This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Visually, this game might be one of the greatest games I have ever played, right up there with Red Dead Redemption 2. However, the story Last of Us 2 took was absolutely garbage and included one of the most unsatisfying endings to a video game I have ever seen. Half the game is played by Joel’s killer and although the game tries to get the player to sympathize with her, it executed it poorly. The ending is also terrible as Ellie never even fulfills her revenge mission. The entire game is centered around Ellie gaining revenge for Joel’s death and for what? To let Abby go just because they need to “end the cycle of revenge”? Also, the trailers for the game intentionally deceive gamers to believe Joel is alive throughout the game when in fact they are all flashbacks. The only way this story could’ve been salvaged was to let the player play as Tommy instead of Abby and actually fulfilled Ellie’s mission. Instead, Ellie lost her father figure, partner, and two fingers to not even avenge Joel’s death. To think half of this game isn’t even played as Ellie (but as Joel’s murderer) is so unsatisfying. People who defend this garbage story line will say that you need to look at Abby’s POV and that “you just don’t get it” or make some ridiculous claim that you don’t like the game because of its inclusion of LGBT characters. That definitely is not the problem, the story is just legitimately terrible. Expand

At first I thought all the negative reviews were due to the LGBT themes and disagreed with them entirely and was really enjoying the game. For the first half of the game, I'd have given it a solid 8/9. Naughty Dog were so incredibly misleading with their advertising leading up to the game release. To the point of misselling. I want my money back for their false advertising. This isn't the game anyone was sold on and we deserve refunds.
I can't give it a 0 due to the enjoyable first half, enjoyable not perfect. But the rest of the game is an an insult to everyone everywhere who cares anything about computer games and story telling and general treatment of fans who pay these developers their wages. Do not buy this failure.

I think this is a good game, with its pros and cons, the story is good, the physics are great, the environments are amazing, and the music is amazing.
But not everything is rosy, the gameplay is exactly the same as the first one, they just recycled it, the script is a bit poor, sometimes an example in flashbacks that are only to make us nostalgic. but each person knows what they are

Yes is sucks that Joel got killed and how he was killed, but that is what is supposed to make the user feel Ellie’s pain and seek revenge. Mission accomplished. While playing Abby’s story, you see a bit of Joel and Ellie in her relationship with Lev. Ellie chooses to show some compassion as she sees this relationship in the end. Ellie is left alone, sad and with no real purpose left in her life. What would getting revenge have gained her? Another Joel and Ellie story would have been fine to appease the masses, but I thought it was nice that the devs tried to move the game forward beyond just the 2 characters. I guess you will either love it or hate it. Either way, the game is a technical marvel. It’s the most gorgeous game I’ve ever seen on any current platform. The combat is fun, anxiety enduring, frustrating, and a blast to play. All of the tiny details painstakingly put into the game are amazing. Imagine how much time they spent coding the rope and cable physics alone into this game. The controls are fluid from crafting, to switching weapons, to interacting with the environment. Animations are all spot on and create a real world feel. The cutscenes are the beat I’ve seen in any game. The atmosphere just draws you in. Did I mention the visuals? Jaw dropping on a 4K OLED panel with HDR. If you don’t play this game for the reason that Joel died, you are doing yourself an injustice. The game is truly a masterpiece. Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view.

The game focuses more on how to look good politically, with a disorganised story. I personally enjoyed the flashbacks with Joel, more than i did the rest of the game. The characters in game do not talk that much as theirs a clear lack of in game chemistry and character development. The Game doesn't feel like a part 2 of a legendary game. Im not even upset about Joels death, its the fact that it happened in the beginning of the game, and i dont mind the ending, its the constant drag of events and playing as a character(Abby) im told not too like in the beginning of the game. However, one thing i did like about Abby was her chemistry with Lev alot more than i did Dina and Ellie. Expand

I really hated playing as Abby, not only did she kill the franchise's most beloved characters in a cold-blooded way but she has poor character development and is genuinely flawed with no redeeming qualities. In the first game, most of the characters were flawed too, such as; Tess, Joel, the fireflies, but they were pushed by a strong narrative that built a strong foundation for these characters which is why we love them. Even though Tess wasn't really explored in the first game, I still remember her and have become attached to her character because of how the story portrayed her to be, a no-nonsense person who does whatever she can to get the job done. The fireflies were an anarchist group that trued doing things their way because they felt that the government has oppressed them so they rebelled and even tried to do their own research of the fungus. But for Abby, she seems to just go to the side to whichever is more convenient for her. She's a character with no foundation except for her dead father. After she switches sides to help Yara and Lev, which in my opinion were the best and most fleshed-out characters of the game, she proceeds to lie and manipulate her closest friends, cheat with her ex and kill her close WLF friends because they were in her way. the game tries so hard to sympathize with Abby and even after playing her for half the game, I still do not sympathize with her and want her dead in the story. The narrative of the story tells how bad revenge is but, in the end, Ellie lost everything because she went for revenge and she didn't even get it, its so sad to see her being treated her like that.
Too many characters were introduced with a poor narrative that I don't even remember the names of the people that died because of how little they mattered to the story. After these main characters die most of them don't even get mentioned, it's like they never existed.
I hope you guys tell a much better story in your future games. This was a complete letdown.

I could see this working with different characters in the same universe as the character arc's just feel a bit aggressive. Mechanics didn't make sense as in world reason from previous game was retcon/detracted. They tried to expand, but it didn't work as well as intended. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Combat is much improved version over the first game, but plays in a similar way that really shines at higher difficulty levels.. Visuals are amazing, even on a launch PS4. Puzzles are less boring than they were in the first game. The main thing holding it back is the ambitious but messy narrative that is hit-or-miss. It's a shame people are review bombing this and not playing the game before reviewing.

To anyone salty about Joel. Joel was a bad person. He was obviously going to get what was coming to him after all the bad he had done. I don't understand why this is surprising to anyone. The execution wasn't perfect but it definitely made sense for the story.

Abby is a well-developed character. Her story arc is similar to Joel's in the first game. Bad, hardened person and redemption by taking care of a child. Her rescue of Lev at the end where she just killed everyone on both sides is also similar to Joel's actions to save Elly. By the end of the game I liked her a whole lot more than I liked Ellie. In fact, I think the way Ellie was handled is one of the weaker aspects of the game. While Abby's friends were interesting and made sense, the game failed to really give Dina and Jesse time to shine in Ellie's story. Tommy's turn at the end also doesn't quite feel earned. Dina abandoning the farm didn't make much sense for me either. Actually, the whole ending felt a bit rushed and could have been a whole game itself.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. First every review because wow! So I had hopes the narrative wasn’t that bad after hearing everything, I did stay as spoiler free as I could until I finished the game, but wtf naught dog. Killing the main character from the previous game to make a revenge story was a good idea, however the execution was hot garbage. We go through all the work to take revenge as Ellie to then play as Abby the villain to make us see her side and, I’m assuming, make us feel for her. Which in someways it did for me, but then you make us continue to play as Abby when we confront Ellie forcing us to beat a beloved character which was a BOLD decision that backfired immensely with everyone’s feedback being the clear example that it was a garbage decision. Everything up to that point was, in my opinion, still leading up to be a fantastic game. But the decision, again, to make us fight Ellie and win, is when you lost me. Have you had a switch back to playing Aly when we got to that confrontation making us beat Abby, I would’ve been fine with rest Love it. If you want to still kill Jesse do it, mortality wound Tommy or kill him I wouldn’t of cared as long as we got to kill Abby. Heck you could’ve even killed off Lev as they were leaving the island Ao you wouldn’t of had to involve him at that point. But it felt like you wanted to drag on the story from that confrontation which is a load of BS in my opinion. You should’ve ended it at that final confrontation and ended peacefully with Ellie and Dina at the farm raising JJ. That could have been at the perfect finish for this game but you squandered it. Do you let Abby win by making us beat Ellie. You then make us play as Ellie again to go and kill Abby which when we get that chance we let her go, then for more insult to injury when we get back to the farm Dina is gone and we don’t even know if Ellie finds Fina and they potentially get back together raising JJ, you just end it there. Honestly, I think if you chose to ha e had Lev died while being strung up on the beach with Abby thus giving Ellie essentially a mercy killing but still a revenge killing would have been better then what you decided. But instead you choose to make us go through all that to forgive Abby through PTSD on Ellies side and when we get back to the farm we find out Ellie has basically lost she loved even her ability to play the guitar correctly which is minor I know but still. I don’t even wanna play new game+ because there’s no satisfaction at the end. It just sucks because it feels like you had a very great story building up to the moment the Ellie and Abby confrontation happens, but when it does it seems you just took a dump on the story. The game itself is beautiful I appreciate the gameplay and how it is a even though it’s very repetitive, it just sucks that when you get that climax it feels like you’re falling down Mount Everest with no chance of stopping until you hit the bottom. I doubt it will even happen but I feel like you need to pull a BioWare and fix the ending like they did for Mass Effect 3 even if it’s just an alternate ending like choosing to play as either Abby or Ellie at the climax. Or just don’t make us play as Abby, the villain, and let us play as Ellie and beat Abby. Expand

On one hand, i haven't been this engaged into any story since playing the first TLOU, on the other hand, playing this game almost felt like emotional abuse at times. I won't get into why exactly because of Spoiler reasons, but this game is incredibly depressing. While other works of media dealing with bleak and brutal worlds still try to get a positive message out of their universe, this game just hits you with bad vibes from 2 hours in until the end. It took some time to get comfortable with, but now i feel weirdly glad i was confronted with such dark and depressing themes in a non-real-life scenario. However, i get that something like that is not for everyone, and that's alright. Still, I'd rate my personal experience a 10/10, and if you're looking for a game that'll tear your heart and soul into pieces without ever trying to repair the damage, I can wholeheartedly recommend this game. I remember seeing the cover of the box for TLOU Part 1 several years ago and thinking it looked like a cool game that had a little girl in it. Years passed, and I finally had a ps4. I started playing games I was comfortable with, mainly turn-based combat. I despised any type of shooter game, I found them mindless after knowing so many friends who just pew pew and shoot at things for hours at a time. Then I discovered the Last of Us, and was told that many people loved this game for its compelling story. I was intrigued, so I started it. This game really reinvigorated a love of video games in me that I haven't felt since I was a child playing Legend of Zelda. I learned to become confident in a third person shooter game, and I was engrossed by the story. I fell in love with the game and had so much fun! The past few years, I've eagerly awaited Part II. What I got in a game was more than I ever expected. Part II blows everything out of the water. This is as someone who felt deeply attached to Arthur Morgan from RDR2, and who has recently played Assasins Creed Odyssey and Origins as well as Final Fantasy 7 Remake. TLOU Part 2 has raised the bar and I feel bad other developers who will try their best to surpass it. The storyline made me come to terms with the fact that life is unfair and blunt, especially in a hostile world full of fungus zombies and violent survivors. The graphics are gorgeous, the gameplay robust and the details unparalleled. I found myself sympathizing with characters after genuinely hating them. I now feel empty inside that I need to find another game, another piece of media, to make me feel this deeply. Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This game left me completely speechless in the end. It literally will not leave my mind. Throughout this game I was constantly feeling anxious and on edge. I had no idea what was gonna come next, especially after what happened within the first couple hours. I think I feel heartbroken from Joel’s death and the way it was executed. I can see why only Joel’s character and his death would fuel such a revenge story for Ellie because we haven’t touched on any other characters in such a complex view. The actions of Joel at the end of the first game would of been done by any parent in that given situation because you’d do anything to protect your child in any situation. Ellie never had that parent figure properly fleshed out and Joel was that figure for her. The fact that Abby tortures Joel to death does not balance out the fact that he literally only shot her dad who was the surgeon doing Ellie’s op as he was in the way. She literally comes in with no flash backs or build of any story and just comes in to wipe the best character from the series who most people love. To then only make us play as her for god knows how long to try and justify her motive and explain her story but the chance for that died after what she did to Joel because he’s a character many people are emotionally attracted too. Without Joel, there isn’t a last of us game. I guess if stuff was rearranged in the game and they told a bit about Abby beforehand then maybe she wouldn’t get so much hate as a character. Tbh like many others I despised her from that moment with Joel. I knew straight away that this was a revenge story. I couldn’t wait to pick off the group involved one by one. Could you imagine if Ellie was in Joel’s place? Joel would literally massacre the whole WLF. He pretty much wiped out the fireflies. The “if I ever were to lose you” song between Joel and Ellie imo tells me if one lost the other due to somebodies actions they would lose themselves into a pit of such darkness and depression that the only light shown is through exacting revenge on those responsible. At the end of the game, to not be given the choice to kill Abby or let her live is so frustrating and takes away the point of the revenge story. Even just having that choice would put satisfaction there. But I know revenge is never the best option. But in a cold and depressing apocalyptic world, revenge fits perfectly here. The world known before the virus is gone. People are not the same anymore. There are plenty of others who can explain or pick a part this story better than I have. In terms of gameplay and graphics, it’s absolutely amazing and mesmerising for how far technology has come. The world is vibrant in its own dark and twisted way, yet the beauty of Mother Nature taking over again is satisfying to look at. I think these aspects of the game have been shattered by the story aspect which is a huge shame. I’m sitting here wanting to like this game for everything it provides but I can’t. To think those who’ve waited 6/7 years for a sequel, to only be let down by the main protagonist of the first game who had such an amazing character built throughout, be taken away by a character nobody sympathised with or gave any care too. I’m not gonna go give it a terrible score because of the story side, as the game is built with so many amazing things. I’m writing this raw and as I go since the game really has hit me emotionally. Which in itself shows the game can be done in such a better way. I know from the many reviews I’ve seen and looking through reddit, that people want to forget this game exists or for it to be redone. I guess I sit on the side of wanting it redone, but nothing is ever perfect in life and we don't always get the things we want. I can see what naughty dog were trying to do but the way they executed it was wrong. A few things from the first game seem to be thrown out the window. Like Joel not trusting anybody and being cautious yet here his Guard is basically down and doesn’t acknowledge the danger of Abby or the situation he’s in. Yes time in a community can change how you view people but not when it comes to strangers who appear just outside the settlement you live in randomly. I guess to finish off I’ll just say that the experience was a rollercoaster in ways but not in the way it could’ve been. Graphically the game is exceptional and the gameplay with its tweaks is great. But for me the story overshadows the positives and I’m left feeling bittersweet and empty in some ways. Ellie said in the first game she doesn’t wanna be alone, yet in the end, that’s exactly what she is. For her character and the journey laid out infront of her, it really didn’t justify her or meet the expectations this revenge story was meant to be. It should be ruthless and seen till the end. We’ve done all the killing to get to this end point, but somehow not ending what was started messes the whole point of this story. Expand

This is a game that pushes videos games as a storytelling medium and provides some of the most memorable set-pieces featuring one of the most multi-dimensional cast of any story ever told. This is not just a tale of revenge, but also one of companionship, loyalty, the vicious cycle of revenge, the duality of conflict, and regret. It explores many other themes, some of which come unexpected and can only truly be grasped the the most curious of players.

Its story is backed-up by visceral gameplay, that has you surviving human threats, ranging from the survivor mercenaries inhabiting this post-apocalyptic world, to the ugliest and most dangerous of infected that roam the ruins of a once great civilization. Encounters are brutal and unforgiving. The gameplay is perhaps also the only point of contention in this game, as stealth is often times too easily broken and once that happens, you are left vulnerable and many of the resources you spent hours hoarding suddenly go to waste. It is also worth mentioning that this is a problem because the game was marketed as letting you "pick-your-own-path" in combat. Entire sections can be avoided by sneaking past human enemies and dogs, but this was rarely possible due to the inaccessibility of stealth, having led to unnecessary murders of dogs, which felt deeply uncomfortable.

The graphics only heighten the sense of discomfort when violence is shown on-screen, as every nook and cranny is beautifully realized and you can see every wrinkle, scar, and blood smear on enemies' bodies as you take them down. This isn't to say that there aren't beautiful moments, because there are plenty and they are truly jaw-dropping.

Overall, The Last of Us Part II is a beautifully realized piece of art that stay true to the characters it portrays from the original game, and it opens up new perspectives on their humanity, or lack-there-of at times. It fully realized the developers' intent to portray a story that is the polar opposite of its original, and guide the player through a cycle of hate that can only be broken the the bigger person. I truly can't wait to see where this franchise is taken to next.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I want to speak about the game and give it the most objective assessment, as I am a very long-time fan of this series of games and games Studio Naughty Dog. You can talk about it a lot, but I will start with all the provocative plot. 1. Plot and narration: I adequately accepted the main character's relationship and subsequent LGBT scenes. The fact is that the consequence of the cause of revenge is completely empty. This is an accident! If Joel hadn't found Abby's father, then Abby wouldn't have come looking for him, and everyone would have been happy. Joel had killed too many people along the way, and surely all the children of his murdered parents wouldn't follow him?! The ending is very confusing and does not give a clear answer. Or just Ellie takes too long to come up with this answer, for which they built an entire location. I have no complaints about the very last moment. Ellie realized that it was time to stop. That violence won't get her anywhere and that she should just move on. But she realizes this too late, and the audience absorbs it and remains with the open ending. 1.1.Narrative: The Last of Us-was the most breakthrough project in the history of video games. It was perfect for everything from building locations, to minor dialogues (of course, the soundtrack, story and gameplay in addition), but when I think about this game, I imagine one big journey with a large number of different characters. And for me personally the problem was the fact that a large part of the game depends on one great location - Seattle. And all the characters are shown to us there, but unfortunately they are almost not disclosed, such as the antagonist Isaac, who was randomly removed as much as possible. It seems to me that the screenwriter of "wild West World" mostly ruined the project, rather than improved it.! 7/10! . 2. the Soundtrack. Disappoint you. It has become much smaller. For those who played in the first part., remember the last moment with David on the penultimate location. Everything was perfect and professional in terms of cinematography. A perfectly set stage and music playing at the right moment, and most importantly WHAT kind of music. Even when you normally listen to OST The Last of Us, every piece gives you goosebumps or tears. There was almost no such thing here. Perhaps Gustavo Santaolaglia has outlived everything, but something very remarkable was not.! 7.5/10! 3. Graphics and technical features: THIS is THE most TECHNOLOGICAL GAME that exists at the moment. Comparison with RDR2: RDR2 was done for about 7 years. It is also a very technological game and still in the open world. And TLoU Part ll was created for 6 years, but without an open world. I can assume that due to the limited location (although they are already huge there), you can work out every detail in the game and NAUGHTY DOG did it. 9.5/10 . 4. Gameplay: good old stealth action, only many times improved. The game can work out a lot of game situations. And this is one of the main rules of gameplay. Shooting is worked out to the smallest detail and with all the tin. But again, they have already lost the concept. They introduced some unusual mechanics, but the stealth concept itself did not change at all. 9/10. VERDICT: The Last of Us Part ll is an Arthouse story with a mediocre script, but with the best gameplay and graphics at the time of 2020. 8.25/10. I will put 9, since the score of 4.4 is undeserved for such a good game Expand

Nonetheless the story (I felt) ended up exactly how it needed to be, and it pains me to admit that. I really feel if you leave this game frustrated on debating who the villain is, you've possibly missed the point of the game. Maybe that's pretentious to say, but contrary to what we were prompted to think the game was about, I don't think this game ever was 100% about vengeance and hate. This left me the same way the first game did - constantly thinking about it days after completion.
I will say the length felt very dragged at times, this felt due to incredible amounts of gameplay without sufficient breathers. This could have allowed more chance for getting to know characters a bit deeper or have a clearer sense on how Ellie was feeling. This felt minor to me by the end of the game, and all this said the gameplay is incredible. I also feel no matter how you feel on the game, we could all agree the music and sound design are remarkable.
This game is going to keep people divided for a long time, I don't think I could ever change the minds of those who hated it. I do feel though if you can, don't go in with expectations or any ideals in mind - they will most certainly not be met.

In this game, we see the death of people whose lives end really badly, and the story has a special dichotomy that doesn't allow us to continue the game the way we want it to, and it forces us to continue the game on a person who has no interest in anything. We don't have it and we can't find an understanding of that character during the game, and he has a low characterization that we can't compare that character one percent with the two favorite characters in this series.

Awful direction the game was taken in. Also overblown ego of the game director.

I can't even express how **** the story for this game is. It astonishes me that Neil Druckmann can call himself a master story teller when he has to erase character traits to kill the character. Для меня это игра на 7,5/10. У игры есть проблемы и их глупо отрицать. Но для баланса оценки ретардов с 0/10 я поставлю 10.

Flawless acting, harrowing and well written script, beautiful art direction and music, stunning technical achievement with the graphics. Tense and refined fighting system.

Loved the first one and the DLC, this is more and better of everything. It’s not often I genuinely feel and share the motivation and drive for what’s about to happen with the main character of a game. The relationships

The relationships between all characters are well written and very often truly endearing.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Beautiful visuals, great audio, impressive voice acting... just absolutely stunning. Fighting was as good if not better than the first game, although it felt like the listening ability was a lot less reliable this time around. It also became a running joke for us that every single door would be locked and every single ledge/floor would collapse, it become tedious after a while. The beginning of Abby’s stretch of the game was infuriatingly boring; I didn’t care about her or her friends or the WLF organization at all. It only picked up after the Scars and the children were introduced because we were finally getting new information and interesting characters. I must admit that this second section clearly did what it set out to do: by the end of Abby’s gameplay, I didn’t want her to die anymore—which is saying something since I REALLY wanted to kill her for the entire first half of the game. Yara and Lev really saved her as a character because she suddenly reminded me of Joel. Let’s just say that by the final fight, I was extremely emotional. I honestly wouldn’t change the ending at all. Also, cheers for exploring how queer people would exist in this new world; each person is clearly a character who is queer instead of “The Queer Character^tm” that some creators use for brownie points. Overall, an amazing game that made me very depressed and then gave me just enough hope to keep going. Expand

This game is good in my opinion. The story is ok, character design, sound, but they make the character die so fast and surprisely and the story is all about revenge but i will still give a 10 for 5 years waiting

I really think it's very very good and well created. Even if sometimes there are parts that are confusing, the game is a master piece and it has very good graphics.
The story... Well, not the thing that all wanted, but even if it's not what we expected, it's very good, and it's told in a way that really makes you feel the game.
I think it's a very good option of you really like this kind of games

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I don't think anybody can deny that TLOU2 has incredible graphics, cutscenes, and music, and if you liked the gameplay of the previous game, you'll have an even better time here. However, I don't think a lot of people play Naughty Dog games for the gameplay or the graphics. Those are the icing on the story-based cake, and (boiling hot take here) I liked it. More specifically, I liked it in the same way I like a depressing movie. I don't like how it makes me feel, but I like that it makes me feel.
90% of people who are reviewing this game poorly cite two things: Joel's early death and the inclusion of LGBT+ characters. They simply cannot look past the fact that Joel died. But if you're willing to see the significance of it, instead of incessantly complaining about how he died too early, then you'll realize that it was done to make you mad. And it succeeded. Now, as for the inclusion of LGBT+ characters: get some tolerance. Everyone's out here griping about how they're "following a political agenda" or "pushing for the left" or whatever, but if Dina was a dude, or Lev wasn't transgender, and they did the EXACT SAME THINGS, y'all wouldn't care. The LGBT+ characters don't do anything more than what straight characters do in other games, yet people complain that they include them too much. I mean, c'mon. They aren't pushing a leftist agenda here, you just can't stomach a game including LGBT+ characters that take the place of straight ones and do the exact same things.
Naughty Dog definitely took a risk here, and it's clearly not a risk that everyone liked. However, if you're like me, who appreciates feeling something that isn't happiness from a video game, can look past a single choice that, let's be real, y'all are making much bigger than it was, and has a pinch of tolerance in your body, then I think you'll at least marginally enjoy this game. Do I think that certain characters deserved better? Yes! But that's the reality of the world. Not everyone gets a happy ending. And I think that's what makes the game great. It doesn't pull any punches, and it takes risks that make you feel something. People played this expecting another Last Of Us, but this game is by no means its predecessor. It's dark and gritty, and takes a lot of risks. Is it as good as The Last of Us 1? No, definitely not. However, that doesn't mean it deserves all of the 0s it's been getting. It's not a feel good game, that's for sure, but I definitely think it's a good one. At least, if you've got the stomach for it.

The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.

If you loved the original for its great characters and well-paced story – stay away from this game. However, if you’re aching to sink into the depths of depression, or just want to cut some throats and burn some zombies – Part II will deliver. [Issue#247, p.72]
