    Le jeu est loin d’être nul comme le disent d’autres avis il est juste moins bon que le premier de mon point de vue, le scénario est bien sans être excellent, le gameplay et une version améliorée (légèrement) de la partie 1, il est assez lent comme le 1 mais c’est une suite il fallait pas s’attendre à un dynamisme à la doom eternal. Les graphismes sont magnifiques (normal pour une fin deLe jeu est loin d’être nul comme le disent d’autres avis il est juste moins bon que le premier de mon point de vue, le scénario est bien sans être excellent, le gameplay et une version améliorée (légèrement) de la partie 1, il est assez lent comme le 1 mais c’est une suite il fallait pas s’attendre à un dynamisme à la doom eternal. Les graphismes sont magnifiques (normal pour une fin de génération). Le jeu vaut peut-être pas la note que j’ai mise mais je trouve pas normal le user score, c’est facile de cracher sur un jeu en l’ayant rush et terminé en même pas 20h.… Expand

    Totalmente decepcionante en todos los sentidos, si no fuese por su antecesor podría considerarse un juego mediocre con buenos gráficos, pero teniendo en cuenta de donde viene no merece mas puntuación.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Что за нытье? Все кто плачет над сюжетом, Вы хотели какого развития сценария? Что при помощи Элли сделают вакцину, и все вылечатся? Тогда игра завершена. Что вакцина не помогла, или не удалось сделать? Так и продолжения игры никакого и не было бы. Остается одно, Джоэл спас свою "дочь" от смерти, и естественно из-за этого началась на него охота, и последующая месть. Изначально я думал что его убили, потому что он помешал сделать вакцину, а в итоге узнается что там на первом плане были личные счеты. Так что к сюжету я никаких претензий не имею. Опять же повторюсь, вариантов развития не особо. То, что Элли стала лесбиянкой-пацанкой(черствой, жестокой)... Пацанка - живя в таком мире с самого детства, убивая, видя жесткого окружения... сложно вырасти другим человеком. Насчет лесбиянки ничего говорить не буду, я не сильно расстроился. Насчет Эбби, то что ее сделали накаченным мужичком прям, тоже объяснимо, для меня. Так же, в слишком юном возрасте она видит убийство отца, и осознание того, кто его убил, и то что вакцину от вируса никто более не сможет сделать - у девочки на уме одно, месть. И внешний вид оправдан тем, что она оттачивает борьбу, силу, убийства, физику и мощь.
    Так что лично для меня сюжет хороший. Да, есть моменты непонятные, но в целом все хорошо. Насчет боев, физики и графики все понятно. Поэтому 10/10    … Expand

Я хочу пожать руку по 4 раза каждому, кто работал над игрой. Naughty dog берут эмоциями. В last of us 2 умирают очень многие полюбившиеся нам или просто те, к которым нас "привязали" по ходу игры персонажи. Эта жестокость, убийства, ранения, насилие в общем, грустная музыка, у тебя слезы на глазах, от того через что прошла Элли и с чем и кем она осталась, Эбби и Элли мстят друг другу, они обе делают это за убийство своих близких, но приведет ли месть к справедливости и хорошему концу? - нет. Сколько потрачено сил обех героинь, сколько убито близких и друзей. Таких игр мало, что вызывают слезы и пустоту при завершении. Я очень не рад тем, кто ставит игре очень низкие оценки, поиграйте сами, влейтесь в эту атмосферу и я потом дайте ваш ответ. Я ни за что не поверю, что вам не понравится. Атмосфера, геймплей, музыка - все на высоте. Вы лучше Naughty dog, продолжайте радовать нас дальше.… Expand

    Геймплейно игра классная. Анимация персонажей, графика. Много жести, но мне это нравится. Сюжетно - спорная игра. Но в нее определенно стоит поиграть!

Tudo o que foi criado no primeiro jogo, aquela história de amor, foi totalmente desconstruída, mas isso não é ruim, isso é bom, pois se encaixa na proposta do jogo, este é o propósito de TLOU2, impactar o jogador e dividi-lo, mostrar ambos os lados de uma guerra entre Ellie e seus opostos, mas não significa necessariamente que esses opostos são vilões ou heróis, afinal, não existem vilões e heróis, apenas sobreviventes e os opostos de Ellie não são necessariamente ruins, Ellie por muitas vezes mostra-se pior que seus inimigos. Essa não é uma história de vingança, mas sim de obsessão, por isso causa essa repulsa. O objetivo do jogo é mostrar o quão longe as pessoas vão por uma "vingança". Agora com spoilers, para contextualizar melhor. Bom, muitos reclamam da morte de Joel, no entanto, Ellie precisava de uma motivação para seus atos, afinal, precisava de um bom motivo para fazer tudo que fez. Sua raiva e sua culpa movem a narrativa, que não é complexa, basta compreender a proposta do jogo. Essa não é uma história convencional de vingança onde o "vilão" é malvado e o "herói" é o bonzinho, afinal, todo vilão é o herói da própria história. Além disso, analisando ambos os lados, Abby não está errada, afinal, Joel matou seu pai cruelmente. Logo, reflita, você não faria o mesmo ou sentiria a mesma vontade que ela caso estivesse em um mundo pós apocalíptico onde nada pode te impedir de tais atos? Acho que a resposta com certeza seria "sim", já que todos concordam com Ellie, não é mesmo?
    O final, esse que deixa uma reflexão a ser feita: qual o preço da vingança e da obsessão? Esse que é respondido pela perda de tudo. Ellie perde tudo, a família que construiu, seus amigos, sua residência, seus dedos, logo não consegue tocar mais violão (esse que a trazia boas memórias de Joel).
    Em síntese, o jogo usa da dualidade dos opostos, mostra ambos os lados de uma guerra, suas motivações, seus desejos e sua humanidade. Uma história consistente, segue um ritmo sólido e gradual. Os mapas são amplos e a exploração é magnífica, sempre recompensando o jogador por fazê-la. A jogabilidade é satisfatória, segue o mesmo padrão do primeiro título, porém com grandes melhorias, mecânicas novas, como o silenciador para a pistola, item que tornou-se essencial para a jogatina.
    Todos esses pontos fazem desse jogo quase perfeito, sendo um dos melhores jogos da geração e dificilmente será superado.    … Expand

    The truth is, the game is extremely well made, all the devs have done an amazing job.     - The " first twist " is extremely cheap and goes against character building that was done in the first game. It feels forced because Joel makes decisions that he would never do otherwise.
    - The ending and the morale of the story makes no sense when you think back at what the main character has done to get there.

    If we could compare The Last of Us 2 to a movie, it would be an extremely high budget movie, with the best actors, the best CGI, but written by someone with no experience.

    Also, it's hard to support a game brought by a man that fired most of the people that created The Last of Us 1 and the Uncharted series over creative differences..    … Expand

    Hats off to the gameplay, ambience, environment, voice acting, acting, etc... it was amazing. However, what the **** are you thinking ND? The story is a cluster**** of going back and forth between timelines and just confusing and most deaths feel so empty. Also Ellie loses EVERYTHING and lets abby win, come on. Not looking forward to another entry of this franchise, I’m done.

    First of all i am not big fan of TLOU 1 - i played it on release and thought that was pretty good game - it had great graphics, pretty innovative gameplay and story was gripping but i wasn't one of those people who was waiting for sequel for 7 years . About new game - it is pretty good.     Graphics and details in this game really gorgeous. Facial animation of characters is great and voice acting - no matter what you think about story you will believe actors at the very least. Sound design is awesome too - killing sounds are so real it is horrifying and ambient is keeping you focused and in suspense. Gameplay i liked too - i enjoy stealth and on survival you really have to scavenge and be stealthy - though it is not so innovative as it was in first game, it is basically polished version of it with some new mechanics. Violence in this game - for better or worse - is over the top. I actually liked that part because postapocalyptic world should be violent but for some people it can be too much. Only problem with gameplay part for me was that it is really drags. It is simply too long and (at least on survival) no matter how i liked it i got tired of it .
    Now to story - it is decent. The main fault of it that it is trying too hard to push author's idea into your head. That is why sometimes story feels too far-fetched. Story in good movie or game should be first of all immersive - you have to believe in what is happening in it, believe in characters' actions, but here i didn't believe in their motivation at all. Everything else - sound, graphics, acting, etc - very immersive, but main caharacters are hollow and their actions are pretty stupid sometimes. It is especially wierd because characters were actually best part of TLOU 1. Story itself is just a vengeance story nothing more nothing less. In the end story is worst part of this game - most part of it actually feels like a filler made to fill gaps in long gameplay and to push the main idea that vengeance is bad.
    All in all it is pretty good game - if you like survival, postapocalypse, great physics, graphics and sound you will have lots of fun. If you are going for the story and characters it is probably not the best choice.    … Expand

Then go play part 1 again. "focused on their own agenda" is such a lame ass comment. Grow up peter pan, count chocula. This game is far more brutal, I'll give you that, but the characters don't live in a fairytale,Ya'll are crazy. This game is awesome.     la historia me parece que no es tan mala como la gente dice, pero tampoco es una maravilla como la del primer juego, la forma en la que se desarrolla la historia me gusta, lo malo es la razón por la cual surge la historia (la muerte de joel) joel es una persona que sabe perfectamente que no hay que confiar en nadie que no conoces, y menos en un apocalipsis, y en este juego le salva la vida a alguien que no conoce y acepta ir a su casa en la cual también hay muchísima gente que no conoce, encima podrían haberle dado una muerte más digna y no esa muerte que es una falta de respeto hacia el personaje y los fans del primer juego, también fastidia un poco que te obliguen a jugar con abby durante casi la mitad del juego para que te encariñes con ella (cosa que no me pasó) y para ser sincero el final no me pareció tan malo, si que fastidia bastante que no acabes matando a abby después de lo que pasa en toda la historia, pero al final ellie sufre un cambio que la vuelve más madura y aprende a perdonar y enfrentarse a sus miedos.

    What naughty dog said wasn't ''play the game for yourself and then judge'' they said that you couldn't judge the game just by the leaks, just by knowing ''oh, Joel died, oh, in the end Ellie doesn't end up killing Joel's killer'' literally anyone who sees that will think is **** which after finishing the game, I can confidently say is not, Literally everybody knew that Joel was going to die in this game. He stopped humanity's progress while killing most of the fireflies. Joel really needed to die if they wanted to make a sequel. The people that complain about the way he was killed because it wasn't ''honorable'' or it wasn't ''justice to the character'' should just stop, This is the last of us and 99% of the people die like literal dogs and this game doesn't shy about that.
    I don't think that Joel's death is the problem with the story at all, in fact it gives the player a pretty good motivation to play. Joel is a pretty beloved character, and that's why killing him is such a powerful way to motivate the player on this revenge murder spree.The problem is that you only play half of the game as Ellie seeking revenge for Joel, and in the second half you play as the very same person that tortured and murdered him. why? why would you do that? who wants that? but as I went through the game i found myself seeing things differently. Not exactly sympathizing with Abby but just getting caught up and then invested on her side of the story as she also begins to change.
    Ellie's story is very linear, it's a revenge murder spree while Abby's was very chaotic and messy, traversing through war zone after war zone. It was very fun connecting the dots between both their stories and the first last of us.
    However the game does have it's faults, with such a big cast of characters compared to the first last of us, jumbling one after the other, the side characters' character development is what i found lacking. Sometimes how the story is executed is just confusing as well, they stack flashbacks onto flashbacks, which you really need to put a lot of focus into to understand the story which was not fun. There were times i had to take notes cause i tend to forget details if i don't continuously play the game. Lastly, the 2 or 3 boss fights in this game suck, the melee fight with these huge cult members. It's only mechanic was dodge and attack to them. Personally i would've wanted more of a variety on these boss fights because there were just a few amount of boss fights in the game and to limit 2 or 3 of them with the same dodge and attack thing, was just being lazy.

    Another part ''User reviews from people who played the game'', most of the reviews came out literally when the game came out, When there was no physical time to have played the entire game, people rated the game with 0, ONLY KNOWING WHAT HAPPENED IN THE LEAKS, and now that the people has played the game that some time has passed, most people are not counter bombing scores, it's rising because people how has actually played the game are rating it. it's not a game made for people who only sees things black and white or people that cannot see things other than ''uuuuuhhh she killed Joel! what a villain! that's it, bad game''. In short, just don't buy this game if you want happy honorable fun time with Joel and Ellie.    … Expand

    In a post-apocalyptic world full of danger and despair, only dread and disappointment bring the story to places people may not like but it will leave a lasting impression. Great gameplay, great acting and great story that remain consistent throughout the game.

Aos que estão criticando muito o jogo, falo para terminarem primeiro o jogo. Para quem não jogou, não vá por spoilers vazados ou criticas ruins. Se você gostou do primeiro pode jogar o segundo sem medo nenhum!     This game is phenomenal. Gameplay has improved and creates many memorable individual in-game moments. Storytelling from Naughty Dog is unparalleled. I have had very few media experiences similar. A true masterpiece.

    I played the Last Of Us originally, I fell in love with the story and thought it was amazing and Geary aching. I waited for years for the second one and I was so disappointed at the game. They really took away the wholesomeness and feminine side of Ellie.     But this game is just terrible, the gameplay is still there, and it is still solid. And sometimes gameplay can save a game with a bad story, but it can't save this one.
    GAMEPLAY
    The gameplay is pretty much identical to the first game, with a few minor tweaks and a few new weapons to play with. So if you liked the way the first one felt, you'll probably like how this one feels.
    STORY
    The story is a complete dumpster fire. They took every character we ever liked and either killed them or completely changed them so they are shell of their former personality. They force you to commit atrocities and then point the finger at you saying "Player why would you do such a thing, don't you feel bad?" None of the people in this game talk like you would expect to talk in real life, it feels like a very badly acted out children's play. The writing is sincerely bad, and you need only look at the other reviews to confirm this. The plot is a revenge plot, and some revenge plots can work extremely well, look at The Princess Bride, one of the greatest movies of all time, but the important thing about revenge plots is payoff. There needs to be a reason for us to care about the outcome and the outcome needs to be satisfying. During this game everyone Ellie loves dies or leaves her on her quest to get revenge, and when revenge is finally within your grasp, they take it away from you, and let the antagonist just get away. The bad guy gets away, and you lost everything near and dear to you, bam, wallop, that'll be $60. What in the world were they thinking? It would have been okay if we could sympathize with Abby at all, but she is just a dumb **** Her brains match her muscles in that they look like rocks. Her character is totally unbelievable and feels unlike any human I have ever met.
    I came away from this game wondering what took 7 years. Especially with all of the news we got about Naughty Dog overworking their employees and having massive crunch times. Did they spend all 7 years on the graphics alone? Because they didn't spend it on writing, and the gameplay is almost identical so they didn't spend it making new gameplay mechanics. And there is no multiplayer so they didn't put an ounce of effort towards that either. This game is extremely disappointing. If you still think you might like it after reading this review then go ahead and buy it, judge for yourself, but I'd recommend against it.    … Expand

Naughty Dog, a developer who I have loved for the vast majority of my life, from the early days of Crash Bandicoot, through to the Jak and Daxter series, the Uncharted games, and of course, The Last of Us. I would love for them to listen. There are many things things I could say about this game; both positive and negative, but to write a long-winded review of these things seems futile considering the following two aspects, which ultimately for me make the game a colossal failure.

    1.) The developers forgot what medium they were working with.

    If you were to ask any other game developer what their main aims and ambitions were, what would they say? What would their ultimate goal be?

    To create games that the audience love and want to play time and time again. This is not the case for the developers of The Last of Us part II. If you were to ask Naughty Dog what their main aim is as a game developer and what they wanted the audience to feel and experience from playing The Last of Us Part II, it is quite obvious that they wished players to feel heartbreak, devastation, depression, shock, anger, and misery. Why would anyone enjoy playing a game that makes them feel this way? Why would anyone want to experience it ever again?

    Schindler’s List is an amazing movie, a masterpiece. Do I like it? Yes. Did I love it? No. It is not meant to be enjoyed, it is meant to be endured. But we still feel admiration for Schindler’s selfless and brave acts of kindness in a cruel world. The subject matter works as part of the medium of film: you have 1 hour 30 mins to express an idea, it is temporary; not meant to be repeated and the audience aren’t spending a substantial $60 to experience it. The fundamental definition of a game is “an activity that one engages in for amusement or fun.” The Last of Us Part II simply does not meet this criteria. Conrad McCarthy’s ‘The Road,’ which serves as significant inspiration for this series, has all of the same themes, but has something that is painfully absent in The Last of Us Part II - hope. There is light in the darkness for Man and Boy: “We are carrying the fire...” There is no light in The Last of Us Part II, no fire, nothing to fill me with hope or to make me want to continue playing. Nothing to love or to admire. It verges on being completely soulless.

    2.) It doesn’t give what the audience wants.

    With any sequel, the first point of discussion should be about what the absolute bare minimum the audience will want the game to have. I can say this without hesitation that EVERYONE wanted a continuation of Joel and Ellie’s story. Joel and Ellie IS The Last of Us.

    The Master Chief IS Halo. Link IS Zelda. Solid Snake IS Metal Gear Solid. Drake IS Uncharted. The Last of Us Part II fell at the first hurdle because this simple and painfully obvious requirement was not met. If you didn’t know that the main reason why the audience loved your original game was the deep and personal relationship between Joel and Ellie, and you didn’t think to continue this despite developing and directing the original, then I don’t really know what else to say. No more subverting expectations, going against the grain, doing things differently or ‘thinking out the box.’ Just give the people what they want. You can still take calculated risks and create something that everybody will love.

    As you’ve probably gathered, I did not enjoy this game. Please play the game to make a decision for yourself, only know that I no longer feel devastated, depressed, shocked, angry or miserable about The Last of Us Part II.

Took around 16 hours to complete actually grew to like some of the new characters and to see Ellie all grown up was amazing i can completely understand the games theme of revenge and i get why they killed Joel but the way it was done was bad you don't even see him really until you play as this new character Abby. The fact that at the end Ellie basically loses everything for nothing just really hit hard hoping for some DLC as i need to know what happened to Dina, overall graphics amazing and the story is empty.… Expand

The complete lack of character development on the part of Issac, Jesse, Manny, etc. who were all killed in a meaningless manner. Not only was the ending abysmal and unrealistic, but it was also far too predictable from the writing of the entire game. The LOU 2 is not doing any good forcing the user to play as a character universally hated, and seeing no justice done. When there are video compilations of people killing Abby hoping that was the ending, you already know the writing was dog trash.

The game / developer studios go with this game unprecedented terra in terms of storytelling and I have never suffered so emotionally after playing through a game and would stimulate thinking as much as here! The last of us is not a happy end universe and you have to face the truth that Joal in the first part with Ellie made huge **** in the end. The story is told grandly here on several levels and from the half with the twist, just wow and brave. But this makes the entire TloU universe so incredibly imersive and believable. The homosexuality of Ellie is already shown in the first part, so if you find that bad, you have to say that you don't like the first part. Most of the bad reviews were created on the day of release and are zero representative for me that the game has a minimum length of over 30 hours of play on the first run. Most people who rated it bad didn't even play the game themselves or stopped after the first few hours, so you can't argue with people on one level because the level of knowledge is not on the same level, so a discussion with such people is perfect senseless, they only let bad YouTube haters pull them along. Much in the world is explained in more detail through dialogues or letters and closes the often criticized "gaps in logic". Since not so intolerant as to sexuality and origin, it doesn't matter what the character likes or where he comes from. This only shows how limited there are still a lot of people in your head, grow up, because the game is only for adults! A good movie, story, or game, makes you ponder on your own thoughts well after the credits roll. This game did that. Bravo. Initially, I hated the ending because she let Abby live. Once I had time to let it marinate, I changed my views. I feel now that Ellie saw a glimpse of Joel in Abby in that last moment, and therefore saw her own young self in Lev. She realized that killing Abby would have left Lev to be alone like her, and that’s why she let Abby go. It was her way of forgiving Abby AND Joel at the same time. That explanation makes me feel much better about the ending and appreciation for the game/story as a whole. That resident evil boss battle felt weirdly out of place though lol… Expand

The Last of Us part II connects with our most primary instincts, where we are able to connect with someone through simple and natural signs, like their facial expression (something that is extraordinarily real in this game). Thus, we can see that world is not "black-and-white", that our view of "heroes and villains", of "good and evil", is at least childlike.

    I am very sad with the amount of negative reviews criticizing the story, and above all, that see the character Abby as a cold killer without emotions.

    For me, this game is about our empathic capacity to be in the other's place, and at least to perceive them as a human being like us, subject to stupid and selfish decisions.

    The Last of Us part II does something I had never seen in a game, putting ourselves in the shoes of someone we initially despised, and making us see by another perspective. An experience that we could only have playing, controlling the actions, and often feeling guilty about them.

    It's not a "light" experience, I felt emotionally exhausted after finishing the game. But the complete experience was something truly impressive and memorable for me. I felt the weight of the decisions I made through the characters.

    I really can't understand how someone, after the whole journey, comes to an end and feels "disappointed" by Ellie's final decision. Really? Did you really look at that and want to continue?

    In a world of dehumanized characters in "Call of Duty" and alikes, this game is necessary. But unfortunately, not everyone is ready.    … Expand

I think the first The Last of Us is the best game of all time and this screwed everything up! The director should be ashamed of making such a bad story. It does not make sense at all. You have to play with the person who killed your hero and have to defeat the game's protagonist. It does not even let you choose. I let Abby die for Ellie, because there is no sense defeating the protagonist, but the game just did not allowed! Besides that, Ellie just take wrong decisions and let the map saying exactly where they are. And after Ellie killed everyone Abby loved, she just say "Do not come after me anymore".

Combat feels tighter than the first, AI is smarter and can be customized in the accessibility options. Infected are scarier and pose more of a threat. The world of The Last of Us is as hauntingly beautiful as ever with more open world feeling areas.

    The voice acting is on point. I felt for characters I didn't want to feel for. And the facial capture brings new life.

    A mí el juego me ha gustado michisimo, de hecho llevo varios días dándole vueltas, te remueve por dentro. Te hace ver las dos partes de la historia y que ni los buenos son tan buenos ni los malos tan malos. Unos gráficos y unos detalles impresionantes. Lo recomiendo.

    Jogabilidade: é quase perfeita parece filme, o sistema de Stealth é o melhor que eu já vi, os caras realmente parecem estar te procurando e até quando eles viram de costas é perigoso, pq eles podem olhar pro lado, diferente de outros jogos em que eles olham exclusivamente pra frente.

    No sistema de luta, temos a esquiva e animações de combate, que são muito cinematográficas e interagem muito bem com o cenário ao redor, podendo usar a mesa ou a parede como apoio pra execuções. Temos várias armas brancas e cada uma tem execuções brutais que podem até assustar de vez em quando. Temos cenas que parecem improvisações que acontecem em filmes, como quando você toma dano, e cai, mas mesmo assim consegue atirar, quando os caras te puxam embaixo do carro, te jogam longe e tals.
    História: inicialmente parece uma coisa clichê e simples, mas o desenrolar dela é muito bem feito e todos os personagens são complexos. Tenho que admitir que depois de muito tempo jogando seguido eu parei de achar as coisas tensas, mas quando dei uma pausa e voltei depois, comecei a sentir o quão tenso é a história de novo, e no final fiquei até tremendo.

    As lutas contra os infectados continuam boas e tem uns 3 novos tipos deles, e como no primeiro jogo, o level design das fases são muito bem escritos pra te fuder o máximo possível.    … Expand

    É um game incrível. A História é sensacional. A jogabilidade e os gráficos são excepcionais. Quem deu nota negativa deve ter algum preconceito. Pois o game aborda bem a história de todos personagens e o fato pelo que tudo acontece. E a maneira que tudo se liga em determinado momento no game é simplesmente incrível. O game consegue fazer você se emocionar e sentir medo e aflição

    All this negativity is what happens when people read leaks online and don't play the game for context. Sorry your post apocalyptic tale of revenge didn't have a fairytale ending. This game is awesome, and even the few things I started to not like won me over by the time the credits rolled. 10/10.

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
