    Yes, the story had problems and did stuff without thinking about how much we love and care about the characters but I still enjoyed the game and had fun playing until the end,(although there was a time in the middle of the game where I wanted to stop playing and throw the remote) I continued and kinda understood the risks the developers made..

    Just not a fun game to play, and when one of the biggest draws of the game is the story, it is such a kick in the balls when you see what happens in the end. Its almost as if the writer wants to prove some sort of point to all the fans of the last game. The graphics and game play were fine and even top notch but that's all the positive i can say about it.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Chacun à son propre avis. Pour ma part, The last of us part II est un jeu légendaire. Expand

    If you are like me, you played The Last of Us Part 1 way back during it's release on the PS3. The game had stunning graphics, great sound, good gameplay, but the things that made it one of the best games on the platform was the beauty of the level designs and above that the magnificent storyline involving two of main characters with their struggle to survive and make sense of the world. That recipe landed it the game of the year back then on the PS3 and then again on the PS4 when it was released as a remastered version which I also bought. I had two TLOU1 copies total spanning two systems. That was just how good it was. Fast forward to today and to Part 2 of this iconic game. Let's start with what it got right from the recipe of the old game. GRAPHICS and Level Design: Like the first, Part 2 continues on stunning displays of the environment. No complaints there. SOUND: Again, it is on par with the first. GAMEPLAY: This is for the most part on par again with the first with a few additions to make exploring more realistic thus giving it a slight edge. Sadly, from here on out it is downhill. Way downhill... STORYLINE: I enjoyed the game for about 2 hours into it. Then IT happens. Death is understandable in a game with an apocalyptic setting. It can be sad but still illicit a positive experience to the player. Flashback to FF7 when Aerith meets the grim reaper with an 8 ft blade. It was traumatic yet it didn't leave a horribly bad aftertaste by the end of the game. In TLOU2 though, it felt unnecessarily rushed. Like someone couldn't wait to get rid of one of the characters. Then to make matters worse, you have to play as the character who ended such a beloved one from the 1st game. The theme of revenge is done relatively like any other game or movie before, and it doesn't really make the player feel much excitement to see what happens next. It starts becoming boring and predictable. At least until the end where they throw you another curve ball to ruin yet another character from the 1st game. You're left with a sense of what was the point of all of this? In the 1st game, you had a clear goal. The twists and turns to reach it all fit together nicely, until the end where they also throw you a curve ball to the story. But unlike the 1st where there was a purpose to the actions that led to the end, in Part 2 the player is left with a strong feeling to scream "WTF was the point of all this!?". The story is severely flawed. The ending leaves you with nothing, and worse it tarnishes the legacy and choices made by the end of the 1st game. Expand

The gameplay and visuals are are second to none and graphically, I don't think we'll see better on consoles this generation. Lastly, what the story does do is give a lot of fuel to a third game and that may and probably will bring part 2 into a different light for those who are disappointed with it at this present time. It'll age well once people play through again and have time to digest and comprehend the story. It's not perfect but still a great solid entry into the series and a 9/10 for me. Expand

People love Walking dead as one of the best post-apocalyptic franchize, I love it as well. Why people hate this game, and still say TWD’s best seasons are the 5th and 6th. Death of the main character is one of the moments people love in GOT or TWD. This game is much more deep and mature. Ať the beginning, you think Abby is absolutelly worst character in this story, she’s ugly and IT doesn’t make any sense to have this new playable character around. But after 20 hours of playing, you create a bound to her, and in a final fight against Ellie, you are devastated because you love both of them. This game is a great continuation of our beloved first TLOU game. I want to thank Naughty dog for making this art. Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The Last Of Us Parte ll es un juego hermoso!

I loved the first game, but don’t like being force fed politically correct messaging, and I was seriously considering sitting this one out. I’m glad that I didn’t. The Last of Us Part 2 is a great ride.

    First, I believe the biggest reason for not liking this game revolves around people’s expectations going into it. If you go in heavily invested in certain characters, or specific endings, you’re more likely to be disappointed than someone with no expectations. I fell into the latter camp. For me, no one was safe in this apocalypse, not even the characters I cared most about. As a result, the story’s direction didn’t bother me. I accidentally caught a few spoilers before starting, but even then was caught off guard by the numerous plot twists. I found the story compelling, all of the characters’ decisions are consistent with who they are as people.

    Second, I enjoyed the game play mechanics from the first game and this one plays the same. I feel like there were some missed opportunities to add more weapons and gear, but it delivers the same stealth/shooting/scavenging/crafting experience that I loved from the original.

    For a lot of people, minds have been made up before playing. But I encourage anyone who hasn’t played it yet to give it a chance, you might be glad you did.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The game had great mechanics and it looked amazing. I can see what they were going for with the story but the order of events really bothered me. They both shortened and dragged the game out in certain aspects. I didn’t believe Dina’s feelings for Ellie until after she had left Ellie when I saw the flashback at the party.

    Also I never trusty understood the dynamic between Owen, Mel, and Abby. Abby’s character had good intentions but I wanted to see her get tortured at the end by the men who had captured her because it would say to the player, “Is this what you wanted?” Also between the time we kill Abby’s friends and we learn who they are, I had already forgotten their faces and how Ellie killed them. And we would feel bad because we know Ellie is tracking her. I also would have liked if Ellie saw Abby and had a moment of Joel in her. “Would you like to come back with me?” Ellie should have felt something. I wanted her to learn that revenge is a hate filled emotion and yes, Abby got hers but Ellie had a family and she could move on.

    Right now, I don’t care what happened to Abby and Lev and I no longer care about what Ellie will do. As far as I’m concerned she probably killed herself due to her ptsd and lack of support system. Overall it’s not a bad game, but the first game changed video games for me. This was not close to the level of the first game.

    A ambientação também merece destaque, e o jogo permite uma grande imersão nesse mundo pós-pandêmico. Algumas referências ao mundo antigo encontradas ao longo do game são interessantes, e vale a pena ficar de olho a avisos, posters e panfletos espalhados pelas paredes abandonadas após o outbreak. Para quem gosta de desafios, escolher os modos mais difíceis vai ser mais agradável do que ser estressante, mas não vale a pena ficar preso e deixar de seguir a história.

    As reviravoltas chamam atenção ao longo da trama, e o jogador vai ficar confuso em alguns momentos. Apesar disso, os flashbacks ajudam a entender melhor tudo que está acontecendo – e até o que já aconteceu. A construção do enredo está ainda melhor em relação ao The Last of Us original e o usuário fica preso aos acontecimentos até o fim. O jogo fica disponível para comprar a partir do próximo dia 19 de junho e já está em pré-venda na PSN e nas principais lojas do varejo nacional.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The Last of Us Part II is another piece of evidence that the industry is growing up. Alongside God of War, this game will be remembered by many people as a watershed moment in game narrative - and unlike the AAA narrative space that the original helped create, the Last of Use Part II has stretched beyond the story of a taciturn father figure to focus on a relatively unique perspective - that of the kids who are left behind when the last connection to the old world are out of the picture.

    //Graphics//
    One thing that everyone tends to agree on (even those who profess to loath the game) is that it's a looker. And it is. This game is so beautiful (even on a base PS4) that I found myself stopping over and over again just to take it in. The amount of detail in each play space is phenomenal. The variance in locations is impressive (given that the game takes place in one city). The lighting, the effects, the arena design, all fantastic. There are many locations in this game that will stick with me just as long as the story beats.

    But the real star here is the facial animations. A testament to the actors and the animators that even the smallest emotion comes through in a believable way, helping create untold depth to the characters.

    //Gameplay//
    This game starts where the first left off and goes a little deeper with the mechanics. Make no mistake, it plays better than the original in terms of moment to moment combat, but it is certainly more of the same - and certainly less impressive than the original gameplay trailer. Still, it provides enough variety to stop you from getting bored.

    What might be more divisive however is the amount of downtime between combat sections. This is a slower-paced affair than the first game. With long stretches of exploration and scavenging between brief-but-brutal battle arenas. For some, this might be a downside. For me, however, it made each encounter feel much more personal and important and helped me avoid the fatigue that tends to set in games like Doom or even Ellie's last adventure.

    //Story//
    When you see people giving this game a 3 or a 0 rating, their main complaint is the story. Right out the gate then, these reviews aren't really credible - since visuals, design, and gameplay alone should net this game more than these paltry scores. It is ironic that the same people who complain about the big outlets being paid to give this game 10 out of 10 scores are putting out reviews that are disingenuous. Story is but one pillar of game design, even a complete miss in this department shouldn't sink a game to a 3 or 0 - if so, Breath of the Wild should be sitting just as low on the scale.

    The story of Last of Us II is a thoughtful discussion on revenge and the cycle of violence. Yeah. You've all heard the copy on this. No surprises here. But it's also a story about the world the generation born to the apocalypse want to make. Will it be marked by the destruction and violence of the old guard, or will it be something new? Time and again along their journey toward this answer, our characters watch parents and parent figures fall victim to their violence and will struggle to find the right way forward. It's a mature story and a thoughtful one, well-told and with a conclusion that is well-earned.

    However. It is not an easy story to tell in the medium. A lot of people are going to check out at the start, when the inciting incident for the story occurs. More are going to check out at the mid-point, where Naughty Dog forces the player to do something that is uncomfortable by design. That's okay. No one is to blame if this isn't the story for you. Not Naughty Dog. Not the player. Pick up another game and move on. Or give it some time and come back to it - I promise that it's worth it, if you're willing to give the developers the benefit of the doubt.

    For me, the story is a knockout. A real sign of the medium maturing. And while it is a little over-long, by the time the credits roll, it more and earns its runtime.

    //Elephant in the Room//
    This is a watershed moment for representation in videogames. It has white, black, Asian, Middle Eastern, male, female, trans, straight, gay, bi, old, young characters throughout. The main character is a lesbian. A major character is a straight woman whose body reflects years of training and warfighting (no, she's not trans as many "not transphobic" people keep shouting. Another member of the core cast is trans. A couple are white straight males.

    This is not a game that pushes a SJW agenda (whatever that is). It's a game that represents a wide range of people who happen to exist in this world. And it's really nice to get to see stories from these perspectives - especially those perspectives that I don't personally know. Because, isn't that kind of the magic of videogames as a medium? That we can inhabit worlds and perspectives different from our own?

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I can't believe the response to this game from users. This game is absolutely amazing. It seems like everyone who hates this game wanted the Joel and Ellie story again. If that's the case, then just stick to the first game. Why should Naughty Dog tell the same story again? Naughty Dog forewarned that this story would be about the vicious cycle of revenge and they definitely delivered on that promise. If you can get over Joel's death, which is brutal and heartbreaking, you can appreciate the depth and pain of the story Naughty Dog tells through Ellie and Abby. No one can tell me that some of the backlash isn't because Abby is masculine. I've seen plenty of transphobic videos of INCEL men moaning about this. I researched her character, Naughty Dog claims she isn't transgendered but even if she is, who cares? Does that make her pain any less important than anyone else's? The beauty of writing is that writers can MAKE YOU FEEL a certain way. The only reason why everyone was so heartbroken over Joel is because the writers made us feel that way with their brilliant storytelling from the first Last of Us. But we didn't see the other perspectives. We didn't see the carnage and pain Joel caused with his actions. Stop and think about it for a second. Yes, he loved Ellie. He bonded with her after he thought he had lost his ability to bond with anyone. And so he made the decision FOR HIMSELF to save her. It wasn't for Ellie it was for himself. And he sacrified what was probably best for the world to do it. Both Ellie and Abby lost their fathers and avenged them. They have quite a bit in common as characters. But people don't want to see that because Joel and Ellie achieved pedastal status from the first Last of Us game. It was hard to watch Joel die. I cried like many gamers probably did. But, to believe that only Joel's pain only Joel's feelings matter, is a very narrow way of looking at things. Had the first Last of Us focused on Abby's story, we would sympathize more with her. When I had to play as her for the second half of the game, I was genuinely curious what led her to carry out her murder of Joel towards the beginning of the game. I really started liking her when she teamed up with Lev and his sister. She cared deeply for that boy and put her life on the line for him. What The Last of Us 2 does so well is showcase how the pursuit of vengeance and revenge is never-ending and soul-destroying. Look at what happened to Ellie. She had a chance to move on happily at the Farm House with Dina and JJ. She had a chance to heal. And she chose to leave her family and pursue revenge that in the end she couldn't even carry out. A lot of people also criticize the ending as pathetic because she couldn't carry out her revenge. Again, people miss the point. Sometimes what we fantasize about in our minds can't be realized when that moment comes. She sees Joel's face and has a moment of realization finally that killing Abby won't bring Joel back but it would destroy her. So she stops. She finally stops pursuing this poisonous vengeance mission. She sits in the ocean and lets the grieving tears flow. She begins to heal. She has to lose basically everything to find herself again. I didn't like the ending in the sense that Ellie chose vengeance over the love of her life and her kid but that's a painfully true fact. When you let revenge take over, it consumes everything good in your life. For that reason I think the story is brilliantly told. I thought Dina's character was written absolutely perfectly. She supports Ellie in her first attempt to get back at these people because she loves her and understands her pain. She's a badass ride or die girl and she does more than enough to help. Then, she gets sick from the pregnancy and almost dies at the hands of Abby. Then, at the Farm House, she defends Ellie from Tommy's stupid warpath. He hasn't learned that enough is enough. Dina tries to convince Ellie to let it go and enjoy the good in her life. Embrace the family they have and stay. Ellie breaks her heart and Dina decides to leave. She's gone when Ellie returns because she wasn't going to let Ellie's lust for revenge tear her down too. Absolutely brilliantly written. I think Naughty Dog does a great job of developing Abby. It took several hours of play for me to begin to empathize with her. Do I side with Ellie or Abby at the end? Honestly, more so with Abby because Abby had let it go. Abby decided to place her focus on Lev and taking care of him. Even in her malnourished and weakened state, she fought for him at the end. Whereas Ellie turned her back on what should've been the most important people to her. Aside from the story, the graphics are breathtaking. It feels like you're participating in a movie at times. I just started a New Game+ and I know I'll play this many times over because I'm sure there's more to notice that I missed. Great game, Naughty Dog. The haters are definitely lacking deep thought. All this angry, feelings of revenge and the path with its consequences. I really liked it and I kinda was angry when my lovely character Joel died but it is post apocalypse world. Everything can happen. So I was ready for this and don't get sad about it.
    The negatives is for this LGBTQ things I really don't get and Ellie was immune at least she could be get pregnant and give a birth new immune kids. But she chooses be a lesbian. And all main charactersare womens I mean it is funny. At least it coul6be equal. For female main characters we have many games like horizon zero dawn or tomb raider. why ruin TLOU with this feminist things. I really don't get it But I would like to see part III amd with this third game they need end this story and not going with this lesbian and female only character. at least do it equally

But it's not a good game, it's not fun, it's repetitive and unnecessarily long. Just when you think is about to finish you realize you're half way there and you have to do the entire thing again with another character. There is a massive build up to what feels like it's going to be an amazing climax but it's not, it's bad and then you have to play more repetitive missions that mean nothing and are again not fun. Such a disappointment, was really looking forward to it after the masterpiece that the first one was. Expand

The story is absolutely beautiful, yet depressing, roller coaster of experiences. Rarely in the art form of game development do you get such an emotional and cinematic experience. The gameplay may get a little repetitive but there is just enough variation and reward that it didn’t bother me. The graphics and animations are incredible. The seamless flow through combat, kill scenes, and story elements are a testament to the future of gaming. The story will not be approved by everyone and by the end of it I sat there staring at my screen contemplating the journey. For those complaining I can only assume they prefer plots akin to Saturday morning cartoons. This is a dark ride and I didn’t agree with some choices the characters made, but I can appreciate the grand scope and the reality of this harsh world and thank naughty dog for the amazing and rare experience created! This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Although I read the leaks and felt devastated with how it turned out to be, I still managed to absolutely enjoy this game and didn't understand where all the hate was coming from, the game develops the characters enough to have sympathy and to understand different perspectives and how in reality they both really are similar in the context of revenge and how it really destroys people more than give them closure. The graphics of the game are incredibly stunning, the level designs were great and the world really felt real even though it's during the apocalypse. Playing this on my PS4 pro there was still a few rendering issues but all in all, a beautiful game. The story. Now the story was an incredible journey to be a part of, at first you have such a strong dislike towards Abby but as you progress through the game, you really come to terms with why she did what she did and how in reality her and Ellie are much alike, you learn that Abby isn't as terrible as the viewers might make her out to be, and by the end of the game you really do end up sympathising with her, the game highlights the PTSD which both Ellie and Abby suffer and how the motivation of getting revenge is all due to just having their own mental closure, but you soon come to realise that revenge brings Guilt, which you can see throughout the game. Not until both individuals do the "right" thing is when they both finally have their own sense of closure from the death of their loved ones. The character development really worked great with both of the main protagonists in this game and allows you to understand both of their point of views.

    As much as you sympathise with Ellie, you end up feeling sorry for Abby too, because they both suffer from the same terrible fate and they both have the same motives against each other.

To be totally honest I enjoyed (not necessarily loved) every Second of the experience TLOU2 brings. It is a heavy, complicated and strangely designed (in terms of plot) masterpiece. That been said, I enjoyed part 2 for totally different reasons compared to part one. The amount of care and craftsmanship invested in this game is unmatched on every level. There is NOTHING, not a game, series or movie managed to steer all these different emotions at one sitting. Life is not black and white, and non of the characters was portrayed as such. That ending though ...... ouch ...... ouch. Why!!!!! Ok Naughty Dog, you told your story. I loved it. Now I hate you For loving it. Make part 3, you still have lots to say to tie all of this together. Good luck doing that under all the pressure from these overwhelmingly negative reviews but o will definitely love it if you finish telling your story. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. There's a saying that goes 'Quality over Quantity'. After finishing the game, I largely felt Naughty Dog tried to ride the line between quality and quantity with this game. I felt completely satisfied with the gameplay. It provides a good mixture of challenge, engagement, fluidity, and fun. The graphical achievements of this game are very impressive, with only a few things here and there that could have used more polishing. Dumb things to care about like the waves at the main screen after you finish the game could be a little better. The story is what everyone cares about when it comes to TLOU. This one was very frustrating to accept at times. I loved the game right up until the point at which you play the Seattle timeline as Abby. I just felt resistant to it. By the end of Abby's Seattle timeline, I understood and accepted the need for her story. It still felt a little hard to buy in that she'd go back for the kids or abandon her respected WLF position. Abby's story is where I felt they rode a little more on the quantity side instead of focusing on quality. No matter how you see it, the story is balanced with hatred and mercy on both ends. It's well-done, and the fact that a lot of people hate it means that ND has done a great job making players care for their characters. If someone dislikes the game because Joel dies, they just can't see the bigger picture. Actions have consequences, karma, etc. Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Personally, I absolutely loved this game but that’s just my opinion. I can completely understand why it isn’t for everyone, however. I think a lot of people have missed the point entirely when it came to Joel dying. The whole point was to be angry about it to put you in Ellie’s shoes and feel what she’s going through. This couldn’t have had as much of an impact if it was anyone else who died so it was a huge sacrifice for the needed response. That being said, I realise why that would put a lot of fans off and all I can say is if you give this game a chance, you’ll be greatly rewarded. With that out the way, I think the story was very well paced and had lots of interesting twists and turns. I was definitely resistant to play as Abby initially. I was convinced there was nothing Naughty Dog could do to make me like her, but by the end, she really grew on me. This is partially down to the great story telling, but also because the acting and level of detail in the facial animations really conveys the emotions of the characters. I think it goes without saying that the graphics are without a doubt, the best this console generation has ever seen. Naughty Dog never fail when it comes to the sheer level of detail fidelity and the result is outstanding. There were so many occasions I just had to stop and look around to really take in this amazingly well crafted world and I loved it. The gameplay, admittedly, is a little clunky and outdated. There’s one scene where I was trying to ride a horse and sprint with it holding L1 and also aim a gun with L2 and that just isn’t a comfortable way to play for me. That being said, the controls didn’t bother me that much because the battles felt really incredible to play. So much raw explosive power accompanied with incredible animations, satisfying sound effects and really tense music made such an exciting game. For me, this is the best game I’ve ever played and I’d have massively missed out if I payed attention to the amount of hate this game has got. If you’re on the fence about playing it, just get yourself a second hand copy when it’s cheap and see for yourself, you won’t be sorry you did. Expand

    Visually, its stunning. The gameplay is less combat focused this time around. There is far more exploration. i appreciated this more than i thought i would, simply because the detail and variety in the world was far greater than maybe any game I've ever played. It never felt like the developers took a shortcut, as so many other AAA developers often do. it felt that they had taken an almost obsessive degree of care in bringing this world to life. I think the balance between combat, stealth, slow paced exploration, cinematic set pieces and narrative, is maybe perfect.

    Regarding the narrative, which seems to have provoked a great deal of controversy, its not perfect. It seems Naughty Dog maybe tried to do too much as part of the narrative. A lot of it felt patched together. Its far from bad however. In fact, i think that its intention to reinforce that these characters, as interesting and relatable as they are, are essentially killing machines, feels like a continuation of point it makes at the end of the first game. One theme among those who dislike the game, is that they don't appreciate the depressing tone, but were we really meant to end the original feeling happy? Did we feel that the right choices were made by Joel; the character we're supposed to control? Should Ellie and Joel be anything like the people they were following the events of Part 1?

    Like the first game, we are led to believe that the choices being made and deaths that are occurring are worthwhile in order to survive, when in reality, we're killing all of these people without there being a worthwhile ending. Unlike the first the game, Part 2 is incredibly upfront about that fact, making it clear early, with *that moment*.

    The post-apocalyptic world is not forgiving. The human psyche is unpredictable and even nonsensical. The Last of Us Part 2 is thematically built around these two points with far greater confidence than Part 1, and it makes for one of the best games I've ever played.

In addition, the writers go out of their way to try and make you remorseful for your actions throughout the story and won't rub everyone the right way. That being said, the game was by no means terrible. I believe anyone who rates it extremely low or extremely high is not doing the game justice with their review. If a game has amazing graphics, a great game-play style, but a lackluster story, that game is NOT a 1 star game. It's absolutely fair to criticize where one feels is necessary but not giving credit where credit is due and following the "game is bad" group-think is just outright simpleminded and childish. Expand

Whoever loved the first one for its ability to play with your emotions, will love this one too, maybe even more. It plays with your emotions as a player again... But this time 'hate' is the main theme, hate that the main character feels and is taken over by it which is correlated to your emotions and as time passes and you proceed through the story you start to have second thoughts about your feelings, as does the main character. The resolution at the end comes a few days after you finish the game and this is what's great with the story, as the first one, you can't take it out of your mind. Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The Last Of Us Part II is pretty good. The death of Joel is pretty disturbing. I never cried that hard on a game's cutscene, even the Title scene made me teared up. The Gameplay is really long and sometimes it gets boring, that's why i play 2-3 hours everyday. The storytelling is pretty weird. It's not what i expected when i bought the game.
    The leaks are pretty disturbing, I think Naughty Dogs made the Trailers different by adding Joel in "that one scene" is probably because they want to keep it a secret that Joel died in the game. I feel like the story is focusing more on Abby than Ellie, which what i thought the game was about Ellie. I won't say that the game is straight up garbage, but the story is not what i expected at all even though is really unique. It's not really that bad.

If you’re still debating on buying this game cuz of the negative reviews, don’t waste ur time because you are missing out one of the best PS4 exclusives. I loved every single part in this game. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Just the most terrible game I've played and I had played games like Teenage Turtles. History is pretty bad, try to teach you something about revenge with lack of common sense and basically the game tells that be a male is wrong and you must die or suffer for it.
    Nothing interesting, game play is boring like:Locked door - Find Generator - Stealth - Shoot-Locked Door and thats all. Not even the "boss" fight if you can call it like that is so boring, the AI in this game is beyond stupid and never represents a thread or a challenge.

    Sorry, I gave 1 point to this game, I mean I originally wanted to give 0. The person who sold the used game disc to me is now a good friend with me, and we often discuss various games. But I can’t believe that the wait of more than 5 years turned out to be such a sequel.

    I think most players can accept the elements of unreasonable death of their favorite characters, political correctness, peace and love. But what is unacceptable is to stitch these elements together in a disgusting way under a great game IP. In my opinion, Neil is sculpting a piece of art he thinks with his aesthetic, imposing his values on the player in the game. The bad plot design makes the player's emotional experience bad, which reminds me of the final season of Game of Thrones.

    As for the emotional experience in the game, I think that The flashback of Ellie’s memories in the game is not enough to change the player’s emotions. When I manipulated Abby, I once tried to let her die in various ways, but it is frustrating that there is no way to change the plot, I must endure letting her live. Bad mood runs through my game time after Joel's death. As a sequel to TLOU, TLOU II has a huge split on the emotional logic of the previous work, which is disgusting.

    In the pandemic, I hope to sell my TLOU II CD as soon as possible and forget it.

The games physics were so accurate I didn’t even know this was a game. Seattle was definitely a great setting to explore. The game is more open than the first one and that’s what makes it great. I only have one problem with this game. The ending, it was so unbelievably dumb and you can tell it was just lazy writing. Aside from that The Last Of Us Part 2 is a masterpiece. Expand

    Played it. Switching to xbox. The agenda ruined the game. The attacks by Sony ruined the console. Are the naughty dog writers so simple that they can't come up with new and interesting ideas on there own? All they have the mentality for is destroying what put them in their seats. Good riddance.

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
