    vergognoso che questo videogioco non è stato tradotto in italiano! tutti i Far Cry precedenti lo erano, ci hanno rovinato la collezione rendendoci impossibile immergerci nell'avventura. Tutte le altre lingue ci sono, l'italiano no. Vergognoso!

    If you like Far Cry, It's good. If you don't like Far Cry games, don't buy it.

    A side note:

    A lot of the negative reviews for this game are like someone that doesn't like chicken wings reviewing chicken wings. These wings taste the same as the last wings. Some people just like wings.

    I like the idea, the main character. I even hoped something will change comparing to Far Cry 5... But it only got worse. What is that silencer mechanic? Why does nearly every enemy need to be shot twice in head without helmet in order to die. This game is pure trash. I made that mistake and bought it after looking only at media reviews which are obviously bought. If you are looking to buyI like the idea, the main character. The respawn rate of enemies is measured in seconds. it's physically impossible to clear out an area, because everyone you kill is back as soon as you turn your back for more than 15 seconds. Total BS. I played about an hour and then deleted it. This isThis game is terrible. Ma dico sono matti??? qua subito devono abbassare il prezzo almeno del 30 percento o più perché l'esperienza videoludica è fortemente compromessa dal dover seguire sottotitoli in una lingua non nativa mentre spari, mentre usi veicoli, mentre persegui obiettivi importanti dimanca la nostra bella lingua, l'Italiano, e ce lo fanno pagare allo stesso prezzo di inglesi, tedeschi e francesi.     I never thought I would play a big budget game more broken than cyberpunk. I was wrong…. This game has so many flaws it insane. Want to jump over a ankle high fence, can’t do it. Want to jumble and climb up a roof, unless there is a blue cloth you can’t even it at the same height or the same roof, has to be that spot. You can not put out a for by pressing the in screen button. Want to open you wing suit when jumping off a cliff, does not work 90% of the time so you splat. Reload your gun, you press the button then 20 seconds later the button pressed is registered. To pick up an item you must stand directly on top of that item and look down to pick it up. Not a single part of this game or it’s controls works correctly. The story is good but good luck getting through it when you can’t actually play the game… Expand

    maybe Ubisoft has become a B company that can't afford to dub Far Cry into Italian! Way too expensive for them maybe...but not for german and french. Why? We should be all equals as it happened in Far Cry 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and New Dawn

    I have played a few hours and this is by far the most boring far cry ever. I enjoyed far cry 5 and even the add on. This is just beyond boring, the graphics are not even close to acceptable for a ps5. Not to mention in the first 5 minutes the game tells the player, and I quote " the American dream is not for people of our color". Seriously.....That was fun explaining to my kid. KeepI have played a few hours and this is by far the most boring far cry ever. I enjoyed far cry 5 and even the add on.     Gun mechanics are awful, each gun feels exactly the same. Even if one gun felt particularly good, you probably wouldn't be able to use it because they opted to gate weapons, offering clear winners and losers. Gear sets are an abject failure, not because gear sets are bad, but because the bonuses they offer often should be base features or should be allotted to a perk system, not mutually exclusive. I played with the parkour set the majority of the time because to make that gearset viable, they decided to nerf the **** out of movement speed.

    What in the world are be doing with map discovery? No towers removes one of the most fun systems in far cry in an effort to have players go out and explore every corner. The issue with that is this map is essentially vacant. The world we are expected to uncover is just repeated poorly animated trees and shrubbery. Forcing players to speak to NPCs to uncover bases and checkpoints is just poor game design when you consider you speak to the same girl all across the map about 50-60 times just to figure out what you need to do. It is actually the same exact model of the npc. Has she been cloned? Does she just run around the map all day?

    Now let's talk about the story. The story makes no sense from the start. Dani "I'M LEAVING YOU CAN'T STOP ME" 5 seconds later "IM STAYING." Ok? Villain is almost entirely absent from the game. You see Castillo maybe once every two hours in meaningless cutscenes. You have pretty much zero interaction with him throughout the game. All other characters are poorly acted and scripted. There was a level of cringiness in the dialogue that had me question whether a group of high schoolers wrote the script. This game made me realize that with this writing team it probably was a good option for Ubisoft to go with a silent protagonist all these years. In fact, after this game, PLEASE GO BACK TO A SILENT PROTAGONIST, YOU CAN'T WRITE TO SAVE YOUR LIFE.

    Now finally let's talk about gameplay. The only way I can describe it is by screaming REGRESSION. Sure, the bullet sponges in new dawn weren't fun, but they were better than this disaster. Check points are braindead easy, kill 3 enemies and blow up a sign. Oh a tank shows up and you're in combat? Blow up the sign and it disappears. Outpost are somehow even easier than checkpoints. NPC pathing is so incredibly slow, they don't really stop to have conversations with each other, detection speed is ridiculously slow, and you often have about a football field of rooms between one enemy and the next. That last point goes hand and hand with the movement speed nerf. When crouched, you move about a cm a second. When running full speed you move about a foot a second. 90% of my game was probably me just running. Running to enemies, running to vehicles, running to supplies...not because I opted to run, but because there was no other option and movement speed was nerfed so hard , running took up the most time.

    You were looking forward to boss fights? Great, but they die in one hit and behave like every other NPC. I was so excited for a helicopter fight my first boss...then I fired one rocket and he died mid dialogue. Second boss, shot him in the head died mid dialogue. I'm all for realism in games, but in a game where Ubisoft avoided realism and believability throughout why the **** is the only realistic mechanic during boss fights -- a place where realism SHOULD go out the window to make them harder than other encounters...

    Despite what ragers thought about 5 and New Dawn there were some bright spots that may have been implemented to make 6 a great game. Instead Ubisoft took what everyone loved about Far Cry and threw it out the window for 6. What happened to towers? What happened to all weapons being viable, allowing you to pick and choose how you want to play? What happened to meaningful hunting? Where are the funny and unique notes in open buildings and why did you replace them with the same 3 copy paste notes? Where are the hard boss fights? Where is the villain? Where are the towers? Where are the side missions? Finally, where is the writing? This game is the perfect case study of regression in video games, and was one of the worst games I have played this year. I could not recommend this game to people who like Far Cry, nor would I recommend it to someone who has never played the franchise.    … Expand

    What a disappointment! After playing for a few hours I just couldn't take it anymore. I took a break and tried again the next day, thinking that maybe I had a bad day. So I did come back. It's actually that bad.

Not even Giancarlo Esposito (great actor BTW) can keep this trainwreck together.
    The graphics are up to next gen standards and highly detailed. It is overall a very pleasing looking game. However this negatively impacts visibility of enemies etc. You'll get spotted from a hundred metres away by an enemy who just melded together behind a barrel and a bush. The cracks start to show in the gameplay. The movement of the character is horrendously clunky. You truly feel like a person who's horribly out of shape and who can't sprint for a few seconds. Gunplay feels laughably bad. It's like the developers wanted to make it more realistic, like battlefield. The weapons sound nice, but have abysmal recoil and reload times and are just not fun to use. You're constantly fighting your guns and struggling to hit anything. I've played FPS games for over 20 years and I have never had a bad time trying to hit enemies like in this game. Also, you need to now constantly worry about using the right ammo type against the right type of enemy (AP or Soft Target rounds). Takedown animations look cool but take FOREVER. It's faster to just shoot them in the head. Overall this is a huge disappointment. The trailers looked cool and was just stoked to play the new next gen Far Cry game.

One team was making a teen show for CW filled with annoying stereotypes and cast that belongs more on twitter and would not be seen in a small village, or farm. And then a serious drama with a amazing performance from the villain and his son. Which was the best part of the entire game and made me feel I should fight for his side instead.

    Game play; was just okay and a great let down in a lot of areas. Vehicles controls felt off and clunky for anything you drive. Horses were just a novelty that I used only once because it was forced. The rest felt like other far cry games but a lot taken out.

    World: Some parts were pretty and interesting like the towns and some of exploration but the world did not feel that large. Most of it's water and I felt like huge rebel camps were right on top of the regimes camps. The city was a big let down. Most of it is sectioned off and unexploreble, even after the game is over and you can't fly over it.

    This is going be the last game far cry six series I play. To the developers, stop trying force unlikable and annoying teens as characters in games ( even though they much older then teens). Also, okay boomer jokes were annoying and does not match the locale. It may be hard to believe but the rest of the world is not made up of teens who never matured and actual respects elders. Specifically in the Caribbean where I am originally from.    … Expand

    Far Cry 6 reminding me a lot of Just cause 3, in that while youre in this massive world, everything felt pretty cookie cutter generic.. and unlike just cause 3 the weapons weren’t crazy enough to keep fully entertained and there weren’t great story pieces pulling me through… just the same stuff over and over again, get to the spot on the map, deal with checkpoint along the way, take them over for future fast travl points, get back to the mission, kill all the people there.. thankfully youll unlock pets such as a crocodile or puppy to help along the way to attack and distract, but kill all the nemies, or find a key card so you can enter a building to throw a switch, or kill al the enemies and hack a computer which is just you guarding It while a percentage meter fills, over and over and over.. again no great story piece or story telling within the actual campaign except maybe couple of times.. really exposing the games bloat, I felt like I was doing side missions through most of the campaign.. I know box numbers are imorptant to people spending 60 to 70 dollars on a game, I get that.. but I would prefer and epic 12 hours over a mediocre repetitive 20.. I would even be fine having to level up to unlock those story missions and feel an urge to liberate the island and find weapons, if the grind didn’t feel obnoxious and get in the way of my play… maybe I have to capture a certain amount of enemy bases… if that means I get some story missions with some effort rather than feel like an algorithm developed the game.. Ill take it…
    Overall Far Cry 6 had its moments that made me laugh or moments of me actually having fun, but for the most part I felt lke I was just going through the motions of a soulless shooter, chasing credits rather than chasing the next epic event around the next corner..
    Far Cry 6 is a good shooter, it is brimming with things to do and weapons to find, you can even play with friends… but wow does this game do nothing memorable.

    So disappointed. No big crazy opening story just a boring little run around and then it starts. No real storyline, same as the last game so why did I expect more? The first 3 games in this series were great. Did you fire your storyline producer after 3 cause man it sucks. Seems CGI and open world concept takes precedence over the game making some sort of sense. Yay!

I enjoyed far cry 6 for most of the time I played it, but there are some glaring flaws. 1st - There is no ability to recruit human fighters to help you or man your vehicle gun in singleplayer mode. They only included animals that follow you around. About 3/4 through the game there are 2 unlikable characters that are so annoying, it made me nearly quit the game, to make things worse they introduce woke politics into the story via trans rights and claiming American is a racist country. Unbelievable! There are also a number of glitches in the game, like when you shoot a person in a vehicle, then they dive out dead, not fall out lol!

    + some guns feel really good
    + Good size map
    + No drugged out moments in the story.
    + No forced captures like in fc5
    + Lots of detail / gun modding.
    + Very nice water effects.

    - made unlikable characters
    - wasted villain
    - planes and choppers are practically worthless in combat.
    - story in uneven in places
    - Can't recruit human AI

    I think the gave deserves a 6.5.    … Expand

    I was so disappointed with this game. It got slightly more bearable as it went on but I almost quit after the first few hours. I questioned whether it had actually been made by gamers it is so slow and unoptimised. Some examples of this are when picking up items on the ground you have to stand literally on top of the item to pick it up and look dead centre. This slows down gameplay massively. Another example is when you call for your ride to come you have to wait for it to slowly arrive and then listen to the npc say some irrelevant catchphrase and then wait for him to get out of the car. This really takes the momentum out of the game and I never used this feature because of that. That is just a couple examples but it’s al all round let down. The graphics were also poor for next gen. It’s just copy and paste like the last few games. Thank god I only rented this one.… Expand

    the game does not look as bad as people are saying. but it is way too damn easy. was hoping to play co-op on the hardest mode with a friend. all the territories need to be 5 levels higher. I'm already level 7 and I don't even do everything. and I still have a bunch of areas to clear out that are Level 3.

    Far Cry 6 smooths over a lot of the bumps that have cropped up in the past few games and even though it misses some steps, especially with its new inventory system, it's the best the series has been in years.

    I didn’t expect much from the new FC6, so I can’t be really disappointed. I knew it won’t be different from older FC. I still enjoyed to play this game and found it very beautiful most of the time.
    I missed though competences trees and real craft.
    The characters are a bit shallow and too caricatural, and some of them victims of IRL lgbt/feminism influences. I have nothing against it, I    I didn’t expect much from the new FC6, so I can’t be really disappointed. I knew it won’t be different from older FC. I still enjoyed to play this game and found it very beautiful most of the time.

    Playing on PS4 so the graphics are pretty similar to the previous game in that they’re not terrible but there’s definitely a lot to be desired when you’re looking at faces. But the last games were entertaining enough that I hardly ever cared about the graphic. Only to start playing this and have a mess of issues from the get go. This game doesn’t manual save, apparently that wasn’t anPlaying on PS4 so the graphics are pretty similar to the previous game in that they’re not terrible but there’s definitely a lot to be desired when you’re looking at faces. But the last games were entertaining enough that I hardly ever cared about the graphic. Only to start playing this and have a mess of issues from the get go. This game doesn’t manual save, apparently that wasn’t an important enough feature to include. So you’re entirely relying on auto save, which I wouldn’t mind because in past games it was pretty reliable and you were always near the right area. However in this one it does it so rarely that I just travelled across the entire map, the largest map for a far cry game, only to die and be sent straight back to the last camp I was at which was on the other side. And this happens so often when travelling that I just want to play Far Cry 5 because I was so much less annoyed at that game. On top of this you can upgrade your camp to unlock abilities and weapons, as I’ve played the previous game the first thing I unlocked was the section that gave you the wing suit since it’s the easiest and quickest way to get to some areas. Only to find out there’s a bug where you unlock the section but it doesn’t give you the wingsuit, and because it only auto saves I can’t go back to a previous save to try again Combine this with the game being a FPS, only to make you watch third person cutscenes, and make the game third person when you’re in a camp is extremely annoying and makes me think no one actually paid attention to what went well on the previous games. I’m not significantly far in the game as I’ve been getting companions, which are only animals this time meaning if you travel and die they can’t revive you because they’re not near you, also making it a quiet experience sometimes with no sharky and hurks around. I have done a lot of side missions mainly because the fast travel places are so far away from missions unless you capture the checkpoints, and if you don’t you restart miles away from where you were. There’s enjoyable parts when the game actual works but it really isn’t worth the amount of bugs or just lack of thought the people who made the game have. And on top of this I don’t care that much about the villains, which in the previous games were so good I didn’t mind about the flaws because the enemies were done so well and you wanted to see them all the time and fight them and they were what made the game. In a guerrilla military manly setting the females take charge in every form and it feels like ubi soft is overcompensating.

    Sadly most NPC characters are very unlikable and at times i was rooting for the enemy. The gameplay is what you expect and it can be fun at times.

This game freezes very often during cut scenes, the airplanes are terrible to try to fly, the story is grey and bland because Ubisoft wastes time making male and female protagonists, level ups don't seem to mean anything, and it suffers from being chock full of current year politics. Nowhere nearly as good as FCNDI deeply regret buying a game where I couldn't read the steam reviews first.     This is sad. My first Far Cry was 3 and I loved it. 4 was OK, 5 looked beautiful and I liked the villains, but it started to get a bit repetitive. However, Far Cry 6 is just horrible. I've been playing it for about 10 hours. I have managed only one stealth base capture, I'm not even sure if it's possible most of the time. So every base capture feels very unrewarding.     I can't think of a single character I like. Juan is tolerable, but Clara was annoying at first but now she's just giving mission and info she's tolerable. But I just met Jonron and she's obnoxious. I tried to kill her but impossible, I would have happily forfeited missions just to avoid that character.
    The main villain has no charisma, compared to previous villains, there's just nothing. so unlikable are the heroes I hope there's an option to let him continue dictating.
    God I miss characters like Wills Huntley, Amita, Crazy Citra, and where's Hurk?

    Far Cry 3 captivated people not really because of the gameplay, but because of how well written it was, with a bunch of stupid but likeable characters, a wild and recognizable (secondary) villain that shows some depth and an exciting storyline. I mean - when you ask people to name something they liked about Far Cry 3... they're going to say "Vaas", right? They're not gonna tell you that they love the collectibles. Or the crafting system.

    But with each entry in the series, they moved further and further away from what made Far Cry great while at the same time expanding the scope of the game. The maps get bigger, they get "more to do" while everything else falls by the wayside.

    I have played about half of the main story and the only story development I got so far was "we need more people for the revolution because look how horrible this Castillo guy is!" None of the characters are interesting or likeable, they're shallow caricatures, empty shells filled with stereotypes from comic books and movies. And if that wasn't enough, even the main character has the charisma of stale bread.

    Even when moving on to the gameplay, it's somehow... worse? Nothing I did in the game felt fun or rewarding. The activities on the map are uninspired and samey. Go here, destroy a billboard and kill all soldiers. Go there, destroy an AA gun and kill all soldiers. And so on and so forth. It very much reminded me of the NCPD scanner events from Cyberpunk 2077 - at least the combat in that game is actually fun.

    And that's about it. When you purchase Far Cry 6, you get an ocean of lukewarm and shallow activites with a story and characters that might as well just not be there. I honestly do not understand how anyone can like or enjoy these games anymore.

    Ubisoft is a shadow of its former self, focusing on easily monetizable content that can be churned out every two years or so using gigantic development teams. With that kind of structure in place (as a whole at Ubisoft), there's no way the devs can put the deserved creative energy, love and care into their projects. They just have to grind away to make everything bigger, to keep people playing for a whole two years until the next entry in the series drops.

    I'm done with Far Cry.

    2/10 because the game looks nice and runs pretty well on PC. It's a "working product", just not a good one.    … Expand

It's honestly a huge disappointment and it just proves that Ubisoft just doesn't care anymore, and they are just milking trends at this point, as the game feels more like a Wolfenstein: The New Blood Peru Ubisoft edition than Far cry. If you wanna see it for yourself, please pirate the game and don't give them money. The project managers at Ubisoft should all be fired at this point and so should many of the untalented people they have hired and promoted instead of people that deserved it. Just avoid the company at all cost and maybe we will see some change in a year or two. It just blows my mind how the worse game ever made ( Valhalla) is this company's best seller of all time.     They got rid of the day night cycle, which means not only can't you play in your preferred time, but you also have to wait for certain missions to be available.

    They added respawning enemies that makes certain areas tedious as you can't plan anything out since enemies will just respawn behind you. I'm all for respawning enemies, but at a reasonable pace, let the next day night cycle begin or something.

    And we can only acquire certain money and (to a lesser degree) items through one of the most atrocious modes in the game, Special Operations, which is ridiculously difficult even at the beginning levels. It's like the developers don't have any common sense when they made this game mode.

    This mode is made much worse by the fact that you could have overcome the difficulty by being able to be patient and being able to pace and plan your route...

    BUT these idiots added a timer by means of a bomb that needs water, which means you HAVE TO RUSH! There's no way to plan out anything and you often end up having to run straight into a group of enemies to try and stop the bomb from detonating and ending the game.

    The difficulty could have been fixed simply in at least three different ways... 1. make the bomb timer much slower. 2. add many more water sources... as it is now the bomb is always about to explode by time you get to the next water source. OR 3. not have every water source be littered with enemies... meaning not only are you running into a group of enemies, but you can't even fucus on them because you must focus on the bomb, leaving the enemies to kill you while you're trying to stop the bomb from exploding. Not only is that frustrating, it's a situation that completely forces you to abandons stealth which a lot of players enjoy.

    Just an awful awful game mode and a pretty disappointing game in general

    and perhaps they thought that further into the game with different weapons may make the Special Operations mode easier (which may not be the case anyway), but regardless, we shouldn't have to wait to play a built-in mode of the game, if it's available it should be playable correctly.    … Expand

    It’s incredible how much of a downgrade this is to Farcry 5. Storyline, graphics, scenery, game play - everything has regressed massively. It’s almost like they’ve purposely removed the great bits like hunting and capturing places, why??? I love this franchise but difficult to see where they can go after this.

    I largely stopped playing ubisoft games after AC Valhalla. It took the company's anti-christian leanings from openly venomous, to encouraging severe hatred with lines like "Kill Christ and Destroy his house" being spoken by the apparent "good guys" in the franchise. That all said, I'm not Christian, but I am anti-hate, and Ubisoft crossed the line.

    Still, I decided to give FC6 a try,    I largely stopped playing ubisoft games after AC Valhalla. It took the company's anti-christian leanings from openly venomous, to encouraging severe hatred with lines like "Kill Christ and Destroy his house" being spoken by the apparent "good guys" in the franchise. That all said, I'm not Christian, but I am anti-hate, and Ubisoft crossed the line.

    Still, I decided to give FC6 a try, and... I have to agree with a lot of the negative reviews... This is unoriginal, idiotic, un-fun and just a cash grab full of bad design ideas and worse writing.

    Skip this game, go play 3, 4 or 5 (though personally I think 3 and 4 are the best in the franchise, and in that order).    … Expand

    Yikes, this is a massive Trojan Horse / Woke Bomb from Ubisoft. Every character, every story is a carefully crafted grenade of wokeness. Save your money and just ready Twitter if you want someone to constantly tell you how horrible the world is... except for them of course.

    And there is: -no more skilltree -no more looting plants -no more looting enemies, walk over them and get the items, same counts for animals (makes me lose a bit of connection with the character).     Sadly the cutscenes are at 30fps (in 2021?!)

    On the positive:

    -World design is great

    -Graphics are great.

    -A few little things got attention (like the maincharacter singing along with music, npc having funny dialogue together etc.)

    -I can imagine the setting is great for a lot of people (sort of Cuba)
    -Gunplay feels very solid

The next is the way the game plays. It has not been optimized at all! They didn't put it on Steam and then gave a big **** you when you realized that the game is bugged and has multiple performance issues. By the way, if you even downloaded it they won't let you return it. I got the runaround for about 10 minutes of trying to return the game.

    The area is boring and not exciting whatsoever, and I feel like the game was missing a certain flare that I really enjoyed in 5. Honestly, I played the hell out of 3 and loved it so much. I played 5 and loved it so much. But the big thing that really grinds my gears and ruins my time are the weapons. Where is the realism? Like even relatively speaking. I made a silencer out of a bottle and some plastic and other materials. Huh?! That felt stupid in my opinion. When I played 5 I felt like a ****ing professional. I can set up my load outs, and roll with the items that fit my play style. You cannot do this in Far Cry 6. If your best weapon is a pistol, well guess what your using a pistol. Oh, you don't like that? Too ****ing bad! You have a sniper rifle but it takes 5 head shots to "Down" an enemy, while your pistol can do it in 1. This makes no sense and it goes right along with the fact that they added an armor system and an exploitative ammo vulnerability system. It doesn't make sense, it's stupid. I don't like this! If you have fun with this kind of thing that's cool, but it feels to me almost like an overarching Pokemon type weakness system that was put in the game that really doesn't need to be there at all. I wish they would get rid of it. It doesn't feel right. The controls are also jacked as I found my character getting stuck on NPC's, objects and "dead body's". I got killed more times because I glitched onto a dead body and couldn't move while out in the open. It wasn't fun.

    If you have a PC and plan to buy it on PC please reconsider. It doesn't play very well on PC unless you have some kind of amazing rig with a top tier graphics card. Which by the way if you all are aware is pretty unrealistic with the current market. The frame rate drops suck and make it exceedingly hard to enjoy the game.

    The story is boring to me. I sometimes enjoy parts of it, but the BL2 introduction of characters felt out of place for me, and almost made me laugh at the game. "Is this a joke?" I thought to myself. This games story in general is pretty bunko, and I have never felt so disconnected from a Far Cry story ever. I actually don't like the 3rd person in towns, and I don't like that the main character has his own story. I have always enjoyed the immersion of feeling like I am this unstoppable badass.

    At the end of the day it's another Far Cry game that is trying really hard to be reminiscent of the classic Far Cry's but fails at it by being a mediocre **** show that I really can't endorse whatsoever. The story is as a gimmick that fails to keep my attention with a main character that I don't relate too. The weapons system is annoying at best and make it impossible to play my style. The graphics optimization on PC is terrible. I've played a lot of the Far Cry games but this is probably the most disliked one that I have played so far. My entire opinion is my own and I understand that it won't be popular, but it is what it is because I came into this excited to enjoy my own adventure and between a game that missed it's mark with me and Ubisoft being unwilling to provide me with any type of refund after not having on the Steam market has been a travesty for me. I am already aware that a lot of people do like this game, and I think that's great! But this game just isn't for me, and I would consider this to be a great failure if you like Far Cry games the way I do. It felt like the death of something I love.    … Expand

This one however is just not that good due to how stale the formula is getting at this point as others have mentioned. I think the tipping point the is how s*** the graphics are. I at least remember 5 looking really good whichI'm maybe 10 hours in and not really enjoying this so far.     Mediocre plot, mediocre graphics, mediocre combat, just mediocre. Felt lazy. Rinse and repeat. Ubisoft needs to take a SERIOUS look at these franchises they have. Will not be investing in future games from them AT ALL unless serious effort is put in for change, but I seriously, seriously doubt that will happen.

    Во второй вы - наёмник.
    В третьей вы спасали друзей.
    В Blood Dragon были солдатом с миссией спасти мир.
    В четвёртой спасали свой народ от тирании.
    В Primal спасали народ от уничтожения.
    В пятой у тебя была задача освободить штат.
    Даже в Нью-Даун была задача приехать туда-то и помочь людям.
    А в шестой части вы воюешь, если даже сами повстанцы прямо говорят, что нифига ничего не смогут изменить. Зачем тогда воевать? Действия тирана вообще не подаются логике, я ожидал что будет действительно спорный злодей как в 4 части игры, но нет, тут злодей gолу-дурак, полу-детский злодей из радужного мира поней типичного разума законченного либерала.

    II. ГЕЙМПЛЕЙ

    Никакой ролевки с КПП не будет, по вам будут сразу фигачить, как только вы попытаетесь мирно проехать, как и другие нпс. Все ваши проблемы так же решит танк, захватите его и вы можете на нём пройти всю игру.

    ПОКАЖИТЕ МНЕ ЧЕЛОВЕКА КОТОРЫЙ ПЕРЕНЕС MMORPG С NEW DAWN, ТОЛЬКО СДЕЛАВ ЭТО ЕЩЁ ТУПЕЕ!

    III. ДЕГРАДАЦИЯ.

    Юбисофт только закрепило моё мнение что они деградировали по всем фронтам. Некогда любимая студия, с шикарным выходом третьей части, пали на моих глазах и теперь я совершенно не заинтересован в покупке/поддержке их будущих игр, так как они полная хрень.

    ВЫВОД: Этот донатный магазин имеет классный дизайн и по истине высокую ценность. Правда кошелёк спасибо не скажет. А, да, ещё там в комплекте есть какая-то унылая мини-игра, вводящая в скуку как мини-игра в комплекте с магазином For Honor 2: Valhalla, где за чела без какой-либо мотивации проходишь тупые задания не имеющие смысла, сценарий и написанные детсадовицем диалоги заставляют тебя делать фейспалм каждую минуту, стрелять скучно, враги - губки для урона, а ещё противники становяться сильнее из-за атолевелинга, от чего и так крайне кривая системы прокачки бессмысленна. Кто вообще купит этот донатный магазин ради такой низкокачественной мини-игры?    … Expand

    It's all very "stunning" and "brave" and the absolute worst Far Cry game ever made, on all fronts.

    The coop system is so broken! Why the hell would you advertise something that is coop where your partner’s progression is solo only? That means that apart from his equipment, all the rest – progression, story, camps, every single thing on the map – doesn’t count for him. What the hell Ubisoft! Furthermore, I think playing this game coop hides its solo playing boredom. You start realizingThe coop system is so broken! Why the hell would you advertise something that is coop where your partner’s progression is solo only? That means that apart from his equipment, all the rest – progression, story, camps, every single thing on the map – doesn’t count for him. What the hell Ubisoft! Furthermore, I think playing this game coop hides its solo playing boredom. You start realizing that missions are madly repetitive when you play solo.

    The game doesn’t look too bad indeed, but the world of Yara doesn’t feel alive. I feel like in a clone of Ghost Recon Breakpoint. Enemies everywhere, Yarans citizens are virtually non-existent, cars are driven unrealistically (it’s an actual joke how driving AI is). I also don’t get this weapon leveling system. What the hell are those 4 stars? What do they mean? And I haaaaate the fact that you need to storm an enemy with 5000 rounds to kill one. I’d have loved it so much more if it was more realistic, if enemies are downed with one sniper rifle bullet for example. Now it’s just another clone of any boring videogame, with 1000 ultra-armored guys and other bullet-sponges.

    Lastly, I must say this scenario is really weird. It’s not credible, it would not make any sense in real life, we don’t feel for the characters at all, and most of the missions are boring scenaristically speaking as well. It’s just not engaging for me. It doesn’t do it.

    It’s a shame because this game had potential. If sufficiently polished on all mentioned aspects and if fitted with an actual nice story, its map would have provided it with a very nice playground.    … Expand

    So far the worst Far Cry I've played. The story and characters are so boring. All this shoved diversity and all the people just seem shallow and there just to check the box. The gameplay quite boring, nothing new. Music was atrocious.

    Ubisoft's signature franchises continue to deliver on what the fans have come to expect and Far Cry 6 is no exception. A sprawling sandbox with tons to do and perfect escapism for a few hours… a few tens of hours. Fans of the series or Ubisoft's style, in general, will want to pick this one up, those who haven't ever clicked with them will find nothing new here to change their mind, with only a few changes that just do not push the boat out or move away from the formulaic. Most exciting though, is the upcoming DLC: a season pass that promises to give players a whole different experience. Stepping into the shoes of the villains of the previous games, starting with Vaas.     The new episode of the Far Cry series really tries a lot to find new ways how to enjoy the game, and at the same time it relies on the unattainable depth that the charismatic Giancarlo Esposito was supposed to give to the game. Instead, players again receive a disparate mishmash that is increasingly moving away from both the original Far Cry idea and the Just Cause sandbox.

    If I’m being honest, my frustrations with the marketing’s focus on the worst caricatures of Latinx people made me brace myself for a racist triple-A experience full of gross clichés and awkward attempts to be apolitical. Instead, I was surprised to find that more thought than I expected was put into its depiction of Latinx people. Although it isn’t perfect — those cringeworthy lines! The grind of finding gear! — it’s better than what I initially expected, and that counts for something.
