    Awesome game. Best photomode. Great graphics and combat. The dlc is fun to play. And if you have not played it and have a ps5a, it is a great game to get. haptic feedback on the control is also amazing

    I played it for 3 hours and got insane motion sickness, because character is not on center of screen. How hard is it to put character on center? GTA 5 is perfect example where you should put your playable character. I had awful experience with this game, so unless you like to play game where character is somewhere in the corner of the screen, i wouldn't waste my money on it.     One of my favorite games ever just got better. Glad to have more. The devs have really outdone themselves. I can see the fake people are at it with the review bombing and frankly this game is well done. Is it for everyone? No probably not but it's incredible and amazing for the people that want this kind of game. Can't wait to see what the future brings. With this company and for Ghost.

    Pretty awesome DLC and QoL improvements that we got, while it's not mandatory, the haptic feedback and triggers resistance really make the game more immersive and fun to play, it's refreshing seeing devs actually liking their job and you can feel it in game.     Not worth the price. This game was never that great anyway. Some people have created this illusion, that this game is something super special, but it really isn't. It's just inferior Assassin's Creed clone (without parkour or good combat btw). Even Pewdiepie didn't finish it and he is huge Japan fan, that should say something.

    This game reminds me Assassin's Creed, but in a bad way. There's no parkour in this game. Combat feels outdated and camera controlling is just horrible.

The Japanese voiceacting is really well done and makes want to replay the game again just to get used to Japanese voice Jin Sakai. 30$ is a bit much for the upgrade but the game is really worth it if you haven't played it already. The upgrade also added 3d audio and dualsense features which actually adds alot of alot to the experience. You feel everyThe looks and plays amazing on ps5.     This is an incredible game on the PS5. The gameplay is amazing, the environments are beautiful, the variety and amount of things to do in this game are just awesome. Ridiculous PS5 load/fast travel speed. DualSense controller additions for PS5 are really well done.     Ghost was an already amazing looking game. I guess I kinda hoped for more with the directors cut. But in reality it’s just that—-a directors cut. Some extra content that was already on the PS4 disk. You can Sony is pushing their developers like Sucker Punch and Insomniac Games to rush new content to the shelves. I’d wait for this to go on sale.

    One of the most beautiful and engaging open world games of all time. Up there with Breath of the Wild, The Witcher 3, and Horizon Zero Dawn. Simply put, Ghost of Tsushima is a masterpiece. A must-own.

    It is madness that the PS5 upgrade is locked behind a double paywall. First, you have to buy the DLC, and then you have to buy the upgrade. That’s beside the fact that the upgrade almost does not improve anything in the game. Sony is losing customers and causing bad PR by trying to squeeze all the cash out of people who like Sony games.

    This review is only for the Iki island expansion. I give the main game a 10/10. I love the main Ghost game! It’s my #10 on the list of top games of all time! Iki island was enjoyable. It did add to the story of the Ghost. The main story was pretty good. The Eagle was a good enemy- not as good as Khan, but pretty good. The graphics and frame rate on the PS5 are exceptional!     I never played this on my PS4 despite many in my circle recommending it. Was just too busy at the time to dive into a big game, I had just gotten Last of us 2 and couldn’t commit to another heavy hitter at the time. I’m glad I waited until I got the ps5 and the directors cut. Completely worth the 70 bucks. I dont have a lot of time to play mediocre games.     I tried it on PS5. Really i enjoy it. It's a better ghost of tsushima than former Ghost of Tsushima

    A Fantastic Game got even better with Better field of View and at 4K at 60fps without sacrificing Either, The Iki Expansion is Very Nice, and the Lore is Great. Highly Recommend and DISREGARD ALL THE 0 SCORERS.

    Literally nobody plays this game anymore, this game died out before 2020 ended. Main reason it was hyped up was because last of us part II had to fail in sales compared to this one. Nobody actually cared about this game. I personally don't like it all, generic rpg.

    I just go around making everyone bow to me, that and pretending I'm in a Samurai movie defending my honor. No other game has even come close to the sword action Ghost of Tsushima offers, and if you liked the original, you'll love the director's cut.

    6 hours into the game, I find it breathtakingly gorgeous, unbelievably immersive, and very refreshing. The unique atmosphere, the landscapes, wind, remind me of the witcher 3. I did not play the PS4 version, and I only can praise this game.

Yes it is better than last of us 2, but in general this game is absolutely nothing special. Not recommending, specially without no free upgrade.

    Sucker Punch has done it again!! Incredible and captivating. Iki island expansion takes Ghost of Tsushima to the next level. Amazing graphics, breath taking visual, outstanding gameplay. Ghost of Tsushima directors cut is a must have.

    Great game admittedly I only played about half of the game, but that is only because as soon as I got my Preorder for my PS5 I stopped playing in anticipation of a 60 FPS patch. And to my great satisfaction, they did just that at launch and I had a GREAT multiplayer addition in Legends as well!

    Although I still haven't finished it because once I did FINALLY resume my playthrough the    Great game admittedly I only played about half of the game, but that is only because as soon as I got my Preorder for my PS5 I stopped playing in anticipation of a 60 FPS patch. And to my great satisfaction, they did just that at launch and I had a GREAT multiplayer addition in Legends as well!

    Although I still haven't finished it because once I did FINALLY resume my playthrough the Directors cut was announced so AGAIN I put my playthrough on hiatus as I wanted to play the BEST possible version of this game as it 100% deserves it. I'm very glad I waited too as I also upgraded my TV to an LG C1 OLED and boy this game is an ABSOLUTE STUNNING MASTERPIECE!!!!!!!! IF you have any reservations about this game DON'T. Buy it NO QUESTIONS asked.

    As for the idiot's review bombing the game, do not listen to that BS. These crybabies are mad cuz there is an OPTIONAL DLC and OPTIONAL PS5 upgrade that in NO way is required to enjoy the game on your PS4, unless you want the new Iki Island expansion ofc, and you also DO NOT need the PS5 upgrade to already enjoy this beautiful game in stunning 1440-1800P at 60 FPS with the PS4 version played on a PS5.    … Expand

    GoT was already an amazing game, and this just added to that. Do I think it was bad for them to charge for the PS5 upgrade? Yes, but I had to pay way more when the console first came out to upgrade other games, and I don’t have a problem paying $30 to a company who made an amazing game.

    This is one of those games where I actually use photo mode to enjoy how beautiful everything looks. Gameplay is the best in class for sword fighting really makes you fell like a samurai. Just something about it so satisfying and now that we can replay enemy camps and duals it’s a paradise. What's bad is the extra $10 you have to pay just to unlock basic PS5 features which are promised for all PS5 games. I have no objections to pay for next gen enhancements when they are done right. Metro exodus, Miles Morales, FF7R, Star wars Jedi Fallen Order, Doom Eternal, A Plague's Tale and lot other games got next gen enhancements which significantly improved visual quality using next gen lighting, shadows etc, supporting Dualsense features and these are all given for free. Though GoT on PS4 looks great, I hoped for some changes in lighting, textures, shadows and draw distance as it's not a free next gen upgrade. Turns out it's just a mere resolution bump and slightly reduced load times.     Feliz por voltar a jogar este jogo no meu Ps5. Esta lindo. Mas, não vou dar nota 10 porque não aprovo os 50,00 R$ (10 $) a mais para fazer o upgrade para o Ps5. Pagar a DLC (100,00 R$ ou 20$ ok), mas, o upgrade achei errado.

    Ce jeu reste l’un des meilleurs jeux sur le marché dû jeux vidéo ,
    -La DA est vraiment dingue.
    -Les différents combats sont juste insane
    -Les environnements sont toujours autant époustouflants.

    Game is great. Cleary all the zeros are from salty Xbots. Don't know why people keep saying it was 30 to upgrade. I paid 20 which is fair for DLC. Well worth the money. Highly recommend if you own a ps5!

    Little disappointing that if you own the directors cut on ps4 that you have to spend 10$ just to get the ps5 upgrade, but the for all of the perks you get in the next Gen version, it's worth it.

I played the game at launch and got the platinum in a week and i loved the game and when they announced the dlc i was excited and pre order it and i paid 20$ thinking that it comes with the PS5 upgrade but It didn’t, you have to pay 10$ for the PS5 upgrade and know that i think about it why buy an upgrade for the console you paid 500$ for,
    The PS5 owners should get the PS5 version for free as advertised I didn’t buy a whole PS5 to pay more.

    About the dlc it was short for a 20$ it took me about 7 hours to clear the iki island.

    And i hope they support the legends mode it has potential.

    I didn't expect it to be like that The story mode
    It was not long and I did not notice any changes in the graphics, however the upgrade is paid I think it was a disappointment for those who bought this add-on

    Best open world to date, whoever complaints about $10 upgrade, don't buy it, SP gave a lot off free updates to the game anyway.

    It is annoying that they charged 30 USD for this expansion considering how old is it, they recycled this to charge us full price for it with a 5 hour DLC and there are tecnically no graphical imporvements.

    Yet again fantastic work from Sucker Punch, not even got to the new Island yet but playing through Tsushima with the new PS5 upgrades has made me restart my playthrough. The increase in resolution, haptics and smooth 60 fps are sublime.

    One of the best PlayStation exclusives ever just got even more awesome! Incredible story, visuals and music lift this game up to an amazing experience that is steeped in Japanese mythology. This is the definitive version with all content and next gen upgrades - the only way to play this emotional masterpiece. Can’t wait for the next instalment, bravo Sucker Punch!

    This game is absolutely INCREDIBLE and the DLC only adds to the magnificence of it!
    This is a beautifully written story with breathtaking scenery. Absolutely worth every penny!!

    Superb game. Beautifully and passionately created to instill a great sense of gaming within classic Japanese samurai movies. The open world setting is always interesting and the gameplay loop is always compelling.     Well done update for a great game. Lots of new content is complemented by a ton of new gameplay elements. More content was missing from the basic game, otherwise there was nothing to complain about. And now everything is fine. Reason to buy Playstation 5 if you don't already have one.

    Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut has improved the graphic of the game greatly. The newly added Iki Island brings new stories and challenges, and further extended the story background. For players who have already cleared the game, playing the Director's Cut version is still an unforgettable experience.

    It’s more of a regular DLC paired with some improvements for the PS5 rather than a true director’s cut. However, the developers do deserve praise for how skillfully they inserted the expansion into the narrative of the base game. The story about Jin’s past and the sins of ancestors is great (as opposed to boring side quests), new enemies pose a challenge, and the game as a whole shines on PS5’s more powerful hardware. I wish the visual improvements were more noticeable though. [11/2021, p.31]
