    In my opinion the story is actually pretty interesting but also kinda sad.

    Now for people who haven't played the game or didn't see the ending yet then I warned you; Spoiler alert!!

    I heard many comments of people saying that the story of the game wasn't really great or even trash. Some people said that the game is trash either because of Joel's death or because of a bad ending or I even heard a few people saying that they don't like that game because of Ellie being lgbtq and stuff.
    I heard that some didn't even see the whole game and already don't like the game. Some even said not to buy the game...
    Now I don't mean to attack the people who don't like the story or the game itself but I think that it's actually kinda sad that so many people hate the game already because of the story. But like myself of course everyone has their own opinion and everyone has the right to share their own opinion to the game with others.
    The story is actually pretty intersting but also kinda sad because of stuff like Joel's death and Ellie being alone in the end. It's only realistic that people like Joel die one day because one way or another everyone dies one day. I can understand why Joel got killed, it's because he just had many enemies and the killed people to survive just like everyone else. And Abby in this case wanted to take revenge. After Joel's death Ellie wanted to take revenge on the people who killed Joel and that's completely understandable because I would probably do the same. I think that Ellie actually made the right decision to let Abby go in the end and if Ellie killed Abby then there's a possibility that Lev wants to take revenge on Ellie if he survived his injuries. In the world of the last of us it's really hard to trust someone because everyone has to fight to survive.
    It's just sad that Ellie was completely alone in the end especially to think that in the first part of the last of us she said that she was afraid to end up alone one day.

    The graphics of the game itself were perfect. It even had so many little beautiful details that made the game so realistic. It's just amazing.

    Stuff like the health bar or listen mode were actually a little better in the first game of the last of us. The health bar was better in the first game because it was easier to see how much health you have left and the listen mode was also better because you could see a little better which way your opponent was facing.

    So in my opinion the game was just really beautfiul and realistic.    … Expand

    Jogo maravilhoso, com uma história corajosa muito bem contada, que faz o jogador refletir em cima de seus próprios pensamentos. Além disso, tem gráficos sensacionais, muitas coisas para fazer, mesmo sendo um jogo linear, além de um sistema de combate refinado que te deixa tenso todas as vezes!

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Well, well, well. For the past 7 years, I have never wanted anything as badly as I wanted a TLOU sequel. Nothing at all. It was my favorite game of all time, apart from Bioshock, and I gotta say, I'm disappointed. The scenery and the graphics are all gorgeous. The gameplay was basically the same as last time around, which I have no problem with. But the story? The story was a gut punch. Kudos to the dev team for wanting to try something different, I have no problem with that and I respect their choice to do so. Killing Joel was a perfectly fine way to go, I think that idea was good for the overall story and furthering Ellie's story. But man, after 7 years of waiting to keep going along for the ride with Ellie and all the promotional stuff leading us to believe we were in it for the long haul with Ellie, boom, HALF OF THE STORY FOLLOWS THE WOMAN WHO KILLED THE (albeit terrible human being) MAN WE LOVED. That's why this game disappointed me. Was Abby's story empathic and a cool twist that we weren't expecting? Of course. I have no issue with dabbling in that territory. But good lord, for half of the game? A game that was what, 30 hours long? Nope, sorry that ain't it chief. Cut a 3rd of the game out, let Ellie get her revenge (or let her live like she did in the game, I don't care), and then let's move on and give Ellie more to do. More to overcome, more to grow in her new post-Joel life with Dina. Do I understand Abby and her motivations? Yes. Was her storyline with Lev endearing? Yes. Do I care about it? No, not really. This was supposed to be Ellie's story and it ended up being half her story. It was a new and ambitious way to tell a story, but to me personally, it just didn't really hit. I could never bring myself to really care about Abby's character. I'm 1000% envious of the people who could really get into her character and loved her and loved that story dynamic, and maybe I will too after another play-through or two. But my instant feelings are one of disappointment, but that's just one humble mans opinion. Oh, and to all the people bashing the game over its LGBTQ inclusion, 2 female leads or anything stupid like that, it's 2020. Grow up already. Dislike the game for real reasons, not bigoted, idiotic ones.… Expand

I think most people didn’t give this game a chance to tell its story after Joel’s death,Trust me even I was Mad when joel died but this universe is a dark world and everyone is just trying to survive. For me this deserves game of the year as i see no other game which made feel this way it was a roller coaster of emotions , The story telling of this game was a very bold move they could have gone the easy way out and made it a happy ending but naughty dog always does the unthinkable which is question ourselves xD. The first game ending made us have alot of questions and soo does the second part as well. Dont know if i really want a third part but in naughty dog i trust!

    Made an account just to give this game a 10/10. Finished it today after an emotionally draining 30 hours. Naughty Dog told an incredible story which could only be accomplished through the medium of interactive media. Highly recommend you just give this game a shot.

Nothing quite like pursuing a justified yet irrational revenge killing from both sides of the story.     The Last of Us Part 2 ist nämlich viel mehr als eine Rachestory. Und The Last of Us Part 2 ist viel mehr als eine "wokes" Postapokalypse Drama. Und nein, Naughty Dog geht auch nicht brutal mit ihren Charakteren um, die das Publikum so lieben gelernt hat, nur um zu schockieren. Ich glaube, wer The Last of Us Part 2 an dieser Stelle plump kritisiert, der zeigt am Ende nur, dass er selbst nicht die Eier hat, die Naughty Dog beweist, in dem sie die Welt, die sie selbst geschrieben haben, bis in die letzte Konsequenz ernst nehmen.

    The Last of Us thematisiert eine gewaltdurchsetzte Welt. Eine Welt, in der Utopien keinen Platz haben. Wo jeder Versuch von Menschlichkeit immer wieder von der feindlichen Umwelt konterkariert wird. Dieser destruktive Kreislauf der Gewalt wird einerseits im Rahmen der unterschiedlichen Fraktionen und Gemeinschaften thematisiert, dich sich regional organsiert haben und von denen keine einen gewaltfreien Herrschaftsraum realisieren konnten. Zum anderen spiegelt er sich in der ganz persönlichen Geschichte von Ellie und Joel, die beide Außenseiter blieben, auch hinter den dicken Mauern von Jackson, da sie ihrer Geschichte, der Vergangenheit nicht entfliehen können.
    Letztlich gibt die Geschichte, die Naughty Dog erzählen will, beiden Charakteren keine wirkliche Chance auf Unversehrtheit. Das letzte Bild von Ellie, die aufgrund ihrer Versehrtheit nun keine Gitarre mehr spielen kann, das letzte was ihr geblieben ist von Joel, kann man hier als Metapher für die ganze Erzählung lesen. Es geht nicht um Rache. Der Geschichte geht es darum zu zeigen, dass es in einer Welt voller Gewalt kein Entkommen gibt, keine Unversehrtheit. The Last of Us konsequent gedacht, konnte nie auf das Happy End einer Disney-Erzählung hinauslaufen. Konnte nie Helden zeichnen, die am Ende geläutert und unversehrt für das Gute an sich stehen. The Last of Us musste in einer Zerbrochenheit enden, wenn es sich als Erzählung ernst nehmen will. Hier hat Naughty Dog den Mut bewiesen, den man den Autoren der letzten Game of Thrones Staffel auch gewünscht hätte, damit diese den Zuschauern, oder eben Spielern, am Ende eben nicht die große Erlösung vorzugaukeln, die man sich kollektiv eben wünscht, um beruhigt schlafen zu können.

    The Last of Us Part 2 ist keine Unterhaltung. Es ist kein Disney Kinofilm. The Last of Us Part 2 ist ein Drama. Ähnlich wie Kojima mit Death Stranding, oder Ninja Theory mit Hellblade, sprengt auch Naughty Dog die Grenzen, des oftmals als oberflächlich belächelten Mediums Videospiel und erzählt eine Geschichte für Erwachsene. Ja, das ist nichts für Disney Fans, die immer noch mit ihren Spider-Man oder Star Wars Plastikpuppen spielen wollen.

    Und mal ganz abgesehen von den erzählerischen Qualitäten des Titels, auch hinsichtlich Gameplay, Animationen, KI, Inszenierung und Atmosphäre - Mit The Last of Us Part 2 setzt Naughty Dog neue Maßstäbe in Sachen Immersion und Realismus. Noch nie hat ein Videospiel sich so echt und intensiv angefühlt. Von der ersten bis zur letzten schrecklichen Minute.

    I will focus on the story. If you go into this game with story/character expectations, then you will be disappointed. This IS NOT The Last of Us 1.5, this is an entirely new, more realistic, more human, game. Go into this game with an open mind, and it will stay with you for a LONG time afterwards. Characters you hate at the start (one in particular) are so well developed that you understand, if not like them, by the end. The same happens for the hero characters, you will disagree with their actions throughout the game, and your opinion on them will be changed, because they are painted as real humans, making real human decisions, some good and some bad. The game is made up of morally grey characters, unlike most games made up of black and white characters.

    All the above isn't just good or bad writing, but excellent writing. The story is fantastic, gut wrenching, spellbinding, and most importantly real - or as much real as it can be in a post-apoc setting.

    People are calling this game of the year, I'm calling it game of the generation.    … Expand

    In my opinion, the story is decent, not nearly as good as the first game's story, but still ok. The biggest flaw it has is the presentation and the order the events are shown in.
    Abby is a decent character, and to be honest I found myself more invested in her story than in Ellie's mainly because she doesn't appear as just a character dominated by one single wish which is to take revenge, although I must admit that they forced you a bit too much to care for her. Her killing Joel would have been better if the players knew who she was and why she did it first, instead of her showing up out of nowhere and bam, Joel's now dead.
    I'm really bothered by the fact that Joel was reduced to having two appearances before dying, which is a horrible decision. Why not show the flashbacks first and tell the story chronologically? Just a horrible decision overall.
    Also, I didn't find myself caring about any of the new characters they introduced besides Abby, which was because they shoved the fact that you must care about her for the story to work, and all the deaths in this game carry nothing with them, not even a trace of significance for the plot or the characters.
    Also, what's with all the SJW stuff in the game, like all the male characters that matter to the story besides Tommy and Lev dying until the end? They were just not necessary and they don't bring anything to the game besides pleasing hardcore feminists or whatever.
    The character development for Ellie is just a mess. Besides the final farm scenes where she maybe kinda tries to walk away from what happened for what felt like 5 minutes, she's just a bland character obsessed with revenge.
    The gameplay, although it doesn't bring many new stuff to the first game's gameplay, was more fun mainly because the fights were more satisfying, and you have more ways to play the game in a stealth fashion with craftable silencers and bows that are straightforward to aim with.
    Scavenging is pretty fun, although a bit excessive at times, with the absurd amount of safes that you have to find codes for.
    The graphics, environment and voice acting are just amazing, no other way to put it.

    Overall, it's certainly not a bad game, but the story is just a mess in the way it's presented and gameplay can feel a bit exhausting at times.

I love the symmetry of the story telling between both characters you play and in turn we see the protagonists became what they hated most and the struggle to come to terms with their new normal and place in this unforgiving world. I love that Ellie realizes that the grey area Joel lived in, his motivations ,and his choices reflected her own. In the end there are no happy endings if consumed by revenge. In this new world you have to carve out peace, love, contentment, and forgive or be consumed by the continuous cycle of violence and death.… Expand

    People who are giving this game a bad review can't get over the fact that the main characters are not white males. So stupid. This is by far one of the greatest games ever made. It's a story of how obsession can cause one to lose everything they love and how love in turn can help overcome obsession. It's a work of brutal art. Well worth the wait and multiple playthroughs.

    I absolutely loved this game! It's definitely not for everyone but if you play this game with an open mind and are ready to experience an emotional challenging, complex story, then you will probably like this game just as much as I did.     It's definitely not for everyone but if you play this game with an open mind and are ready to experience an emotional challenging, complex story, then you will probably like this game just as much as I did.

    I understand that some people might not like the story but what probably everyone can agree on, is the fact that the visuals are absolutely stunning and that the gameplay has significantly improved, was a lot more fun and felt more organic than in the first game. The music perfectly matches the different game scenarios and the different locations in the game are quite unique and interesting.

    Does the game have issues? Yes! It does have a few problems with pacing. Personally, I felt that some segments were simply too long but overall that only helped me to see things from the characters' perspective, to empathize with them and to understand their actions.

    Now to the plot (I tried not to include any spoilers, so this may sound a bit vague): I did not know in which direction the game/ the story would go and all of the turns came very unexpected which I really appreciated. I can honestly say that a game has never made me feel so many different emotions and made me reflect on so many different topics before. After finishing this game in two days I was emotionally exhausted and did not know what I was supposed to feel. During the next few days I simply kept thinking about the story and the actions of the individual characters. I kept analyzing different scenes in the game and the characters' motivations. I am still discovering new things about this story nearly a week after playing it and I find myself more and more in love with this game.

    Is this story a heart-warming adventure with a lot of sweet and peaceful moments? No!

    Is it the game that we fans wanted as a sequel? For most people probably also no.

    Will this game take you on an unforgettable, emotional roller coaster and give you a gaming experience that you have never encountered before? In my opinion definitely YES!

    A word of advice: If you think about buying this game and you have seen spoilers or read reviews that completely hate on it, please don't just give up on the game. Many people who hate on this game haven't even played it and have only read the leaks. Please don't listen to them! You have to play this game for yourself to really experience everything the way you are supposed to. Even if you watch a video you won't be as invested as when you are truly playing it for yourself.

    I say this because I had one of the weirdest and most conflicting gaming experiences in tlou 2 and after the game I felt like I went through the same character development and felt the same emotional ambivalence as Ellie.

    So, if you have no problem with a serious story that includes some dark topics and if you are willing to put yourself in someone else's shoes, then I can only recommend "The last of us part 2".    … Expand

    I read that the majority of negative criticisms are that they did not like how the story or its characters end, but nobody praises the magnificent game that it is, its fluidity, its quality in the details, its gameplay and yes, its history, which you don't like it doesn't mean it's not good. It is a masterpiece, thank you Naughty Dog.

How we befriend one and kill a dozen more, all while the line between enemy and ally blurs. You question every action, because they aren’t some ubiquitous “them” anymore. They are you. This isn’t just Ellie or Abby or Joel’s story, it’s ours as well. We willful passengers cannot make their choices for them, cannot alter their course, can only guide them along it. It is not something that can be fully realized except through this medium. We are not passive participants, like in a movie, but active ones. It’s more personal. That makes it more difficult, too. It’s hard to feel shame or heartbreak, and it’s hard to feel empathy for the one who caused it.

    This is not a game for everyone, but it is in no way a bad one. We are used to these platforms being majority entertainment, but this is...this is more like art. And not the New York interpretive bull that finds meaning in swathes of color, but a true snapshot of the human experience. It is harrowing. It is ugly. And it might reveal more about us than we were ready to see. But in the end, I believe it’s worth it, to connect so fundamentally to others, even when that connection is difficult. We get to see these little glimmers of hope in darkness, like fireflies. They guide us forward, even when so little remains; even when we are swallowed in despair. The amount of detail in this game was just insane. As for the story line, I can't see it any other way. There was something special here folks. The emotional rollercoaster ride was something I couldn't even imagine.

Es sin duda de lo mejor que Playstation ha presenciado en su historia. Y en cuanto a la historia, es mucho más larga y compleja que el primer juego. Se debe tener una verdadera conexión con los personajes para entender su viaje.

    En el primer juego hubo bastantes momentos en los que la historia me sorprendía y eso era agradable pero no hubo alguna otra emoción más que esa, la curiosidad por ver que venía después una y otra vez. Hasta el final, el cual no decepcionó en lo más mínimo.
    El segundo juego me hizo sentir todo tipo de emociones, la narrativa juega con los personajes y sus acciones de forma creativa. Una muy buena historia. El juego es verdaderamente intenso que al momento de terminarlo se puede sentir que también los personajes simplemente tuvieron suficiente de tremenda polarización entre paz y guerra. Amor y odio. Y terminan sufriendo las consecuencias de semejante vida. Al sufrir estas consecuencias tratan de tomar control sobre las piezas restantes de su vida pero no resulta como esperaban. Tanto el final de Abby y Ellie es desgarrador porque durante toda la historia son fuertes y desafientes, luego están extremadamente vulnerables a la voluntad de la otra.     The game is a whirlwind of emotions and thought provoking on a level i have simply never experienced. I finished it a week ago and I'm still constantly thinking about it. It’s my favorite gameplay, some of the best graphics i’ve ever seen, unforgettable performances by the actors, and incredible soundtrack. This is a masterpiece.

    There are a lot of people that love to hate on this game and I just don’t get it. It is one of the most brilliantly told stories I have ever seen. I wish I could play it again for the first time. The ending was absolutely haunting and amazing.

    Anyway, i had much pleasure playing The Last Of Us Part 2.
    The graphics are great and pushing the PS4 to the limits at the end of her life.
    The acting is awesome, nothing more to say about it.
    Music is a bit less present but the tone is more dark and i think this is the reason.
    Gameplay is basically TLOU 1 with better gestion and mastery.
    Only a few characters are less attractive because they are less developed.
    I personally loved the story, the way it is telled, trough cutscenes, gameplay, flash backs. and NO, the thread is not incorrect.
    It has been done on purpose. You have to hate first, then see why, and then understand.
    I hope to see a DLC one day, and who knows, maybe a part 3.

    So.
    All i have to say is thank you Neil Druckmann and Naughty Dog for the amazing time i spent playing The Last Of Us Part 2    … Expand

The Last of Us part 2 really shows how weak and boring the ganeplay is once you strip away the fantastic story and characters of the first game. Part 2 is so focused on setting up shock value to try to make the player as angry and traumatized as Ellie by Joel's death that it forgets hoe to tell a story. Joel has to act out of character in order for him to be vulnerable in the first place while stacking up Coincidences one after another. They game does have an investing idwmea here and there such as making the player play as the antagonist for roughly half the game and has you fight against the protagonist while doing so. However the game fails to get the big payoff for this due to its shallow emotional set ups. Im sorry, but having npc bad guys call out a completely random person's, or dog's, name when they die is pointless at best and comical at worst. Speaking of comedy, there is an entire section of the game where a full blown pregnant woman is running around a battlefield simply because she can't be told what she can and can't do is moronic to the point I was crying with laughter. That dame character then passes moral judgements on everyone while the game clearly wants me to care and reflect on how selfish Abby is but all I can think about is "that baby dead".

    The gameplay is Mediocre at best.
    The story is laughable/frustratingly bad.
    The main cast of characters have been ruined by poor out of chatacer choices.
    The supporting cast is weak and uninteresting at best and laughable at their worst.
    Acting/voice acting is the best videogames has to offer.
    Sound design is great.
    Graphics are truly unbelievable and right up there with God of War and Final Fantasy 7 Remake as the best the ps4 has to offer.

    The question becomes how much do graphics, sound design, and acting mean in a game with such a heavy focus on Story and and Chacter? For me, the answer is about 4 points out of 10 because what is the point of these things if the reason I am playing the game in the first place is story and character? I'll focus on the narrative aspect for this review, because I think few would dispute a 10/10 rating on the graphics/sound side of things. I also think the gameplay is greatly improved over the first game and largely deserving of a 10/10 rating. Anyway, onto the real point of contention, the narrative:

    I truly think this game will have a lasting impact on the videogame industry and we'll still be talking about it a decade from now. I think similarly to the first it transcends the medium and changes the expectation for video game narrative.

    Essentially it can be boiled down to this question: does a video game need to provide a sense of accomplishment and validation of your actions, or can it force you to do things you don't want to do?

    I see it a lot like Spec Ops: The Line, which flipped the narrative by framing your gameplay as horrific, but mostly tormenting you for actions to which you couldn't see the consequences beforehand. Basically the game was asking you to think about your actions, but only after you recklessly performed them. There's a little of Shadow of The Colossus too, which slowly made you realize you were the antagonist, you were the one tormenting the colosses

    In both these games the gameplay is still "fun" and you are a willing participant in these actions, they are just painted as cruel narratively, often *after* you've performed them.

    TLOU2 takes it a step further by forcing you to perform actions you do not want to perform. It creates your antagonist then forces you to play as her. It forces you to try to kill Ellie, the person you love, the person you are rooting for. It forces you to play as both the hero and villain to *both* stories. It's heartbreaking and difficult, and often it's not... fun. And that's why I think it transcends the medium and takes it to new grounds, in a continuation to what TLOU1 did for AAA storytelling.

    It's a breakthrough and a masterpiece, and I can't wait to see how it impacts the industry and what Naughty Dog comes up with next    … Expand

Wenn man mich fragen würde welches der beiden Spiele ich am besten finde (TLOU 1 UND TLOU 2) wäre meine Antwort klar das ich TLOU 1 besser finde aufgrund der Emotionalen Story von Ellie und Joel, aber auch TLOU 2 ist ein ziemlich gutes Spiel und ich finde das Geld was ich für dieses Spiel ausgegeben habe hat sich gelohnt.… Expand

    This game is honestly a 10. I finished it and i'm currently replaying on survivor+. and I NEVER replay single player games but my experience with this game is very different than other story driven games.

    I strongly disagree with people who say the story telling is bad. I love the subtle details that i am noticing in my second play through that tie the present and the flashbacks together (like when Ellie finds a guitar in the theatre, she flashes back to birthday). Yes its linear and there isn't much choice, but I like it this way, because they wanted their story to be told as they intended . Its supposed to evoke all emotions but wants you to understand the viewpoints from each side. I think they did a hell of a job to achieve this and glad they took a non mainstream approach to the ending/story.

    Gameplay is smooth and very challenging when playing on higher difficulty. AI seems dependent on your location and thus they take different routes. I like the addition of dogs but still hate killing them lol

    Graphically this game should definitely win awards. Everything is stunning, even the props.

    Un juego muy polemico y muy esperado desde que se anuncio en el 2016, pues esta es mi humilde reseña y opinion del juego.
    Empezando por los aspectos tecnicos del juego, los graficos, si jugaron a uncharted 4, pues no hay mucha diferencia entre los graficos de ese juego y TLOU, sin embargo, si solo han visto o jugado si antecesora, el cambio es brutal, las animaciones, texturas, cabello, paisajes son increibles, con animaciones muy cercanas a lo real al igual que sus fisicas, es un juego que sin duda lleva a los limites a la PS4 (mejor si lo juegan en una tele 4K).
    La jugabilidad ha mejorado mucho desde el primer TLOU, pero aun se siente muy similar a su hermano uncharted, hay muchas mecanicas que hacen que la experiencia de jugarlo sean unicas, ademas de ser un survival horror los controles suelen ser un poco mas toscos, eso te da una sensacion de que no eres inmortal en el juego, con Ellie tienes que ser mas estrategico, sus movimiento son mas rapidos, con Abby tienes mas fuerza pero no eres inmortal, el mejorar sus rama de habilidades te permite ser mas un mercenario con armas largas y bombas caseras, ambos personajes son muy diferentes asi que te obliga a jugar de diferente manera y con diferentes mecanicas.
    La musica, ni de que hablar es simplemente perfecta, te ayuda a meterte mas en el juego, desde efectos tan simples como caminar en una alfombra, madera o hierba, hasta en los momentos mas tensos donde tienes que matar a los chasqueadores, a los lobos o scars, y no hablar de las escenas emotivas donde se da un maximo explendor la musica.
    Por ultimo la historia, lo mas polemico, como cualquier historia contada en el mundo, no se escapa de los agujeros de guion, partes de la historia donde no te queda claro que esta sucediendo o como fue que sucedio, empezando por el encuentro muy casual entre Abby y Joel en medio de una tormenta de nieve (QUE CASUALIDAD), y todo esto lleva a la muerte de Joel en las primera horas de juego, una muerte muy brutal a manos de Abby, sin embargo la historia continua despues de que Ellie quede traumatizada va en busca de venganza contra todo el grupo de amigos de Abby y no va a descanzar hasta encontrarlos, conforme avanza la historia se revela el romance entre Dina y Ellie, a este punto de la historia la inclusion no se siente forzada ademas de que ya sabiamos la sexualidad de Ellie en el DLC anterior, partes forzadas en el que Dina resulta embaraza y empieza con los sintomas en un punto ya avanzada de la historia y llegamos al punto donde Ellie y Abby se vuelven a encontrar, esta mata a Jessy y deja inconciente a Dina y a Tommy, para por segunda vez perdonarle la vida, luego de aproximadamente 15H de juego toca jugar con Abby empezar de cero que al principio se vuelve un poco pesado pero alfinal entiendes el porque Abby es asi y empiezas a empatizar con el "villano" otro agujero de guion que se siente forzado es la comunindad de los scars de donde salieron y la sexualidad Lev que termina siendo un niño trans lo cual pienso yo que no era necesario ahi es donde empieza el problema de la inclusion forzada, aqui ya llevamos unas 25H de juego para regresar con Ellie casi un año despues de todo para toparnos que vive con Dina pero sigue teniendo los traumas de ese pasado, para asi llegar al final del juego en una batalla a lo terminator entre Abby y Ellie que despues de una larga busqueda de sed de venganza no la concluye dejando viva a Abby, cosa que creo que es el porque del enojo de muchos, tanto para nada, al final no la mata!, al regresar Ellie se topa con que Dina la ha andonado, y Ellie tiene su ultimo flashback y es la ultima noche que habla con Joel y recuerda su ultima conversacion en el que Ellie le dice "No creo que pueda llegar a perdonarte, quisera intentarlo", para que asi Ellie termine dejando la guitarra que le da Joel en la casa abandonada.
    En conclusion el juegos es una completa montaña rusa de emociones y sentimientos, es un juego muy desgastante a nivel fisico y psicologio, no hay momentos en los que te puedes detener a respirar un segundo porque todo el juego es asi, no es el juego perfecto pero si es muy bueno, si es un poco injusto el hate que esta teniendo, y para terminar, al final es solo un juego, que esta hecho para entretener, que les importe una mierda si dicen es que es malo, si te interesa jugarlo, juegalo! si no, no lo hagas hay muchos mas y no tienes que jugarlo a puro tuvo si no te interesa.

Guys, games aren't made for happy end, especially when it comes to a game about post-apocalyptic world, they are made to evoke feeling, doesn't matter which ones. In first game you experienced a touching in a good way story, so creator decided to impress you by something, you were not waiting for. Something, that would evoke hatred and anger, wanting a revenge. They wanted you to get mad as Ellie. This character is not destroyed, she simply was in agony. All her decisions weren't made as a stupid move for no reason, she simply didn't see anything except of revenge. So are you. You are not angry because of the bad game, you are angry because this what authors wanted. This game is not bad, it's a masterpiece, because it made you loose your mind, didn't it? I agree, that they could have not made Abbie so... Abbie. I hope Druckman is going to pay attention to this. But that is the only thing I agree with. Relationships between Ellie and Dina, lifestory of Lev fits perfectly in plot. Stop consider every unusual person as a propaganda. At last, there are such people in world. Sry 4 bad eng… Expand

    Absolutely stunning sequel that respects its predecessor and builds on it in ways that were hitherto unprecedented. The refined gameplay is anxiety-inducing, the story is much more emotionally complex than the first part, and the game looks incredible. This has probably been the most profound video game experience of my 20+ years of gaming.

    Fantastic gameplay and story as expected. Brutal story that explores both the good and the bad in the characters with some fantastic new ones. Really hoping we get a third. Superb.

    Phenomenal piece of art. Naughty Dog has crafted something truly special with this game. It does a fantastic job of exploring grief, regret, and anger, and does so in a thoroughly unexpected way. Games like this once again show why some stories can only be effectively told through this medium. I would say hard mode is the best way to play the game, survivor has the best enemy A.I. but requires a bit of trial and error, at least in my experience. It’s very hard to talk about the story without getting into spoilers but most of the critiques levied against this game’s story are easily explained, besides pacing issues which I previously mentioned. Don’t let this game pass you by because of outrage culture and play it for yourself; it is a fantastic experience that I’ve been thinking about and digesting nonstop since I reached the ending.… Expand

    여론에 편승해 과하게 까여지는것과 재밌게 즐긴 의견 표출만으로도 집단 린치를 당하는 현 상황은 잘못된 상황이라 보며, 더 라스트 오브 어스 파트 2를 좋은 게임이라고 말할 수는 없겠지만 "잘만든 게임"이라고는 말할 수 있을 것 같다.

But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
