La gran mayoría que jugó el 1 se encariño con la dupla y ahora se empeñaron en hacerlo cagada. El apartado visual y sonoro es impecable, el gameplay es muy similar a su precuela, una jugada muy segura con ligera variación, si no está roto no lo repares. Pero es una vergüenza como sitios patrocinados por sony como atomix y el descaro de tweets de asher patrocinados estén haciendo menos lo que más importa, son casi 10 horas de cinemas, ¿creen que la historia no importa?… Expand

    Honestly I’m heart broken over naughty dogs story in this game. Such a difference between the loved The Last Of Us game. I would rate this a 0 but the game is beautiful graphic wise. Terrible story, do better next time naughty dog

    this game is one man's hubris. druckman has destroyed a great franchise with this ego trip. nothing more nothing less. I can take movies that have distint messages they want you to reflect on. And don't say that Ellie broke the cycle of revenge by letting Abby go since she killed countless characters in order to get to Abby, characters who most likely have family members that want to avenge their deaths. Plus somehow Ellie getting her fingers bitten off and having a Joel flashback influenced her to save Abby instead of wanting to drown her even more??? Like wtf, really Druckmann??? Whose mans is this??? and why did Naughty Dog let go of Amy Hennig instead of this fool???? The gameplay is aight tho, but canon story ended with the first game. TLOU Part 2's awful storyline completely ruined the game for me. Why did Joel and Tommy trust a stranger and tell Abby their names when they knew Joel is probably getting hunted by the fireflies? Why did he then go to a stranger's outpost instead of hiding from the Infected elsewhere? I understand if Joel had to die but not like this, he's basically an oblivious buffoon in this game and written completely out of character. And death by golf club??? Are you serious??? This is supposed to be TLOU, not a Mortal Kombat/Mario Golf spinoff =-(. I could go on forever and write a college thesis on why this game is trash but I get angrier the more I write. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME! If you must play this trainwreck for yourself, make sure Naughty Dog doesn't see a cent and rent it! The game is worse than the leaks!!!… Expand

I finally finished completing this stupid, depressing and disappointing of a game and I regret pre ordering this game and buying it even on deluxe edition, the storyline is just garbage, your favorite character in this game dies by the same person you spend most of the time playing as her, Abby, I hated every second playing as that annoying character, the game tries so hard to have some sort of sympathy for her for killing Joel by letting us play as her for 12 hour+ or something, if I knew that I would be wasting a lot of my time playing as her I wouldn’t have bought the game. Also you can’t avenge his death even after all Ellie’s been through. Hell, the ending itself is even more disappointing than the whole plot. I rate this game 2/10 just because of the flashback moments during the playthrough.… Expand

    Awful, just awful. I feel utterly betrayed. What a waste of $60. Terrible story, worse ending. Not going to count this as canon in my head. Going to delete this game from the PS4 hard drive and pretend it never happened.

The Issues with the game come from the fact that the story is not only bleak and depressing (imagine Alien 3) but the themes of revenge and the relativistic nature of good v evil are overdone ..

    The first game was good because it took a cliche story and made it special with the beautiful characters and their relationships ..

Half of the game is just time-killer, no plot progression, no character-development.

    The best part of the game, by far, is the flashback sequences (and maybe the guitar playing, that was pretty cool as well.). And when the best part of your game is the flashbacks you know you messed up somewhere.

    The game gets a 1/10, the reason it didn't get 0 is the visuals, nothing to complain about there. Gameplay is almost exactly the same as the one 7 years ago, nothing changed. Glitches are everywhere, I lost count how many times my character was climbing an invisible ladder, and the death screen stuck on the screen after I respawn. Laughable.

    What an absolute trainwreck, Naughty Dog you get what you deserve after censoring and copyrighting people for their opinions. Neil Druckmann you deserve the hate you are getting now.    … Expand

    The graphics are outstanding. However, killing Joel off just makes this game a whole piece of trash. And that second gameplay with Abbey. No no no. What the hell was the director thinking? It felt so weird besides the weird looking character I waa forced to play with. JOEL deserved much better.

Sloppy story it was alright to me to kill Joel off if you were going to justify it for the rest of the game..... not play as the character they made you hate from the get go. They tried to get you to see both sides but the way they killed Joel and the boring back and forth missions felt monotonous most of the time. They lied to us fans about Joel and who on earth wanted to be Abby and beat the crap out of Ellie....... Crickets that sums up the game to be honest… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This is a rare game where the story ruins the gameplay. The gameplay is smoother than the first game. It doesn't seem like 7 years better, but most fans actually weren't expecting it to be. As far as not playing as Joel. Most fans were prepared for it. But never playing as Joel and then having him killed in such a humiliating way makes the story telling of the first game pointless. Some fans could point to the Game of Thrones doing similar things. Problem with that comparison is that GOT has dozens of characters. This title had two main characters. Another comparison is Metal Gear Solid 2, where the opening has you play as Solid Snake before switching to Raiden for the rest of the game. There was backlash, but not like LOU2. Why? Because Snake's face wasn't smashed in by Raiden and then you have to empathize with the new character. Why Druckmann thought he was being brilliant is beyond me.

    When LOU2 was announced 5 years ago, I was surprised because the first game was a complete story. I was worried about a cash grab. It ended up being worse.

    If Druckmann had a new story to tell, new characters would have had minut backlash. There was nothing in the LOU universe that prevented a prequel, sequel, or a story occuring at the same time of the first one. The reason the original characters were brought back was for money. And then to backtrack from that fact is appalling. This is not the first sequel that received negative backlash. To be so childish to believe that it's because of the sexuality of a couple characters is absurd and without merit. For myself, I think the story can bring out the gameplay's greatness. And a poor story can ruin the gameplay. It's games like this that pushes developers to play it safe and have no substantive story. That's a shame for one of the few more interactive mediums. This game will also set back LGBTQ+ friendly games as well. It'll be viewed as unsafe by investors and developers. Druckmann has failed on every front. He thought he was creating a masterpiece when he was piggybacking on the greatness of others greatness and mistaken it for his own. *Everyone should remember that Druckmann fired the top female game writer/artist in the industry to create this game. She was responsible for Uncharted at its best and much of the LOU. "Game critics" hiding that fact for their paycheck is shameful.

    In a vacuum, this game is fine. Without context, it would be visually good and decent gameplay for 2020. But that is not the case. If you accepted the money and the accolades from the first game, Druckmann has to take the backlash for the second. You don't get to have it both ways. If Druckmann wants to refund every dissatisfied fan, maybe there would be some positive feedback. Druckmann is not going to give up his money. And his labeling every critic as a bigot is a sign of his character.    … Expand

Why would you choose a pacifists lifestyle at the END after everything she did. I was in actual tears. They should've given you an option to allow her to live or kill her. This is just BS I've waited 7 years, I talk about how much I love the last of us. It will forever be my favorite game but this didn't do it justice whatsoever, it was tedious and made no sense its just like you started killing just to kill there was no real story line. A história gira em torno de vingança; porém, tentaram lacrar tanto que ficou ridículo. O ex-namorado da "Lesbian of Us", vulgo asiático, é um capacho sem amor próprio. Além disso, a situação constrangedora do café envolvendo o Joel foi o fim. In the second game, they completely destroy everything that you loved about the story and characters you grew to love. Gameplay is good, but that's not what I am here for. It reminds me of the Star Wars Skywalker trilogy, taking characters and story and completely tossing them aside to make room for new characters that no one cares about. I had such high hopes for this franchise, but it seems that these days it just isn't worth getting attached to any series. 1/10… Expand

    The naughty dogs deceived the players by combining two separate scenes and dialogue of joel in trailer. The story was mess. Sony did not allow reviewers to talk about the last 12 hours game play . The graphics were good but could not beat the level of uncharted 4 . For me there was too much hype for this game.

    The thing that made the first be one the best games of all times was its compeling story and amazing charecter development, not just graphics and mechanics. Now they take all of that and thrown out of the window, kiling miserably one the most beloved charecthes of all time with no respect at all.     ***SPOILER ALERT****To everyone thinking about buying this "game" , don't. This is literally the "dream sequence" , suddenly you wake up and this was all a bad dream , type of game. This is a revenge story that doesn't happen. For 15 hours (10 played as abby give or take) you play as Ellie as you are murdering your way with 1 objective in mind , got to kill Abby for killing Joel. And when***SPOILER ALERT****To everyone thinking about buying this "game" , don't. This is literally the "dream sequence" , suddenly you wake up and this was all a bad dream , type of game. This is a revenge story that doesn't happen. For 15 hours (10 played as abby give or take) you play as Ellie as you are murdering your way with 1 objective in mind , got to kill Abby for killing Joel. And when you get there the game won't even let you decide if you can or not you're just stuck watching a cutscene that totally negates the entire 15 hours you just went throught. It's bad , really bad. The story is a joke , the characters are 100% badly portrayed , most of them makes no sense , you are forced to play the BBEG for a good chunk of the game . I litterally sat there and watched her die over and over again just for what she did to joel. Oh and Mr. Drukman inserting yourself in the game as the "love interest" of Abby combined with that 1 scene is really REALLY creepy. I give them 1 because i don't believe 0 exists.     The plot is full of crap.

    As a story-driven game, the story is absolutely garbage. Of course the graphics, sound, etc is good, but that is expected from a triple A game these days. The story brought me here, the story and plot holes turned me off. It gets a 1 because of the music.

At the very beginning of the game they show how they killed a hero that many liked. And you think so, I will avenge him and everything will be okay.     The narrative is extremely bad... If you start with Abby's storyline and after she kill Joel switch back to Ellie's revenge till final forgiven. This will make the plot much more reasonable.     Really disappointing! I agree that games need more diversity in them. But TLOU 2 just slaps you in the face with it, the story itself is just really bad and makes no sense.

    Best thing about it's predecessor was when you finished the game and the credits rolled you knew you would be playing it again in the future. I don't feel I will be playing this game again.

    I expected more from Naughty Dig.

    It breaks my heart to write this, but I really did not expect such a poor story after all these years of waiting. While there were a few genuinely good moments, majority of game filled up with plot holes. It just took elements of what worked for the first game without understanding what made them compelling.

    They hired a **** 14 yo to make the "moral dilemmas" in this game about revenge, and at the end you just left the **** girl who killed Joel scaped (a very out of character death and a pretty stupid one btw), after kill like 8 **** people just because "revenge is not good".

    Writing is one of the worst I've seen.
    I was so hyped for this because I thought this game would at least be comparable to it's predecessor, but it really isn't.
    Killing off one of the main characters that the first game is literally built on is just not a good idea.
    Trying to force sympathy for a completely new character in just a few minutes of cutscenes just doesn't work.
    It just feels that they intentionally made this game bad just to annoy the fans.
    Making a revenge based story where the protagonist doesn't even get the revenge? Who thought this was a good idea?
    I am really disappointed.
    For the love of god, don't buy this game. It's honestly just a waste of money. Making this game was just a waste of time. Seven years just for this? I didn't even mention the glitches. Save your money for something actually good, please.    … Expand
