    I'm someone who really thinks deeply what games to spend my time on and what not. So far been playing Valhalla about 20 hours and i can already tell that i'm easily going to 100's. Very addicting and beautiful graphics too.

    Beautiful graphics on both Norway and England, framerate is good most of the time, story is fun, combat is okay, i really like it.

    I would say so far it feels like one of the best Assassin's Creed games, maybe close second to Black Flag from modern era.

    It's so obvious that whoever gives this anything below 7, has absolutely never (specially last 7 years) cared about Assassin's Creed games. I don't even wanna know what kind of overhyped trash these people play. AC Valhalla is one of the best AC games ever.

    Better than most 2020 games, that's for sure. Maybe even one of the best Assassin's Creed games, time will tell. But right now it's extremely fun and addicting. I bet 90% of these who give 0/10 or 1/10 haven't even played it. Just sucks that 2020 happens to have so many losers who have nothing better to do with their empty lives, than giving low scores to games they don't even play.

That shows very clearly how insanely popular series Assassin's Creed really is and as a fan it makes me extremely happy.     Pretty solid Assassin's Creed game in long time, 3 years? One of the better graphics i have seen in 2020 video game, story is pretty fun too.

    I would say this might be one of the best ones yet. Graphically absolutely stunning no matter where you go, lighting is so good in this game. Snow effects in Norway are also almost top tier. Story is really long and most of the times interesting. Good.

That just pathetic honestly. I looked at Origins user score and there seemed to be actually lots of people also figuring this same thing out and giving it fair scores, but where are these people now? Did they disappear or something? If anyone reads this from reddit or some Assassin's Creed community, please just spread the word! This user score needs more positive reviews! It literally hurts me that thousands of people are giving likes to AC Valhalla youtube videos, but they can't take 5 minutes to come here and say that they like this game.     I think i know what it is. Not that many people really cared about mafia, so it didn't attract that many haters and it was easy to get mafia user score to normal, but AC is very popular, so of course it attracted haters. But it's absolute injustice, because this game is very good and it's literally ONLY ps4 game as of right now that is ACTUALLY GOOD, but has low user score. Every other ps4 game has normal scores, so it's very important to get this user score to normal, because it's one of the best games of 2020. For sony it's easy, i literally witnessed how fake asian reviews got Demon's Souls Remake to over 500 positive 10/10's in one day.
    But ubisoft and other companies doesn't have that asian army that upvotes their games, they rely on actual fans.    … Expand

    Hands down best video game of November 2020. After playing it over 30 hours i could actually held debates about why it's so good and i would win each one of these easily. Nothing beats it from November line-up. But not only that, it's good even in general 2020 gaming terms. To me it's in same boat with Doom Eternal and Final Fantasy VII Remake, all very different games, but i have veryHands down best video game of November 2020.     As i have both PC and PS4 version, i can say without lying that PC version is way better, BUT, it's nice to have PS4 version and play that when i don't have PC around. Overall very good game.

    I'm blown away by graphics and variety of locations this game offers. Honestly might be one of my favorites of 2020. Hopefully dlc's are good as base game.

    Great game, but just a reminder, YES you can play it on 2013 consoles, however....
    You can't expect best graphics/fps, etc. You just can't, it's 2020 game, i'm sorry to break it to you, but it's time upgrade. If you really wanna play it on ps4 then ps4pro is your best option.

They removed all the grind from Odyssey, you get 2 skill-points at the time and it's very easy to get them. Story is interesting, characters are likable, graphics look incredible. My favorite games were GTA 4, Max Payne 3, Alan Wake, Skyrim, Dead Space, Resident Evil, Red Dead Redemption, stuff like that. But when Assassin's Creed 4 came out late 2013, that was first time i actually got interested. They innovated so much within 2011-2012 i always knew that something called "Assassin's Creed" existed, but it never really interested me, i simply didn't care about it. My favorite games were GTA 4, Max Payne 3, Alan Wake, Skyrim, Dead Space, Resident Evil, Red Dead Redemption, stuff like that. But when Assassin's Creed 4 came out late 2013, that was first time i actually got interested. They innovated so much with that game, it's crazy. More i played it, more i liked it, i started looking up historical facts about that era, etc. First time ever I really liked Assassin's Creed game and from then on i have been huge fan. Yeah Unity had awful launch, but they pretty much fixed it in first 2 months and i almost hate that people bring it up all the time, because so many games have had absolutely awful launch, but they never get so much whining, maybe it was because AC is so popular idk. Either way Unity has best parkour of the series and graphics that still impress me today. Odyssey was kind of mistake imo, because story was meh and it grindy. Now Valhalla fixed it all and bring back stuff i loved from Black Flag and parkour elements from Unity. Overall Valhalla is very good AC game and better than last two.… Expand

I think any reasonable person would do that before paying 60 dollars. I would never but Marvel's Avengers, already knowing that i will hate it and then gonna give it 0/10. Makes no sense.     Positives so far: Graphics, Story, Likable Characters, Open-world, Variety of Enemies, Secrets, Classic Assassin elements are back.
    Negatives/Could be better: Needs some improvements, but overall very solid, specially after patch 1.0.4 that fixed lots of issues for me.

    Never cared for Odyssey, Valhalla is so much better. No grind as far as i can tell and game is actually interesting this time. You get 2 skill points for basically every mission you complete. Power level goes up fast enough. If someone think this is boring, i'm sure you will your "FUN" out of games like last of us part II.

    I finished Black Flag, Unity, Syndicate and Origins while preparing for this and it's so enjoyable so far. Story hooked me from the beginning and i love sailing in Norway, super relaxing. Combat is very brutal this time.

    This Assassin's Creed game is great. This is new level and i want more of this, not right now ,but in general terms. Can't wait for Ireland and Paris dlc. Both Norway and England look absolutely stunning.
    Beautiful game, one of the best of the series. Graphics looks good on ps4, gameplay is smooth and well written story and quests. Let's go in more contents!

    PC version is easily best version of this game, but it's really nice what they did with ps5/xbox series x/s. Very beautiful graphics and fun story, i'm sure most AC fans will like it.

    Good comeback Ubisoft! This game has way more depth than i expect, hopefully that's how Ubisoft main titles will be from now on. At least AC and Far Cry.

    Might be my favorite map of any Ubisoft game ever. Sure, i like Paris in Unity and Black Flag has generally interesting map, but Valhalla is just new level. Very beautiful game.

    One of the best in the whole series, surprise hit basically. I was worried it might fail and if it failed it would have been pretty much over for AC, thankfully it's solid.

    Assassin's Creed Valhalla is one of the best games of 2020, while Last of Us 2 is one of the worst of 2020. last of us 2 story is top tier trash.     I have always liked Assassin's Creed soundtracks, they hit the nail basically every time, but this one.....this one might be my favorite. Specially main theme, but there's also so many good themes that play while you just free roam. Very well made soundtrack. Been playing around 25 hours i think and story is well written, but what really impressed me was graphics.

    Very impressive game, huge landscapes and mountains to climb, engaging story, good music, more of this Ubisoft and less of whatever "Breakpoint" was.

    Amazing game! But Ubisoft come on, you need to bring it to steam. It's so important and you would get so much sales from there as well. I understand that you want to promote your own store and that's completely normal, Rockstar is doing exactly same thing, but they also put their games into steam. Why not both? And AC Valhalla sold a lot anyway from Ubisoft Launcher, so it wouldn't hurt inAmazing game! But Ubisoft come on, you need to bring it to steam.     Runs well after latest patch, i have still noticed some minor bugs, but these have been very rare, overall it's epic. So much better than i expected.

    Very nice, specially Norway because i like this all snowy/ice area. But England has also really interesting locations. Hopefully Ireland brings something new again and i have no idea what to expect from Paris? I have no idea what Paris looked like in 800s so yea.

    Good job Ubisoft, hopefully there will be some patches more, but it's already very good! Hopefully Far Cry 6 continues this trend of good Ubisoft games.

    How can anyone give this amazing, beautiful Assassin's Creed game 0/10?? It's one of the best in the series, so whoever gives it 0 is clearly not a fan and never has been.     Meh side - where's unity and black flag legacy outfits? i'm so tired of Altair's outfit in every game, come on, unity and black flag please!!!!!!
    Bad side - most bugs got fixed with 1.0.4 patch, but there's tons of things they could still patch because it's insanely big game.

    I'm so happy that this game turned out to be as awesome as it is. One of the best games of 2020 without a question. Reading these hate comments makes it very clear that none of these losers who gave it 0/10 or 1/10 have never played it. Can't wait for Far Cry 6, because Ubisoft is back!

    Truly standout graphics compared to other 2020 games, i would say one of the best graphics even. Story is 85% fun, there's some filler, but that's expected from huge games like this. But even then all missions are at least decent, but most are actually good. All this nonsense from Odyssey is gone. Also, basically all classic AC elements are back, ,like hidden blade. I did some investigation and it's so obvious.     Assassins Creed Valhalla is a wonderful addition to the AC franchise. It manages to avoid the tropes that became overplayed and focuses on a small well structured story. The fighting mechanics are enjoyable and offer many choices to fit different playing styles. There are a significant amount of bugs and the AI is underwhelming at times. But it's still another step in the right direction for Ubisoft.
