Nov 18, 2020It would be a good game if it ended after 30h and its story was more relevant. It is a bloated and uninspired grind game.

Nov 18, 2020Great fun, love the setting and Saxon England looks great. The time period they chose is an interesting one too. Exactly what I wanted out of a big, open worlder to be fair. Loads to do to keep you entertained and it's single player so you don't have to deal with anyone else which is nice. It's not quite the witcher 3 but I think it's great for whatever that's worth.

Nov 17, 2020Very beautiful and atmospheric game. Many new game mechanics and slightly improved side quests all make this game amazing. Minor technical issues could not spoil my personal game experience. Highly recommend!

Nov 17, 2020Been playing over 30 hours and i absolutely love it so far, would recommend to anyone who likes big open world games.

Nov 17, 2020Extremely fun game, if you actually know what you are doing. If you are used to linear games that tell you what to do at every second then don't even try AC Valhalla, it's clearly not for you. This games focuses on fact that YOU will explore the world, YOU will make YOUR own journey. If you don't like these kinds of games, there's no point trying it.

Nov 17, 2020Please buy at discount time. Dont buy at full price. Too buggy, too boring, too repetitive etc

Nov 17, 2020Typical ubisoft crap that has nothing to do with assasins. The plot is shallow, the combat is clunky and cartoonish with only one finishing animation for each type of characters. If you want good viking stories just go finish all the Skellige side quest inthe Witcher 3. Please don't buy the game, don't encourage them to produce the garbage over and over again using the good names of Assasins.

Nov 17, 2020Been fan of AC series for 5-6 years and this is one of the better games they have made. Odyssey has nothing on it. Would recommend.

Nov 17, 2020Great game overall, best played on a next gen consoles or decent Graphic cards

Nov 17, 2020This game suffers from a very serious delay in inputs and timing in combat. I booted up odyssey just to compare, and for sure combat is absolute **** in this game. The story is awesome so far, but the terrible combat is killing the game for me. Put a pin in it and buy it later on sale

Nov 17, 2020The game is boring and just like every other game before it. The game is to dark to even play on ps4. I don't recommend buying this game.
-
Nov 17, 2020the most tolerant Vikings in history who do not kill do not rob but only love and respect everyone, gay Vikings, lesbian Vikings, transgender Vikings, 10 sjw agenda of 10
-
Nov 17, 2020Combat is terrible, legit the worst I've ever seen it and is worse than many of other lesser known games. Little to zero collision and the graphics aren't that great at all

Nov 17, 2020Perfectttttttttt..i love ittttttt....it iş just like vikimgs tv seriessss..
-
Nov 17, 2020Loving the game so far, nevertheless and I am not sure of the reason why but (maybe it is the landscapes, or maybe the theme in general, a personal preference) I enjoyed Odyssey much more! Not saying Valhalla is a bad game, I am very fond of every aspect Valhalla offers, but boy I miss Odyssey, and I will replay it sooner or later (probably same for Valhalla). Highly recommended! :)

Nov 17, 2020This kind of review bombing should be illegal, i'm serious. Reviews that only say "they censored my version" and give 0 out of 10 should never be counted to overall score. It's so stupid system and makes no sense. It's very good Assassin's Creed game.
-
Nov 17, 2020Been playing 40 hours and everything is good so far. I prefer absolutely every detail in this one over Odyssey. Big improvement!
-
Nov 17, 2020I can't understand why include all Asia players in Japanese censorship.
Players in Taiwan need the version without censoring. -
Nov 17, 2020Been playing about 30 hrs now, absolutely love the game love the combat and it literally feels like a game of thrones or maybe last kingdom series. They made one hell of a Viking game for sure. Thank you Ubisoft.

Game World Navigator MagazineDec 25, 2020There are far fewer cookie-cutter outposts than in previous AC’s, and most sidequests now offer an interesting story, sometimes even with a less-than-obvious solution. While some anti-grind measures have backfired, Ubisoft is on the right track. [Issue#250, page 56]

Dec 17, 2020Assassins Creed Valhalla is a wonderful addition to the AC franchise. It manages to avoid the tropes that became overplayed and focuses on a small well structured story. The fighting mechanics are enjoyable and offer many choices to fit different playing styles. There are a significant amount of bugs and the AI is underwhelming at times. But it's still another step in the right direction for Ubisoft.

Playstation Official Magazine UKDec 14, 2020When Valhalla is at its best, it evolves series mechanics. And when you’re cruising down river, about to blow your raiding horn, there’s nothing quite like it. [Issue#183, p.71]
