    I'm disappointed with Armoured Core 6. Controlling the Mech was very difficult, trying to hover, shoot and move the camera around to see the enemies felt awful. I carried on playing to see if it would get better but i just didn't enjoy it. I only thing i really liked about it was the Mech customisation.

Graphics look last gen, controls are terrible and boss battles are near impossible! This is fun? Not sure what kinda gamer finds this enjoyable, but this is a joke! If it was any other game with just these graphics alone, it would’ve been pointed out by reviewers,Yet another highly overrated fromsoft game, just because it’s fromsoft.     Top tier mecha game ever. It have so fun and challenging, i know maybe it will be difficult for some people but be focused and take ur time to learn.

    To hell with this game. Balance is way off. The games want you to do very specific things to beat it. Not fun. I don’t mind hard games, but they must be balanced. This one is just all over the place. Too bad I spent money. I had a lot of both in this company, their souls games were fair. This is if just a bit chunk of BS.

    I was quite excited about new From software game and it was a big disappointment for me. Clunky controls with huge inertia, boring minor enemies, whom you wipe without paying any attention and such a lazy first boss design! "Camera" boss you do not see most of the time and who shoots you from out of bounds of the field. I will try to overcome boredom and kill it anyway, since I alreadyI was quite excited about new From software game and it was a big disappointment for me.     I do not like soul games, i don't dislike them either... but Armored Core has always been my FromSoft favorite, and FromSoft always delivers when Armored Core is involved!

    Excellent Game, is not perfect, but the difficulty, history and playthrough are well designed, is a difficult game yes. you need to learn one or two thing to be able to enjoy this game. but for me, this is what it    I do not like soul games, i don't dislike them either... but Armored Core has always been my FromSoft favorite, and FromSoft always delivers when Armored Core is involved!

    It's a good game with about 30% of Soul Like that doesn't belong in there at all, it also last for way too long, clocking in at 30ish hours give it or take, I might have stomach it a little bit better if only there were at least more parts, but as it is, it can be somewhat barebones, (I.E. for example having only 3 or 4 types of quad legs).

    The worst modern FromSoft game and it’s not close. I’ve been playing only about an hour a day and I’m just on chapter 3 but I’ve already formed fairly strong opinions about the game.

    This game feels like the exact opposite of Sekiro. Sekiro is a game where player skill is more important than stats or in game items. Armored Core 6 is a game about knowing the correct answer to the question / guessing what the developer was thinking. Skill is still required, of course, but it is not sufficient.

    Multiple times on my playthrough I ran out of ammo and de facto lost at a boss. It feels terrible to be told that you already lost the fight before it started but you had to go 5+ minutes of playing well to find out that you didn’t guess what the developer was thinking correctly.

    When the game’s ideas work, it feels incredible to play. Unfortunately the great moments haven’t made up for the rest so far.

    It is a good game but it doesn’t meet FromSoft’s quality standards so far.

    I’ve platinumed all FromSoft’s games and I’ll probably do it for AC6 too. I’ll update this review after I get the platinum trophy for the game as my opinion is likely to change.    … Expand

    If you love mechs it's good fun. If you love good games it's a bit messy. I hope patches can Help with the janky controls and awkward camera. The bosses need balancing too. The devs need to add a buy new kit feature without replaying the entire level. The boss will force you to change your kit in unfair ways. Also the story isn't great and it's not told well.     PS5 version has issues, everyone giving it a 10 must have played the ps4 pro version.
    I'm just about over the whole dark souls thing where you, bash your head against the boss until you learn the pattern.

    The initial controls are horrible for this game and you will need to rebind the keys for easier controls on thr controller. The HUD and UI are terrible and they need to add accessibility options to increase the size of the information around the reticle.     The combat gets boring because difficulty spikes and most of the weapons are useless against bosses and other ACs.

    The customization isn't that great either. There's no transmog between all the types of armor. There aren't that many leg types to chose from. The stats are convulted even if you read what they are. The bosses also ruin experiment.

    I would also recommend watching the first tutorial mission bosses and the chapter 1 conclusion boss to see of you'd like this game.

    Unfortunately Sony will not let you refund this game even if you play it for 5 minutes so wait for sale as the game isn't very long and requires you to beat the game 3 times to get the final ending so you'll have to repeat some missions over again.

    I beat the game 3 times since I was stuck with it and don't recommend this game on PS5 because of their refund policy.    … Expand

    If you long for the nostalgia of PS1 and PS2 era games where they're just a ton of fun to play and there's not a bunch of fluff, this is the game for you. AC6 is an absolutely incredible game. AC1 was my first and only game in the series that I played when it first came out and some of the newer ones just didn't seem to capture that feel of the original. Well I can say 100% this    9/10

Boosting is inexplicably convoluted with a separate button to boost forward, another to dodge and then one that only lets you boost up. They exchanged one bad scheme for another. The camera angles are very bad and your AC covers up the view much of the time, and the hard lock system is working against you as much as for you. Dodging is essentially worthless unless you've built into it with lightweight AC because of AOE damage, and they just should have left the camera permanently behind the AC because your AC is constantly turning all about, unable to decide which way to face, and it looks goofy.

    Music: Don't remember a whole lot of it. Not really that memorable.

    All in all, this is far from the best entry in the series, even taking into account the early year's odd controls. This game is clearly it's on thing, but the Souls Influence hurt it more than help imo.

    The graphics, gameplay, performance, and overall experience is very enjoyable with a few exceptions. The story has just enough of a direction yet mystery to it to build some intrigue, and I like the futuristic sci-fi almost noire-like story.

    The camera angles in FromSoftware games are notorious for being bad during boss fights especially against larger or highly mobile enemies, and this game is no exception. There are enough instances of the camera practically burrowing into your AC's butt during critical moments that it gets a full -1.0 point deduction, but that's just one of my personal pet peeves.

    Sometimes hitboxes are questionable, but this is typically limited to a few instances like an enemy performing a melee attack. This is somewhat tied to the bad camera angles issue.

    The difficulty scaling and pacing is not newcomer friendly at all. The most obnoxious part about it is the tutorial boss, chapter 1 boss, and perhaps some others. The difficulty goes from a 2/10 to 10/10 difficulty without much in-between, and even the "tutorial" boss is placed before unlocking actual gameplay instructional trainings. It just seems like a dumb choice that can unnecessarily alienate some players.

    If you are interested in this game, then either buy it from a platform that offers refunds or buy it on sale in case it isn't for you. However, most people will like it if they can accept some challenging bosses.    … Expand

    It's a good game, the scenarios and vehicles are very detailed. There are a lot of fantastic animations and action movements. The sound is good and the gameplay is excellent. For a fan of the series, it is a good experience.

    First of all, gameplay is very satisfying. As a player, you can really enjoy while playing it. Graphics are very good and environment is great. There are lots of mech pieces and equipment and you can build something which fits your playstyle. There is a great variety of weapons in this game and you can make endkless combinations of these. Also you can make your mech and weapons look clean, rusty, dirty and some combination of these.

    Missions are quite good and fun to play. Difficulty (except bosses) is very fair and you will need some tacrics to advance. There are lots of missions and you can replay them for a better rank and some cash. There are also pve and pvp arena battles if you're interested.

    The only downside for me is the difficulty of the bosses. The development team decided to adapt soulslike boss fights to this game and they are much harder than rhe regular missions.

    Unfortunately, I bought into the promises that this was nothing like Souls, they lied. I am currently fighting a floating tank that has a stagger/shield bar and shoots hundreds of missiles you have to didge to wear down the stagger so you can cause damage. Then, at 50% health it starts doing 1-hit kill attacks, those being where it Grows A Sword and Breathes Fire....... Seriously, this isUnfortunately, I bought into the promises that this was nothing like Souls, they lied. I remember struggling with these games as a kid they’ve always been intense 3-axis mech battles so I’m not sure why people are rating it low for being what it’s always been. Anyone who bought this game expecting it to be babies first AC bought it for the wrong reason I can tell you that much.     Now the gameplay, its so good. Its just works and the ui might look like chaos at the beginning and the controls might be awkward at first but let me tell you after u get full control it actually feels like ur in the mech.     Good graphics, its not like hyper realism but its actually nice. Sometimes it feels like ur watching a Michael bay movie with all the explosions and stuff.
    Buy it, its worth it. We need more developers like from software and larian studios

    - its a difficult game, controls and gameplay. U might even say harder then the souls-series. But once get good and figure out the controls. its still a hard game but its not unfair, u actually want to figure out the weakness of bosses. Change ur mech, change weapons, change ur playstyle and the very good thing is u dont need to go to the main menu to change ur mech. On ur death screen u can actually change parts and go right back to the boss.
    - No walking to the boss, Exactly what i said, no walking to the boss. Ur 1hp and u already know ur not gonna win? Press start and select restart checkpoint. Quick loading time u can play after like 4 seconds again. Maybe even faster. Right back to the boss just to get beat up again.

    How to win:
    Like every from software game there is ways to make the game easier, not with difficulty settings but with build and playstyle. Get high defence, dual wield auto rifles like the first weapon or smg and if ur get further in the game u can buy minigun. Later u get the option to OS Tune, basicly its a passive skill tree. Get the tune where u can place weapons on shoulder part. And also get pulse armor. Now head to assembly mode and equip a sword on ur lefg shoulder. Now everytime the boss is stunned switch to that b* and do the charging attack. Easy damage.    … Expand

    IMPORTANT: This game is NOT a "soulsbornkiroring-like" or whatever stupid name game journalists came up with. It does not PLAY like a Souls game, it does not feel like a Souls game.

    So first of all, it's a complete, rock solid, no bug, no BS, COMPLETE game. it's also sold 10 dollars under AAA price, which is just amazing considered the scope of the game.

    Gameplay is just.... wow. Amazing. This game, like all From Software games, is carried heavily by its gameplay. It literally teaches you how to "properly" wield a controller to use all the 4 back buttons (shoulder bumpers and triggers) at the same time. Takes a bit of practice but it's IMMENSELY satisfying.

    The story, like all From Software games, it's very cautiously and thinly spread across radio dialogues and some cool videos. I would have liked a more all-encompassing, heavy narrative, but in a world full of those kind of games, maybe the mission-based progression structure is for the best, since if there is a game that can be carried solely by its amazing gameplay mechanics, it's this one.

    Graphics is super refined and clear. Anti Aliasing super well implemented, and 3 game modes: 60 fps ( arguably the best, especially in this super fast paced gameplay), a ray tracing one, and an uncapped one that is not fully explained (we'll have to wait for the Digital Foundry analysis for that).

    The audio is amazing, nice tunes that perfectly convey the theme of the game.

    As for the difficulty: I'm finding this game to be easier than your typical Souls. Way easier to get into the gameplay, but the game requires quite a bit of patience. I beat the first boss in like 10 tries, and the second one, the one in "Operation Wallclimber", in like 5 tries, so I'm definitely getting better..

    Absolutely majestic game. BUY IT, really. We gamers HAVE to support good, FINISHED projects like this one.
    Kudos to From Software. Again.... damn, these guys DO NOT MISS. You can clearly see the love poured into the game, and it's beautiful.

    UPDATE: I was struggling with Balteus, chapter 1 first boss, until I changed configuration and tried a heavy artillery tank, then i took it down first try.

    Same goes for Sea Spider, chapter 2 second boss, they are very hard but AS SOON AS YOU CHANGE YOUR AC ACCORDINGLY, YOU'LL BEAT EM FIRST/SECOND TRY!!!

    SO: CONSTANTLY CHANGE YOUR AC! PLAY AROUND WITH DIFFERENT PARTS, SELL AND BUY THEM EVERYTIME YOU WANT TO TRY EM OUT! DO IT!
    Otherwise, the game will become almost unbeatable and frustrating.
    The game is DESIGNED around changing your AC constantly..... you can save your configurations and simply sell every part for the same price you bought it, and they are always avaiable.

    VERY IMPORTANT: finish all the tutorial missions, since they give you precious attachments and AC parts. also, as soon as you can, do all the arena missions to buy the most OS updates possible.

    This game is growing on me!! I can't put it back!!!! its at least a 9/10!    … Expand

    I’ve put 15 hours into the game. It’s amazing and challenging I. A completely different way for. Any souls like game. I reminds me of the first time I played Bloodborne.

    Can’t get enough and I look forward to replaying and and getting into the PvP

    Great game. My first Armored Core and I wasn't disappointed. And I haven't even touched the multiplayer yet. Great mechanics like you'd expect from a FromSoftware game and great graphics. Look forward to seeing where this series goes from here.

All in all this game is way more forgiving than previous Fromsoft games. The levels are generally short and for the longer ones there are checkpoints, which you can restart at with all your health and supplies restored. I would recommend this game to anyone who likes action/combat games, but don't expect it to be a laid-back experience! You'll be leaning forward sitting on the edge of your seat!… Expand

There is nothing else like it. Managing four weapons, your booster, flying around or strafing on the ground, the speed etc., it's so sick. But the boss fights just were too much for me. I tried to get past the crazy missile boss that they have showed in some of the trailers, and it was just brutal, I ended up packing it in after maybe 30 tries because it just felt like I wasn't wrapping my head around it and by that point all the fun was gone, and I knew that even if I beat it, I just didn't want to keep playing at that point.

    I know all the veterans out there will just say "get good", but I kind of feel like, you know... I paid $60 for this game. It was advertised *specifically* as NOT being a "soulsbourne" game, so I kinda figured, ok, if I could beat Elden Ring, and this is being advertised as NOT a soulbourne game, I should be fine with this. I bet like 3 of these games in the past and don't remember them being that hard. Yeah. It sucks. I can't get a refund, I can't play the game I bought (unless I want to just replay the first few missions over and over, which - they are fun, so I did play them a bunch for credits for more gear, but that's not a $60 experience). Anyways, I'm rambling at this point, but it just feels really bad. I was so hype to play the game, and it's such a unique game, but, yeah.

    Of course on the other hand, like, Hollow Knight was the same for me - I just COULD NOT get to grips with it, but I know tons of people who had no trouble with it, so it could also just be my aging brain and reflexes, haha.

    So yeah, just be warned that this game is *brutally* hard. If you don't have a ton of patience and good reflexes, I'd honestly just watch someone stream it or something if you're wanting to scratch the itch (or if you don't mind gambling with your money buy it, because the combat itself is sick).

    Oh, p.s. - the graphics are trash. They put this horrible blurry filter effect on anything that isn't super super close, and even when you are close to stuff it looks like, super low res. Kind of shockingly bad for a PS5 game? I had originally bought on Steam but then refunded and picked up on PS5 because I just thought it might be more fun to play that way, but, yeah. Bad visuals. Good voice acting and audio design though!

    For the people who are review bombing just to make the game look bad at least put a little effort on the game before you decide it's "bad".

    At first when I saw the trailer and the gameplay, I said that this was going to be an average game but after spending 10 hours on it, it felt like something new, a different gameplay, the OST is just epic, even after trying to find issues with the game I couldn't, that goes to show how much effort they put on this game.

The bosses offer an amazing ounce of challenge, and the AC’s offer up a nice mini sort of boss battles.

    This game isn’t for everyone however, and many people will come into this game feeling disappointed. Either because the game is pretty fast pace, and a lot of controls need to be moved, and guns fired in quite a small timeframe, but that is what the game advertised.

    Now, does this game have a fair share of problems, it does. The camera is not always the best, when fighting, and zooming around, which makes it difficult to stay on a target or to know where you were going? Although this is an issue, it can be overcome by practice and making sure the camera is on point, as often as can be. The story, to some people, also may not be the most engaging, because instead of a whole bunch of cut scenes and character growth moments, the story is primarily told via before, and after mission recordings. Overall, I think this is another banger from Fromsolf, and I can not wait to continue playing this game.    … Expand

    Mediocre at best. I deleted it after 10 hours. Gameplay consists of evading and shooting weapons. Making different builds is pointless. You will have to use silly looking tank track build eventually. Story is told in low budgety way. Someone is talking to us by phone. We don’t even see their faces.
    I bought the game because of great reviews and that was a mistake.

    This game plays, looks and feels amazing. A truly fun and new challenge from a series I'd never hears of before with that amazing FromSoftware touch. Anyone whining about this game can't control their kindergarten level emotions. Game's a blast and incredibly detailed and I've loved every minute of it so far

    I think it's loads of fun. The mechs are cool. I like the dialogue that goes along with the story. Replaying missions for more currency is cool. Every time I hit a wall, I think of options I have to customize my mech and that helps over come difficulties.

As an example, I played RE4 Remake on Hardcore, and it had some tough moments. AC6 is way more difficult during it's boss battles than RE4 on Hardcore was.

    So in short and to be clear, if there was a difficult setting of Beginner/Easy/Normal/Hard/Harder/Nightmare. AC6 is slightly above Harder. Personally I Like to play on Normal difficulty so I can progress without getting frustrated. AC6 has no difficulty selection and while a lot of the levels are fun to play through, while being challenging through 2-3 deaths. Something I'd call normal difficulty. .... having to stop and die 20-30 or more times to a boss that is Insane difficulty while also not having an option to set Difficulty to Normal... It just feels way off. Just a heads up if that's not your cup of tea. I don't like spending multiple gaming sessions rebuilding and dying to one boss, especially if I'm progressing well through the rest of the game.

    The Ridiculous Boss Difficulty ruins a lot of the game experience for me, I expect this will be true for a lot of other gamers who want to lay back and Blow Stuff in fun/creative ways as a Mech.

    If you like Robot's Mechs, and are prepared to struggle and perhaps cheese some boss fights. You'll have a good time.    … Expand

    Just not for me I guess, some interesting ideas but very over complicated with upgrades and weapons.
    The sale of of overweight items at the start of the game seams daft.
    Dull missions with a few minor enemies and then a crazy difficult boss which you have to figure out and chance tactics and then eventually look on you tube for the actual way to defeat just because you want to get on.
    I work and don't have time to spent 3 hours on a minor boss, but was happy to do this with Sekiro and blood borne the game just felt a but flat to me.
    Graphics is great and it looks stunning as you would expect from a from soft title.

    Ill put this one down to a bit of a misfire and probably pick it up again in a month or so.

    looking forward to Fromsoft's next project.

The engineering of these Mechs based on the mission at hand hasI've completed all 3 endings, and I've also played through to completion and optional bosses on every entry in the Dark Souls/Demon Souls/Bloodborne/Elden ring series. Yeah, Git Gud has its merits in these games, to players who want a challenge and exercise resolve. Nonetheless I don't like how that translated to this game. The engineering of these Mechs based on the mission at hand has been the biggest draw for all the Armored Core games I've played before. In AC6, most bosses are high adrenaline high tension in-your-face DPS contests, where reflexes and rage win the tough boss battles, limiting the emphasis on strategy. Lots of builds can win, as long as you stun and overpower each opponent. What's missing? Extensive strategic options, being able to use terrain, stealth, sniping, other ways of thinking through a boss battle or making full use of the potential merits of different builds. instead it's DPS, mashing your R1/R2/L1/L2 as fast as you can and figuring out how to engage the camera so it doesn't work against you. With very few exceptions. Lost opportunity IMO.

    Also, I've got to feel for people who heard that comment somewhere this is "Armored Core and not Dark Souls", bought the game on that premise, then realized they wasted 70 bucks because they can't make it out of the prologue, when they have absolute crap for equipment, or couldn't make it past the first chapter end boss. Souls on steroids at the very start.

    I don't use easy mode, but there are players who would need this if their reflexes or vision aren't what they used to be, or have some other disability to deal with. Don't put it out there as a mech building game then throw an angry overpowering helicopter you can only beat via rage attack just to get through the prologue. Then again, if From were to provide fair warning, they wouldn't sell as many games.

    And for those who think an 'easy' mode lessens their achievement for beating the game, git gud at self esteem from something else besides video games. Git gud at life. I say this after reading a few of the angry "10"s tossed out on this thread to counteract the "0" scores. Some people have jobs, some people get old. You will too.

    All that said and pretentious fans aside, I actually enjoyed this game more than not. Story was good for an Armored Core game, there are some weapons that are generally fun to use, and once you a couple chapters into the game some of the banter during battle is genuinely fun to listen to, particularly from 2 or 3 NPC's who never fail to entertain.

    It does take NG+ and NG++ to get the whole story, but once you get a couple chapters in, get the hang of it as you improve your skills, and get decent equipment this game really does take off.

    I'd give it a 7 or 8 based on my experience, but for the way From blindsided some people who unsuspectingly bought this game, and how I felt about the prologue boss, I'm giving it a 5.    … Expand

    From soft once again proves that they've got it. If you're looking for the next Elden Ring you're in the wrong place. Armored Core VI is not a Souls-game, it's a mecha game through and through. Though that is not to say that the devs haven't put their past experience with the souls genre to good use.

The characters make the story, because they all have their own motivations, ambitions and goals. Another highlight of the game is the stellar soundtrack. (Listen to Rusted Pride)

    Where the game falls flat however, is the difficulty or to put it another way, the constant lack of any. The game becomes far too easy after you've got your perfect build. From there on you start playing the game on autopilot and barely pay attention to the combat around you.

    This however, does not take away from the fun of the game. It's still fun to build and rebuild you mech over and over again just to see how they'll fair in a mission. Combine that with a stellar gameplay, soundtrack, a compelling story, well written characters and you've got yourself another From software W.

    Unfortunately outside of that the actual game is poorly done. Some missions only last a couple minutes. It doesn't even make sense why we would do what we did. It doesn't really add to the story -- not that there really is one because this is FS. And all in all just feels pointless. The AC battles are really not that interesting. The boss battles are horrendous. It's literally just a brute force DPS race and hoping you get lucky. There is no skill involved in this game.

    I played some of the older AC games back on PS1 and 2 and I knew what this game was. I just thought they would have evolved it more. I never thought it needed to be Dark Souls.     One of the best games this year with outstanding graphics is Armored Core 6. Incredible sound design and very enjoyable gameplay keep you playing to defeat the next boss Perfect. I don't think I'll ever be able to get bored playing this one

    It's been a few console generations since my last playing Armored Core. It was on the PS2 when I was in Middle School. My friends and I would build are Armored Cores and face off in splitscreen deathmatches. Maybe it's the nostalgia from those magical times but this game takes me right back to those moments.     With the Souls series Fromsoftware took old design philosophies and made them fun again. With AC6 they are demonstrating that some things are better left in 2004. They tried very hard but there is no saving for this game from being a mediocre slog.

    Mech games need a completely new approach.

    First of all the game is super hard so if you get frustrated easily this game isn't for you. But if you're patient and are willing to learn even a bad souls player like me, who almost quit bloodborne for being too hard, can beat the game. But yeah it has all the DNA of their former games. The bosses are some of the most fun encounters I ever had in any game. The movement and how the fightsFirst of all the game is super hard so if you get frustrated easily this game isn't for you. But if you're patient and are willing to learn even a bad souls player like me, who almost quit bloodborne for being too hard, can beat the game. But yeah it has all the DNA of their former games. The bosses are some of the most fun encounters I ever had in any game. The movement and how the fights feel like duels is so addicting and I even think some of the boss fights are more fun than any of their previous games bosses. But there are some misses I call you out Smart cleaner for being a bad boss. But the last two bosses are incredible, those have a gameplay experience you can only have in armored core and its heart pumping, exciting and makes you feel like a god when you survive those through.

    The difficulty scaling othen than the bosses is somewhat weird, I think the game is too easy until you hit a boss. But still the gameplay is so fun that it carries those encounters through and makes those also enjoyable.

    Customization and finding counters is the main loop of the game, so if you wan't to ram you're head to a wall until the wall falls you're in for a bad time. Some of the bosses will not let you get an easy win until you're mech is good for the boss and fits you're play style also. I loved that aspect of the game, it lets you play to you're strengths. Also the cosmetic customization is insanely in-depth.

    Music, mood and story are good. Its the classic From experience everything is scaled epic, but there are spots where there are bits of fun and playing with cliches in dialogue. I think some people here don't just see the comedy in them, I found myself now and the smiling and laughing because of the characters; The arena combatant lore text is especially top notch fun. Otherwise there is some deep lore here with the characters and I found myself to be really interested in what kinda secrets are contained in the story, though my first play through was very staightforward without much reading the lore bits. Only complaint in the story for me is that it reminds me too much of Dune, they could have done more new things with the elements.

    All in all its a superb game, but not a masterpiece. For a masterpiece I think they should have more original ideas for the story. But for what the game is, it delivers all my expectations: I wanted to overcome pain and challenges, I got what I wanted.    … Expand

    It was looking promising, but it felt like it may not be your thing if you're not into mechs. And oh boy, how wrong I was: it simply delivers. Smooth combat with overwhelming pacing, controls just click and feel great, missions manage to give you a nice burst of action mingled with occasional long-winded passages, cranking epic to 11.

The customisation is big maybe too big and not just the parts and weapons, but also the paints and sticks you can put on your mech, you can eaven make your own!

    何度もやられましたが、そのたびにどのような武器が有効なのか、機動力や装甲の何を重視したほうが戦いやすいかを考えながら機体をカスタムし、勝利できた時の達成感がすごかったです。
    多くのパーツの組み合わせを考えつつ敵の動きの癖などを観察して自分の動きを最適化していくのはとても胸が躍りました。できればもう少し足の種類が欲しかったかな～とは思いましたがとても面白かったという評価です。

    最初のヘリがよく話題に出ていますが、ヘリまでの道中で説明されていることを理解していないのではないかという意見も多い気がします。道中までで説明されたことと、機体の装備をすべて使えばそこまで無理な難易度ではなかったです（自分は3回目でクリアできました）
    今作はしっかりターゲットアシストをオンにしていれば、基本的にターゲットを切り替えたいとき以外照準を動かす必要がほとんどないレベルでアシストしてくれるので快適でした。（FCSや腕のステータスによって、距離に応じ照準の動きがよくなったり悪くなったりするのでそこも機体を組むうえで重要でした。）
    ストーリーについても一周目では何が起こっているか全てわからないような感じですが、前に選ばなかった選択肢を選んだり、マップに落ちているデータから読み取れることがあって色々探すのも面白かったです。
    このゲームは基本的に自分のプレイスキルだけでなく、機体の構成によって難易度がかなり変わりますので、これから購入する方はそのあたりを自分が楽しめそうか考えたうえで購入を考えてみたほうがいいかと思います。    … Expand

    Armored Core 6 is a nice diversion from the Souls games for From Games. The return to modular mechs allows players to experiment with wildly different builds. Sadly, the game feels very unbalanced. It throws very hard bosses at you when you're unprepared and underpowered, while not challenging you enough when you finally reach enough freedom to build an AC to suit your style.
