    On Playstation 5 Battlefield 2042 is running extremely well, no frame drops, no big server problems. I'm currently sitting at 15 hours of gametime and the only bugs I've run into are one that doesn't allow me to revive allies, and one were being downed doesn't show the "hold to respawn" option. The game looks amazing, and is a vast improvement from both the Tech test, and the Beta.

    Beautiful game, feels like a Battlefield, to an extent.
    The gunplay is slightly weak, sad there are no generic classes for the primary mode, and some bugs are too bad to ignore.
    I hope a day one patch to smooth most of the persistent issues out. Otherwise, it’s a great game. Games don’t launch without issues, everyone is just mad.

    I've played 9 hours of this game and I'm really enjoying it so far, despite what everybody's saying. For me it's the perfect compromise between Battlefield's traditional slower and more methodical approach and the fast paced gameplay from the likes of CoD, Titanfall etc. I don't get how people expect every new game to be a Bf3 clone/reskin with no innovation whatsoever. I'm.glad Bf 2042I've played 9 hours of this game and I'm really enjoying it so far, despite what everybody's saying.     I really enjoy this game. One of the best BF games to thia day. There are some issues, however I did not run into many bugs that people describe. The only thing that bothers me is the lack of desctruction, which is a big deal, however I am enjoying the hell out of this game.

    In my opinion, this is one of the best game relased in the last few months. Just a pair of bugs are the only problems I’ve seen (flying veichkes). This is a really funny game, I’m enjoying it and everyone should too. Portal mode is awesome, there are not too many maps/modes/guns but I’m sure they would add more in the next months/years. For the moment, I’m really enjoying it!

    I’m a long time battlefield fan( sense bad company ) and BF2042 definitely brings back some good fun, I’m giving it a big fat 8. Battlefield 5 was the only battlefield I disliked a lot, this battlefield has been getting a lot of hate(I understand to an extent ). However this is just my opinion. Exited to see what’s to come and the potential it has!

    after several path releases the game now runs much smoother.
    More content and maps along with the inclusion of Rush mode now bring this up to the version that probably should have been released.
    Well worth a look expecially if you can pick this up at a reduced price

    Game is getting better by the patch but it’s at a slow rate. We’re put in an endless waiting cycle to wait for the next month with a big patch that hopefully fixes all performance issues. Currently it’s been about 5 months and the game has had no content, and is still glitchy. The overhauled scoreboard is the best scoreboard we’ve gotten in a battlefield game but was 4-5 months to late.Game is getting better by the patch but it’s at a slow rate. Personally I feel that the art team has content lying around, but the game’s development clearly had issues. EA/DICE clearly made the decision to first fix the game and then release content (in summer). As a fan of the franchise I really hope this April’s patch is the one that fixes the major game breaking issues, but I don’t have confidence in that anymore. With content coming this summer I’ll probably start playing when that time comes.

    EDIT: Season 1 launch has been very good, game performs very good on PS5 and bugs are rare. Content was very small but it was high quality, I like playing through the battle pass and the content in that is also very quality stuff (some games have it worse). While the content from the store is quite pricy, they are in my opinion actually very cool (would like to see more army like skins though), I see a lot of people running around with skins from paid bundles so its must be the general perception too.

    I hope that the next season contains at least 2-4 maps, 2 vehicles (preferably jets) and over 4 weapons.    … Expand

    New update and map are great, and so are the flashback conquest maps from older games in the series! Just need to add them to the default rotation!

    I understand why people are upset about the game's state at launch. It was filled with bugs and glitches that really made the game a lot less fun (even though some of the bugs were hilarious).
    But i think that the game has gotten much better since launch. Almost all the bugs and glitches has been removed, there has been added new content to the game and the envoirnmental destructability    I understand why people are upset about the game's state at launch.     And the introduction of classes to the game has really added a whole new layer to the game and it really encourages teamwork.
    Overall i think battlefield 2042 is much better now but sometimes it just doesen't quite feel like battlefield. Sometimes. So don't purchase the game blindly as you might be disappointed alt least if you are a fan of the old BF games, but if you just want some pure multiplayer mayhem i think it is worth it at least if you can grab it on sale cuz 70 bucks can be spent more wiseley.    … Expand

    Currently lvl 22 and im loving it. The game definitely has a a lot of bugs that needs to be adressed, and some fixes like adding a scoreboard and fixing bullet spread. it’s the only reason I didn’t give it an 8. Most people just hate on the game because they don’t like change. The game runs great on ps5 btw. Except for a couple of spawn bugs that I’ve encountered.

    Bon jeu, bien que bugué lors de l'accès anticipé je n'ai pas été si gêné que çà. Avec le premier patch on doit saluer des améliorations cependant il manque certaines petites choses pour en faire un très bon jeu. Un mode entrainement par exemple, des menus plus clairs, plus de map, plus d'armes, et le Hazard Zone plus étoffé.

    Once this game is patched and finished, it will be a fantastic title. Depsite what you might be hearing about 2042, there is something to say about how fun this game has the potential to be. The maps, gunplay, and graphics are all very good. But the game is so broken that it's unplayable. Give it time, and this game may end up surprising a lot of us down the road.

Bom, a começar pelos gráficos, introdução das partidas, que foi baseada no COD, são pontos que eu considero muito bons do jogo. A jogabilidade eu, particularmente, gostei também, mas com certeza pode melhorar. A tempestade também é um ponto positivo. Contudo, falando dos que eles(JOGO NO PS5) Peguei o acesso antecipado do jogo, logo eu tenho propriedade para escrever o que eu penso sobre. Bom, a começar pelos gráficos, introdução das partidas, que foi baseada no COD, são pontos que eu considero muito bons do jogo. A jogabilidade eu, particularmente, gostei também, mas com certeza pode melhorar. A tempestade também é um ponto positivo. Contudo, falando dos que eles podem melhorar, o servidor está bastante instável nesses dias. Existem momentos que eu consigo entrar, outros que não. Durante a partida, existe presença de lags ou pequenos travamentos, o que dificulta mais ainda o rendimento do jogador em uma partida que já é muito difícil por conta do crossplay. Os setores do mapa, em que os jogadores precisam conquistar as duas partes pra ter o setor específico completamente dominado, achei que está em tamanhos ideais para a quantidade de jogadores disponíveis, porém os próprios mapas são MUITO GRANDES pra uma quantidade de 128 players. Você muitas vezes anda pra caramba até se deparar com adversários. Caberia mais jogadores sem dúvidas, porém não sei se será possível. Quanto ao menu, existem coisas a serem corrigidas sim. Um exemplo: os servidores das partidas do modo conquista. Tem gente que prefere optar por procurar partidas disponíveis no servidor Br, dos EUA e etc. Para não me prolongar muito, Battefield 2042 é um jogo bom, mas pode melhorar e muito para chegar em seu estágio ideal. Muitos erros precisam ser corrigidos. Minha nota é 7. Antes que me detonem, eu também não gostei de jogar com PC. Agora pensando a longo prazo, vai demorar para o jogo morgar e ficar com servidor mais escasso de players. Agora.. sei lá.. era melhor ter uma opção de não jogar com PC mesmo. Fica bem desbalanceado. Bastava Xbox com PS e pronto. Poderia colocar com PC também pra quem quisesse. Pelo menos, com PC, o jogo se torna mais difícil ainda, que é a graça, mas ao mesmo tempo fica apelão.     It's so hard that it makes me hate the game and it is really buggy. I was better at Battlefield 5 and I first played it in 2020 and it was easy. I have no idea what it is. Maybe it's because them **** at ea let people play the game a week early.

    Have had a fair amount of fun in the game with friends. It still needs some work in a lot of areas though. Specialists in particular seem out of place in Conquest, maybe they should be in Hazard Zone / Portal exclusively. Either way, I've still had fun. Will definitely keep playing the game while hoping it improves.

The maps are pretty wide open and could use some tightening up and detail added to indoor areas. Could be a bit more optimized but as of now it seems to have its major bugs ironed out. It gives those "only in battlefield" moments, and is aI've put 30 hours in. I'm enjoying the game. Specialists bring some nuance despite their controversial addition.     Its not even that bad, I encountered like 2 bugs in 50 hours. Gameplay is pretty fun but I don't enjoy the game's main mode, conquest and ngl these maps sometimes feel too big.

Tiene la esencia battlefield de siempre pero con mapas más grandes y más posibilidades, si además le añades el modo portal puedes volver a jugar con mapas de antaño com 64 jugadores. Quizá le faltan mas modos de juego y armas, algo que supongo con el tiempo irán añadiendo. Por último, no se si soy el más afortunado del mundo o que, pero no me he encontrado bugs de momento.… Expand

    It's the best multiplayer fps game for sure but I don't appreciate the direction EA is taking. First Battlefield is a MATURE audience, most of the gamer are male - 20-45 years old. They do not wish to have a Fortnite experience in Battlefield. + Nothing justified that solo campaign is missing on this game

It’s just too buggy, clunky, some server crashing and just not much fun to play right now. Payed a premium price too for essentially being a beta tester.     AoW - я искренне надеюсь, что этот режим загнется и забросится. Серии батлфилд не нужны какие то координальные изменения. Делайте нормальные ИНТЕРЕСНЫЕ карты, нормальный ТТК и баланс Ну куда нахрен в AoW такие пустыри? ну? Зачем растягивать экшн? Зачем специалисты? Чтобы на корню убить идею командной игры?    Я вот даже не понимаю нравится мне или нет. По режиму Portal - всё офигенно!

    While the repetition and lack of content cooled my enthusiasm a bit, I am excited to see where DICE can take Battlefield 2042 from here — if current industry trends hold, I’m confident this will be a strong addition to my already-full shooter rotation after a few months of additions and updates.
