    GT7 is a Nice Game, but the microtransactions and the very hard to earn credits is a no go. This makes the game very frustrating and the worst gran turismo of all times. I registered an account at metacritic because of this game.

    I am so dissapointed with this. Not being able to play offline if the servers are down is a discrace. The rigged lotteries are a discrace, the micro transactions push is a DISCRACE and the payouts are laughable. As a long time fan of the series I was ok with how the game released, but now with the updates it’s completely broken. Graphics wise could have been better as well, so much pop-in!I am so dissapointed with this. Not being able to play offline if the servers are down is a discrace. As a long time fan of the series I was ok with how the game released, but now with the updates it’s completely broken. Graphics wise could have been better as well, so much pop-in! Wow. Car handling is still the same old: off track totally unrealistic. And please get rid of those rally stuff in GT, that has always been bad. SP content is more limited than the current state of GT Sport. It’s better to play that now, until Polyphony fixes their game. It’s a discrace you so much money for a game and are being tricked in micro transactions. Stay away from this game… Expand

    Another player displeased with the game's policies. Always on prevents the player from playing if there is maintenance on the server, it was the case a few days ago that took about 24 hours.
    And then the difficulty they put in the last updates to earn credits, forcing the player to invest in microtransactions.
    Being a paid game, I find Polygon's position deplorable.

    I am working 65 hours a week so i dont have much time to play this game. Which means that i don't have enough time to grind hours to get ingame currency. After the current update the devs lowered the payout for some races. How am i supposed to buy cars if i can't get enough money for them. Everything is basically locked behind a pay wall.     1.08砍半了比賽獎金就證明了只想逼玩家課金，更新說不希望機械式的重複刷同一關那應該是把所有的賽事都增加獎金而不是砍半，而且發生了1.07的32個小時的停機到道我現在撰稿都沒做出任何的補償，只會裝死

    Definetly the best Motor Racing game I've played on a console.
    I've had every Gran Turismo and Forza and the game play, physics, graphics and information are amazing.
    People who rely on Microtransactions, deserve to pay a premium as it is effectively a cheat way.

    I do not like mobile games as I abhor micro transactions. They ruin the game play as they are always designed to make you spend more money. I was really hoping for this game to be truly great. The gameplay is pretty good - a little clunky interface for sure, but still pretty good with one huuuuge caveat. The issue I have is you have to farm to get anything or pay sill money to buy in-gameI do not like mobile games as I abhor micro transactions.     I am hoping Sony respond this to outrage and offer full refunds - I want a refund. I do. not want to spend my afternoons farming in a racing sim and they can take a running jump if they think I am going to pay to buy in game cars with real money. Not fun, not right. I just wish I had realised this before purchasing it.

    If this is the future of gaming on consoles, I am just going to sell my ps5 and be done with it.    … Expand

They sold us a great looking mediocre AAA title with tons of problems accompanied with greed, lies and deceit....MTX's that keep getting worse and engineering a game to rail road you into frustration from diminished race rewards cost of cars and making it egregious to try and 100% it. Also making truck races with a total of 2 trucks to even buy. Stay away from this game and this company. They obviously hate you and are only out to take advantage of you while lying to your face.     It is a game which is necessary to have an internet connection as if the game were an online game where it is mandatory, but being a car game you do not need to be connected 24/7 to the internet

    De lo peor tener que pagar por un juego que tiene Micropagos con mecánicas excesivas para que termines gastando la pasta o miles de horas, encima tienes que estar conectado si o si y para rematar gráficas de PS3, a quien se le ocurren estas cosas.

    Good physics on concrete. Decent graphics but nothing groundbreaking. Content is lacking (cars, tracks). After finish of short single player campaign the horrible grind for vehicles begins. Economy in this game is horrible. Little rewards for races, roulette with very bad rewards, tires cost more than race rewards (you are forced to at least buy intermediates to be prepared for rain),Good physics on concrete.     Most expensive vehicles require more than 20h farming or about 90€ in microtransactions. This playstation flag ship game is no different to a freemium mobile game in this regard.    … Expand

Where GT7 falls flat on its face is the grind and severe lack of reward for buying cars in what is meant be a car collecting game. I will rate this game 90+% as soon as these race rewards and payouts are addressed. To even buy 1 rare car could take 2 weeks of grinding. To make matters worse the developers needed the races being used to grind cash in a pure money grab to try and get users to pay for credits. Katz I love your games but this micro transaction drive on something I paid 150aud for is a joke… Expand

    Disgusting implementation micro transactions ruining what could be a solid racing game - but ruined. Don’t buy it right now, the latest updates have been VERY anti-consumer friendly. I’d recommend giving it at least a few months, maybe 6, to think about getting the game. Wait and see if they walk this back as I sincerely hope they do. But right now, please don’t buy this game. What a few people are forgetting is that GT7 along with all Sony's exclusives are priced at £70. It's just disgusting, absolutely vile attempts at profiteering out of the gaming community.

    This game is ridiculous. It goes offline for over a day and is unplayable. Why? So they can make earning cars in the game more difficult. $70 dollars and they want us to buy credits instead of earn them in game. Screw that.

    1. Always Online DRM for a Single Player game experience.
    2. Online Multiplayer aspect especially "Sport mode" is unbalance, BoP and Tuning are mixed, multiplayer should just be Delayed as a separated DLC.
    3. Recent updates (1.07 & 1.08) are really a Miss Step, economy Payouts getting slower because we've played some events "Over and Over" just to grind, Grind Turismo 7 lol.
    4. MICROTRANSACTION, GT7 encourage you to "Top Up" Small in game Credits with Real money.

    Why the hell you need online to play "single player" game. And the server can disconnect for more than 24 hours?? like how? The reward from the compeition is extremely low, and the opposite the car is f**king expensive. Is like a online game that required players to use real money to play.

Really good game, but as a player from GT1, it's unbelievable that they raised the price for cars and reduced dramatically the winning money for races so you are forced to buy for extra real money virtual cars. This is really really bad, above all for someone that in GT6 and GT Sport have them all already, and bought the 25th anniversary edition. This is a reason to stop playing and go back to GT Sport.… Expand

    The game is not fun. You were so lazy that did not even paid someone to record audio and instead the only thing we do is to click on text. Why do menus exists? Is the most boring thing in the world. Why don't you think about how to improve the game experience?
    I can resume the game as: Collect cars and .... (I can't even think another thing to add here).
    The game is just forgettable. Not fun at all.
    The races are nice, until you lose progress because your **** server disconnected me.

    I will never buy a new game from you again. And you better forget that I might buy a DLC or whatever from you again. You were lucky I can't refund the game.    … Expand

    Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

    Gran Turismo 7 brings to the tracks every single thing fans always wanted: the GT Mode everyone loves, plenty of customization options, car loads, classic scenarios and one of the best DualSense and 3D Audio experiences the PS5 has to offer. This is the best Gran Turismo experience we have ever seen in a long time.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5.
