    En mi opinión la primera parte del dos me pareció hasta mejor que el primer juego, luego decayó mucho, hay algunas cosas en la historia que no terminan de cuadrar y un poco de relleno. Fuera de eso los gráficos, jugabilidad y otras cosas técnicas me parecieron buenas.     An absolutely gorgeous game complete with an emotionally gripping storyline, and stunning graphics. At first I was hesitant to play The Last Of Us: Part 2 because of the horrible reviews by many gaming icons, but eventually I decided it was an experience I couldn’t miss out on. When I first started the game I was stunned by how beautiful it looked, and despite some heart wrenching twistsAn absolutely gorgeous game complete with an emotionally gripping storyline, and stunning graphics. At first I was hesitant to play The Last Of Us: Part 2 because of the horrible reviews by many gaming icons, but eventually I decided it was an experience I couldn’t miss out on. When I first started the game I was stunned by how beautiful it looked, and despite some heart wrenching twists and turns in the story I am enjoying it thoroughly. Hating on a game because of something that occurs within it which you didn’t want to happen is a very stupid thing to do, and I can only hope it didn’t scare away potential players.… Expand

An open ending where Ellie goes alone being one more survivor in the world, while abby apparently arrived with the fireflies, we can see that when we finish the game in the menu that you can see abby's boat. I would love to see a third and last part of this beautiful game, where Ellie returns to be the protagonist becoming like Joel in the first part, a surviving and ruthless girl, struggling for a long time with the idea of ​​surviving, no matter what happens, she will find something to fight for. abby looking for Ellie because she is the only one who can give the cure for humanity, but Ellie does not give it and kills abby, she is not going to give it to the world, because the world took Joel, like Joel, that they took from Sarah.     As a huge fan of the first game I was truly disappointed with the sequel. The game was amazing graphic wise and gameplay was great, not anything groundbreaking but still solid. The music was phenomenal and I liked how we were able to play a guitar in game. However the game lacks in story and good characters, which made the first Last of Us a masterpiece, in my opinion. Obviously the way that joel's character was handled was downright stupid.. Its like you kill kratos in the beginning of the game. They forced you to play as Abby(which obviously is the most boring character in this franchise). You could actually notice that they tried to make her gameplay more interesting with all the weapons and boss fights but failed miserably. After wasting more than 20-25 hours , you get a messed up and unsatisfying ending. Naughty dogs -just stick to uncharted franchise; that's all you are good for. The last of us 2013(a really good game)was a fluke i guess.… Expand

    Outstanding. By the end of it I felt like I had been through something traumatic and a week later I am still processing it. A game about grief and everything that comes with it including anger but also compassion. Fantastic writing, graphics, and story telling. Loved Ellie and Dina's relationship, it felt so authentic. Please let there be a TLOU3!

    I had a lot of fun playing it. The combat felt satisfying, the graphics were beautiful, and I thought the story was enjoyable, albeit very sad. I found both of the main characters and their conflict especially engaging. It's by no means a perfect game but it definitely doesn't deserve the low score.
    From what I've seen from lurking in r/tlou2 and r/tlou, it was review bombed within a few    I had a lot of fun playing it. Во время финальной битвы я понимал, что оба эти героя полностью раскрыты, и в какой-то степени мне было жалко Эбби.Мне больно было смотреть на их бой.Сначала я не хотел играть за Эбби, но потом её история меня зацепила, и начал ей сопереживать также как и Элли.Сюжет и концовка данной игры просто гениальны, но не могу сказать ,что она мне понравилась больше ,чем первая часть.12/10… Expand

    Extremely fun gameplay. Excellent graphics. It’s a great game. Is it as good as the first? I’d say no but that hardly makes it a train wreck. Ellie decides not to kill Abby and loses everything. Abby kills Joel and finishes the game going to rejoin the group of Fireflies she wanted. Not a sign of regret, not a sign of questioning about what she made. So, Drunkman, how is that 'being fair to the character' when the character we love ends losing everything and doesn't even complete her revenge? How is that being fair, letting Abby go away to rejoin the Fireflies after what happened? This is a masterpiece of s**t and hypocrisy. There is no happy ending for TLOU2?     1. Hay más evolución en el personaje de Abby porque es un personaje nuevo y necesitan darle una gran trascendencia para que pueda rivalizar con Ellie en la historia y crear un escenario interesante
    2. Ellie "no evoluciona" tanto como Abby por lo primero y porque sólo al final "entiende que debía dejar a un lado su venganza" o se siente satisfecha con casi matar a Abby.
    3. Ellie no es que no "aprende" de la venganza, lo hace justo antes de matar a Abby. Abby gana y Ellie pierde, para mí. No logra matarla y Abby se va con su venganza cumplida. Ellie debió matarla y cumplir su venganza. Ese era su destino, lamentablemente igual que lamentables todas las matanzas en el juego. Yo creo que busca la venganza y la consigue pero está tan destruida y cansada que no logra concretarla y se detiene antes de matar a Abby porque con la paliza y la pelea ya ha llenado su deseo de venganza. El casi matarla le ha logrado llenar esa necesidad de redimir la muerte de Joel y decide en el último minuto, movida también por la pesadumbre de semejantes masacres en las que ha estado involucrada hace sólo poco tiempo, soltarla. Ya no va a buscarla pero la ha casi obtenido. No creo que crea en que debe detener su venganza y yo tampoco creo en detener una venganza así. Cuando te matan a un padre es ir a buscar al culpable hasta matarle y eso es lo que ha hecho Ellie, lo ha cumplido hasta el último segundo y ha parado sólo ahí, en un instante límite, y eso es lo que marca el trofeo "Hice lo que tenía que hacer" aunque eso le desolara, ese era su destino.
    4. No es un gran juego. Es un buen juego, si quieren hasta un muy buen juego pero no un gran juego. Es muy amarillista, usa mucho la violencia, es terriblemente e innecesariamente cruel con niños, embarazadas, perros. Es un pasquín de juego. Un juego así no puede ser un gran juego. Ni siquiera es disfrutable, es muy desagradable, solamente glorificado por quienes alaban ese nivel de violencia y la guardan dentro. Para las personas con mundo emocional normal este juego no es ni siquiera disfrutable, es un empalague y un sentimiento de contrariado constante, es muy agrio, y muy poco de él es realmente disfrutable. Para mí, no es ni un muy buen juego, sino uno bueno. 7, 7.5, y si estiramos un 8. Yo me quedo con el 7. El querer florear las cosas o dorar la píldora con "esto es un elemento distinto a las demás historias con el que han arriesgado mucho y eso tiene mérito" no me suma para divertirme ni disfrutar la historia, pavo, se lo digo en general al que piense en darle vueltas al juego analizando las cosas que puedan o no tener mérito que haya hecho distintas y por eso quiera subirle la nota al 10, que dejen de estar metidos en guerras de consolas, joder. Es como el jazz de los méritos gráficos de detallitos en los escenarios fotorealistas, son pajas mentales sin importancia. Este juego es como un trabajo malo, pesado, muy pesado. 7.

    Algunos Youtubers que son muy negativos con el juego en este caso tiene razón en varias cosas y en otras discrepo como decir que la historia es una basofia, no lo es, es buena, pero no es una gran cosa que podamos decir: concuerdo con ellos en que la música es casi inexistente, anti melódica y ambienta, pero lo hace de una forma muy tangencial y muy poco satisfactoria, casi genérica. Los efectos de sonido son bastante violentos, nada agradables, muy amarillistas.    … Expand

    Es un juego crudo y poco gratificante para el jugador. A nivel narrativo creo que se ha cerrado la historia de Joel y Ellie de una forma muy agria . Es respetable, ya que en el universo de TLOU cabe ese final. El problema reside en cómo se ha ordenado la historia y con los personajes con los que jugamos. Creo que no ha favorecido nada el montaje narrativo y es una pena que no se hayan sidoEs un juego crudo y poco gratificante para el jugador. A nivel narrativo creo que se ha cerrado la historia de Joel y Ellie de una forma muy agria . Es respetable, ya que en el universo de TLOU cabe ese final. El problema reside en cómo se ha ordenado la historia y con los personajes con los que jugamos. Creo que no ha favorecido nada el montaje narrativo y es una pena que no se hayan sido más detallistas por eso. El juego en si es bueno, te hace sentir otro tipo de emociones que no solemos encontrar en otros juegos del mismo género. Sin embargo he querido tanto a estos personajes que me ha dolido mucho cada decisión tomada para completar la história. Por eso le pongo un 7/10

    Gráficamente el juego es impresionante y sólo por eso vale la pena jugarlo y disfrutarlo. No me corto en ponerle un 8/10.

    Jugabilidad divertida en tiroteos, aburrida en la exploración y en la monotonía secuencial de : entrar, limpiar de personas y/o infectados , obtener recursos, salir, andar encontrar nuevo sitio y repetir secuencia. Luego, momento de clímax cortado por un flashforward en demasiados momentos para mi gusto. El peor momento anticlímax es en el encuentro con Abby. 6/10.

    Para terminar mi valoración personal es que he estado entretenido, he estado muy enganchado hasta pasármelo y quiero volver a jugar. El vacío que me creó el juego me sirvió para esuchar su BSO, conocer más detalles de lo que hay detrás de la producción (equipo, actores/actrices, polémicas, etc.). En ese aspecto, puedo decir, que me ha aportado para mi crecimiento personal que otros juegos. es por eso que le doy el 8/10, ya que prefiero un Naughty Dogs que arriesgue a comprar un Fifa 2020 y gastarme 10K para tener todos los personajes.

    Entiendo todos y cada uno de los puntos de vista de las personas que lo han jugado. (menos la parte de ser políticamente correcto). ¿Cuándo dejaremos de ser así como humanidad?, está claro que en el universo de TLOU refleja lo mismo que en el universo COVID en el cual vivimos: No nos aceptamos como sociedad con pluralidad de gustos. Me hace gracia pensar en lo paradójico del asunto.

    Recomiendo jugarlo y construir una opinión propia y sobretodo aprended a amar a las personas, ya que se van de un plumazo de la noche a la mañana y vivimos un vacío similar al de Ellie. Remito a la canción de Future Days.

    Isn’t this what we all search for? Why we read books or play games? To be immersed in a good story?(and i don’t mean happy ending kind of story - you can watch cartoons or read summer romance books if you are after that) A story, the way the author envisioned it, might not go the way we want it always but we need to appreciate a masterpiece! You will not regret playing this game or spending money on it. Even if just for the amazing life-like scenery created by the graphics engine. The story is made so it stirs emotions in you, and it will not let you down either.
    I do suggest you do not rush this game. I believe a huge portion of the reviews were rushed in a frenzy to be the first ones to comment and review it. Enjoy the game, it’s not made to be a competition of who finishes it faster. Give yourself time to process the emotions that you will feel through the story. You are mad because the story didn’t go your way, or happy because it did - pause it for a few hours, go enjoy the feelings this amazing game can stir in you! Don’t drink it all in one go like some cheap wine getting drunk and blaming your hangover on it. This game is like a great wine that is better drank with moderation to be able to fully savor the taste and emotions.

    PS: if you are emotionally unstable and insecure about your manhood that a female only protagonist can cause such rage and hatred maybe you have bigger problems in your life than worrying about a game. Just saying.    … Expand

    I was so hyped for this game I thought it was good until they force you to play Abby for 10 hours and play through her story which i really didn't care about. Ofcurse this game is not meant for sensitive people, but if you can take it till the end, is worth every second of it. Dramatic and tragic story, but full of emotions. A big change in the middle of the game caused a lot of outrage in some people, but this change worked for me, as it was crucial for the story to be told.

    The writing, the camera work, the characters, the scenarios, the art, EVERYTHING is an absolute 10/10. It took 7 years but it delivered. You can see why people would be kinda mad at it but, I'm my honest opinion, in order to hate this game, (more exactly, the story) you either thought this would be a sea of roses and didn't have your mind truly open to new experiences or simply refused yourself to embrace the great writing, going with the flow of the hate.
    This is everything you can wait from a video-game and from a Naughty Dog video-game. Can't wait for the online.
    A true masterpiece. June 19ft 2020 will forever be remembered as the best day of my life.

    I don't think I've ever been more affected by a video game emotionally in my life and I don't think I will for quite some time.     Ellie's character developed between games exactly as you would expect growing up in that world and her actions became increasingly deplorable. You see why she is so filled with hate at the lack of real closure and the survivors remorse she feels knowing her life will never be worth more than what was stolen from her in the original entry.

    When Istarted the game I thought some of the criticisms and negativity I'd heard must have some credence and earnestness to them but the more i played the better I understood the types of people that give this game a low score are unfortunately lacking emotional intelligence. Something I've seen becoming more and more prevalent, and it's devastatingly disheartening.

    People so often lack the mental acumen to be able to discern a dark and harrowing tale from a "BaD StOrY" and it shows. I've read so many 0 or 2 star reviews saying things are just thrown together or make no sense and I just have to shake my head in sorrow at how far these people missed the mark. It's not a case for opinions, it's that this is such a mature, evocative tale that so many people (still a minority, however vocal) simply lack the ability to appreciate...

    I could spend an afternoon detailing everything this game does right, but these things must be experienced for yourself and it was far more important for me to volcalise my thoughts on the negativity this game received and quantify exactly why.

    TLDR-
    Simply put, you wouldn't expect everyone to be able to provide a worthwhile opinion on stem cell research, so you shouldn't expect everyone to be able to provide a worthwhile opinion on an experience that does so much over it's lengthy journey.    … Expand

    Was going to give this game a miss because of all the bad reviews that it got but i am glad i didnt! This game did not deserve the negativity that it received. When the PS5 comes out October-December i will play through this game and enjoy it all over again. My only criticism is that theirs to much identity politics but still a great game nevertheless.

    This game is a technical masterpiece, with a solid gameplay and a narrative whose only fault is not being appealing to mainstream audience. I hope ND keeps on with Part III and maybe a new IP with different setting and tone but same cure to detail and psychological storytelling.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I started playing the game 3 days before my father’s Memorial Day. It’s 14 years since he’s gone. He was a great man and passed away on speed. Before his death my parents fell out due to his mistakes as a family man and he had been living apart from us for 6 months. The saddest thing was that we never really appreciated him, despite his several mistakes as a husband and father, and that we didn’t live together when this happened.

    And I couldn’t be more shocked when I finished the game on the 29th of July, 4 hours into the Memorial Day. I couldn’t be more schooled how this game and its complexity corresponded with my feelings. I blamed mom, I blamed his drunk friends who let him sit in the car, I blamed everyone. But overtime I realized just as Ellie that we should just let go. And it’s been 2 days I’ve crying these tears, never as much as I used at the fall of July.

There were some things I had issues with, like the pacing/time jumps of the game - it kind of draws you out of the experience a little bit. However the other aspects of the game mean that it is still really enjoyable to play. The gameplay is fantastic, hand to hand combat animations are really fun and make the combat side of gameplay really rewarding. For others, the looting system felt repetitive, but because of the varied environments (which are all really beautiful, brilliant graphics, lighting, atmosphere) I didn’t feel the same. One other thing I felt enhanced the game was the weapon upgrade system/animations. It added to the realism of the world and also was nice to see physical changes and upgrades to the weapons. Gameplay flows nicely, and is not clunky or awkward, which means you can play for longer without getting frustrated or bored. In terms of the story, I can appreciate why many people don’t feel satisfied with the game. Some decisions the writers made, I felt could have been polished. Playing as Abby for half the game at first was frustrating, but after seeing the developments to abbys character it became more bearable. I also enjoyed the difference in her fighting animations, as she is SIGNIFICANTLY stronger than Ellie. If the story feels confusing or pointless, I really recommend watching Nathan zed’s thoughts on the game on YouTube. It gave me a new perspective :)… Expand

    I've been playing games for 28 years, but no game has ever hit me so emotionally. The story is very sad and dark, but it is a fascinating experience. I want to thank Naughty Dog and tell all the players, this deserves your attention, this is an exceptional work.

This one on the other hand is far from, for example you spend about 8-11 hours playing as Abby (the so called woman who killed Joel at the start of the game) but it’s not just that, the story doesn’t really do much to develop characters apart from occcadional flashbacks with young Ellie and Joel. This games graphics are absolutely amazing and the sound design is impeccable but that doesn’t excuse the fact that the story neeeded much more time in the oven. Overall I would wait to buy it when the price goes down and be prepared for great graphics, gameplay but also be prepared for a shoddy story.… Expand

I enjoyed TLOU1 back in the day, but I'm a little jaded after years of AAA titles not *quite* living up to expectations. I was happily surprised -- this game thrilled and surprised me in ways that few games do these days.

    A few highlights, for me:
    - Gameplay: the gameplay itself is *so* well-executed. Everything "feels" great - movements and actions have real weight to them, and it's a breeze to move through the world and take down enemies. The core mechanics of this game are near-perfect, and so ultimately it's a joy to play.
    - The incredible immersion (+ superb attention to detail): This may not seem super important, but right after I finished TLOU2 I went into Ghost of Tsushima (another AAA title) and realized -- wow, TLOU2 is in a completely different league when it comes to the "little touches" that add to the realism and feel of the game. A lot of this is in the way the characters move. Reaching for an item, switching weapons, opening up drawers, vaulting over obstacles -- all of these are just *perfectly*, dynamically animated. There are barely any cutscene breaks, nearly everything happens "in-engine" without breaking immersion.
    - The story: I played through the game without first reading about the controversy, and FWIW I loved the story. It felt original, surprising, and fresh. I don't want to dismiss anyone's opinions, but candidly it feels like much of the backlash to the story is rooted in feeling shocked and dismayed by a key narrative choice, and wanting to invalidate the entire story because it doesn't give them the fan-service they were looking for. The story *is* shocking and upsetting, but for me, it completely worked. It's certainly emotionally gut-wrenching, and I think maybe that's too much for some people to process.

    I'll stop there for now, but just want to say THANK YOU to the TLOU2 team. This game felt like a real labor of love, and it's honestly hard to move onto other games after this. I'll be thinking about this game for a long time - for me, it's one of the gold standards.    … Expand

Despite the fact that most sequels do not meet or even surpass the quality of their predecessors, I do believe that Naughty Dog outdid themselves with this game.

    Everything about this game is fabulous, beginning to end. The first Ellie portion of the game is even better than the story of The Last of Us, and once you finish the game you are hit with this feeling of understanding as all the dots are finally connected, which was done in a way that leads me to the conclusion that this game rivals - if not surpasses - the first game in every way.    … Expand

    Gameplay is awesome and engaging, as expected.
    Visually, it is also very good. The environment is immersive and detailed.
    However, the main reason one plays these games is for the story, and sadly it falls very flat in that regard.
    All the minority representation is wasted on a continuously looping and predictable revenge plot between Ellie and Abby.
    The timing is awful when introducing Abby as a playable character.
    Also, sometimes Ellie does wildly out-of-character decisions constantly, to the point that it feels like a "I have to do this because of reasons" moment.
    New characters are bland and feel like wasted potential, but it doesn't matter, as most are killed to give and absurd lesson of "killing is wrong", as if the player was an idiot.
    All in all, character development and relatabiliy are almost completely sacrificed in order for the plot to advance.    … Expand

Environments are gorgeous. Writing is super solid and realistic. Game is absolutely 100% not an SJW-ruined pile of junk.     There's no trans character either, what on earth is anyone talking about? Yeah Abby is pretty buff and has masculine features, but it's by no means outlandish, I mean Ellie is buff as hell too, she's just petite. I mean, just look at actual women around you some day. She's very realistic looking, unlike the disaster character models in, say, Bioware or Bethesda games. Ellie being a lesbian was already in TLOU1's expansion, and since they ripped off Ellen Page's likeness, who came out as a lesbian after the first game came out, it doesn't seem particularly out of place or agenda-pushing to have that included in this game since it's about a what, 18-20 year old protagonist? It's not like it's a particularly important element of the game either, so if that offends you, that's kind of ironic since it makes -you- the little snowflake.

    Yes Ellie is the main character of the story and not Joel, that's not a surprise, literally all the promotional material for years was saying this would be Ellie's story. I found all the dialogue and characters' actions to be internally consistent and rational. Yes their actions are often kind of stupid and emotionally-driven, but that makes perfect sense for the setting.

    Kind of suspicious how many of the 0 star reviews came out on Jun 19 or 20 considering it takes at least 20 hours to beat it even if you're speeding through on easy.    … Expand

    Ещё одно новое со времен первой части (помимо примитивно преподносимого активизма) развлечение, которому сценаристы никак не нарадуются - это смерть второстепенного персонажа. При ответственном подходе - приём весьма мощный, но в TLoU2 эксплуатируемый беспардонно часто, быстро приедающийся и перестающий вызывать какой бы то ни было эмоциональный отклик. Довольно скоро примитивную логику сценаристов раскусываешь и с огромной точностью начинаешь наванговывать действующим лицам скорую кончину (ради которой они в большинстве своем, судя по всему, на экране и появляются).

    Отдельная тема - диалоги. Хотя долго говорить о них не получится: они просто объективно ужасны. Вы знаете, если б персонажи не говорили вовсе, это было бы, хоть и странно, но лучше. Общение действующих лиц здесь целиком сводится к: 1) неловким паузам, 2) ультрапафосным фразам вроде "я никогда не предам друзей" или "отец учил меня всегда следовать за светом". В мире, где ежеминутно предают, стреляют из дробовика в лицо, заживо сжигают и вываливают на песок кишки, настолько приторное морализаторство выглядит нелепо.

    Вообще удивительно, в какую безвкусицу удалось скатиться опытной именитой студии, заработавшей блестящую репутацию именно на нарративных играх. Хотя даже тут можно углядеть закономерность: идейный вдохновитель Naughty Dog Нил Дракмэн, с одной стороны, соседствует с Кодзимой в немногочисленном списке творцов, в угоду своим амбициям забывающих о вкусе, а с другой - с огромным количеством современных средненьких авторов, ставящих во главу угла тупую политическую злободневность. И тот факт, что сомнительный курс одного человека перекрывает значительные достоинства проекта (результата кропотливой работы огромного коллектива) - очень обидно.    … Expand

You spent 20+ hours killing everyone that tried to stop you only to spare the one that made you go on a killing spree in the first place. The gameplay is basically the same, they did improve it with the whole jump button thing and the tall grass and all that but not what you would expect from a game they have had 6 years to work on. The enemies was slightly better, i liked how the humans you kill actually made interactions when it comes to tracking you down and try to kill you. The new infected the Shambler was just a downgrade, it was slow and goofy looking and very easy to kill making it less threataning compared to the clickers and stalkers. They tricked the fans thinking a loving character who was playable in the first part was actually going to come back, he did for about 20 minutes after getting killed by a person who is playable character who he saved 10 minutes earlier, making the players hate her already. I feel like they forgot what made us like the characters in the first game. Joel and Tommy were people who have survived long enough to understand never to trust a stranger ever, Joel went through being a hunter, smugglar yet he still trusted armed strangers who he never would from what we learned in the first game. Tommy giving them his name to the people who wanted to kill his brother which is just stupid and written poorly. Why did you not make two different campaign, one for Ellie and one for Abby, instead you threw both of them in one and had to jump from character to character which was very frustating making the player unintrested the fact that you had to make them play Abby moments before she kills Joel. It would be better to understand the characters instead of switching them both nor forcing you to play characters they dont like and if they did and wanted to know more they play her side of the story showing only her perspective. Sorry for the bad english, i loved the first game and after playing the second part i wished that i just looked at the spoilers because that would have saved me 60 dollars and 20 hours that i would find something to do more enjoyable then playing the thrash that is this game.     Story-telling was the key successful factor which made The Last of US become one the the best game in the past 10 years. The trailer never mentioned Abby will become the new protagonist in PART II. The trailer also try to mislead our customer to believe Joel shall rally again with Ellie to have another journey. I considered this kind of advertising as Scam. Thank you!

The attention to every and I mean every single detail is more than enough to give this game a high rating but the story and characterisation is beyond phenomenal.     The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
