    Gráficos lindos, gameplay muito boa, pena que a maior parte do tempo apenas andamos, quando começa a ação fica bom. Enredo lixo, estragando tudo o que foi criado no primeiro jogo para dar lugar a agenda ideológica, se resumindo a um jogo de propaganda apenas.

If you love Joel and Ellie from the first game, youre shocked when you play this game because they lose literally everything. All i wanted was a continuation of their relationship based off the ending of the first, but its barely touched upon. Meanwhile the other half of the game is playing as a new character and trying to get you to grow and like this character, but shes boring along with the characters they introduced with her story. Ellie and Joel is "The Last of Us" and i feel that this "Part 2" doesnt stay true to that.… Expand

That being said I along with many other people had a problem with the story. Yes I hated it when Joel died, yes I hated playing as abby but the biggest problem for me was the ending.the lack of a choice is the absolute worst thing by not letting me decide if I wanted to spare abby or not it made the 2 things I disliked about the game that much worse maybe I would have spared abby or maybe not but l wasn't given the chance to figure it out on my own.… Expand

    The game has amazing graphics, amazing cinematic and not bad gameplay, but has a terrible story telling , but we all know graphics are that important like good story so i give only 4 . Hopefully they delete this part and creat new part 2 because it's sucks .

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I was pretty hyped for this game. Now, I feel like I have never been so much lied to. First part of the game is as good as the previous TLoU. However, the more you play, the more the game trailers turn out to be fake. In the middle of the game you get to control the character you don't even care about and actually want her to die. All the joy is gone and it's just mindless rushing to the end of the level. What's worse, it has never been stated in trailers until the plot leak. Naughty Dog edited the trailers so as they do not resemble the actual game plot at all. I feel personally insulted with the way the developers advertised the game and the terrible abomination they finally delivered.… Expand

Nothing like I had hoped it would be,the game forces me to kill hundreds people and dogs then at the end when i finally have someone i want to kill they are protected by devs. Looks amazing but nothing else was that great, I had big fps drops and a couple crashes, I felt that I was not as free to go where or do missions as i had hoped for, I really wanted the combat to be changed or more offered i found it got old for me very fast, the way characters we have known just felt different/behaved differently then in last game. In the end i really thought i would be blown away from the story of the game and i was left disappointed.… Expand

    Disappointed with the story. Gameplay was great. Audio and Visuals were amazing. Accessibility features were great too. The game just falls flat for my experience with regards to the story. Huge disservice to the first game.

    The story was completely disappointing and when you criticize the game for being horrible you get developers saying the only reason you didn’t like it is because you’re a homophobe or a bad person but in reality they took a risk and It did not pay off at all. To any last of us player that wants to play this game I highly do not recommend you will only be left unsatisfied and angry. Joel doomed humanity but at least you could say he gained a daughter but no he dies thinking that Ellie hates him until the end. Ellie loses everything and ends up alone which makes her story pretty pointless. Abby’s story was so boring I almost didn’t want to continue playing, literally nothing about her worked.… Expand

    Last of Us 2 is a beautiful game whose potential was squandered by poor narrative design. Ignore complaints about LGBTQ matters, or who dies when, or ‘agenda-pushing’. That is all nonsense that distracts from the fundamental flaws of this game which are:

    Pacing. (Severely padded gameplay, slow pace with nothing to show for your time and sudden complete halts.) Order of events. It manages to spoil itself within twenty minutes of starting the game and interrupts high-tension moments with many hours of past events that no longer matter.) Character development. (Or lack thereof. They come close to it for one character, briefly, but it rings false (and is called out as such by another character) due to that character otherwise always presenting as self-centred, callous and ruthless. Other characters start at Point A and never leave it or change in any way. Characters in general do not learn from their mistakes, big or small. Some characters have sudden, unexplained personality shifts.)

    Chemistry. (There is none. This likely due to all of the above factors. A couple who come close are let down by bizarrely awkward lines and sudden topic changes, as though a clumsy editor cut whole chunks of conversation out. The main ‘romance’ starts at the beginning of the game and tries to sell us that they totally love each other, because... they just got together. Frustratingly, only a few minor changes could have fixed this.)

    Plot. (The story is simple and that isn’t always a negative thing. But, when the story is simple, sub-plots become critical. This game really only has one sub-plot, towards the end (which was well done). The lack of it throughout most of the rest of the game makes the (beautiful) world around you seem empty and pointless. The simple main story is laughably predictable (when it doesn’t spoil itself outright) and utterly fails to engage.)


    Ultimately, this game is boring. Don’t bother buying it. Find some poor fan who is giving their copy away and try to just enjoy pretty skyboxes and passable stealth combat mechanics.    … Expand

    2020 is a trash year with covid-19, but this game is a **** mistake because of too many superfluous moments where the story is in breakdown moments or where the moral is that more angry tou are more you have possibility to become lost and felt lost when I played this game. The worst thing thing I hate about this game is that at the end Elllie have to kill someone who hurt her by past and the **** is that Neil Druckmann didn't give choice to Ellie to kill or not. That my **** question, why didn't you, Neil, do that to players? this should have done a really better game. To finish, if you just want a 10/10 graphic with 9/10 in action game, this could be yours but if you want a really part 2 of the last of us with a respect of the legendary first opus, this couldn't give the same fellings.     I wouldn't recommend this to anyone wanting to play this game because you liked the first one. Game is straight up garbage. Graphics and gameplay are nice but they are not worth it for 20h game with terrible story that will make you hate yourself for ever playing it

    The direction they went with this story completely ruined the franchise. Plus the demo they showed at a conference completely suggested the story would go differently. Gameplay is great and much like TLOU1.
    Graphics are incredible.
    Level design is nice.
    Music is good.
    AI could be better.

    they did the cult dirty. the were **** great, but they didn't have any impact on the story in any way what so ever, like they marketed the game as Joel and Ellie adventure for revenge for the Jackson attack from that cult, but hey that what was they showed us for seven years and made us believe and they **** lied to us in the face in the trailers, i didn't know jack **** about the spoilers other than it was really **** bad, but i still had faith that it will be worth it. and avoided it for months.

    Ellie going after revenge after seeing her having PTSD and Dina being done about it is cheap and **** stupid.

    breaking the cycle bs doesn't make sense since she could leave them for dead.

    and all i know that ellie didn't see what Abby is about other than she is the one who killed Joel.

    the whole thing was a big **** you from Neil for the fans, like saying this game was unique and had a really deep story is just, opinion, i care about the game that is why i am happy to see people enjoyed the game but for me the ending was...

    like i felt nothing, i didn't cry, get angry, or even felt anything, just a feeling in my tongue, as if Neil made me clean his ass after taking a ****.

    on a final note, ASHLEY CAN **** SING HOPED THERE WAS MORE OF HER SINGING!

    The main characters were JOEL and ELLIE. The way in which Joel was killed so fast and without mercy, I think the character deserved at least a better ending.

    The fact that they introduced a new main character and that you have to play with her more the 50% of the game is a little bit disgusting
    I understand that this game was dark and based in anger, even though that, I think that fans wanted a better story with the MAIN characters. All that gay stuff and in the case of Lev is irrelevant for me actually. I only wanted a better story and develpment for Joel an Ellie.    … Expand

    Horrible choices by the director. Horrible characters, story, camera play, map is like a maze. Game forces you to play 50% of the entire time with a character that you have and feel disgusted by. Just play Last of Us 1 and forget about 2, not worth the time and money spent.

    Last of us part 2 may have good graphics, and have added to new features of mechanics that the last game didn't have. However story wise it falls flat on its face. For a narrative driven game, that's a big no no. It completely disregards the characters nature the previous game built and destroyed them. It's sad really, I was really looking forward to this game too.

I did enjoy the graphics, combat and the environment of this game but it doesn't do anything new which hasn't been shown by any forms of entertainment. The classic cycle of revenge which has been done with both the walking dead a new frontier , the TV series from the same name and a movie named "Circle of revenge" with the same theme. The reason why i liked the first game so much was because we see build up relationship from start to end over a long period of time between Joel and Ellie and in the end a man could kill the entire world even if it means to save his child. However , the sequel basically kills of Joel in a dumb way within the first 2 hours of the game. Tommy being a survivor for so long and having enough personality to be trusted with protecting an entire community as we see in the first game yet he manages to give his name to an entire group named WLF which was dumb , if the character development was consistent then this wouldn't have happened because no matter how your character progresses , he/she don't forget their instincts for example Kratos. We have also seen how Neil's theme of "realism" isn't good since he basically had a very muscular woman named Abby whose workout schedule was debunked by real life dietitians and also a fat man from rattlers. There are also very dumb narrative moments like Tommy not seeing the map Ellie dropped due to being in a shock after killing pregnant Mel or when Dina basically ignores that Ellie is immune and the talk goes straight to her being pregnant while that immune topic not having any importance.I get why Ellie didn't kill Abby but this part was a lot of stretch , it also doesn't make any sense imo considering that she only realized that revenge wouldn't solve anything when she was about to drown Abby and not when she killed Mel or when she killed Nora or even when she killed a lot of people on the island beforehand. Lev's character development was also very inconsistent , he goes from not wanting to kill anymore after killing her mother and watching her sister die to helping Abby in extracting down her revenge against Ellie for killing Owen.… Expand

    All trailers and pre-game release interviews for the last of us 2 advertised gameplay as being just Ellie. A huge portion of this title is played as another character that took away from experience. The story felt slow, and gameplay was repetitive at times. The marketing was misleading, and the story was sub par. I have yet to replay this game after beating it shortly after release.     Naughty Dog was kind enough to let the player jump a new character off of a cliff and die before they got into any mischief. This choice makes the game only about an hour long, but much more satisfying.

Graphics is good but not groundbreaking, gameplay is exactly the same for 25 hours, the production is good, cutscenes excellently executed though poorly written.

    Very dissapointing given the calibre of the first game. Game is fillled with unlikeable characters and is incredibly long which makes the gameplay feel tired and repetative. Pacing is horrendous with lots of flashbacks and backtracking

If they narrowed the scope of the story and made it 15 hours instead of 30 I might have rated it higher. I can forgive a crap story if the game is fun. There’s definitely moments of great gameplay but they are spreadTerrible story. Also the trans character has a way more interesting story than the two leads and for some reason is the supporting character... whatever. Look they should get acknowledged for trying to add much needed diversity in the game but at the same time they deserve to be savages over the narrative cause it simply makes no sense/kind of wastes your time. It’s fun to blow people apart with the hunting pistol and flamethrower (and hilarious because the game is trying to make you dislike violence/think of the enemy as human). Get it when the price is lowered, it’s polarising for a reason. I’m sure some people love it but I was not one of them.… Expand

A very strange, and somewhat nonsensical plot, with characters seemingly not caring when another character they were very close to just a few moments before just inexplicably dies.     It's like killing off Mario and having us play as Luigi.

    An absolute disaster of a video game which everyone had high hopes for. Graphics are 10/10 but the game is so poor that the wonder of the world just means nothing.

There is very little meaningful character development, and story is dull. There is too much focus on scavenging and entering pin codes which needs to be obtained by reading the notes. The first game was essentially a survival combat, but second is all about meaningless scavenging for supplies. I wonder if some people complained about too much violence in the first game so they replaced it with scripted dialog and item pickups. The whole game is about walking along heavily decorated 1D corridor, picking up notes and ammo with occasional shooting and simple platforming. The game map is basically a 1D corridor. Everything is fully scripted, there is almost no need to touch a controller (unless the game needs you to enter to pin code) - it is like watching a movie. The game has more pin code doors and lock boxes than actual enemies. Part 1 was incredible, but part 2 feels like a big let down. I am very disappointed, it could have been so much better. I played all uncharted games (and last of us part 1)- this is the worst game this developer produced. They wasted time of their games developers and players.     Im gonna preface this by saying i didn't finish it, i didn't even get very far. The characters are horrible and the story is bland. I think this was just project to see how woke you could make a game. Its just a shame that it had to ruin one of my favorite games to flaunt their SJW crap.

    The game didn't fulfil my expectations I had going in which is why I'm giving it a negative review. If the story and character building in a narrative driven game is not there then it's not a good game overall in my perspective and it's deserving of a low score.

    There was a bit too much excessive disturbing violence in my taste but I'm not gonna hold it back for that but I didn't feel it was needed/justified.

    The only enjoyable part is the gameplay and quality build of the game world itself which the hard working and crunching Naughty Dog staff deserve all the praise and love for.

TLOU 2 is a beautiful game, with a sound and great atmosphere, in addition to a luxury of details that many studios should envy Naugthy Dog, HOWEVER there is a mistake that makes the beauty of the landscape and the details in combat look ridiculous. The story, the story was what made the first TLOU strong, a solid plot, disturbing, sad and memorable moments, as well as the humanity of which the characters were portrayed here. On the other hand, in TLOU2 the whole history of Tlou1 is thrown overboard and I am not saying it precisely because of the progressive ideology, which in itself is a small problem since there is a lot of propaganda of this style, although honestly, I do not I get upset. BUT WHAT THEY DID TO JOEL, IS UNFORGIVABLE, was Joel going to die? Yes, you could see it coming, but not in the first 20 minutes of games, throwing character development overboard. And besides, at the hands of a character with the poorest possible writing, and on top of that Neil Drunkman forces you to play as him during a whopping HALF OF THE GAME. Then the whole story is practically the same as the chapter of "el chavo del ocho" where one of the characters says the mythical phrase "Vengeance is never good, it kills the soul and poisons it", because I am very sorry, I just to tell you the moral of the end. I'm not annoyed by the liberal propaganda or even the facial models, but by the hell of a story, hopefully this game is quickly forgotten and come up with new ideas, adding the photo mode and the realistic mode is not enough.… Expand

The rest was pretty pathetic in my opinion. First off, the end left me empty, no joy, happiness, or hope. I bought this to entertain me but feel like I was slapped in the face, over and over again. Foolishly I kept playing thinking it would get better. Second, who thought it would be a great idea to make players play as Abby?!? Bad move! I feel like the 40% or so playing as Abby was a complete waste of time. This is not what we signed up for. To drag it out as long as her part is was stupid. I get it, you were supposed to start to like Abby. Well, that didn't work. What makes it even worse is you have to play as Abby when up against Ellie. Just why?!?

    Finally, the story felt like it was missing parts, liked they had to cut things out to complete the game on a schedule. The artwork that's in the bonus section somewhat backs this up since there are pictures of things that didn't make it into the game but probably should have been. It will be interesting to hear the behind the scenes discussions. Perhaps some of that is mentioned there. The writing didn't feel as solid as in part one.

    Overall, the game mechanics, audio and visuals are where they need to be. The story was not what I had hoped for and not anywhere near as good as part one. I wont be playing this again for sure. Not surprisingly Gamestop will only pay like sixteen bucks for it after just a few months. I guess this will sit on a shelf and collect dust reminding me how's bad it is. I couldn't feel at all emotionally invested in many of the crucial moments because the game kept switching in and out of them, thus, totally ruining the build-up it was trying to set up in the first place. A lot of times the characters didn't look to have been fully developed and kinda felt unrealistic and illogical, especially in the later parts of the game. Many times, in order to fit the narrative, the game required me to perform actions I really didn't want to without giving me any choice. The theme in itself felt very dull and grim, which would have been fine if it wasn't for the plot that tries to be dynamic and adventurous instead.

    Now, the game offers a unique experience and has its highs and lows but still feels incomplete and empty at the times, which is a real shame.    … Expand

    It was torture to play more than a half of the game as a character that had nothing, absolutly nothing that i like about it, this game is forced, manipulative and full of coincidences and conveniences, and yes, they could had killed Joel, i was expecting that already, but i trusted them that they would respect one of the most beloved protagonist in videogame history and make something really good ...but no i was wrong...this is not a game about Joel (is a game about Abby) so lets kill him quickly in the first half hour of the game..this is **** even my girlfriend who adore the first game and love even more Ellie (more than she loves Joel), she even make the tattoo on her arm, can't stand Abby, she lost total interest in the game after she began to play as Abby....and she did not finished the game, but she keep saying how she want to kill Abby and avenge Joel's death...(too bad...right?)..

    So, yes the game is beautifull and intense, great enviroment, BUT YES, they gone political as hell in this game, the way characters are treated in this game is horrible, Jesse died and they never even touched on the matter...Joel and Tommy are far from been those smart and lived characters from the first game....The only kind of people who liked this game are those who dont have a clue how to make a movie or a game, those who never experince something as intense as this game, summing up, people who never played a real good game in their lifes, because it need more than been intense to be a great game, it need to be consistent and make sense, be coherent....and this game is not any of these. People dont know how to feel, they just know they feel something....and they dont care if it is well made...its like been punched in the face, these "The Last of Us lovers" are been punched in the face, they did not liked, it hurt them, but they know they feelt something, and thats enough for them, they did not care if it made sense or not.    … Expand

Some people say "that's good, its what they want you to feel", to which I can understand and appreciate the risk taken by the developers however I found the whole experience very forced and messy.     Одного из прошлых протоганистов убивают вначале, потом дают неплохую серию миссий за Элли, но вторая половина игры вообще не дает в геймплейном плане ничего нового, наоборот предоставляет играть за противного тебе персонажа, а также ужасное и ломаное повествование. Тут куча бредовых сцен, одна из них, когда беременная женщина смогла пересечь город, полный зомби, в одиночку, хотя пару минут назад мы сами лично еле выжили после такой вылазки - (хочется сказть только вы там в своем уме!?). Как будто бы строят воздушные замки, а не пишут качественный сценарий. Бред да и только, и таких моментов в игре хватает, приходится постоянно славливать facepalm. Графика хороша, и к художникам никаких претензий. Локации смотрятся шикарно, но я купил игру ради сюжета и классного повествования, надеясь, что они тут присутствуют... Увы, я как и многие игроки получили плевок в свою сторону. Хваленые механики ИИ не работают, они тупые, как пробки.
    По итогу после прохождения игры остается лишь хвататься за голову и говорить "Что вы сделали с игрой?!" максимум 4 из 10 за работу художников и программистов, а не за тот вы*ер, который представили сценаристы.    … Expand

However, this is a game that's supposed to be driven by its story. Let's say if this story was driving a car, it would have crashed into a dumpster. Firstly, this story doesn't have a protagonist or an antagonist. The game has this edgy type of story where since everyone is killing and murdering to survive no one is the main hero or villian. The problem with that is that this means there is no one that you can cheer for or want to see achieve their destiny and no one that you want to see taken down. This means you can't invest in any of the characters cause you cant care about them. This kind of story may work for other media like movies and tv shows but not for a 25 hour game. This is the most unsatisfying, boring, pointless story I have played in a long time. In my opinion put your money towards something more meaningful because this game ain't it… Expand

Just so we can realize that she is indeed a **** person a cheat a psychopath who tortured the man for no reason. if she new why he had to kill her father. Shooting him in the head would've been enough and believable.. And on top of that making the segments played with her more thrilling and fan to play just so we like her. Honestly throughout the whole game I couldn't understand why the writer made a game it's whole point is to make ppl like a piece of **** psychopath. Pinkie promise I’m not jumping on the bandwagon to be one of those people hating on the game even though they didn’t play it. I preordered this game December of last year, and I had the highest hopes for it. I loved the first game, with a deep, immovable passion, and like many others, I waited with hope for the sequel for seven long years. I had every faith in Naughty dog, that this would be the best game of the year. Through all the delays, and the controversy, my faith never wavered I didn’t look at the leaks, so I went into the game without any bias. And at first, I loved it. Joel’s death was shocking and horrible, but not unexpected. I cried about it, sure. But I thought there had to be a reason why they axed off one of the most beloved characters in any game ever. I loved playing as Ellie and running around Seattle with Dina. The little open world segment was fun, and the puzzles, while not overly complex or satisfying to solve, were at least different and had a little variety, improving on the first game. And the graphics, oh my god, They are brilliant. The combat was fun, very similar to the first game, You can go in guns blazing, or stick with stealth and try and slip on by I was really loving the game at this point, having fun, and looking to avenge Joel. But at the midpoint of the game, for some terrible reason, I’m forced to play Abby, the girl that murdered Joel. They kick you back to day one, as Abby. I have no idea what Naughty dog was thinking. I hated Abby for the most obvious reasons in the world. But I had to play as her for ten hours. Made even worse by her having no actual goals, and already knowing what is going to happen. They force you to play flashbacks within flashbacks to try and make you like her, but it was an impossible task. Abby’s section was boring and pointless, considering the women you spend half of Abby’s time trying to save just dies anyway. The only fun part was going in for bear hugs with clickers, running into fires, and leaping off cliffs. Even worse, the game forces you to beat the piss out of Ellie just to progress. I nearly set the controller down and walked away forever. I did not care about Abby. The game could never make me care for her, after seeing her kill Joel horribly and brutally. Please be aware that naughty dog lied in the marketing repeatedly, which was just a slimy, nasty thing to do to it’s consumers. But aside from the lies they told to sell copies, the game really talked down to the player. “Revenge is bad, murder is bad, how dare you kill that dog?” I enjoyed the first half, but it very quickly became a pretentious, depressing slog of a game that does not warrant more than one play through. It thinks it’s far more clever and deep than it is. So that’s my opinion on the game. It looked beautiful. The combat was fun at first, but quickly became repetitive. And the story was complete and utter trash. I really wish it had not been this way. the game looks absolutely amazing.… Expand

This game had so much potential, the VA are amazing, the world was already good and most old characters are likeable, and wow... the music is amazing, but the story is a let down, a story about a revenge path and in the last second you forgive then wants to kill the person and then forgive again... is honestly bad writing, mostly because of the ending than the actually start point and middle point and playing as the antagonist is a amazing idea, but she is not likeable enough for that, only the kid saves her side of the story. Looking to the other side of the coin, one old character twists himself in a way that doesn't look natural, it looks so sudden how he is protective in the end and then later on wants Ellie to have revenge as well. Tommy and Ellie lacks what would make them more realistic in the end, a sudden change with almost no explanation, going to "I forgive you" to "I don't forgive you" too many times.… Expand

    Mis puntos de acuerdo al juego:
    1.-La muerte de Joel:

    Empezare por la muerte de Joel, en el 1er juego se nos habia demostrado que el tipo no confiaba mucho de cualquier persona, tanto que le costo agarrar confianza con Ellie. Y de repente en la parte dos conoce a una tipa como si nada, en una situación para nada forzada para que se apoyen un poco, y sin dudarlo va a acompañarla donde esta su grupo nada mas conocerla, y termina en su muerte.

    2.- Los amigos de Ellie:

    El chino, es muy poca la información de el porque es tan amigo de Ellie, a la vez que solo es un personaje de relleno el cual despues de morir, no se le hace mencion alguna y pasa a ser olvidado rápidamente.

    La novia de Ellie, no tengo problema con este tipo de relaciones, pero tambien una cosa es saber justificar su relación, la construcción de su amor es bastante baga.

    Los demas, no hay mucho que decir, es lo mismo que lo anterior, pero peor.

    3.-La historia:

    En resumen esta se basa en la venganza, pero al final todo termina que la venganza es mala, tirando todo lo visto en el juego (Ellie mataste a medio mundo para no hacer nada al final). Y tambien que justamente que la 2da protagonista sea la hija del medico que mato Joel en la primera parte es bastante forzado.

    No es un mal juego, pero es mas recomendable jugar el primero.    … Expand

    I won't spoil but it basically has a crappy plot (with plotholes too big to ignore) with disgusting characters and an awful ending. Clearly an unworthy sequel.

    Great job from the developers, the game looks great, is well polished. The gameplay is improved but it doesn't feel that intense as the last one, where it felt more like a survival (you cared for every shill and bullet you find.
    Usually this makes a game at least 6 but for me it can't even be a 5.
    It was hard to fail with the story because so many interesting things was already prepared from the first part, but somehow they didn't care for that and they preferred to force new characters. Characters that never had enough story to care about and Aby, who had a lot of story, had a very bad written one.
    If her killing Joel at the start was moved close to the end I think it made some things better.
    If the marketing didn't try so much to hide what they already knew people would hate, maybe it would be better revived but I'm sure the game would've sell a lot less.
    The game is very focused on the story so even if it's okay on the other parts the story brings it down.
    Some people may like it, but a lot of people would watch anything and be okay with it. A small number care for real quality.
    It's nothing bad with that. Sometimes you just like something that it's not "wow", smart or mind blowing.
    This game somehow managed to divide people so much and I think this is because of the arrogance that Naughty Dog shows when it comes to this game. They always tell people how good the game is, that they should try it first then ask questions. If a game is good, you don't need "the cook" to tell you how and why the "food is a delicious masterpiece".
    I can make my own opinion, I don't need you to tell me how to fell about your game.
    Joel.
    Is killed without any dialog between him and Aby (his killer). His relationship with Ellie didn't evolve as much and it felt like after all of that he still wasn't able to open up more, to be more friendly (like he was with Sarah).
    His small number of past memories with Ellie shown during the game don't feel as important as if he was still alive.
    If he died after we saw him forming a deeper connection with Ellie, some more bounding, then I would care more and it would make me care more when I see him being killed.
    Ellie.
    She is different, more bitter, more like every other NPC in the game. She is not interested in jokes. Now she wants to get high and make sex. All good and everything but she didn't have any objective until she wanted revenge. She wants revenge and fails but then leaves all she had left behind just to try again?
    What about the virus and stuff like that? I guess she doesn't care about that anymore. She's just a stubborn and stupid little girl that doesn't evolve in any way during the game. She was even more interesting and competent in the first game.
    In the end she clearly doesn't want revenge anymore, it clearly doesn't matter. If she didn't do anything it was objective complete because Aby would've died a slow and painful death. She instead goes to all the trouble to help her, to force her to fight and after she lost some fingers and had even more reasons to take revenge, in just a few seconds she says no.
    That's it. The ending has nothing. I don't care if she survives. She left her last friends/lover for revenge, she doesn't try to find if a cure is possible anymore.
    In the first game's ending I was interested: what will they do, they will remain friends, will she still want to be killed to make a vaccine if she has the chance and knows the truth, is there no more cities unaffected by the virus, will Joel try to be more open with Ellie...
    I had so many questions when part 1 ended but now in part II I don't care, I have nobody to care for, there's no objective, no questions, no future.

    Some people hate her way to much. It's just a very bad written character. She is close to impossible to like.
    They show her torturing Joel until she kills him. She doesn't talk with him, ask him why, ask him if he's sorry, tell him what she thinks about what happened.
    After that I should care for Aby? She tortured slowly someone, without asking or telling why/who/what/when/what now.
    Then she plays with a dog and does a few good things and that somehow makes me forget about how much she insisted on torturing somebody? Kill Joel, but at least Joel did it because they didn't want to let Ellie leave. Ellie was never asked if she was ready to die, she would've never know that it was the end.
    Part II didn't try to build on what Part I did. Make you care for new people, understand what will happen and why, understand what the characters want. They just take out one important character at the start (the main one) then they try to force the others.
    Just showing some good interactions doesn't make good character development.
    How many will buy Part III knowing the story now? Knowing that Naughty Dog doesn't want to make fun games, they want to force a story where we're forced what to think or care about.    … Expand

Un juego en el cual solo vale la pena la primera mitad, toda la parte que se juega con Ellie al inicio es simplemente hermosa, las partes de exploración, combate y todo son geniales, aunque es raro que ahora los infectados sepan esquivar los golpes siendo que en el primero no lo hacian, la muerte de Joel hasta cierto punto la entiendo, pero TODA la parte de abbie es absurdamente mala en termino de historia del mismo personaje y lo que hace ademas de los compañeros, por ejemplo con abbie hay una mujer embarazada a la cual no le importa el exponerse a algún peligro siendo que tiene el estomago inmenso de grande, ademas la ponen a hacer PARKOUR a UNA MUJER EMBARAZADA, ahora volviendo a abbie, aparte de que lo único que quería era venganza porque joel mato a su padre después no hay ningún motivo para jugar con ella o siquiera sentir empatia con el personaje.
    Llegado a cierto punto en la historia de Abbie pasan bastantes cosas que llegan a molestar, primero lucha con un infectado con un diseño hermoso e inmenso, y a ellie que es la protagonista de toda la primera parte y LA PROTAGONISTA DE LA SEGUNDA con suerte lucha contra un bloater. tambien las acciones de la misma abbie son de lo mas erráticas, con su ex pareja se comporta como la típica tsundere esteriotipada de un anime genérico, los 2 sobrevivientes que se encuentra son por así decirlo su oportunidad de redención de sus acciones, pero cuando la encuentran sus amigos del ejercito con estos se preguntan el porque lo hace y ella ni explicaciones les da ni un lo siento, simplemente los mata porque si, nada mas.
    Ahora viene la parte del director, Neil Druckman es la persona mas egolatra que existe, pone un personaje en el juego que es igual a el que es super cachero, que puede estar con cualquier mujer, ademas que hay una referencia a el en una carta coleccionable del juego que le da 100 de inteligencia (siendo el caso deberia ser de 20 por las estupideces que hizo en el juego) ademas el mismo personaje del juego tiene el descaro de escupir el cadaver del personaje del juego que le dio todo lo que es ahora ademas de tener el descaro de SOBORNAR A TODOS LOS GAME AWARDS, lo cual lo digo porque es la unica razon para que se ganara el juego del año ademas de que en el premio de los elegidos por los JUGADORES lo gano ghost of tsushima, es la prueba mas grande de la preferencia de los jugadores por los juegos,

The first is game is one of the best games and stories of any video game. It has the same issue some films have now of trying to subvert expectations at the detriment of telling a satisfying story. В сюжете есть прекрасные моменты, но ими должна была быть наполнена вся игра. Это именно то, что даёт возможность уйти от реальной жизни в сказку. Этой сказки в сюжете нет. Тут рассказывается о мести. Элли мстит всю игру за Джоеля, а Эбби в самом начале игры за своего отца убивая Джоеля. Игра заканчивается на волевой остановке мести Элли, которая понимает, что смерть Эбби не вернёт Джоеля. Эбби поняла это в сцене мести за своих друзей, где Лев остановил её от убийства Дины.

    Если оценивать анимацию и графику на сегодняшний день, то она на высоте, но лучше бы графика была плохой, а сюжет добрым. Я даю оценку исключительно за сюжет. Сюжет основан на смерти Джоеля и на мести за него вплоть до озверения Элли. Над полюбившимися мною героями в первой части словно специально издевались во второй. Кому-то такое понравилось в рамках продолжения истории. Мне нет. Именно такое продолжение стало причиной того, что вокруг второй части столько мнений. Сам сюжет о мести написан сносно, но это не добрая история. Поэтому этот рассказ мне не понравился и не он должен был остановиться на завершении мести. Значит должна быть третья часть, которая благополучно закончит всю эту трагическую историю. Жизнь и так наполнена негативом. Я ожидала увидеть историю, которую не грустно было бы вспомнить. Буду ожидать не грустное продолжение, которую я оценю на 10 из 10. А за эту грустную историю я ставлю 4.

    Однополые отношения показаны достаточно мягко. Элли боится остаться одной испортив отношения неправильным решением в развитии отношений с Диной. Дина развивает отношения, а Элли не хочет её потерять и вынужденно выстраивает с ней те отношения, которые строит Дина. Очень плохо вписывается сцена в апокалиптической реальности с огороженным домиком на ферме, где Элли и Дина живут семьёй. Я не сторонница однополых отношений, но с ними боролись всю историю и не побороли. Видимо это данность от природы и это надо принять. Тем ней менее пропагандировать это не хорошо. Лев - это девочка, которая хотела стать воином, а воинами в племени могут быть только мужчины. Тем более её хотели выдать замуж за старейшину. Она обрила себя как воин, как мужчина. Это как женщины, которые хотели иметь права работать на тех профессиях, на которых работали только мужчины и не зависеть от решения мужчин. Движение за права женщин дали женщинам такую возможность. Никакой трансгендерности я в этом не вижу, ну или я что-то из сюжета упустила, не поняла. Трансгендеры для меня вообще непонятные люди. Spoilers: Playing Abby for the Lev and Yara story line was a waste of time and waste of potential game play for Ellie for a different story line or even Joel. Abby fighting against her own team was bizarre and took me out of the TLOU world. I literally felt like I was playing a different game. Why are we killing humans more than the dead? And as Abby and for what? Abby killing her own team for two people she just meet is hypocritical. I do not care to experience this lesson as Abby. Once I got back to playing Ellie it was short and over... What happened to Ellie being a cure story line? TLOU2 story was not satisfactory in any way or a game you want to replay. Revenge stories leave too many plot holes and questions. This games story is a lesson of not what to do to characters and to literally burn bridges for story growth and potential.… Expand

I avoided any spoilers and the only thing I knew for sure is we’d get to play as Ellie. The first few hours of the game were intense and heartbreaking but fueled me ever forward seeking out revenge. After all, we didn't purchase this game so we could put down our weapons and all have a tea party. We’re here to watch a great story unfold in a dystopian future while kicking some butt on the side. To my dismay, a ways through the game I no longer had the option to play as Ellie. Instead, half of the game we’re forced to play as a person they villainized within the first hour of gameplay, making it nearly impossible to connect or care about that persons storyline at all.

    I forced myself to play through story parts I just couldn’t get into, with a character I wanted dead, hoping I’d be able to switch back and continue on with my revenge. But after many hours of trying to be optimistic I realized I just had to enjoy the game for what it was, and accept the disappointment.

    If you go into the game with an open mind, (knowing you’ll most likely be disappointed) you’ll probably enjoy it. In fact, I wish I had read reviews and had low expectations to begin with, then maybe I would have had a better experience. (Just make sure you get it at a discount, lmao it’s not worth full price.)    … Expand

    Scenario in generall...
    - why this game is so brutal?? Is it really important to tell a great story and showing killing people in such disgusting way?? It's like a cheap trick to attract.

    - LGBT stuff in the production. I don't mind and no problem in generall, but why is it so huge here?? Playing this game I had a feeling that someone pushing me this directly to the throat. 50% of the soldiers are women, lesbians, strongwomen and for God's sake - pregnant women jumping on the rope and fighting with zombies ?! This is nonesens! Who wrote this scenario - 22 years old developer ??

    - Finally, Tommy visit Ellie to break her sweet farm story and forcing her to finish the revenge... Really??
    Please.... such things not happening in real life! It's like a: "You have to kill Abby as you promised!",
    "I would do that, but I am disabled now". "Leave your partner and baby and finish the job..." Please.....

    who can't play. I completed a lots of fps in an avarage level or hard. The game is just damn difficult.
