    Siento que la gente se queja de algo que no tiene sentido, es cierto el personaje de Abby no es para nada un buen personaje, pero creo que las mecanicas son excelentes, completamente pulidas, y es un juego que no se corta la lengua al querer contar una historia, cruda, real y lo mas humana posible.

    An Absolute Masterpiece and a beautiful continuation of one of the greatest stories told in modern gaming history. The Last of Us 2 has exceeded my expectations and took me on a rollercoaster of emotions no other game in recent memory has come close to doing. An absolute must-play, this game will go down as one of my favorite games of all time.

Graphically gorgeous, artistic direction top notch, music, very good, though, I was expecting the sequence from that 2017 trailer with Ellie singing Through the Valley, this never came... Gameplay physics, top of naughty dog, yet, Rockstar games still one step ahead in my opinion especially for the horse ridding (minor part of the gameplay here). A must play for PS4, and with probably a nice remaster on PS5 one year from now, will be enjoyable.… Expand

    Last of Us part 2 is their magnus opus. The attention to detail is so akin to reality that sometimes I found myself shivering in scenes when manoeuvring through snow, and in others of windy overpasses, my hair swayed sitting in my living room with the windows closed. If I came across an unsettling lake or river of sorts I paused the game to put on a life vest from fear of being unable to pass from one side of the riverbed to the other safely. And this is all from an environment perspective, let us not forget the in-depth detail from the facial expression of the characters and their movements; sometimes when Ellie is looking into the camera with a look so harrowing even the bravest of humans would cower, I find myself running out of the room in tears profusely sweating and apologising to Ellie for the day I was born. By the same token, the natural flow of the conversations between the characters are so lifelike and in-depth that when I was having dinner I catch myself laying out extra plates and cutlery because I was convinced the audio making its way through my headphones must mean there were other people in my home.

    There has been much debate over the story, and I must admit, at first I was shocked in the direction they were going, although this could equally be attributed to my Revlon turbo hair dryer I bought on a hefty discount from an unregistered street vendor last winter short-circuiting.
    The deep love I have for the characters is no different to the love I have for my 7-month year old poodle who this morning thought it was a great idea to mimic the stealth in the game by sneakily and tenderly grabbing my playstation control from its charging dock, whilst I was boarding up the windows to prevent any clickers from getting inside, and attempting to bury it in the yard. Yet what I do know is change is rarely anything but good, it is a constant that is always needed. Look, do not get me wrong, I like watching Shawshank Redemption on repeat just as much as the next guy/gal, but if they made a second one with a very similar storyline, boredom and disappointment would ensue. I believe they did the best they could with the tools at their disposal (not to be confused with it being less than 99.99% amazing). The first game’s story was so original, so poignant, that I doubt something in a similar vein should have been reproduced for a sequel.

    definitely, it is a good game but i preferred the first the last of us with more attach to Ellie.

    I know people say its hyperbolic to give a 10 but this is easily one of my favourite PS4 games. I loved the soundtrack, gameplay, graphics, everything. There is something calming about exploring abandoned buildings while the characters converse. Some amazing set pieces and gameplay sections too (I could go on about this!). Also heard all of the talk about the story before playing which gotI know people say its hyperbolic to give a 10 but this is easily one of my favourite PS4 games.     Loved the game. Decent story, great game play, stunning visuals and audio! Hits the message hard (revenge is bad)..while the ending has made most people upset, by the end of the 25+hours, it was pretty difficult to choose sides (despite our association with the characters of TLOU 1) and the game did pose moral dilemma a few times which was very good..

    This is the perfect follow up to the original, which itself was my all time favorites game. Graphically stunning, interesting new gameplay mechanics and a diverse and memorable cast make this game a must play. Especially for fans of the original.

    Cinematic masterpiece. Everything from graphics to acting and even gameplay makes this game one of a kind. Even if the pacing is lacking in some chapters, the overall experience is very impactful. It's a game that will stay with you long after completion.

    this game is an absolute MASTERPIECE. Naughty Dog not only took risks, but they showed courage in making you feel uncomfortable and double think who you really think is the good person. gameplay, story, the overall feel is OUTSTANDING. this is next level gaming, perfect way to get us ready for next gen. i LOVED it. GOTY, might be the game of the generation. (ps4)

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The Last Of Us's strength was derived primarily from the relationship forged between Ellie and Joel; everything else was secondary. Somehow, TLOU Part 2 seems astoundingly unaware of this. Joel's death, although potentially a fine decision either later in the game or in a subsequent sequel, was a poor choice that immediately massively negatively impacted the game. Having to play as Abby during the first few hours, with it being very clear that she was going to kill Joel, was a devastatingly bad move, and I found myself letting her get caught by the zombies in a hopeless bid to spare Joel.

    Character development was disappointingly poor. Ellie became a character that, by the end, I actually hated more than Abby. Her disregard for the welfare of her friends and her girlfriend paints a character who is deeply selfish, psychopathic, and not fun to play as: when I play a game, I don't want to feel like a bad person. I didn't want to make the decisions the game forced me to make, and when the game finally ended, after several false stops, I was left feeling desolate and depressed, with the one silver lining being that it was finally over. For the first time in my life i immediately uninstalled the game, gave my dog a hug, and traded the game in. I had no desire to play this game again, given how it made me feel.

    The game certainly isn't all bad; indeed there are some fantastic parts (such as the level set in the outbreak 'ground zero'), the score works very well, and fine detail is great (such as the weapon modification animations), however the negatives outshine the positives. Dialogue was weak, with too much spoken explicitly and too little relying on nuance, and many things that occurred seemed to have been written just so the story could continue in the direction of the ending the writers wanted. Different parts feel disjointed, much of it feels disorganised, and some parts are far too long and boring. The degree of graphic violence was genuinely shocking, exhausting and entirely unneccessary, and I found myself having to look away from quite a few parts (I felt sorry for the animators). Perhaps most importantly, having to play the game as a character you are inevitably going to have little rapport with due to her actions in the first few hours was a gamble that did not pay off. Although I ended up favouring Abby, it wasn't because I felt sorry for her per se, but rather because I hated her just a little bit less than the monster Ellie had become.    … Expand

The visuals, the gameplay and acting, are all crowning achievements in their own right and should be praised as such. However, when it comes to the story, it seems to fall flat. Don't get me wrong, I thought the writing was very well done. I just feel like they could have taken the time to flesh it out, where it doesn't confused people to the point of the writer having to come out explain it. It's a confusing and as it went on I found myself less invested in the plot. This was poor and rushed way of telling a revenge story. It would have made more sense to learn about Abby and her past before she killed Joel. Instead we get random girl murders main character over a past we didn't know occurred. Not only that but instead of taking years to plan out her vengeance, Ellie goes off half cocked,, where it feels like she is rushing to her own death. There was no thought put into this. If you are going to write a revenge plot, do it right. Also the way she let Abby live at the end left me feeling nothing for Ellie. At this point, at least Abby is still redeemable if they decide to make another game. Other than that I really enjoyed this game. The writing needs work but it was decent. 8 out of 10… Expand

Soooo that kinda happens with Joel and Ellie like a lot. I’m not gonna go into spoilers for this in case you somehow have still avoided them but if you played and loved the last game for its character story and relationship between the main characters (Which almost everyone loved the first game for) just save yourself the trouble and pretend there isn’t a sequel. Whether you enjoyed the story of the game or not Naughty Dog deserve tremendous credit for taking such huge risks in the plot of a triple A game in 2020 when they could have easily just copied the formula of the first game that they knew would work. When was the last time we saw a game take risks like this - Metal Gear Solid 2 maybe?

    Not a lot of people are mentioning the gameplay of the game in their reviews and that is a real shame. Combat-wise this is probably the most satisfying third-person shooter I have played since the early Gears of War games and that is mostly down to how violent and satisfying it feels, when you shoot someone with a shotgun in this game you REALLY feel it. Overall the gameplay is very solid.

    The game is by no means perfect however, it has some pacing issues and honestly could do with being at least 5 hours shorter. There are moments in the game when you are exploring for a while and it feels like the plot isn't really moving forward. The narrative structure of the game is also something I am not 100% keen on as it removes the emotion from some moments in the story that would have had more emotion to them if they were presented in a linear fashion. There are a few moments when the strange narrative structure works quite well however and it certainly makes the game feel unique and stand out.

    We need more games to take risks like Last of Us 2 ore we will end up living in a generation of bland copy-paste sequels and I'm not ok with that.    … Expand

It doesnt matter how real life try to make it just was weak sauce. Anyone with an imagination would have a hard time with the terrible story telling it nearly put me to sleep during the dialogues.     Геймплейно и визуально это лучшая игра всего времени но сюжет просто насилует игрока. Разработчики просто пустили в мусор весь труд которого мы добивались в первой части. Лично я не мог спокойно смотреть на флешбеки с Джоэлом. Я вырос с этим персонажем и считаю его одним из лучших персонажей всех времён. Я знал что Джоэл скорее всего умрёт, но это могли сделать красиво или в конце игры спасая Элли. Однако сценаристы решили что он заслуживает того чтоб перекачанная стероидами баба просто забила его клюшкой и харчок в лицо. А Эбби настолько не интересный и не прописанный персонаж что ты начинаешь за неё переживать только в финале потому что она скинула 15-20 кг. Для тех кто не играл в первую часть будет норм, а те кто играл думаю согласятся со мной.

The is different than any game i have ever played new experience that made me amazed, although my fav character died it doesn't make the game garbage its still amazing .
    The game is in my head till now since i finished it i can't stop thinking about it and that it self is success from the developers. I gave it a 9 because there were just some stuff that could have been improved but still a masterpiece that you should give a trymost of the people who hate the game never bought it so they decided to hate bomb the reviews hate on the game all for some leaks.     Honestly, this game was a masterpiece. Lot of people who didn't experience the game properly just looked at the story aspect of it and not the breathtaking gameplay aspect of it. Stop hating on this game just because some famous youtuber/streamer you follow hates it. If this was a Hideo Kojima game this game would have a 9+ user rating.

    Story telling at its finest. Could stop binge playing until the end. If you haven't played the game, play it and make your own mind about it. Don't let biased reviews stop you. For me it is one of the finest stories ever told in a game, even better than part 1.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. It’s pretty, it has funny moments. It has unique styles of Ellie being more stealth vs Abby being brutal and rough. However the game retcons the first one. Characters make stupid decisions and it feels as if you are forced into situations and places the writer has shoved you in rather then let you pick or understand. Example- in the first game it’s made clear that the surgery to get a vaccine is not 100% guaranteed and that it’s a shot in the dark that we must take to at least try. So you can understand why Joel did what he did. You can agree or disagree with it but you at least understand and get his reasoning and motivation. In the sequel a key turning point is when after you kill Nora and get the location of where Abby is... you decide to get tommy and take Dina back to jackson to give birth in a controlled proper environment. When given the choice of following Jesse to Tommy’s potential location or stealing a boat and going after Abby.... you are forced to go after Abby. After killing Owen and his pregnant gf you leave your map behind with your location circled on it. It’s frustrating because the average player would say “get the map” “don’t circle your exact base” anyways you killed all Abby friends, you found tommy and everyone is ready to go and yet Ellie still is set on going after Abby. To sum this rant up. It’s very very frustrating when well written and developed characters are forced in making stupid decisions and dragging you along with them. Simply put it makes the game un enjoyable and I’d rather just speed run it listening to music because I no longer care about what happens to the characters or what they do. Because bad decisions and selfish choice after selfish choice just gets really really annoying. It’s a 4/10 because this game is the ideal - put this on to show your friends what a PS4 pro can really do and how far games have come. It’s a tech demo.… Expand

A women who wants to play a game as a strong kick as woman that isn't in a skimpy outfit and giant **** I was worried that I wasn't going to enjoy the story after hearing negative reviews from the leak. Boy was i surprised by how fantastic the story telling and game play was. I loved playing as Abby. I loved the story from both sides. The pain I felt after seeing the story from the otherside. Meeting the people and dogs id just brutally murdered as Ellie. Wow, what a roller-coaster. All I wanted in the end was redemption for both of them. Game play was fun and challenging at times. There are so many parallels between the characters and between the first game. The characters are relatable, especially for LGBT+ youth. Seriously. Play it.… Expand

It showed how Ellie’s obsession with avenging Joel’s death took everything from her, her family, her friends, her humanity. It teaches you to have empathy and forgiveness, to see that everyone, no matter what they’ve done or how much they might have hurt you, they’re human with a story and people they love. It teaches you to move on and not to let the past restrict you from living in the present. Truly a phenomenal game, that toys with your emotions and makes you see how unhealthy grudges are and what grief can do to you.… Expand

    Plot: The game presented itself as this great big revenge story, but in this game the villain is the only one that gets revenge. I enjoyed most of Ellie and Joel’s scenes, they were spot on and it reminded me of the joys of being a father. But then the second half of the game (Abby’s part) just dragged... I really did not want to continue the game in that first level where the scars chasePlot: The game presented itself as this great big revenge story, but in this game the villain is the only one that gets revenge. I enjoyed most of Ellie and Joel’s scenes, they were spot on and it reminded me of the joys of being a father. But then the second half of the game (Abby’s part) just dragged... I really did not want to continue the game in that first level where the scars chase you on horses but I kept telling myself I just need to pass this one level with Abby and then I can get back to Ellie and finding out what happens in their encounter at the theater, BUT NO. The Abby section of the game is longer than Ellie’s and on top of that her friends are not interesting at all. In a shorter sentence, imagine if John Marston let Micah go at the end of RDR2. THATS what this game is.

    Gameplay: Almost identical time part 1, it’s the only thing that got me through completing the game.

    Sounds: Phenomenal

    Graphics: Naughty Dog is great at this!

    If you still plan on playing this game t wait til it’s like $20 or borrow it from a friend, it’s not worth $60.    … Expand

All of the progress into skill trees is reset and the main problem I had with the first game comes back, the shiv crafting mechanic. And that's just the gameplay problems. The story is an absolute **** It tries to convey the message of revenge is bad. While also arguing that revenge is good by not punishing Abby herself. Overall, the start is playable/good, but the entire second half of the game is boring and left me wondering when it would finally end throughout. Therefore I would give it a 5 or a 5.5… Expand

The realism gives this game a feel that no other game quite has, the combat system gives you a constant adrenaline rush. Graphics are good yet inconsistent to the point it becomes annoying. Storywise it forces you to adapt to change in an uncomfortable yet realistic way when you think about the game’s setting and circumstances. Think of this game like a brand new car with a large dent on the driver’s side, everything works perfectly the gameplay feels amazing but the story is something hard to ignore. Now im going to stop being politically correct for a moment and start dropping the truth. The reason why this game has so many negative reviews is because they let somebody push a feminist agenda on a perfectly good game. They killed Joel right off the bat, They turned Ellie into Sigmund Freud’s wet dream, Ellie’s stealing a chick of some asian cuckboy and then you get to play as this monstrous giant female as if the people who work at character development have been living with an inferiority complex the size of the statue of liberty their whole lives. Its like somebody at naughty dog lost a bet to a misandrist. I liked the guitar so im giving this game a 6 for attention to detail.… Expand

    This is why I never trust "professional" critic this is a good game but to call it 9 or 10 out of 10 is laughable. For one, no game is 10 out 10. The story is all over the place and it is a huge disappointment compared to the first game. The gameplay is pretty good though with some fantastic AI.

    1. One of the best looking games I have ever played.
    2. Animations so smooth you might think it's scripted.
    3. Incredible performances.
    4. One of the most polished games I have ever played. Everything just works! No hiccups in gameplay, character models, animations or environments.
    5. Amazing atmosphere - building. You can really feel the despair, anger, horror and hopelessness as you travel through this post-apocalyptic world.
    6. I did enjoy the newly introduced RPG element. Picking skills to learn and seeing it come to life in gameplay was always great.

    Cons:

    1. I did not care about Abby or her group of friends no matter how hard the game tried. When you have to play one half of the entire game as a character you just can't find yourself to like, the game starts to drag.
    2. The game tried too hard to portray Ellie as the villain (should have been more subtle).
    3. The stealth gameplay (although very polished) is nothing new. Toward the last third of the game, I found myself just trying to get through the fight sequences so I can get closer to the end. It's too many tossing bottles/bricks, sneaking up behind an enemy and pressing triangle. And this is coming from somebody who LOVES stealth games. There just were not enough elements to keep me interested.
    4. Did not care for the supporting cast. They were very forgettable.
    5. TLOU 2 could have benefited from shaving 3-4 hours from the run time. Some sequences felt unnecessary and were clearly only there to force us to connect with Abby more (which the game ultimately failed in).

    Unfortunately, I do think TLOU 2 was an unnecessary sequel. The devs told us they would not create a sequel unless it was significant and it just fell short.    … Expand
