    Yamauchi's policy as the designer of this game is very nonsense. Users want car modeling and behavioral reality, not expensive pricing or billing.
    Yamauchi is, after all, a person who can't make something like a car simulator, and we would never recognize him as a game designer. He cancels game events or is unreliable because he is likely to miss the plane. I'm not going to buy anything    Yamauchi's policy as the designer of this game is very nonsense.     Please don't listen to all of the complainers here. GT7 is a proper return to the Gran Turismo numbered series of games. The graphics are beautiful and the weather/time-of-day effects are among the best in the business. All of the traditional activities and car collection is present here including license tests, all of the different series, and tuning.     The micro-transactions are completely optional as everything is earnable with time and effort in the game. The online requirement isn't that burdensome and server/upgrade outages like the game experienced will most likely be very rare. With Polyphony Digital setting some expectations for post-launch support with all of the additions to the car lists and tracks in GT Sport, this racing game is well worth the $60 price of entry.    … Expand

    I finished "career" mode, and still can't buy any cool car because i've got no coins. My garage is quite empty too. Where is all the fun? Racing on a cheap ass car in a car sim game is not how i define fun. In fact, this is pure garbage. My first and last experience with GT franchise. Back to Forza.

    Great graphics, awesome playability, very poor car dealer system. Microtransactions are just a money grab. Always online is also a downer. Poor decisions by Sony. Do not buy it.
    Sony also played the reviewers by releasing a version without showing all the details.

    I have played and mastered every Gran Turismo title since the original. Gameplay and visuals are spectacular but its sad to see greed of microtransactions ruin an otherwise beautiful game.

    Blatant cash grab. Pre-ordered this full price game, wish I had not. Microtransactions that allow you to purchase unlimited credits with real money combined with a cap on credits that can be earned in-game are going to kill this title. After launch, the dev's nerf the "highest" paying races into oblivion. Check the warning rates against previous GT titles. This game is dismal. P2W

    This would have been an easy 10/10 if there is no online always bs in place. I really hope Polyphony Digital take this and modify game not to always be online.
    GT7 looks and plays beautifully.

    For a game that defined my childhood this is despicable. Do you seriously want to do an insanely long race only to be booted and lose everything because of always online? Or how about grind for 20 hours just to buy one car? Oh don’t worry, because the premium game you just bought has given you the ability to spend even more money. This is just getting ridiculous.     Meu primeiro e último GT. Extremamente caro, microtransação muito forçada e exigência de estar online. Péssima experiência, arrependido de ter comprado e nunca mais chegarei perto desta franquia. Uma vergonha para o mundo dos games. Jeito EA de gerir uma empresa só merece o abandono dos gamers. Adeus.

    I created an account just to say how stupid this game is.
    Played all the GTs since launch, never has the economy and experience been worse.
    Not even a real career mode / campaign to do with the stupidly prices cars.

    I've gotta go with the community on this one. I wasn't thrilled with how the campaign worked, but the racing and cars were good enough that I was planning to buy my rental copy instead of returning it. Then I logged on after the update on 3/16 and noticed that I could barely afford a few upgrades after running several races. So, I shipped my copy back to Gamefly today--will play Forza Horizon 5 on the old Xbox rather than GT7 on my PS5.… Expand

    Total con. Waited to update game to screw over buyers with microtransactions who had already bought the game and after critics had given their reviews. Already told every one I know to mot bother with this crap. The publishers behaviour is venturing on illegal to change a product so drastically after taking customer money.

Roughly each race will win you 15-20k credits, and one of the most expensive cars for example is 18.5million credits to buy. Based on that maths it’ll take you a mere 1000 races to get one car… and there hundreds to collect! Or… you have to spendA game ruined by greed.     I am one of few race games follower: i bought PS3 fot GT5, PS4 for Drive Club and PS5 for GT7.
    Its a shame they laugh at users at 7 days since release withou servers just to update the races winni g credits beyond believable. The roulettes gave me 99% of thebtime 5kbcredits, the cheapest one. 37 usd to buy credits for a singke Ford GT car. I would love to be able    It deserves the 0 rating.

    Really enjoyed it at the start - was def going to attempt a platinum run until they decided they werent making enough money so MICRO TRANSACTIONS was decided, not just a bit but massively increase.
    In addition to this, everyone is overlooking the massive error with the Licence Test tyres - I couldnt complete those tasks at all, for days I struggled. It was their error!!

    This is my first review on here. I have high hope for this game, but Sony failed to deliver as they changed race payout to force you to buy these MARCO transactions. If they don’t change the race payout I’ll kept my 0 rating as I already spent $90 to buy this game.

    A bug caused my game to crash each time I would win or try to buy a car.
    With patch 1.08 it got solved but with a nerf. with the already outrageous grind requirement to earn millions for cars. 20million car. Pay 200 dollar or grind 24 hours for 1 car. This idiotic In-game price    Had high hopes for the game. First week with the book challenges and driver licences we’re ok fun.

    After 25 years of GT, you get less tracks, less cars and nothing new except for car collection. The economy is dire, grinding is now not even worth it, the enjoyment has gone…forcing you into micro-transactions to progress. PD says ‘take a look at the longer view’…why? New content has always been notoriously slow to arrive if at all. The original tracks, cars and spirit of GT are left out.

    Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

    Gran Turismo 7 brings to the tracks every single thing fans always wanted: the GT Mode everyone loves, plenty of customization options, car loads, classic scenarios and one of the best DualSense and 3D Audio experiences the PS5 has to offer. This is the best Gran Turismo experience we have ever seen in a long time.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5.
