Aug 18, 2014Akiba's Trip is a pretty funny action rpg. Lots of cute japanese stylings in what I'm told is a very accurate map of Akihabara. The combat is simple and the fun comes from finding new gear and upgrading them, if you like games with accessories and new outfits and like rpgs, this is probably a good one to pick up.

Oct 25, 2014This game is an interesting game with an interesting concept. Akiba's Trip Undead and Undressed can crosses the line if perviness at times and at the same time the gameplay mechanics are not the best. This game is solid and can offer over 10 hours of single player madness and fun.

Dec 4, 2014The humor is great and the story is surprisingly interesting. Unfortunately, the gameplay, while original, is extremely simple and grows repetetive very quickly. Character art also leaves a lot to be desired, with most characters having only a couple of expressions and only one animation for talking.

CD-ActionFeb 7, 2015A wonderful tribute to Japanese pop culture. [01/2015, p.83]

Nov 17, 2014Although there’s a niche that will no doubt revel in the game’s eccentricity, those who cringe at otaku culture will find very little value here.

Nov 11, 2014Akiba's Trip offers a cool concept in which the player has to undress people in the streets of Akihabara in order to unmask vampires. A bit kinky, and a funny beat'em all, but the technical aspect is so badly made that it definitely ruins everything the game could have had in terms of appeal.
