    Not regretting trying it, here's the lesson, never take negative reviews seriously on metacritic until you have tried certain game for yourself. You might miss out on many outstanding games that are hated for dumb reasons.

    Haven't finished it yet, but i can say i have had so much more fun with this, than i did with Odyssey and Origins combined. Valhalla finally feels like actual AC game. Specially after they added Assassin outfits. There used to be some bugs, but most of them are fixed by now. Good game.

    ghost of tsushima is absolutely nothing with it's awful (unplayable) camera positioning and extremely boring story. Valhalla took things to new level and Ubisoft truly showed how you should make great open world games. Highly recommending this great game, if you actually have any taste in art of video games!

It's just bunch of losers, usually some tasteless crackwatch-reddit users who hate on Ubisoft in general. They don't even play their games, they don't even care about their games. They are just pathetic, whiny losers and nothing else.

    When Far Cry 6 comes out in few month, i guarantee, bunch of Ubisoft haters (who will never buy Far Cry 6 btw) start giving it 0/10 scores and i feel like this time Ubisoft fans really, really need to fight back. It has gone too far. Cdproject red released most talentless game in 20 years and these people still try to praise it, while hating on Ubisoft's perfectly decent games that actually work. Like i said, these scores don't matter at all, they never did, never will, but i feel like Ubisoft fans (and there are millions) should for once actually try to fight back, even if it's just to annoy these haters. Even that would be worth it.

    Solid game! Odyssey had awful story and unlikable characters, Valhalla is complete opposite of that game. I'm very happy that i bought this game. Thank you Ubisoft, one of the best video game companies of all time! : )

    Better graphics than Elden Ring, that's for sure. Overall this game surprised me, it's not best AC game, but it has more to offer than Odyssey or Origins. Story is not most interesting thing in this game, but open world and exploration makes this game solid. I still wish they would go back to Black Flag/Unity era tho.

    Assassin's Creed is at least interesting in a way that you can roam around in these ancient locations and time periods, to me that's cool. If you don't care about history and just want some mindless sht, then don't play these games. It's that simple. Of course not everything in these games is 100% historically accurate and that's completely fine. It's historical-fiction. Just like Red Dead redemption 2 is not 100% Historically accurate.     Now it's solid open-world AC game, but sadly it's not better than Black Flag. I just wish story/mission design was more interesting or unique. Black Flag had all kinds of unique mission designs and also story was better. In Valhalla missions aren't that interesting, but there's still many fun ones. But true star of Valhalla is it's open world and freedom to do whatever you feel like. That's what was missing from AC 1 for me, because these games can simply be so much more than just generic assassination games. AC is not and should not be Hitman. AC should be ALWAYS compared to games like GTA or Red Dead Redemption. You can do so much more in these games than just the basic story stuff and that same logic should apply to AC and most people seem to understand that. It seems to be minority who complains that AC is not so linear anymore. Most people seem to like that freedom and more activities. This open world is there for a reason! Big maps can be great, but i feel like in this one it's little bit too big, but still i'm fine with it, because it has so much content. Graphics are great, music is amazing, combat is fine. Overall it's not bad game at all, just not the best AC. Also, i like that Valhalla has better music and more serious tone than Odyssey, Odyssey was too light-hearted and not in a Syndicate way (Syndicate was perfect mix of serious and lighthearted), but Odyssey does it in cringe way. Most dialogue in Odyssey is just bad writing. Valhalla is more serious, more focused and Norway-England is in general more interesting setting than Greece could ever be anyway.… Expand

    Amazing game, after last update there is absolutely no excuse for anyone to hate this game, because Ubisoft has done so much. They added new difficulty option, so you can play exactly like old games and assassinate even highest level enemies with one hit.     As of Ubisoft reported few days ago, Assassin's Creed Valhalla is Highest-Earning Assassin's Creed Game To Date. So that basically speaks for itself, Valhalla is EXTREMELY popular.     Pretty good game! I wish it wasn't so long, because i feel like this game has little bit too much content, so maybe in next game less content, but more focused content and less random stuff. Other than that, it's fun, beautiful, open world.

Odyssey isn't even Assassin's Creed game, Odyssey is just random RPG that takes place in Greece and has Assassin's Creed name, also story in Odyssey is an absolute joke, very bad writing. Valhalla is actual Assassin's Creed game with all basic elements you would expect. Avoid Odyssey at all cost, if you actually like AC.     Increíble pero cierto, ubisoft acaba de sacar el mejor juego que han hecho hasta la fecha o por lo menos para mi es el mejor, muy buena jugabilidad como tiene que ser en todos los videojuegos de acción y aventura.

    It's Assassin's Creed. It's pretty much like every other Assassin's Creed fun combat decent leveling system massive World to explore. 30fps is horrible recommend getting on next gen.

    Gráficos simplesmente maravilhosos. Os controles não são responsivos e intuitivos como no miles Morales mas o jogo é bem mais longo que Miles, o que é um ponto positivo. Tempos de carregamento razoavelmente maiores que eu esperava quando se usa viagem rápida.

    Great game. Love the fact is brutal and attractive open world to explore. I think its definitely and improvement on previous AC games but still has a few downsides.
    Great story and fighting and progression but very sensitive left stick controls to move around.
    Overall i'm really enjoying it and just hope it s a lengthy game as i want more and more all the time.

    Kudos to Ubisoft for making the best game in the series playing on pro haven't encountered a single bug in the game 15 hours in and I can't wait to play more also this is so much better then ghost of Tsushima

    Best one since black flag. It is alot more focused then Odyssey, you don't have to grind side quests which was the worst part of the last one. Actually has assassin's in it. Being a viking is bad ass. Modern story seems interesting so far. Only complaint is the game still feels a little to big ? Which isn't super bad but I get overwhelmed with all the side stuff.     Great fun, love the setting and Saxon England looks great. The time period they chose is an interesting one too. Exactly what I wanted out of a big, open worlder to be fair. Loads to do to keep you entertained and it's single player so you don't have to deal with anyone else which is nice. It's not quite the witcher 3 but I think it's great for whatever that's worth.

    A wonderful story.Very long and interesting story.Everything is at the highest level. A great Saga.The only thing I wanted the developers to review the battles in the game.She's certainly not very.

    Very beautiful and atmospheric game. Many new game mechanics and slightly improved side quests all make this game amazing. Minor technical issues could not spoil my personal game experience. Highly recommend!

    I had a lot of fun with this one. I really felt the story and side-characters were fun and well-developed, and there were so many different things to do an explore on the map.

    My only complaints are that A) the graphics got a bit janky at times, and B) they somehow managed to come up with a side activity MORE annoying than paper-chasing, in the form of the Cairn Stacking Challenges.

Huge world, and for the first time actually an interesting story. Every area you pledge to has its own story, its own affairs and most of the time it’s an intriguing adventure. Add a beautiful worldIs it perfect, no. After putting 140 hours it if I can tell you that it’s a damn great game, and the best game in a while. I enjoyed that the game put more focus on stealth and assassinations. Huge world, and for the first time actually an interesting story. Every area you pledge to has its own story, its own affairs and most of the time it’s an intriguing adventure. Add a beautiful world to the above, and actually interesting quests and you get yourself a damn good game. Yes there are some glitches.     im about ten hours in and the game is great so far, yes there was a few bugs but they are gone now with the patch. People who are saying it is a reskin or copy paste is lying to themselves and everyone else, and clearly did not play the game. ubisoft put in the work and it is not a reskin by any means. the world is beautiful and the story is intriguing. and i for one love the brutal combat.

I used to think origins was my favorite Assassins game until I played Vahalla.     llevo unas 80h y me esta pareciendo de lo mejor de AC no lo en terminado pero por el momento me parece un gran juego. peca de repetitivo ya son 3AC muy parecidos apenas an innovado aun así el mejor origins y valhalla odyssey lo tacho jajaja no me gusto

    Loving the game so far, nevertheless and I am not sure of the reason why but (maybe it is the landscapes, or maybe the theme in general, a personal preference) I enjoyed Odyssey much more! Not saying Valhalla is a bad game, I am very fond of every aspect Valhalla offers, but boy I miss Odyssey, and I will replay it sooner or later (probably same for Valhalla). Highly recommended! :)

    Beautiful world and atmosphere, definitely the best part of this game. You can spend a lot of time taking awesome pictures. Combat could be polished. Progression system is good.

    Assassins Creed Valhalla is a wonderful addition to the AC franchise. It manages to avoid the tropes that became overplayed and focuses on a small well structured story. The fighting mechanics are enjoyable and offer many choices to fit different playing styles. There are a significant amount of bugs and the AI is underwhelming at times. But it's still another step in the right direction for Ubisoft.
