft. Rockstar seems like Bethesda or Blizzard, they used to make great games but have fallen in the gutter. Knowing Rockstar most of this bugs won't even be fixed and modders will be bullied so it's basically final state.    … Expand

    Feel of the original game is lost. They changed the player characters and made it much worse. Tons of bugs in all the 3 games, player models glitch out all the time. PC version got removed after people paid for it. Performance issues (FPS) for the console versions I tried. Not worth trying out and playing.     How can you say something is definitive if it's missing content? Look up the list of missing songs, the amount missing is heart breaking. Soundtrack is a big part of the nostalgia for a lot of people, that on top of all the other bugs and issues and the fact the game really does feel like it was made for mobile, I'd recommend emulating the ps2 version if you're looking to discover theHow can you say something is definitive if it's missing content?     Второе - медленные анимации, медденный отклик от игровых действий связанный с розовыми кругами во время миссии ( медленно начинается, медленно открывает сейф, очень большой отклик и ужасный)
    Третье - отвратительная и попобольная стрельба, текстуры нет, а я противника не простреливаю, один патрон противника сбривает по 20 хп, я хз было ли такое в оригинале
    Четвертое - нпси просто с ума сошли, неожиданно творят *****, просто так начинают въезжать в меня, таранить, пешеходы постоянно на дороге. В сан шайн аутос нпси спавнятся просто десятками в самом автосалоне их одновременно может быть около 30
    Пятое - что то определенно сделали с вождением, потому что в оригинале настолько часто я не переворачивался в машине, на мотоцикле то невозможно ездить, потому что после небольшого столкновения слетаешь сразу, то таранишь автобус и автобус отлетает, я хз как так. Огромный минус за миссии Филла Кесседи, изза бага с коробками, которые весят в воздухе как текстурка, миссию не удается пройти, благо это не влияет на последнюю миссию, так бы поставил 1.     Lags (bad optimization) and bugs, horrible CJ model, unreasonably high price. If you close your eyes to this, then the remaster looks good. This is a real remaster, but due to the shortcomings, my maximum rating is 5 out of 10

    So, looks like Rockstar felt bad about CDPR having the worst release of last year, so they have decided to throw the glove and get the title themselves. By bad press of remakes, more people will tend to buy GTA5 again, so the goal achieved.

    The cars are like paper they explode so easily. The amount of bugs in just a few missions was astounding. The overall feel is horrid. It's a $15 game that they are charging $60 for effectively ripping off every customer.

    The game has potential but in it’s current state, it is a hard game to play through without bugs/glitches getting in the way. Being marketed as a remaster of sorts, this is a step down from the original trilogy in more ways than one. Minimal effort put into this and it really shows. The very VERY basic structure for success is there but this game completely misses the mark.

    This is easily the worst remaster of any game ever made. The aesthetics of the game are completely ruined. The only game that has actually improved visuals is Vice City. GTA III has lost the dreary oppressive visuals it was praised for when originally released. GTA SA has lost its California feel and look. By stripping out the fog and the orange lighting from SA, and stripping out theThis is easily the worst remaster of any game ever made. The aesthetics of the game are completely ruined. The only game that has actually improved visuals is Vice City. GTA III has lost the dreary oppressive visuals it was praised for when originally released. GTA SA has lost its California feel and look. By stripping out the fog and the orange lighting from SA, and stripping out the trash on the street and the blueish gray tint from GTA III. The games all look unison. You could show footage from all three games and it would look like the same game. Vice City maintains it aesthetic due to the improved lighting, the city really pops at night with all the neon lights. Now lets get into the visual bugs. Some characters look like Patrick Star from Spongebob. Some characters have no neck. Just shoulders and torso that stretches up to reach their head. Most of the characters look like they were made of clay. Some textures were completely botched when upscaled. The streets have no texture, they look like grey clay. The grass texture looks like it was pulled from a Unity asset flip. Some clothes were utterly destroyed and look downright awful. The billboards and signs in the game are littered with spelling mistakes, I'd assume from A.I upscaling. They is actually a part in Vice City where the walls surrounding some ocean water have the textures of a person face on them instead of their intended textures. And finally, the rain, oh my god the rain. The rain looks like its just an overlay on top of the game, and its so intense that you literally cannot see because of it. Players are actually reporting headaches and eye strain from trying to see while driving in the rain. Also the rain for some reason does not appear over water, it travels through roofs, and it also moves with the screen to a degree. I believe this is proof that the rain is a screen overlay and not actually appearing in the world itself. Now lets move on to the launch of the game, when launched, Rockstar almost instantly shut the Rock Star launcher down, making all of their games unplayable until it went back up. Once it went back up, the Definitive Edition trilogy was nowhere to be found. This was because the wrong version of the game was shipped by mistake. I'm unsure how a mistake like this was made, but I could look past it if it was fixed quickly rather than taking days. For all of these mistakes to come from a studio that has made millions off of GTA Online and Red Dead Online, this is downright depressing. Lastly, the games are built off the mobile phone ports rather than the original releases, meaning all the bugs in the original release, and added bugs from the mobile port, are still present in the game, Nearly a decade after the mobile port, and nearly 2 decades from the original release. The soundtrack missing half the songs is excusable, despite being painful, but the audio quality is not excusable, its downright atrocious. The dialogue sounds like it was recorded from two tin cans connected end on end. Id like to end this off by stating Take-Two Interactive, Rock Stars parent company, has removed the original trilogy, and is filing law suits and DMCA takedowns against modders that made massive visual improvements to the original trilogy. This may be due to Rock Star fearing people would be more tempted to play those visually improved editions rather than their "Definitive" edition. The modding community is what kept these games alive and kept selling copies, and now Take-Two sets their crosshairs on them so they can push their visually inferior versions of the games. This is a disaster that makes Cyberpunk 2077's launch look likes the golden standard. Remember Rock Star mocked CD Projekt Red for their disastrous launch, and then pulled an even worse launch not even a year later.… Expand

    Too many bugs. I came from a time where you could get a demo disc in a shop. These days it'd be a great incentive to let people play an open beta so they can get all of this data to fix what's needed to be fixed.

    I have every GTA title and this is the worst one by far.

    I'm here after watching a 1 hour (one hour) bugs compilation on YouTube, WOW! I'm impressed with the quality of this product. I'm happy I'm old now so will not be able to play this, not like I would want to. Well-deserved overwhelming dislike.

    To be honest, I don't think minimal graphical improvements are the reason for overpricing the trilogy so much. It is very expensive, there are a lot of bugs and flaws in games from 20 years ago. Nintendo, this applies to you too.

    I've paid 60EUR for this "game" and I could not play because they have retired the game. Also I can not refund because I've tried more than 2 hours, just to try to get a decent configuration (something impossible even for my mid-high end range PC: 8700k + 3070).

    Thus is the worst scam I can remember.

    It's a ok game. It's good because it's the same old GTA. But talking about the graphics, the city is beautiful and the textures is way cleaner than the original games.

    So, the publisher removed the old versions from sale for a product which is buggier, more expensive, and worse in almost every single way other than the already-dated graphics. Rockstar made so much money from their other product that this should be free. They haven't done anything in nearly a decade and this is what they cobbled together in a week I guess.

    Demasiado rastrero la eliminación masiva de mods hacia juegos de 2 décadas atrás y ocultar la opción de compra de los juegos clásicos (o ports anteriores al remaster) con la intención de que la única opción de compra sea esta bazofia, la trilogía con mods hechos de apuro y encima con eliminación de contenido (canciones). Lo único rescatable es la mejora del HUB, que por cierto, copiada yDemasiado rastrero la eliminación masiva de mods hacia juegos de 2 décadas atrás y ocultar la opción de compra de los juegos clásicos (o ports anteriores al remaster) con la intención de que la única opción de compra sea esta bazofia, la trilogía con mods hechos de apuro y encima con eliminación de contenido (canciones). Lo único rescatable es la mejora del HUB, que por cierto, copiada y pegada al estilo GTA San Andreas en las demás opciones, haciéndoles perder un poco de identidad.     As an old fan of the series, with thousand of hours played, I say this was a huge disappointment. They fixed "good" glitches which were used for nice exploits and neglected the bad glitches. It is a lazy up refurbished mobile port. I guess I should expect as much from Grove Street Games (or War drum studios).
    I cannot believe they removed the original versions, which were great, for this.

    Rushed and unworthy of even a 0. Rockstar did well to keep gameplay and images to a minimum before release. Biggest scam in gaming since Cyberpunk. In some cases they made the game look worse. Not only that, rockstar removed all other versions of the games to force people to pay $60 even if you only wanted 1/3 games. Obvious cash grab by a once great company.

And I've only even been able to play the games once since purchase since Rockstar removed them from the storefront on PC, and their awful DRM keeps PC players from launching the games. But on to the actual gameplay. Everyone looks cross-eyed, everyone on VC looks like they're made out of plastic,This trilogy is disgusting. Everyone looks cross-eyed, everyone on VC looks like they're made out of plastic, everyone on SA looks like they're made out of play doh, the new targeting system makes a bright white outline around whoever you're targeting and no longer shows how much health they have left. Sprinting controls are somewhat unresponsive. Random invisible walls in strange places. Invisible bridges. Really bad physics glitches when driving. Can barely see smoke coming out of damaged vehicles. Street lamps and stoplights going from upright to laying on the ground in 1 frame after being hit by a car. The audio has not been remastered at all. I'm sure there are more problems, but those are the few I saw in my very short window to play the games before they got removed. I can forgive removed music tracks. I can forgive a few odd looking character models. I can forgive low quality audio. But I can't forgive them for the extent to which they have butchered this trilogy. It's a disgrace. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.… Expand

    From the Definitive Edition of the iconic GTA titles emerged a technically unfinished remaster, which remained halfway. The content is and will always remain timeless, but the way to get to it and to enjoy it is simply not good.

    A textbook example of how not to remaster games from the PlayStation 2 era, these defective "definitive" releases are just desecration of three classic titles that deserve much better treatment.
