    The game's main idea appears to be always to keep moving and is an action title that features a crazy amount of weapon and weak points to exploit in your enemies. There is a lot of detail to appreciate in its gameplay and is one of the best first-person shooters.

    Do not try to play this game with your controller. This game is only available for keyboard and mouse. Aside from the graphics, the game is very good and skill-dependent.

    As a sequel, Eternal is magnificent. It manages to expand without changing what made its predecessor awesome. DOOM’s core remains intact: the gory combat, bloody imagery, frantic pace, and super satisfying gunplay. What has changed is the coating. We’re presented with a new gameplay loop that builds upon that of DOOM 2016. Not everyone will like it, but I sure did!

    Make sure to have a combat knife to shave with after every play session because you're gonna grow so much hair that you will be able to make a rope out of it to hang demons from the ceiling.

    didnt bring ruffles the wonder dog back but thats probably ok because its just a video game, a really good video game I really enjoyed :)

    Such a challenging game, but it won't stop you if you'd prefer to take a breezy tour through metal album landscapes and demon guts !!
    And dont forget to put the difficulty on Nightmare ...

    It's fast paced, challenging yet fair, and full of fantastic design. I've heard people call Doom Eternal a chess match and I can see why.

    I gave up on FPS as a genre quite a long ago. Not the biggest fan of Doom 2016 but this game was way better and much more deep.

    What an epic game. The soundtrack carries action pieces to greater heights and the ambience doesn't hold back punches either. A climbing ladder of constant challenge, new curve balls and constant learning results in a methodical, cheeky dance at the devils door, where everything in the audiovisual department is fuels a spectacle you create by sheer skill and prowess.

    Doom Eternal is an epic joyride That I was happy to be on. Doomguy is back to defeat the demons again and save the world but he came with some new equipment.

    Yes, Doom Eternal is much much harder than 2016 for anyone just starting into it. It's an edge lord's game and I say that with a light heart.

    So I finally finished the campaign at it's default difficulty (Hurt Me Plenty). Very gud gamey.

    It's the raw cerebral intensity of Quake married with Doom's enemy roster and its violent, cathartic attitude. Enjoying this game requires a certain frame of mind, a certain willingness to push yourself and to think in the heat of the moment. But it's extremely rewarding if you meet it on its own terms.

    Gameplay could not have been better. I have always hated playing shooters on harder difficulties, because that would warrant abandoning your balls for the sake of taking cover every second. Here, it is more organic with the movement system of dashing, jumping sprinting around the arena.     DOOM Eternal makes DOOM 2016 seem like a game for toddlers. It's faster, harder and better. There are however complaints which I find overdramatic and strange: "This is not DOOM 2016", "No ammo for anything" or "Game restricts how you play". There are hints of truth in every complaint of course, but only if you do not look at the whole picture.

    I still highly recommend it. It's worth every penny. It just doesn't pull at me quite the way DOOM (2016) did, and still does. I like Eternal in the same way I like Doom 3. It's Doom, it's just a different flavor of Doom. If Ultimate Doom is Coke, then DOOM is adding a shot of rum, and DOOM Eternal is dumping it all out and getting a Sprite. Tasty, but not quite what I expected.

    Yeah I get so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ horny when i see a cacodemon ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ explodes, the visceral lustfullness when a zombie gets sliced hmmmmm

    Extremely challenging and crushing on ultra violence and nightmare difficulty, but totally manageable and balanced if you know how to play properly. This game will have you spitting out your own teeth and bleeding from your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but you'll love every minute of it.
