    No effort was put in before releasing this trilogy, they just updated some visuals despite it being very laggy and buggy. Rockstar lost a lot of respect.

    Played GTA SA for a hour then the game crashed and crashes every time I load it up.

    The game looks like **** because they ported it over from the mobile gta made as lazy as possible.

    Characters look goofy, they really need to hire these kids making these mods that look great and instead of suing them they should be paying them

    The original trilogy was a timeless masterpiece. This one's looked like a total watered down version for a quick and effortless cash grab. Seriously, you can just put a bunch off mods and ENB shaders on the original game and achieve the same if not better results. Oh I'm sorry did I say "mods"?     Game is broken on PS4, it's not a game at all. Seems to play a mobile game from the App Store.
    - missing texture/s while driving fast
    - map is empty (which is not acceptable at all)
    - low quality sounds
    - same bugs as always

    This is the worst remake/remaster of a game ever created. The GTA series is iconic and this is a stain on the reputation of the trilogy. The games should've never been remastered. Instead, how about this, Rockstar, announce GTA6...

    At this point I'm convinced the executives at Rockstar have milked the company dry buying mega yachts, bunkers and nightclubs.

    Sorry i love the franchise i grew up on these.. WTF happend ? A lot of cool details where added i love the graphics but it is unplayable i rather plug in my ps2 and play the OGs.

    Well look, in 2020 Mafia release with definitive edition title's. and they make a huge different in the game. But Rockstars in 2021 release my masterpiece childhood game with same title " Definitive edition" and its feel like, i just playing GTA 5 Free mod that u can find on the internet. Nothing special and so many bugs. But listen if you're looking for the game that you played long ago on PlayStation 2 and looking for it to only be built upon not diminished. You will be saddened to play $60 for this game. TheDO NOT.     This game is so bad. The graphics look great in Vicecity, but horribly the same in sanadreas. Character models are warped and glitch and the game crashes non stop on the switch

    Totally upsetting, especially Vice City. Menu sounds that been replaced with ones from SA, Tommy looks obese VS original game where he has slim and hot. They didn’t even re-rendered 3D parts from game’s intro, they just took the 2003 game footage and put stupid filter on it. Disgusting, I’m asking my money back.

    This is the final nail in the coffin, Rockstar has turned into a soulless company that doesn’t mind cutting every corner as long as there’s an ounce of profit. They really charged $60 to watch them drop their trousers & **** all over so many childhood memories of mine.

    Too bad a classic like this has been lazily and carelessly remastered. Bugs everywhere, bad characters and NPCs, strange rain, no physics improvements, no free sights on vehicles, no sound remastering, recycled GTA SA icons and sounds, among other issues. The price charged doesn't make any sense for a game like this...

Flying under the radar until a couple weeks before it's announcement, and then flopping onto the scene in the most chaotic way possible, its no wonder Rockstar didn't announce its existence until it was forced to. This pile of dung is so disheartening, that it literally overshadows the recent string of poor developmentThis steaming pile of **** had the best opportunity to do it right. This pile of dung is so disheartening, that it literally overshadows the recent string of poor development and support from Rockstar on their RDR2 and GTAO woes.

    These games were built off the horrible mobile versions of the games by Grove Street Games and are so unpolished... well, tbh my mods that I made in 5 minutes for Skyrim have more QA to them. Glitches to the point you can't play, soft locks, the worst rain in over 30 years (hell, Perfect Dark on the N64 had better graphics when it came to rain drops)... I honestly can't express how betrayed, angry, disappointed, and sad this trilogy makes me. I feel like CJ's arm pits in 95% of the cutscenes in the new version- hollow and pathetically alone.

    The launch was an utter failure as they essentially uploaded the working drafts of the game and forced the entire PC community to be without for 4 days without so much as an "I'm sorry" for nearly 36 hours. When we did finally get an answer, it turned out they left the source code and unlicensed music- at least one gift to the best platform (PC, duh)... a chance for the community to actually fix all the massive problems.

    Those problems include, massive glitches, missions that would soft lock- preventing the game from ever being beatable/progressing from that point; the worst character models you could imagine, worst physics than what the originals ever had, and crystal clear draw distances (AKA you can see the entire damn map of SA from the tallest building without any obstruction... right up to the literal (yes they literally put a wall out there) infinity line of the horizon. The president of the Grove Street Games even has the audacity to sit on twitter and praise this stinking pile of garbage and mock unhappy customers- yes, us, the consumers who are currently feeling duped.

    There are some good things though... they managed to somehow reignite that nostalgia, although I think, honestly, it's due to the fact that the originals were that good. If this were any other brand, it would have been removed permanently and the companies would have folded. However, this is Take Two, Rockstar, and Grove Street Games at their current finest. They don't give a **** about quality anymore, they only care about the bottom dollar, and as long as we keep throwing money at their crap, they'll keep making it. Luckily, the incompetence of GSG has allowed for other, cheaper ways to get this.

    TLDR: Don't buy it, the quality issues alone will make your eyes bleed and give you more hours of frustration than enjoyment.    … Expand

Eu absolutamente não me importo que a Rockstar North não tenha trabalhado nisso. Eles contrataram o estúdio, deram luz verde, eles estavam bem para lançá-lo em um estado como este. Está tudo por conta deles. Tudo. Agora que o Rockstar Launcher está fora do ar há mais de um dia, não consigo nem jogar Red Dead Redemption 2, porque ele me pede para me conectar à internet e não consigo fazer isso, porque o launcher está fora do ar. Sony made it surprisingly easy to refund when i told them i how often it crashes , which it does constantly and usually right as I'm finishing a mission meaning I will have to replay the whole mission. I dont even mind it having ugly character models and poorly written badly spelt signs that worst part of it is how badly it runs even on a ps5 playing on the FPS mode it drops to single digit FPS whenever rival gang members open fire on you

    I've been extremely disappointed with Rockstar since the launch of GTA online and seeing how much micotransations it had and how they basically built the game and following updates around making you endlessly grind for money or buy in game money with real money but this is the final nail for me they would have to do a lot of work for me to re buy this "complete **** edition or even any games they make in the future    … Expand

And what the hell is Grove Street games?? Rockstar has made millions from gamers now they turned around and spit in our faces!     Trash mobile port upscaled and chraged a premium price for. It has introduced bugs that weren't in the oroginal 6th gen versions, San andreas has broken gym mechanics (was able to get max muscle in 4 or 5 gym visits), removed songs, removed 2 players, terrible character models and much more.

    Don't waste your money.

    The original style and aesthetics are completely lost. Game design and visual design are destroyed. You can compare frame-by-frame, and the original will be better, except for some technical points like textures resolution, drawing range, 60 FPS, etc. But it can't even be recorded as a plus, for the for the remaster released in 2021, it should be by default.
