    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Regarding the soundtrack and everything visual from the graphics to the acting performance this game deserves a much higher rate. To sum it up I would give it a range of 9-10 out of 10 in these areas. But, to my regret, the story naughty dog presented to us is far from the masterpiece most review sites are claiming it to be.
    The whole plot is based on a double revenge and tells us at the end to seek revenge (by murdering people) is a bad thing. This is such a boring message that I can't believe I played 30 hours to get it presented. Especially for video games and a zombie apocalypse in particular, this is both unnecessary and unrealistic (E.g is killing a pregnant woman in self-defense really worse than killing any other man/woman?). But I'm sure it was bound to get acclaim by reviewers from the start. First the developers present you the cruel death of Joel and send you to a journey to make his murders accountable for their actions. Although I expected Joel to die, I took note of the fact naughty dog tried their best to create the impression he will live in this sequel, so his relationship with Ellie can still function as a selling argument. Since I was mostly indifferent to Joel as character (although he was well written in the first part), during his death I did not feel the hate/sadness the authors wanted to create, but rather thought: “What a standard plot device”. Also, they chose revenge and hate as a feeling for the audience to feel because it’s the easiest one to produce. Can you imagine how hard it would have been to create the feelings for Abby and Lev in players like in the first part for Joel and Ellie? No that would have been too much work, better (literally and metaphorically) kill characters the audience already has a relation to and then try to redeem their murder.
    The pacing of the first half is extremely slow, and the game forces you to make stupid decisions and tell you afterwards how bad these decisions were. The plot is exclusively driven forward by stupid coincidences (e.g. characters leaving maps of were they go/went and where their base is and many more).
    The most stressful part of this game was the second half where you have to play as Joel's murder Abby. Opposite to the first half where the game wants to shine the worst light possible on Abby and the WLF (making them appear as ruthless warlords, which torture and kill people as they like, kill everyone not in their team with a "shoot first ask questions later"-mentality and their weak motives) the second half is devoted to show her as a nice human who only wants to survive and protect her friends. But while in the first half the game is rather successful in its mission, it fails its job terribly at the second half, mostly due to its cheap tricks: It is never explained why the WLF shoot first when spotting an outsider. Moreover, although she clearly tortures other people, the game wants you to like Abby because she is friendly to dogs and rescue two of the scars which help her escape others of them. Her whole plot isn't either a justification for what she did (same stays true for Ellie, but it is as poorly written) nor does she show at some point regret for what she did. And after all the pain those 30 hours were, the game doesn't let you a choice whether to spare or kill Abby. You have to spare her, Ellie returns to her home only to hunt Abby for a second time and yet again you are not allowed to have a choice here and spare her a second time. Compared to the first part: You may not have made the same decision as Joel, but his motives and feelings were understandable and the success of a medication at least questionable. In the second part, this is not as ambivalent, since the alternative for Ellie is much brighter and her second pursue of her revenge doesn’t make any sense.

    Summary: Visuals are great. but the story lacks logic in every way, I can't give this game a rate higher than 4. The Gameplay is despite a jumping and dodge mechanic the same as in the first part, no improvement, and no degradation. The plot feels forced in every way and makes you frustrated because you would never make such stupid decisions. Could have been much better, even with a revenge plot.    … Expand

    Nothing new to the gameplay, disappointing. Story is a mess, these are not the characters we knew in the first game. Abby is just a hypocrite, I don't find any connection to her and don't feel sorry for her at all. Forcing LGBTQ community into a game like this is also annoying, so much potential was wasted for how good the first game was. You should be ashamed of yourselves devs. Ashamed.

    Just finished the game and it has to be one of the most boring games I've played. I didn't care about Ellie, her decisions were irrational and unjustified. I just wanted this evil monster (Ellie) to die that killed a pregnant woman on her revenge quest.

    Whereas in TLOU 1, I felt emotionally connected to the characters. It was a beautiful storytelling.

    I'm going to pretend TLOU2 never existed.

    Great graphics and sound.
    Gameplay is exactly the same as part 1, one of my favourite games of all time.
    The game seems to drag on forever, lasted me around 23 hours and it could perfectly be 10 hours shorter.
    Story is absolutely trash.
    Probably deserves a 6 but I'm giving it a 4 to compensate for the OBVIOUSLY paid reviews.

    The Last of Us Part 2 is not bad gameplay but the worst story performance, I wish I was playing the Game of the year's videogame but turns out it's the depression of the year. A lot of political correctness and abuse of the LGBTQ, even I have to show the empathy to respect those bad people who killed the main character during the mid-game, makes me wanna throw up.

    Let's talk about the gameplay experience: it's good as part 1 and crueler to the enemy and you may see a lot of insane dismemberment and head explosion if you headshot or blow them up. Interesting at exploring a half-open world map. There will be no supply shortage if you fully looted the map. And each enemy has their own name which is pretty cool, they will warn each other name if somebody gets killed. Then you need to know how to deal with those infected, if you've played part 1 before, it won't be too hard to fight them. And the last one is the workbench. they did pretty well on the animation of upgrading your weapon, I'll feel satisfied every time I upgrade my weapon.

    And that's all for the good part of this game, now we get to the most disgusting part of this disaster: the Storytelling. I'll try not to spoil it as much as possible, but the most favorite character just gets killed at the very beginning of the game, just because of a speechless reason, doesn't mean we have to play the villain in the game, get to know hers background also know why she had to kill him only to show sympathy. I only want her dead for revenge, but the Naughty Dog shows me that's impossible, that makes me wanna just quit this game only for that.

    Another reason that makes this game awful is the Character development. There's a lot of character in this game that you probably wouldn't get to know them better, then they'll die during the story, so what's the point of adding them into the story? making them suffer just to let the plot being extremely tense and exciting? I don't think that'll work. every time I'm seeing some unknown characters get shot or stabbed, I didn't even feel sad for them, because there's no point in mourning them if you never get to know who they are. Besides, I have to kill a pregnant woman in the game then I just felt guilty about it? To be honest, this is the first game that made me kill a pregnant woman, well then, there's any significance in adding a pregnant woman in the game for what? Woman empowerment? I mean this is not "Game of Thrones", and that's what Naughty Dog was doing. And they failed.

    So is this game worth playing? for gameplay: Maybe, wait till is on sale. But experience the story: Not recommended, it leaves a big gap between part 1, I would not say is the sequel, that'll be ashamed for it. I've played part 1 remastered when I got my ps4 and is clearly a masterpiece, makes me feel like I'm watching a touching and a real tear-jerker movie. Then jump into part 2, a muppet show, which is watching people killing each other and having some elements of feminism. I was fully anticipating part 2 gets releases but after all of this happening, all the things I had were the memories for part 1.    … Expand

    I love this game, the graphics, the audio, visual, also the violence is quite good. Everything is perfect in this game, except the story... also that the fans were traped with wrong trailers is lame. Erveryone who loves the first game would understand me. Please... we waited 6 years and this is what we get??? but also i am proud about the good things in the game in this times.

    Great game ruined by horrible story and agenda push. This game has great graphics, decent game play, great acting and a story so bad that it ruins everything else. Characters are uninteresting and pretty much unlikable and you are forced to play those characters for tens of hours. Ладно, отмахнулись, снова положили аппетитный кусочек торта в рот...Распробовали и только собираетесь насладиться всем этим пиршеством полностью - как вдруг... У вас всё это забирают из под носа и ставят перед вами такую большуууууую тарелку говна. Сюжет превращается в полный бред. Логики у персонажей нет вообще. Всё растягивается надолго и занудно. А для чего? Для того чтобы вы получили большое - ничего и осадок как будто вы вышли из кинотеатра после просмотра очередного фильма режиссера Алексея Балабановав, только ещё хуже.

    Игра вызывает смешанные чувства. Такое ощущение, что игру делали две команды. Одна хорошо и это профессионалы своего дела, а другая новички по блату и абы как потому-что их родители состоят в совете директоров. Но так же не может быть, правда? Или может...

    Либо третий вариант - кто-то пришел и сказал. "Так, это никуда не годится! Вот это убрать. Тут этого добавить. Что значит "Не вяжется"? Сделайте чтобы вязалось! Всё, я пошёл - занимайтесь!" и мы получили то что получили. Шедевральные моменты с чудовищными овралами пиздеца. Всё что касается сюжетной линии с Элли вполне интересно и удобоваримо. Всё что касается второго персонажа - глаза и уши начинают кровоточить. К концу игры мозг уже отрафируется и в голове свербит одна мысль "Когда этот ппц кончится?". Адекватный, здравомыслящий человек не способен это принять за шедевр. Это дешевая поделка в дорогой упаковке. После прохождения у вас ещё долго будет сидеть мысль в голове что где-то вас наебали...     Would be a clear 10 rating. But there are two things that annoy me MASSIVELY.. I **** HATE playing Flashbacks.. And the worst thing... Playing two characters in a game. I just want to play as ellie and the story should not have that much flashbacks. That ruins the game for me. Otherwise as is said 10/10

While I could clearly see what the developers WANTED me to feel playing the game, the way they killed off Joel in the prologue after having me wait 7 years to play as him again made me disconnect completely with Ellie at times. While she was grappling with the horror of what she was doing I just found it annoying and surgically made sure I executed every single person on every single level as revenge for Joel. Without intending to I took months to finish the game, simply because I stopped giving a **** once the game swapped to Abbie and had to be coerced into playing more by my wife.

    Game is gorgeous on a technical level, easy 10/10 there but story poisoned the well from the very beginning. Did not immerse myself in Ellie and found it borderline annoying that she was being emotional about her revenge plot, having her spare Abbie was the straw for me, 1/10.

    Average i'll round down to a 5/10 because I'm salty they did me dirty like that.    … Expand

I mean, come on dude... they could have made a great sequel and prequel about this game.. but they destroy it for making it, such as playing as Abby that literally 10+ hours... making us feel anger and pissed, even making Ellie did her own vendetta by destroying the main ending like no other way of ruining the story... seriously this is not worth it, although I still try to enjoy the story is good enough for me..

As a huge fan of the first game (finished it 7-8x) it was tough to see the smart, ruthless and the most importantly EXPERIENCED survivor act so extremely dumb.     If you're going to kill off Joel, you better do something big to redeem it. It's okay for there to be tragedy in a story, but make up for it. The writers decided to have Ellie go through a lot of hell just to kill all of Abbie's friends, one being her boyfriend, the other a pregnant woman? That's so gross.

    "Oh, but we're writing about how no one wins when you make it about revenge." Then could you make it about something else?

    The point of Abbie's gameplay is basically to get you to understand why she did what she did, which is fine; and how she is actually a "good guy" and has experienced loss. I didn't mind the gameplay, but I question the reasons for it. So... are you saying I should flip and cheer for her over Ellie? Or do you just want me to understand how complicated this is and not cheer for anyone? By the way, you succeeded - I didn't want to kill Abbie anymore! I didn't really want to kill her in the first place, I just went along with it because what choice do I have?

    Basically, no one wins. The fans obviously don't win. Ellie sees two people whom she's close to die, goes through MORE hell and loses two fingers for nothing, and we don't see a welcoming committee when she returns. Abbie loses all her friends and she can't go back to her old life anymore. I honestly felt sorry for her. If anything, I was glad (I mean, if you can call it glad at this point) Ellie didn't kill her just out of pity.

    The gameplay was the best thing about it. It felt nostalgic. The survival aspects that made the first game great are still there. Fighting the monsters and bad guys was cool. I'd do it again for just for the fun of it if the story didn't suck.    … Expand

    -Los graficos y todo lo relacionado son buenos, pero nada especial aun asi se agradece el HD. 0
    - La IA es igual que la del primer juego. -1 quedamos en 9/10
    -Las escenas de la guitarra tienen signifacado, pero no tienen un puto sentido y es una paja tener que tocarla. -2 quedamos en 7/10
    -El director fue Druckman. -100000 quedamos en 0/10
    -La Jugabilidad es preciosa(sistema de armas, loot, puntería), uno de los puntos fuertes del juego. +3 quedamos en 3/10
    -La música, ambientación y los coleccionables también ayudan y no me pareció mal. +2 vamos en 5/10
    -Con la historia le daré un +4 por la primera mitad, pero le quitaré -2 por poner esas escenas de mierda de pelicula hollywood. 7/10
    -Abby... empezaré dandole +1 porque me gustó el combate con ella (8/10) pero le quito -4 por hacernos jugar con ella LA OTRA MITAD DEL JUEGO en un intento vago de generar empatía y culpa. (4/10)

The story is horrendous, absolutely terrible considering it relies on shock value which ultimately falls flat. The game play is repetitive but I was okay with grinding it out for these characters I love dearly. I knew Joel would die, there was no way he wouldn't. But when the game throws away your passions for revenge and seeing it through in a vain effort to humanize his murderers by making you play ~15 hours as his murderer and tries to make you care about her and her myriad of friends who's names you barely remember, at that point don't even make the game. It's not bold, it's just sad and I had such a hard time actually continuing to play to the end. And even then after what felt like grinding the ending isn't rewarding at all. They shouldn't have made this game.… Expand

This game is not a 10 out of 10 game nor 0 out of 10, it is more like 4, 5 out of 10 game and that's it, the graphics are great, voice acting too, the controls are good, but the charters are not likeable, the story tries to have two climaxes, but it doesn't work because, charters get introduce but get killed off way too fast, also the story drags on longer than it should , Joel's death should have been better the game is forgettable, the only people who dislike this review are people who praise this game and trying to downplay legit criticism of Part 2, and attack Ghost of Tsushima and giving that game a 0 out of 10 which it doesn't deserve, did this game had it good scene? yes, but few and far between, other wise this game gets a 4.5 from me.… Expand

    This game will make you despise this series, It is very fun to play, if you don't focus on the story, But this is a story focused game. So if you loved The Last Of Us 1 and want to cherish it, Just pretend this one doesn't exist and you'll be a happier person

    I can't really say anything else that the game is beautiful and the gameplay is done extremely well. The killing, stealth, weapons and ways of eliminating enemies is top notch.
    If I would rate only those aspects, it would have been a 10 out of 10.

    Unfortunately (and I really can't stress this word enough) the storytelling, character development and twists are of the lowest quality.
    The game forces you to do something you don't want to, that in itself would be fine, if that "thing" didn't last 10-12 hours.
    I didn't really care for the supporting characters, because they either had no depth or were sidelined from the storyline so fast I couldn't get used to them (or start to like them).

    About Joel's death. I don't mind the decision to do it, but if you do something so ballsy, you better have something to fill that enormous gap you just made and Naughty Dog failed to deliver just that.
    The first game was all about the relationship between Joel and Ellie. If you cut half of that (kill Joel) and cripple the other half by no character development (Ellie), you receive a very flat storyline.
    And jeeesus, in the Ellie part of the game you mostly gather stuff from abandoned buildings, sometimes you get interrupted to kill, it was really not entertaining to click that triangle for 10 out of 12 hours.

    Now about Abby and her whole "story". It made me really disappointed I have to play a character I didn't like for 10-12h. Also they throw you into that just after a big cliffhanger with the only person you care about in this game, which is Ellie. That decision was terrible, it made me lose all interest in the game, which wasn't much to begin with after that flat storyline of the Ellie part.
    The relationship between Abby and Lev was a sliver of hope I hung on to, when I tried to force myself through this game.
    Maybe this is going to sound controversial, but in my opinion the game could've been saved if they made part II solely about Abby. They could get a little more detailed and flesh out the war between WLF and Seraphites, put those 10-12 h they used on an undercooked Ellie story to a better use.

    But because they divided a game into 2 different stories I got one story that failed every expectation I had about Joel and Ellie, and a second story I didn't care about, because it wasn't the reason I bought the game (looking at you trailers, teasers and comments from producers before the game).
    That's why the storyline, characters and their interactions have to receive a 1 out of 10, not a 0 out of 10.
    I can respect that they tried something different, but they failed.

    The overall average score should be 5.5 then, but I'm giving it a 4 out of 10, because I'm adding a personal factor to the score of being mad at what they did to one of my favorite titles that is The Last of Us.

    To sum it up, it was a beautiful but disappointing experience.    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The game play was easily the best part. I enjoy the world created by the developers for this series. The graphics are outstanding. This will be a spoiler review for major plot points in the story. For a story driven game the story didn't do it for me. In order to hit the beats they were going for, they had to have characters acting uncharacteristically. For me, this was a dealbreaker. The game stops half way through and switches perspective making you play the last 3 days again as a different character with no connection to the previous 3 days gameplay. This truly kills the pacing of the game. Abby is somewhat glorified in this game too. We're told that her dad was a good person when, in TLOU1, he was willing to murder an unconscious child for the slim hope they could create a vaccine which, looking at the world created, would do very little to solve the problems of that world. The faction wars would still exist, clickers would still rip people's faces off and blotters would still be around. It would solve the issue of spores and bites but since gas masks already deal with the issue of spores, a vaccine wouldn't do much for the world. But Abby's dad saved a zebra, doesn't that make him a good person .... oh look Abby plays fetch with a dog that you are forced to kill, isn't Abby great and Ellie wrong here for killing this poor dog. The narrative of the game basically says that violence begets violence and the cycle of revenge never ends. Interesting premise, but Abby gets her revenge and gets to walk away. Ellie, on the other hand, loses Joel as he's murdered in front of her despite her pleas for his life. Loses Jesse, loses Dina and the baby and ends the game 2 fingers down and unable to play the guitar. Abby literally severed her last connection to Joel and Ellie let's her live. Even when she has her underwater, seconds away from drowning, she has a flashback of Joel and suddenly decides, hey I know I've travelled all the way to find you in different states twice now and even though you threatened to murder my pregnant girlfriend even after finding out she was pregnant and you killed my surrogate father and bit of 2 fingers and I've killed tens of people making my way to you I'll just let you go now. Given what Ellie has done and what has happened to her to get to this point, it's very jarring to just stop there, quite literally seconds away from completing her goal.

    This game suffers in the same way that a lot of movies these days suffer. They value theme over execution of the story. They have plot points they want to hit and they'll hit them no matter what the consequences are for characterisation. I think this story could have been done better. I'm sure of it. Thats the purpose of the writers. To make it fit in with how characters have been established and to make decisions seem logical. They didn't do it with this narrative.    … Expand

When I finished, I didn't know if I liked it or not—a mixed feeling. I talked with two first, and they had a distinguished opinion. one hated the story, and the other loved it. I look for more opinions on the reviews on Metacritic, youtube videos to have more substantial base arguments. I look for all the reviews, and I often agree more with people who didn't like the game than people who loved it.
    The gameplay was magnificent. The quality that naughty dog has presented and has us used to. I had fun killing zombies and other enemies, 10/10—especially the fight against rat king.
    But the story wasn't that pleasant to watch. The way they decided to tell was a complete mess. I was uncomfortable playing with Abby and fighting Ellie, and the game was forcing me to do that. The same went when Ellie was almost killing Abby.
    Also, I don't condemn the decision of killing Joe; for me was a risky move, and the naughty dog had the guts to take it. If the story were rewritten, I would understand if Joe dies at the end. What I condemn and don't understand is the way that he died. It looks forced and out of character for Joe to trust random people like that. If naughty dog forced a little more, they would **** themself.

With all the forced identity politics, and **** story, it doesnt matter how awesome the gameplay is at all. If you want the story but in a fixed version go watch neocranium's recut version of the game. On how the actual game is in it's current way I would say 4/10. It's functional and is solid but it's pacing destroys any chance for this story based game to be good. I would give the recuts on youtube though 8-9/10. This should be a big message to game devs that pacing is key to a game's success and to your reputation to the community. They **** up hard.… Expand

    The game play is great though and the action in the game solid. Every time i was allowed to just play the game i had a good time. Every game mechanic utilized in game play works perfectly.
    I could see myself playing the game again, but only with ALL the cut scenes skipped.

    Gorgeous game, but man some plot holes take me out of the world, and in turn question in the end what was the point of the first and then 2nd. First one ended on a tragic but beautiful rationalization, this one is just tragic with happy moments of the past. Like it wants to be more than the first game, but still live beyond ot. And its story suffers for it unfortunately.

The way he died set the story up brilliantly. The reason he died was the only possible way to end it. But to THEN make us PLAY as the character we want to die more than any other character? Why would I want to win? At least give the players the damn CHOICE whether they pull the trigger at the end.

    Completely destroys the enjoyment of the game at a core level, and actively works against the beautiful gameplay, because you don't want to play the Abby sections.

    I got it refunded. First game I ever got refunded.

Someone as experienced and almost paranoid as Joel didn't deserve to be killed like this. Second, they make a contrast between Abby and Ellie just because they wanted to direct (and force) us to say Abby is right.     On the other hand, the game is gorgeous and the controls are great. The last fight with Abby was just abysmal, I absolutely did not enjoy beating down a withered person.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. first game is a masterpiece. this game is bad. the gameplay is only slightly changed but after this much time that amount of improvement feels like a step back. the biggest let down was all the lies. neil told us when the sequel was announced they wouldn't return unless the story was good and he said how important these 2 characters were to him and the team. both characters were ruined and unrecognizable to the characters we loved by the end of this game. ellie had family friends and a home, now she has nothing and is alone. and joel well joel is dead in the most bs way they could write full of a million coincidences to make it all fit together. neil also made sure to lie and tell fans with trailers joel will make it deep in the game and that he's a main character still just to find out it was faked. neils hubris was on full display as he thought he could lie to all the fans and still make the story good enough that we wouldnt hate it. you failed fans and the characters neil. his new fav character abby is maybe the most dislikable person ever written in anything. she does and says more disturbing things than joel but she does it for revenge and hatred unlike joel who did it for love and survival and yet were supposed to accept her by the end even though she's worse than joel and killed him after a long drawn out torture we have to watch. sound design is a mixed bag. glass breaking and other objects sound great but most guns and the atmosphere noise is sub par and often just silent like nothing in the world makes a noise without ellie. don't make me kill dogs with no choice then try and make me feel bad. no one wants to kill dogs. you can tell they wrote the end first and that they couldn't come up with a good story to get you there. the the end game is so disconnected from the gameplay leading up to it its insane. abby gets ellies forgiveness and remorse after ellie just killed 100s of enemies she didn't even know, but abby who she hates for a reason can live, abby who has given her ptsd is now forgiven. joel is a murky character but he's clearly the good out of many evils in the world. abby is not murky she's just a bad person who only cares for herself and she works for the evils in the world willingly. lev/yara is the only likeable part of her story but its entirely them, abby stinks. hope the show retcons abby so joel and tommy just watch her get eaten instead and go home and have great lives. this game not improving on the sales of the first show how much a mess this game is. 10 million plus people loved the first and yet you managed to deliver a product that even in an improved gaming market with more ps4 than ever they could not even expand sales a little. tlou part 3 is going to flop hard when ever they inevitably force the next turd out as part of the shows story needing to continue rather than an actual idea for good story telling.… Expand

Hliadkuje po nakazených, hladká psov a hraje battle royale s deťmi pomocou snehových gulí. Toto je najbližšie k mieru, aký kedy poznala, hoci vnútorný konflikt na ňu vrhá mrak. Netrvalo dlho a násilný čin ju poslal na cestu, od ktorej sa nedokáźe odpútať.

    Vydáte sa na výlet do Seattlu, ktorého úvodné časti sľubujú zmenu od lineárneho vzorca, v ktorom Naughty Dog nachádza pohodlie už roky. Jedná sa skôr o akýsi polo-lineárny postup. Dostanete mapu pustého centra mesta a potom vás požiadajú, aby ste našli nejaké predmety, aby ste mohli prejsť cez bránu. Toto je pravdepodobne najlepšia časť hry, kedy môžete objavovať krásu mestskej divočiny, kde sa zdržiavajú duchovia minulosti. Vidieť Ellie a jej spoločníka, ako spochybňujú relikvie dávno zničenej civilizácie, prináša príjemné spomienky na pôvodnú hru, aj keď tentoraz v ešte úžasnejšej vernosti.

    Je celkom pozoruhodné, čo dokázali Naughty Dog vytlačiť z takmer sedemročného systému, pozornosť venovaná detailom hraničiaca s posadnutosťou. Takmer všetko, čoho sa dotknete, je ovplyvnené vašimi činmi, takže či už je to vysoká tráva, ktorá sa ohýba pod vašimi nohami, keď ňou prechádzate, alebo predmety na stole, ktoré sa odrazia od seba a na okolo, keď do nich narazíte, tomuto naozaj venovali veľa času pri vytváraní The Last of Us Part II, interakcia prostredia je na špičkovej úrovni. Je evidentné, že väčšina mechaník je prebraných z Uncharted 4 a stand alone datadisku Lost Legacy, hlavne práca s lanom a interakcia lana s prostredím, práve v týchto predošlých počinoch od Naughty Dog bol práve prototyp lana použitý.

    Tieto pridané novinky vytvárajú dojem, že hrateľnosť niekam pokročila, ale slúžia viacemenej len ku odvráteniu pozornosti od toho, ako málo sa zmenila celková hrateľnosť. The Last of Us Part II neprináša revolúciu v boji , ale ani v stealth mechanikách svojho predchodcu, namiesto toho sa rozhodol pridať len ďalšie spôsoby boja proti nepriateľom. Zatiaľ čo predtým ste sa možno cítili byť prinútený k určitému spôsobu, ako sa postaviť nepriateľovi, jeho pokračovanie vám umožňuje použiť všetky zbrane a rozpútať peklo, alebo íst potichu pomocou stealthu alebo vôbec nepriateľa nekonfrontovať– niekedy. Píšem niekedy lebo hra Vám miestami v skriptovaných sekvenciách nedá na výber.

    Bojové prostredia sú otvorenejšie než kedykoľvek predtým s viacerými miestami, do ktorých sa môžete vtiahnuť a obísť nepriateľov, a hliadkovacie cesty nepriateľov sú tentokrát oveľa menej strnulé. Mierenie, ktoré sa časom dá vylepšiť je už od designu mierne náročné ale zase sa vracia ten parádny pocit s perfektne zvládnutej situácie kde nepriateľa zložíte presnou strelou do hlavy buď pomocou tlmenej pištole alebo v neskorších častiach aj šípom. Nepriateľia sú v pokračovaní viacej obozretnejší a tým pádom sú konfrontácie viacej zaujímavé a vďaka obrovskému množstvu animácii sú tiež aj skoro vždy odlišné. Perfketný príklad sú pasáže z úvodu hry, kde doslova lovíte nepriateľov v malej mestskej časti HillCrest.

    Vo vašom vybavení je tiež badateľný pocit zlepšenia, je síce mierne zjednodušený, ale čím viac ho upgradujete pri precíznych animáciach na pracovných stoloch, tým sa zbraň nielenže lepšie ovláda, menej kope alebo má väčšiu kapacitu ale fyzicky sa mení. Jednou z noviniek je akési poľudštenie nepriateľov, keď im postupne budete ukončovať kariéru jedného po druhom, každý nepriateľ má meno, niečo, čo ich priatelia radi vykríknu, keď ich zabijete priamo pred ich zorným polom. Toto, spolu s pomalými, bolestivými smrťami vašich nepriateľov, pri ktorých kričia v agónii a zvíjajú sa okolo, sa stáva takou samozrejmosťou, že to časom jednoducho pôsobí ako taká rutina.

Let's start with the fact that I did not consider it necessary to announce The Last of Us Part 2, because the first game was a finished product. And when they announced the sequel, I was more indignant than happy, why? For what? unclear. But I flattered myself with hopes that there would be a conflict in the sequel, thanks to which Joel and Ellie would finally get closer and strengthen their relationship with each other, but "My expectations are My problems."
    1 - Plot: If I start to paint the entire plot of this "Game", then according to my review it will be possible to write a thesis, so I will simply say that it is secondary and mediocre, does not chicken out and does not make you think about it, because I have already seen it all, in one form or another, "Revenge is bad", "On the path of revenge you dig two graves" "We must forgive" BLA - BLA-BLA. This is one of the most mediocre plots I've ever seen, REVENGE PLOT?! **** SERIOUSLY?! One gets the impression that Neil Druckman was inspired by the Killer's Creed series, and moreover, he cut off not one, but TWO FINGERS of Ellie! Brilliant! I can only highlight flashbacks with Joel, where you understand what a cool man this ****ing world has lost, I wanted to take revenge, even after the "brilliant" scenario moves, but the Genius didn't give me that.

    2 - Characters: well, there's really nothing to say here, a crowd of absolutely flat, not anti-charismatic crutches who do not want to worry (Because they are not disclosed in any way), they are needed for one purpose, namely: "Ellie needs to kill someone." And to call pity on especially impressionable players. A few words about the star of this circus - Abby, this character caused dissonance with her appearance, fell like "Five crowns in **** well .. What can I say, Joel was exchanged too cheaply, her motivation as a character begins and ends at the beginning, when it's a script genius's mistake that smashed the head with a golf club to one of the most charismatic and recognizable characters in the gaming industry. Her personality still remains a mystery to me, I don’t understand what she is, she is absolutely not disclosed, the scenes “have pity on me” caused nothing but laughter and despondency (I was especially amused when this fool let Ellie go a second time ).

    3 - Gameplay: A standard third-person shooter, only with dismemberment and stealth elements, I can’t say anything special about it, except for a moment of "calm" in large, but absolutely unnecessary locations, where, apart from collecting all sorts of **** for crafting, you need to decide "brilliant" riddles with ****ing boxes - Stuffy... Very stuffy. And all this is diluted with the most boring dialogues. The only thing I can praise the game for is the visuals, the developers squeezed everything out of the old PS 4 woman, the game looks gorgeous, and the staging. All. It’s a pity for the time and money spent, I completed the walkthrough simply because of the money that I paid for the game, maybe for people who play one game a year, this product will become a kind of revelation, but not for me. An average product, if the plot developed in the universe of this game, without touching the characters of the first part, then it would be less.     Pontos negativos e motivações abaixo:
    1° Descaracterização de personalidade do Joel, uma pessoa não muda da noite para o dia.
    Uma pessoa ressentida e ranzinza após ter perdido a filha, que desconfiava até de uma criança de 14 anos, mas no segundo jogo ele entrega sua identidade para uma pessoa que não conhecia sem nenhum pingo de cuidado.
    2° Personagens irritantes e irrealistas, a protagonista Ellie é uma adolescente com personalidade infantojuvenil e irritante, a Abby é uma pessoa com uma aparência que foge do realismo, com a falta de suprimentos humanos no Apocalipse não é possível ter boa alimentação nem condições humanas para esse porte.
    3° roteiro, uma história de narrativa vingativa em ciclo, onde a protagonista não sabe se mata a Abby ou não, o jogador corre atrás da antagonista pelo jogo inteiro somente para impor uma narrativa de "a vingança não é legal", fazendo com que o sacrifício de diversos personagens fosse jogado no ralo.
    4° protagonistas mal construídos, muitos dos personagens incluído nesse jogo não tem nenhuma construção de apego e personalidade, fazendo com que um jogo que era para ser sobre sentimentalismo e emoções se tornasse algo mesquinho e sem graça, juntando o péssimo desenvolvimento do roteiro de história e de personagens para um tédio narrativo.    … Expand

I've been an enthusiastic fan for more than two decades, having played and loved the original Crash Bandicoot games and more importantly the first The Last of Us. This game immediately betrays its roots by invoking shock violence (the first game was violent, but not excessively as in this case). It continuesI'm roughly halfway through the game and feel extremely let down by Naughty Dog. I've been an enthusiastic fan for more than two decades, having played and loved the original Crash Bandicoot games and more importantly the first The Last of Us. This game immediately betrays its roots by invoking shock violence (the first game was violent, but not excessively as in this case). It continues this throughout the journey. Additionally, I try to stay out of politics because of how they divide people. This game has a lot of dialog and interactions that seem to be forcing a political opinion down the player's throat. It feels unnatural and compromises the experience. I might not end up finishing the game because I lost interest after playing throughout midnight and morning.     The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.
