    If you have played the previous two Tomb Raider then there is nothing new here other than location and Story. Everything else is same, tombs are equipment locked,if you dont own it you cant go ahead. Same set of skills to upgrade again. Same set of bonfire to upgrade and fast travel.

Campaign by itself without tombs only took about 12 hours. It fits well with the previous entries, but feels more like Uncharted- even has some of exact same moves as Nathan Drake.     Shadow of the Tomb Raider one of the best game in series. Difficult tombs, gorgeous world, interesting exploring and battles. Underwater levels are super. I recommend.

    I am surprised by the mixed reviews, I thought this was way better than Rise of the Tomb Raider. If you love exploring, gorgeous environments, and tons of amazing tombs, you'll love this game. I am glad they went back to exploration instead of mindless gun fights every 5 minutes like Rise. The added stealth skills made for more deeper gameplay, and the water environments and swimming wasI am surprised by the mixed reviews, I thought this was way better than Rise of the Tomb Raider.     My actual score would be 9.5. This is finally THE modern type Tomb Raider I've been waiting for such a long time. I've been a hardcore fan since the firsts classics. I love the environment so much and the feeling that you are an adventurer. I just finished my first play trough and there were many moments I just thought that this is the tomb raider.     Pros:
    - vibrant colors of the environment and the jungle overall
    - finally lot of tombs
    - isolated feeling
    - less combat more adventure
    - options for more difficult exploration and puzzles
    - more bad ass Lara

    Cons:
    - graphics: some textures are quite lowres
    - story of ending the trilogy is kind of anticlimax
    - mandatory clothing in some areas even after the story

    This a very good game but not up to the level of the previous 2 entries in the reboot, also the campaign is short for story focused game. but the game play, visuals and sound are all top notch.

    For me, ‘Shadow of the Tomb Raider’ takes everything from its predecessors and improves it all; gameplay is refined, and there’s additions that make it better; graphics are fantastic, the environment gorgeous, Lara stunning. Some of it took me back to Tomb Raider: Underworld, one of my favourite games of all-time, and much like TRU, Shadow ends on a satisfying note.     This game is the worst Tomb Raider from the Reboot series. This is basically the developers attempt at making a critic bait 10/10 walking simulator with a "deep" narrative. It failed to get any 10s, and the reason for that is the awful story. The physics are terrible and the pacing is horrendous. The puzzles are boring and the level design is bad. The lighting looks horrible compared toThis game is the worst Tomb Raider from the Reboot series. Speaking of cashgrab, the Co-op multiplayer is locked behind a paywall in the upcoming DLC. This is a greedy move from Square Enix. I recommend you wait for the game to drop to $10.before picking it up.    … Expand

    Best one out of the reboot trilogy, simple as that. Rottr was also great, but this is even better. Got the Croft Edition and wasn't disappointed at all. Let's be honest, most people who cry about graphics are people who should be watching movies instead of playing video games. It's about experience and fun, not about how "real" a game looks. This game sacrifices    10/10 easily.

There's a noticeable shift from the previous two entries in terms of pulling back on run and gun gameplay in favour of stealth and tactical strategy when tackling the encounters that happenWow. What a game. It's clear that Eidos Montreal have a knack for designing intriguing and rewarding puzzles, as the ones found in Shadow of the Tomb Raider feature variety and rewarding gameplay. There's a noticeable shift from the previous two entries in terms of pulling back on run and gun gameplay in favour of stealth and tactical strategy when tackling the encounters that happen occasionally. This is good news if you recall and enjoyed the more solitary exploration of the series 20 years ago. The story and character development is layered and reveals meaning to Lara's mindset as the game progresses past the first act.     Most underated game I played. Graphics looks 2018, mechanics too, Lara has nice character, story is good and this is the best TR I played. The best money spent in my life.

    SOTR is a big step in the right direction.
    Big exploration and traversal; lots of challenging puzzles and tombs and amazing locations.
    What is best also is they have made combat very much less compared to the previous 2 games, because this is what TR has always been about. TR is not a shooter/ combat game; its main goal is to explore and solve puzzles. I do have some issues (mainly    SOTR is a big step in the right direction.

    I’m only 5-6 into the game, yet it still feels so interesting. If this is a new game for someone, I recommend, for gamers of previous titles, I definitely recommend, Laras skills and gameplay are just, well spot on!

    Overall it's a great game, the combat was fun and the story was engaging to the point where I did not want to put down the controller. The optional things(side quests and tombs/crypts) were worth it and didn't feel like I was going out of my way for nothing.     Shadow of tomb raider is a great game and I don't know why critics are so harsh on it.Its a good conclusion to 2013 Tomb raider and it handels the story well.Overall its a must win game woth more tombs to explore and more things to do in tomb raidser world.It was worth the wait.

    I was feeling bad about their earlier access on PC. However the beginning is really good, I like the exploration, this game its about exploration and taking photos. But I was excepting more... The first Cinematic trailer-which I really like, its not about what you will see in the game.

    This is the best Tomb Raider yet. I have no idea why critics are being so tough on it. I will say that some things could be better (animations, hand-to-hand combat, etc), but the good outweighs the bad by a large margin. Honestly, this game is a solid 9,0 I did put 10 to push the score up a bit. But don't worry, this game is spectacular.

    Best Tomb Raider Yet! The final chapter in the tomb raider saga delivers. It is fun and fill with the most beautiful art and engaging world we have seen in a Tomb Raider game.

It finishes this story told across 3 games in a solid satisfying manner. If you liked the gameplay/mechanics of the first two, you'll be satisfied with them in this one.     The Challenge Tombs and Crypts are great and offers a variety of Puzzles, the new skills and abilities are really interesting making the traversal a fun experience. The Deadly Obsession difficulty level offer a great challenge, and the difficulty can be modified with multiple parameters to create a custom gameplay experience. I highly recommend trying the game.     Gotta say that this is an amazing game. The graphics are beautiful and the story is a little bit over the top but really fun. Exploration is amazing as usual with this series. A must buy.

    Best action game of 2018. The real Tomb Raider is back. Trilogy is over, but a new Tomb Raider sequel is expected. :D

    Man, this game is amazing like first one and Rise of the Tomb Raider.. Lara Croft is amazing character.. gameplay, stealth and graphic are great.. tomb challenge are fun to explore and solve puzzles. ai enemies are kinda dumb but that's okay. Nice job Eidos Montreal..

    Simply the best adventure of Lara Croft so far. If you have played the previous ones, know that this is a great homage to the classics, in addition to following the tradition of quality that came with the reboot. Be sure to play!

    Still very good, but in some ways weaker than the previous game. Still, fans shouldn’t miss it, just because it is the conclusion of the trilogy. [Issue#289]

    Shadow of the Tomb Raider should leave us wanting more from the rebooted Lara Croft game, but with some clunky controls and a lazy combat system, what saves the game from being below average are beautiful visuals, fantastic puzzles and tomb layouts along with true adventuring. It’s as mixed up of a bag as one can get.
