    O jogo tem gráficos excelentes, assim como o primeiro teve para sua época. Entretanto, O ponto forte do jogo sempre foi a história, e é nisso que ele peca. Eu simplesmente sentia SONO ao jogar e vontade nenhuma de prosseguir para saber o que aconteceria adiante.

I've seen a lot of people giving it 1's because Joel dies but they need to grow up. It's like they've never watched a film or a tv series where characters they like die, it's apart of the story. They should've just ended it with Ellie living happy on the farm with Dina and JJ and Abby and lev finding the fireflies. I would've been so happy with that ending. But the ending they've gone for is Ellie roaming the wilderness alone and we have absolutely no idea what's happened to Abby and lev. Awful ending it's a 10/10 game but the ending knocks two points off for sure. I also couldn't have been the only person to really like Abby so I wasn't happy at all at the end when we were trying to kill her.    … Expand

    It all makes sense and makes a great revenged story. I's brutal and not for the faint of heart. Ppl that are disappointed are autistic and    absolutely brilliant, if you like the intenseness of part 1 you will love this one too, even more so.

I think this game is really really good but only in essence not in actuality. The biggest thing that this game suffers from is pacing. No scenes go together they just work in vacuum's. I do not recommend buying this game unless you want the gameplay even on sale. If you want the story but in a fixed version go watch neocranium's recut version of the game. On how the actual game is in it's current way I would say 4/10. It's functional and is solid but it's pacing destroys any chance for this story based game to be good. I would give the recuts on youtube though 8-9/10. This should be a big message to game devs that pacing is key to a game's success and to your reputation to the community. They **** up hard.… Expand

There is also the aspect that the Last of Us Part 2 defies AAA narrative rules and kills a beloved character in the first few hours, in bad taste. It is my belief that the disgusting departing of the best character is exactly the point. It did exactly what it was supposed to. It caused outrage. That rage towards the death of Joel is exactly what is supposed to spur on the tale of revenge that the game follows with Ellie, and makes it extremely difficult to sympathize with the person that caused this feeling in us. Of course I don't think this game is perfect. There are certainly flaws, but it is also certainly not deserving of a 1/10.… Expand

    This game is extremely negative, full of death, sadness, and has a horrible ending. I bought this thinking there's no way Naughty Dog could mess up an amazing IP, but sure enough, they did. If you want to feel depressed after finishing this game, then play it. Otherwise, you aren't missing much besides a ton of swearing, violence, and gore.

    Worth waiting, and I love how the game has a very realistic storyline even though it is not satisfied people's expectations. Well that is simply life, you get back what you give other people a.k.a. KARMA.
    Overall I have no complaint about this masterpiece.

LOL but if fall flat in their face cause they are a reused asset that look the same,.. they force you to play with dogs with Abby and force you to kill Dogs with Ellie..

    and the ending is extremely laughably stupid .. killing 19 people out of 20 and sparing 1 doesn't redeem anything its pointless and stupid... and the scene is naughty DOGSHiiiT
    imagine if John Wick after killing everyone, finally found the man who killed his dog lying on the ground helpless, then John help him up and give him a Car, but then he realize he wants revenge, so he pulls him out and fight him but then the guy somehow amputate Johns leg but John grab the gun... but John refuse to shoot and let him go cause he got a flashback about the dog... thats how they determine a 10/10 Masterpiece ..

    and dont say "its intentional" or "meant that way" cause you can say that to anything... If Gordon Ramsay is screaming at you roasting your dish, you cant just say "that's the point of the dish, its meant to be bad" ... LOL both the game and people who defend it are equally stupid.    … Expand

Lets get the obvious things out the way. Game play is fantastic as well as graphics and level design . Now for the main attraction, the story! I didint like that Joel died. He was my favorite out of everyone. But i just picked up the pieces and wanted to see the rest of the game. I remember Neil the director stated in so many of his interviews that he could have used any two characters for the first game. But i disagree , i believe he under estimated how lucky, and how much joel and ellie was a once in a life time lovable characters that dont come around in games or even movies/TVshows. But knowing all this did not blind me to see what story they were trying to tell. ND gave all us million of fans 10/10 games year after year. They deserve our respect no matter what they do and our FAIR opinion after playing the game. Regardless of the misleading commercials and what ever is going on in their company the truth is that it is non of our business and we will never know the real reason for what goes on in their studio. Ok now back to the game , i loved it but i didint agree with certain aspects they took. But the game is not disrespectful. Ellies portion of the game is spot on great. The flash backs are amazing and to be honest if they were not in the game i would have gave the game bad review and stated that Joel was disrespected but to me that is what saved this game when we are talking about story alone about Joel and ellie. Now when we get to the 2nd half of the game i REALLY REALLY didint wanna play as abby, but i still gave it a shot and i actually saw that they put more work on making her gameplay with more variation. They tried to make her character into a joel figure with lev as somewhat as ellie. To be honest i would not allow the game to let me sympathize with abby. Up until the point that ellie released her from the pillars from the rattlers is when i actually had a glimpse of sympathy ,and actually u know what...i ended up not wanting to kill her no more, but i never wanna play as her again. So ND accomplished what they wanted to say for ME. But if abby is in future games then im not on board bcs joel has a special place in my heart. Now i just want to say i LOVE Laura Bailey and her performance was superb and she is a amazing person. i been following her work ever since she voiced trunks for DBZ. Any ways to sum this up when they got to the point where Ellie and Dina were in the farm i told myself NO the game better not end here there needs to be more and i need to see Joel again. So the game delivered and the last scene in the game gave Joel and Ellie leading up to hashing things out and that was the only scene in the whole game that had me in tears close to how i was in the first game. This is a great game and fans should give it at least one play through. This is all an opinion and i hope people respect it such as i respect theirs.… Expand

    One of the best games i've ever played. The direction e the execution of the narrative is one of the most impressive things that i've ever seen on any entertainment content. You need to be a very mature and open minded person to get close to the level of undestanding in each hidden meanings that the game try to tell. Outstanding.

В игре довольно хороший сюжет, развитие персонажей, детализация уровней, управление, ВСЁ примерно на том же уровне. Да, безусловно она не дотягивает до первой части, но беря её как отдельную игру получилось очень даже хорошо! Смерть Джоэла практически в самом начале даёт нам понимание того, что не надо оставаться на одном месте, нужно двигаться дальше, концовка же объясняет, что месть, это худшее что можно сделать, Элли потеряла всё! От пальцев на руке до семьи. Смотря последние кат-сцены я испытывал чувство опустошённости... Игра правда трогает, и передать все эмоции нереально, Sony и Naughty dog гении, а люди которые ставят плохие отзывы из-за того что игра не ушла в прорыв по сравнению с прошлой частью идиоты! А ещё смерть Джоэла была необходима, и говорить что игра плоха из-за этого так же глупо... Не все поняли идею игры и сюжета в целом, надо разобраться с мыслями, успокоиться и прийти в себя, а уже после оценивать данный шедевр!… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This was the feeling I've got after watching red wedding in game of thrones (back when the show was actually good). It was a game that had a good emotional story that I hated to play but loved to watch.

    I think the Abby part of the story was not there so that we can excuse the murder of Joel or justify her actions either. It was there so that we can understand the nuance and the parallel between Elie's quest of revenge vs Abby's.

    I think Abby's part was there so that we can better understand why Ellie (in the end) had to forgive Abby and let her go when she had the power over her. I understand the criticism that people have when playing as Abby but I still think it was a good decision in the context of the story. I wanted Abby to die the whole game until the end. Not because (as I previously said) she was no longer guilty of the torture and death of Joel but because I needed Ellie to forgive her.    … Expand

The Last of Us told a story about a man who made bad decisions across his entire life and up to the last moment made decisions that affected the greater good in a negative way. The Last of Us Part II eloquently, beautifully and tragically tells the story of the repercussions of those decisions and how it affects the actual wider world and people. For gamers who are angry because they’re unable to comprehend and cope with such rich storytelling, I say you probably shouldn’t watch some of the greatest movies of all time because they’ll be triggered by decisions made by the film makers there too.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. After completing the Uncharted series I thought I couldn't love any other game series more than that, but playing through last of us remastered and last of us part 2 changed that (naughty dog once again did their magic)

    I know there is a lot of hate around this game, after finishing the game in one stretch I can't quite figure out why some people hate this game so much.

    SPOILERS AHEAD

    When I had to start playing as Abby halfway into the game, I wasn't really comfortable too, in fact, I hated the first few hours of it, didn't care about picking up supplies or artifacts, or didn't feel like upgrading Abby or anything. But by the end of playing as Abby, I was praying that don't make me kill Ellie as Abby or wise versa.

    I'm just so happy the game ended the way it did, I don't know how else it could have been better. This is definitely one of the best media entertainment experiences that I have ever had.

    Developers were quite successful at making the players feel all the emotions at each time, and I think they were so good at it that some people got too upset and unknowingly became true haters.

    yeah, I spelled it right, "TRUE HATERS", not the pumped-up ones, I'm sure a good chunk of the hate and negative reviews are fabricated. If you look at the percentage of people who achieved the trophy for completing the story "WHAT I HAD TO DO" is nearly half of the people who own the game. so I can be sure that a good amount of people became so uncomfortable at some peak points or got fed up with the hate campaigns or for some other reason stopped playing the game at some point and went straight up to be haters without knowing what the game has left to offer them.

    Anyway, I'd give a 100/10 review score if I could for this game.

    I personally liked the game a lot, the story was amazing, and the plot twists were great. The message this game gives is quite interesting.

    The gameplay was really good, I really enjoyed it! Also the voice acting was top notch.

    I would definitely recommend this game to others.

The sex scene as well was simply unneeded, all it did was expose one person as a cheater and another as a emotionless **** who never can be redeemed. They try to show two sides of a story but end up making one side simply and utterly unlikable because they never learn their lesson. It was nice to see representation of LGBTQ+ in a game and not have it forced down the players throat and be sjw like, but one character not being transphobic doesn’t make them a good person, again, they never reflect on their choices and never gives the other side an apology or anything. I admittedly maybe I rate it a 4 because of the high expectations I had for this game, but that was because the 1st was the only game ever to actually make me feel attached to the point I cried. It is okay for the fact for certain people to die in this game died, but the manner of which they died, in a dramatic and cinematic game this is, it’s just wrong and a slap in our faces. I love ya naughty dog but please, please, PLEASE if there is a part 3, don’t hurt us like this again you still have solid building blocks these characters CAN BE REDEEMED AND LOVED AGAIN. I bought last of us 1 for both ps3 and 4 and bought last of us 2 the day it came out, but if the third feels like how 2 felt, I won’t buy it. To finish this off on a high note too all the actors and programmers of this game I cherish and love the effort and work put into this game, everything but the actual progression and how things were handled in the story were absolutely gorgeous, no one deserved any hate for who they portrayed, it seriously got me through this game and it was as perfect as the 1st. Neil if you see this please don’t leave this game ik what I say is maybe harsh, but you have what it takes, you made the first game, don’t let this game make you spiral. Your ideas for this game were good, like I said that alternate ending sounded amazing.     I have never experienced these many emotions in a video game, even rarely in other medias. The game made me feel anger, sadness, hatred, happiness, grief, scare, calm, hesitation, and so much more. Many times, multiple emotions are mixed together at the same time.
    It is a masterpiece and must play if you like good stories and can keep an open mind.

    The story is amazing. Yes, it‘s not normal but it goes beyond your skin. I don’t give it 10 points because the battles are sometimes repetitive but in general the gameplay feels amazing. The graphics are outstanding for a ps game.

Whilst the graphics are some of the best I've ever seen in a next gen title and I love the gameplay, the narrative and characters are mixed. The main problem with the story is the pacing. It's so bad. Being required to play as Abby for 10 hours is absurd. Even worse, Abby's subplot isn't even relevant. This is why the message on trust is murky. Joel is killed off way too fast. Killing him off isn't bad in concept. It's the execution that completely failed. My question is; Why is Joel killed off before it's revealed that Joel killed Abby's Dad. This portrays Abby as unsympathetic and hard to feel bad for. Ellie is such a fantastic character. A sequel where Ellie is the main playable character frustrates me because I can see the masterpiece it was so destined to be. Ellie makes this game from a 6 to a 7. She's definitely one of the most tragic characters in gaming. The ending where she finds out she can't play her guitar Joel gave her because she lost fingers because revenge took over her. And this is the Last of Us 2 I wanted. A mostly flawless masterpiece with stunning graphics, smooth gameplay and likeable characters.… Expand

    One of the best games I have ever played. Unlike a lot of others, I actually think the plot was a very good continuation of The Last of Us 1. The mechanics, graphics, dialogs and obviously the STORY was amazing. I would give it 10/10 if not for length of the game; could be a little more condensed in my opinion, but for many it is probably a benefit.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I cannot understand how on earth mainstream critics have described this game as a masterpiece. It genuinely boggles my mind. I will try and be as fair as I can to the game, and I will say it does some things really very well indeed. But there are so many flaws that the game fails to remotely do the Last of Us 1 any justice whatsoever.
    Just to start with, I am very left wing & pro trans rights, so when I hear that people are giving this game poor reviews because they are right wing, anti gay right bigots, that is just such nonsense (I mean maybe a very small handful are, but most are not), I feel it's designed to almost guilt people into not giving this game a poor rating.
    I actually didn't feel this game was trying to throw and SJW agenda down my throat, or trans issues, or gay rights. The only thing forced on us is "revenge = bad". The characters were all the types of people we would likely find in most workplaces or communities, so that was not an issue.
    Now that's out of the way, the game itself.
    This game is, for the most part, absolutely stunning. It is quite possibly the most gorgeous game to hit any console. The character models are really nicely done and perfectly animated. The world is superbly designed and I found it beautiful, even in its state of decay. Top Marks to N.Dog for this.
    But unfortunately, almost all of the marks I can give this game are just for that alone.
    A great game does not have to have great graphics, there are plenty of decent games with mediocre graphics.
    Last of us 1 looked good. But this was not the reason it was so loved by its fans (including myself). The reason I loved the game was the story. It was so well written, perfectly balanced between heart-wrenching and uplifting, and the ending was one of the best ever, allowing us to empathise with the "bad guys" that want to sacrifice Ellie for humanity, and Joels love for Ellie, and his selfishness in wanting her to live. Amazing. Beyond that, TLOU1 was largely mediocre. Graphics were OK, exploration was fine, combat was not too bad, crafting was a bit dull, but all of that was OK because of the story.
    Now, back to part 2. The graphics as mentioned, are wonderful, a massive jump ahead, but nothing else has moved forward. Combat is still just OK, the stealth part of the game is alright at best, the exploration is actually in large sections just dull. But this time, the story fails to pull the game together and save it from utter mediocrity.
    Starting with the fate of Joel. Lets just throw out his character entirely. Lets just pretend that after years of survival, Joel just decides to become a complete muppet and abandon all of the survival skills he has ver built up.
    Then there is his demise, taken out by a person who he has literally just saved, just to give shock value I would guess, but it seemed such a lazy narrative choice. Hated it. It also makes you instantly dislike Abby, I mean, we have loved Joel for 7 years and in 2 hours have seen him brutally killed. But then you have to play her, I think to make you realise she is not so bad and driven by the revenge of her fathers death, fine, ok. The issue is, her character is so thinly written, a 2D, poorly fleshed out person. You have no connection with her and so spend maybe a third of the game forced to play a person that you do not like or care about.
    Other game characters are equally poorly written, predictable, you end up just not caring about them.
    When you play Ellie, its mostly just her, a sad shadow of the Ellie from TLOU1. The flashbacks with Joel are done well, but the game is worse for not having the dynamic and light hearted fun moments that made the first game so special.
    Then there is the violence. It didn't bother me so much, but is largely over the top and often needlessly gratuitous in its deployment. But that's not what bothered me. What finally put the nail in the coffin for me was the fact that Ellie kills left right and centre, whether its women, men, dogs, there is no issue. But at the climax of the story she has her chance to avenge Joel and she just chooses that moment to forgive and forget. Really!??
    It also doesn't help that you find Joels death was all for nothing, he was making amends for his decisions in game 1. Arrggggghhhh. Really poor choice of a way to kill off a main character.
    In summary, (like this review I imagine) the game is long winded, poorly paced with unlikable or badly written characters. The gameplay is just fine, nothing more than you'd expect from a large studio, but not impressive in an y way. And the ending just sucks. But it does look nice!    … Expand

You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.

    If you loved the original for its great characters and well-paced story – stay away from this game. However, if you’re aching to sink into the depths of depression, or just want to cut some throats and burn some zombies – Part II will deliver. [Issue#247, p.72]
