Crash Team Rumble is a fun and unique 4v4 competitive game that is able to create something new and ludicrously fun out of the existing franchise mechanics. While I've played a ton and have not tired of the game, there is only one real mode, which might impact the game's longevity. Still, the game is deceptively deep and strategic, with teams needing to think and react quickly to be successful. Regardless of how long it's around, right now Crash Team Rumble is great for a blast of gaming fun for the whole family.

Crash Team Rumble from Toys For Bob is quite fun. It features a balanced system of gameplay, some fun characters with unique gameplay styles, and a nice set of maps that complement strategy and quick gameplay. The leveling system may work its way to max quickly, but it doesn’t detour how much entertainment you’re going to get from this title. The biggest concern with this game is longevity and variety. It’s nice that Toys For Bob laid out a roadmap to tame some of this worry, something most companies don’t do well nowadays, but only the future seasons will tell the dedication to the title.

I friggin' loved my time with Crash Team Rumble and I plan on playing it much, much more. Although I was a bit hesitant at first, the amount of strategy that you can incorporate allows this frantic multiplayer game to really shine battle after battle.

Crash Team Rumble is an experiment with the Crash Bandicoot brand that went very well. No match is the same as the last, and there is a prevailing sense of fun. Not to mention, there are plenty of incentives to keep you playing. However, as a fully multiplayer title, only time will tell if it will last or be forgotten.

Crash Team Rumble is a pick up and play multiplayer game that is shockingly fun. It gives players freedom while encouraging teamwork, with a variety of stages and characters. It has quirks and imbalances, but you’re never too far from the next match or unlockable.

Crash Team Rumble could be viewed as the natural progression of difficulty in the Crash Bandicoot franchise. It takes an entirely different type of preparation and offers a different reward, though. Crash Team Rumble's take on multiplayer platforming madness is unique, with enough depth to keep you on your toes after hours of gameplay. Those searching for a fresh take on the long-running series should give it a try.

While I feel the live service elements are out of place, I ultimately can't hate the final product. Crash Team Rumble is a blast, one that's easy to learn and hard to put down.

More characters and maps are planned for the future, but some players may not feel motivated to keep playing once they completed the season tiers until there’s something new in the game to work towards. Still, Toys for Bob should get a lot of credit for making a competitive multiplayer platformer that not only works, but is fun to play.

A surprisingly fun platformer that excels with its variety of characters and levels. The gameplay also has enough depth making it an entertaining title to play. However, there are some balance issues and modes that are sparse, as well as some connection issues. A few things to consider, but that does not take away from the fact that in terms of gameplay it is an ideal game for quick battles to kill some time.

Activision and Toys for Bob have known perfectly how to make a new Crash video game that is out of the ordinary, both for new fans and for those who have known the marsupial since its inception. Although its little content and some problems make the experience look somewhat stained, but it is a game that will easily give you hours of fun.

It's hard to predict how Crash Team Rumble ends up in six months, but I hope it's still around, and the team is able to just facilitate what is working without corporate meddling. Whether or not enough people feel like spending $30 minimum to stick around and find out is up in the air.

Crash Team Rumble is an extremely fun 4v4 multiplayer experience, with plenty of maps and heroes that the fans are definitely going to enjoy. It has one issue, though: it should be free-to-play, as most of these games are. It could be a huge hit if it was available without the price tag, but as it is now, it's probably going to be limited to some Crash lovers.

It may have one mode, but they show us some promising contents that will come in the upcoming weekends during the season!
This game makes me more addictive than any Crash Bandicoot game I’ve played in the past!
And this game might be the one that will bring me some excitement!
Firstly, the characters. Each character has their own abilities, strengths and weakness and what’re they good for which is good because that will help us how to make a strategic plan for the victory.
Secondly, the power ups. Those power ups will support us in a very rocky situations
    This game deserves 10/10!

It's addictive. It's compact. It's tight. Didn't expect any less from the same dev team behind Crash 4. Following this game for nearly 2 years, and finally seeing it out in the open is a heartwarming thing.

The game, while only having one core mode for now, is still kept fresh with the wide selection of maps and the 8 unique heroes in the base game (with 2 more coming with Ripper Roo and N.Gin in Season 1). One of the maps, Surreal Summit, is based on my favourite Crash 4 level, Off-Balance. So no surprise that I adore this map in particular. Even with a rubberbandy online, you are still able to play and successfully play your role without much issues. That is a step-up from Nitro-Fueled's neglected Online. While the game has a Battlepass, it still paves way for good cosmetics both on the free and premium sides. Solid base roster. Solid game. Solid all around. It may not be the next Fortnite, Apex, COD, Overwatch, or Fall Guys, but it has a really solid foundation as a Multiplayer Crash game that'll just get better with time hopefully.

My only negatives is that I wish that private matches also rewarded XP for leveling up heroes and the battlepass, as relying on matchmaking only is a bit lacking and tedious in that aspect. Maybe halfing the rewards for that might be what balances it out. For me, in order for it to be a 9 or 10, it needs about 3-4 more maps, and 4-6 new heroes for it to REALLY be worthwhile. And game modes. More modes are important for this kind of game. Introduce permanent new modes that are fun and spicy, and you have yourself a game that people can re-review basically and give it an 8, 9 or 10 even. Well-made game. Just needs a bit more to be chewed fully. Not saying it's unfinished or unbaked like other live service games that have far less content, but there is something special here with the brand new foundation for Crash Bandicoot Multiplayer. It doesn't need to be Bash remake. It just needs to be fun, unique, enticing, and passionate. That's how I can explain what the developer, TFB, are.
