   OK, noticed that all the zero reviews are complaining about how instead of male female toggle, it is body type 1 and 2 toggle.

   Does really impact the game during character creation to see a 1 and 2 ?? It was a stupid move by blizzard, but has zero impact on the quality of the game.

   Overall pretty good. It's annoying for some classes that we're playing on the "end" patch for wrath, but I understand why they chose it.

   Lack of GMs is a big minus Re: other reviews. Who are all these guys parroting? Why do they almost all mention the "racist segregation" of the faction system? Coordinating reviews like this is weird, especially when your talking point is that braindead.… Expand

   Reviewing the game after playing for a while, my feeling about this game is that it's like a half-finished product. Compared to the Wrath of the lich king I remember, WOTLK Classic doesn't give me any excitement.
   Of course, compared to TBC Classic, the content of the game has indeed changed. I can get to level 80 and I can get cooler mounts. But that lacks meaning to me, what I really want is to be able to experience the feeling of going back in time.
   As for the adventure process, with the help of a lot of WOTLK Gold, it is no longer difficult. Yes, I bought some WOTLK Classic Gold at MMOWTS and then some high tier items at the auction house. This process has been easy and enjoyable for me.… Expand

   my humble opinion, the existence of this project is just as tasteless
   It's your call but for now it's not recommended.
   1/10 this game at that stage.

   For all the nostalgia addicts out there, you won't get that from Wrath of the lich king Classic. Kinda obvious, but unfortunately there are more than enough players, who naively hope for nostalgia.
   
   Classic isn't the same like it was back then. Yes, the graphic is as crappy as it was back then... and technically still is in retail, since the devs are too lazy to update the world, but with all the new buyable stuff aswell as the bg and arena situation, which the devs made worse you won't feel the old charme you might have felt back in the day.
   
   This new classic version was purely made out of greed, just like bc.
   
   Retail is in a terrible state ever since the end of Legion, so for several years at this point and with these age old expansions the devs hope to bring some old players back.
   No wonder. Dragonflights is yet another lazily designed expansion with no new race - female humans and male blood elves... but now looking like drag queens I guess?
   And naked female Worgen with a dragon suit as new feature probably won't win the masses.
   
   I also agree with the person before me. Blizzard as a whole is pretty hypocritcal.
   Lots of lgbtq stuff came in this game since the lawsuit against the company came to light, going so far as to remove a female and male option for the character creation, yet somehow racism with the faction system is ok? This company is something else xD
   
   I give Classic 1 point because for solo players it is fine. It's nothing new and can be played for almost 20 years now on retail, but if for some reason someone feels the urge to play it again just with other systems on new servers... here you go I guess?
   
   However it still has the same ton of limitations like retail of couse. The biggest one is the racial segregation part, which won't let you choose your favorite faction together with your favorite races, which always sucked and still does.
   
   I guess the only positive side of Classic is the fact that warlords of Draenor, bfa and shadowlands with the overwhelmingly bad lore doesn't exist here.… Expand

   I was planing on playing wrath of the lich king... not whatever this is supposed to be.
   No genders anymore? Seriously? Not to mention theI was planing on playing wrath of the lich king... not whatever this is supposed to be.
   No genders anymore? Seriously? Not to mention the other changes and all the buyable stuff for the whales.
   
   What an awful take on wotlk. I should have known better though. Retail is garbage in regards to it's lore, faction and class imbalance, limited and uneven customisation options, outdated graphics, lack of content in general and well, I thought I could at least relive the old days with an expansion, that was good for it's time with decent enough lore... and of course Blizzard had to ruin that too!
