    Death Stranding is the best game of the year and the most unusual game of all time. This game I liked very much, I recommend it to everyone. :)

    One of the few titles of 2019 that made me feel something. The overall setup and idea is brilliant and the game loop is engaging. Allmost every delivery or retrieval became it's own narative and I had to use some creative means getting places with the many tools provided and made preparing for the journey a real thing and such an immersive experience. If you are the kind of player that likes immersion, desolation, and an end-of-time setting that isn't so much combat oriented and can take a moment to stand still and enjoy a view then this is a must buy!… Expand

    This 10 is a shame. Because ive yet to clear the game. I am in love with it at the moment and feeling I need to balance out people who have an agenda and are neg bombing this game quite clearly.

    Great Game, not for everyone sure. Kojima San reinvented wallk simulator. No one more game can make you happy just for the walking from spot A to spot B.

    Unique game. Setting and story keep you engaged and wanting to see what's next. The cast is top notch and believable. Trying to bring people together and why you deliver parcels is tied in the story and why you are doing this. Kojima branched out to try something different and to me this paid off, to take risks. This game isn't for everyone and that's ok.

    Игра от Гения получилась достаточно гениальной , с первых минут мир DEATH STRANDING завораживает своей красотой . Геймплей удивляет на протяжении всей компании .
    Игру проходил на сложном уровне и не почувствовал некого дискомфорта , если изначально все продумать и не делать поспешных решений и действий , то играется очень приятно (даже на сложном уровне !)
    Музыка :10/10 ( всегда играет там    Игра от Гения получилась достаточно гениальной , с первых минут мир DEATH STRANDING завораживает своей красотой . Геймплей удивляет на протяжении всей компании .

    It’s Hideo Kojima, how can you not like this game. So there are gonna be people who love this game, I’m one of them and then there are people who are gonna hate it. Those who are calling whatever simulator, there the ones who are the haters. It’s a game that divides opinion. But from what I’ve played of it today in the short time frame, it’s an outstanding achievement. A technicalIt’s Hideo Kojima, how can you not like this game. So there are gonna be people who love this game, I’m one of them and then there are people who are gonna hate it. Those who are calling whatever simulator, there the ones who are the haters.     The history of the game is amazing, the gameplay, everything was amazing in this one, just a little bit slow to begin with the history, but, it makes you feel like you are playing some new kind of game, not shooter, not open world, it's different, i loved it!!

    Evo javljam se i ja, sinoc sam igrao oko 3 ipo sata i presao 7.9km, naravno pjesice, te dostavio 130kg robe, od cega su dio uvijek bile neke droge.

      Igra mi je top, grafika je wow kako cutscene tako i gameplay i prelaz sa jednog na drugo je nevjerovatan samo se pocne bez loadanja. Prica je luda skroz iako pola stvari jos ne kontam.   Ima puno cutscena bar ovo do sada ali mi ni malo ne    Evo javljam se i ja, sinoc sam igrao oko 3 ipo sata i presao 7.9km, naravno pjesice, te dostavio 130kg robe, od cega su dio uvijek bile neke droge.

     

    Igra mi je top, grafika je wow kako cutscene tako i gameplay i prelaz sa jednog na drugo je nevjerovatan samo se pocne bez loadanja. Prica je luda skroz iako pola stvari jos ne kontam.

     

    Ima puno cutscena bar ovo do sada ali mi ni malo ne smetaju jer je zanimljivo i svaki put naucim nesto vezano za samo igru i pricu.

     

    Pisao bih malo detaljnije ali necu da spoilam. Uglavnom sam gameplay mi je fanstastican, sporije je nego smo navikli u drugim igrama ali zato totalni odmor i uzivancije pri cemu se mora sve dobro planirati.

     

    Bas sam se uzivio par puta kada sam isao krajolikom, natrpan a odjednom se kamera udalji te pocne muzika odlicja za tu atmosferu pa bas da neki poseban ugodjaj atmosferi gdje se covjek malo moze iskljuciti od svakodnevnih desavanja i problema.

     

    Nisam jos daleko napredovao jer vidim da tek otkljucavam neke ključne elemente igre i jos nisam dosta toga vidio od samih mehanika. Ono sto sam imao priliku malo vidjeti je to suradjivanje i dijelenje sa drugim igracima i to me bas odusevilo. Bas su uspjeli napraviti da se osjeca tolika povezanost sa tim drugim osobama koje su tu prolazile i ostavili bilo sta i ova mehanika mi se bas svidja.

     

    Samo hodanje mi nije nikako naporno i tako su i taj dio igre dobro uradili da je merak i da se ima osjecai da se bas nesto postiglo kada se prodje neka prepreka ili stigne na odrediste. Mora se na puno stvari paziti kako bi sve islo kako treba a igra i sam svijet su toliko imerzivni na zaboravis lahko na stvari oko sebe.

     

    Eto to je to onako nabrzaka i ukratko pisano s mobitela. Kada utonem jos vise u samu igru i budem na racunaru pisat cu malo detaljnije.

     

    Igra je takva da jedva cekam ponovo da pocnem igrati i cim sam se probudio bila mi je na pameti, a to mi se nije dugo desilo.

     

    P.S. iznenadjen sam sa svojim ps4 pro, dok je na drugim igrama bio nenormalno glasan, u DS tokom gameplay-a se i ne cuje, upali se tokom cut scena i to opet ne bas na maksimum a i kad se zaleti opet uspori. Dobro optimizovana igra vjerovatno.    … Expand

    Masterpiece. After 50+ hours of play I can say that I am addicted to this game =)
    But I highly recommend everyone to play till chapter 3 as fast as you can - after that, this game explodes in every aspect.

    I just got death stranding today ,almost didnt because of the reviews . But i am sooo glad i did . The review said they played 30 mins in 3 hours is just a straight up lie the cutscenes are longer but not too long and i actually didnt want to skip them unlike other games(del toros actings a lil weird but everyone else is great . And i love the gameplay so many little aspects are amazing .I just got death stranding today ,almost didnt because of the reviews . But i am sooo glad i did . The review said they played 30 mins in 3 hours is just a straight up lie the cutscenes are longer but not too long and i actually didnt want to skip them unlike other games(del toros actings a lil weird but everyone else is great . And i love the gameplay so many little aspects are amazing . Reviews also said walking is too difficult and a horrible balancing act lmao just hold both triggers like you would carrying a heavy backpack and your good to go . I honestly recomend trying this game out if you love outdoor exploring and hiking i thought i was going to be bored out of my mind im so glad i the negative reviews were overreacting… Expand

    Si eres de fortnite, PUBG... ni lo intentes con este juego. En mi caso me encanta. Para gustos los colores pero darle un 0 de nota a este juego es no tener ni idea, solo con la ambientación, gráficos, bso ya merece mínimo un 6, el resto de la nota dependerá de los gustos de cada uno.

    After playing 10 continuously for 10 hours I can safely say its a unique and superb experience which rewards you for planning your journey ahead and earning upgrades along the way. The game has you delivering cargo and gives you the tools to do so. But gives you the freedom to do it however you want. It's a true RPG in the sense that you role play as the character. You really feel the weight of each package you carry. Going from point a to point b may sound boring at first. But it's very engaging when you allow the game to put you in the shoes of the main character. I find it really cool how the meta game and multiplayer has everyone helping each other.     Played it all last night and i'm really, really enjoying it. Everything about it screams quality. The musical score is superb, the voice acting is superb, and don't even get me started on the graphics, without doubt the best iv'e seen on a console, with top tier hdr implementation. It reminds me a lot of Shadow of The Colossus, which i also loved. Passing through a BT infested area is bothPlayed it all last night and i'm really, really enjoying it. Everything about it screams quality. The musical score is superb, the voice acting is superb, and don't even get me started on the graphics, without doubt the best iv'e seen on a console, with top tier hdr implementation. It reminds me a lot of Shadow of The Colossus, which i also loved. Passing through a BT infested area is both panic inducing and exciting and rewards with a feeling of accomplishment when they're successfully avoided. The graphics as well, I felt mesmerized, I felt like I was watching a movie during the cinematics, these are definitely the best graphics to this day , it should also be experienced in 4K. The acting as well from all the actors are phenomenal especially from Tommie Earl Jenkins towards the end of the game I definitely felt emotions running through me when it got to these sort of moments.

    Now to the negatives and these ones hurt the game and the biggest one is the gameplay aspect of the game. It gets boring very quick, for the first few hours I actually didn't mind doing it and the music felt quite relaxing but I found myself playing this game for a few hours a day then stopping because I was getting bored pretty quick, I would of rather this game be a movie game like until dawn then having these boring gameplay aspects of delivering packages from one side of America to the other side and return. The other negative is that the boss fights of the game are quite bad, some of the bosses don't even attack you, sure the Higgs and Cliff fights are amazing but the BT bosses are quite bad and boring .

    The most divisive game of 2019 is a good game in my opinion just because I was so invested in the story and characters but the gameplay brings this game down quite a bit and found myself wanting this to be a TV show, Movie or movie game. I wished Kojima worked on a horror game or something like PT because the horror elements here are really good and suspenseful. Do i recommend it though?     My overall rating is probably a 8 but I put a 10 to counter the undeserved 0's from the mentally ill fanboys. I'm assuming they are xbox fanboys. Warped individuals. All you can do is pity them really.
    The game looks amazing. Probably the best natural scenery ive ever seen in a game. The gameplay isn't for everyone but I'm enjoying it so far. It's a game that makes you think. This game isnt supposed to be a quick endorphin rush thrill experience that many games are offering these days (battle royales and arena pvp). Death stranding offers an experience ive never had before in a video game. Ive sometimes found myself frustrated but ive also found myself in awe of the journey. This game can only be enjoyed by people who immerse themselves into this world and story.
    The story by the way, is by far the strongest element of this experience. Its the foundation that binds it all together. The story truly is like nothing ive experienced before. My only corrolation i can make is to the beautifully complex world of "Annihilation" and the jaw dropping visuals from "Bloodborne" blended together.
    Playing this game is much like taking a long hike. Its a lot of effort with periodic rewards along the way, it can be difficult at times and even make you think about turning back but if you push through, and enjoy the journey for what it is, the rewards at the end of it will make the pain worth it.
    If you have time, if you love a good story but want to work for it, this game is for you.

    However, while the trailers that fueled us for years were strange, delectable pieces of some perfect game that doesn't exist, the actual game... Death Stranding... is surprisingly a quiet, nuanced work that is as tantalizing as it is engaging (for those who aren't complaining about just simply "walking").

    Speaking of walking, the game's primary mechanics are intriguingly complex in a way that feels incredibly simple. Walking IS walking in this game, but there's so many factors that drive the way Sam walks in this game, like [A. I have too much cargo and Sam is climbing a hill and my stamina is low, so Sam is going at a snail's pace] or [B. I've equipped the exo-legs and have little cargo so I'm **** Mario double-jumping all over the place].

    Like many have said, the game can get frustrating as hell, but most of the time I'm realizing I'm mad at myself for not bringing a ladder or crossing a river without checking for the density levels. Succeeding in the game takes work, and it's the kind of hours that I'm willing to put into (sorry Dark Souls). I feel great in making it to a delivery (that didn't go horribly, horribly wrong), or when I built my first bridge.

    A lot of people don't like the story elements, but so far (I'm halfway through) I'm loving the story. Fragile is a badass character and the more I learn about her the more I enjoy the cut scenes with her. BB is just so **** cute. The scenes with Cliff are nice and help build for what seems to be coming later. Honorable mentions are Deadman and Mama (so far).

    If you're on the fence... just play the game, see for yourself. If you're a MGS fan... play the game. Ignore those who are saying it "isn't like MGS at all". No **** it's a completely different game. All in all, I give it a 9 because it's a **** solid game, one of the best I've played in years. It has a few drawbacks, but ultimately if you're willing to get past the beginning (which I didn't feel all that boring... just some repetitive cut scenes), and feel invigorated by the gameplay mechanics, or just trying something "new", you'll love this game.    … Expand

I also love the community aspect, you should definitely play this game with an online connection. The story is very interesting but admittedly sometimes a little hard to swallow. The atmosphere gave me tears multiple times. The story is amazing and the acting is great. The progression in the game feels really rewarding as well, unlocking more and more cool and interesting items the further you progress. The only reason I gave it a 9/10 instead of a 10/10 is because a lot of outposts feel the same, there's not a lot of variation in it.

    This is not a game for everyone but it is certainly one for me. A very strong game mechanically except for the combat. Surprisingly, a muted story by Kojima which isn’t all over the place. And the sound tracks are top notch — they really compliment the game well.

Ты наслаждаешься видами, изучаешь мир, постоянно думаешь: каким путем пойти, что с собой взять, какую постройку возвести и где. С каждым эпизодом ты начинаешь все больше привязываться к главному герою, а чем дальше, тем игра старается выбить из тебя все больше эмоций. Под конец тебя уже никак не смущает, что сейчас придется тащиться через весь континент обратно к какой-то точке, потому что ты начинаешь иначе смотреть на все это.
    Честно признаться, после первых обзоров и рецензий мне стало не по себе, тк многие отзывались об игре негативно, мол реально игра про доставщика и ничего кроме и внушив себе это, первые эпизоды проходились с какой-то тоской.     It's actually alarming seeing how many professional and amateur critics alike can't get over the fact that the gameplay focus in Death Stranding isn't geared mainly towards combat encounters. Weird considering the best players in MGS are aiming to get in and out with as few straight up combat encounters as possible. There's so much to love about this game and it's well worth a look.

    Death Stranding is creating a new game genre and therefore paves its own path towards more interactive experiences. It is a brave work thanks to its novelty, which fortunately is not a bragging right for its creators, as it may have seemed, but an exceptional title that will reward the brave who play it.     This game does manage to be fun, even if it is one of the heaviest experiences of 2019. Everything from story to gameplay is begging to be dissected, filled with imagery and symbolism -- just like so many Kojima games before this one. Entering Death Stranding, it’s likely that we all thought Kojima’s calling card was lengthy cutscenes and stealth and action gameplay.

    Death Stranding stands as a powerful author’s game which drives a strong message of how our over-connected society is evolving, and how we can help other players. Unlike many AAA games, it shines on a truly spiritual level. Well written, engaging and visually magnificent, it offers, despite some pacing flaws, an astonishing solo game with elegant multiplayer elements. A unique representation of Hideo Kojima’s talent.
