  • Summary: A mysterious new substance was discovered on the remote planet, Rubicon 3. As an energy source, this substance was expected to dramatically advance humanity's technological and communications capabilities. Instead, this substance caused a catastrophe that engulfed the planet and the surrounding stars in flames and storms, forming a Burning Star System.

    Almost half a century later, the same substance resurfaced on Rubicon 3, a planet now contaminated and sealed off by the catastrophe.

    The player infiltrates Rubicon as an independent mercenary and finds themselves in a struggle over the substance with the corporations and other factions.

    In ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON, players will assemble and pilot their own mech with 3D maneuverability to move freely through three dimensional fast-paced missions.

    The TV set melted and the PS4 is a pile of smoking ash after the encounter with Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon. This game in every respect reminds me of face-melting red-hot metal.

The game's only difficulty comes from the extremely bad camera and awkward controls, although it is overall an extremely easy game with just a few tricky parts. It is graphically bland and the story is uninteresting. The missions are often over in two minutes and aren't challenging at all.

    It feels like a Playstation 2 game. I've been into From's games since Dark Souls 1. While all of their games hav flaws, this is the first one that I've played that I would actually call a bad game. I feel utterly ripped off by it, and by all of the stooge Souls YouTubers who hyped it up like it was amazing. There's no way they believe that. The game is so bad that I can't put it down to a simple difference of opinion. Don't buy this. Play literally anything else.    … Expand
