Pre-ordered unfinished games at launch and then fake promises how will they fix everything in time also making you test their game by doing so for free.     It's a shame. You had no right to disappoint us this much on Warcraft franchise 18 years later... all the good work the old-teams did before you deserved more respect !!!!. It's a disaster. SHAME on you activisionblizzard....

    I am giving a zero for this game because this is clearly a downgrade from the original Warcraft3. They got my money due to clear false advertising, and now since I played a few hours, I can't get a refund. More than that, I am dissapointed that the game doesn't even run as good as the old one - it has numerous bugs, and its very difficult to differentiate the units and buildings apart. AndI am giving a zero for this game because this is clearly a downgrade from the original Warcraft3. They got my money due to clear false advertising, and now since I played a few hours, I can't get a refund. More than that, I am dissapointed that the game doesn't even run as good as the old one - it has numerous bugs, and its very difficult to differentiate the units and buildings apart. And I can't even play against the AI on prebuilt maps- how can that ever be so in any RTS. I would laugh at all of this game if this wasn't such a tragedy. But perhaps the greatest tragedy is that they somehow even broke the old game and destroyed the custom game features too. Shame on Blizzard for this abysmal failure of a product where they tried to cheat gamers and make them buy a subpar product under the guise of nostalgia using false advertising. They have lost me as a customer for the foreseeable future.… Expand

    I haven't been on the hype-train nor watched any early gameplay / cinematics before release.
    Love StarCraft, StarCraft II, Diablo, Diablo II and used think that Blizzard really stood for quality and not just a cash-grabbing soulless company.
    However since it was procured by Activision this is the result. I am surprised the Goblin Vendor in WC3:RF doesn't offer exp-tomes for real money or    I haven't been on the hype-train nor watched any early gameplay / cinematics before release.
    Love StarCraft, StarCraft II, Diablo, Diablo II and used think that Blizzard really stood for quality and not just a cash-grabbing soulless company.

    However since it was procured by Activision this is the result. I am surprised the Goblin Vendor in WC3:RF doesn't offer exp-tomes for real money or other microtransactions per Activision's signum.

    The game feels dated. Graphics and cutscenes where the cutscenes are the original from WC3 perhaps with some minor modern adjustments. But for all intents and purposes the cutscenes are the original ones.

    Check what Blizzard promised regarding this game in form of cutscenes and graphics and what they delivered...

    Hope none of the original devs that made WC3 delivered this so called product.

    Oh and the EULA which makes your custom maps 100% Blizzards property... Greedy soulless shameless ActiBlizzard. Shame! *rings bell*    … Expand

    it feels like they lied to my face and robbed me. this is not the game we were pitched with the pre-orders. i rather they pushed the game back than push out this deformed cash grab. why blizzard? your name used to mean a good time. now it's on life-support.

    Być może ocenianie gry za politykę firmy jaką zaprezentowała nie spełniając obietnic którymi reklamowała swój produkt nie jest w porządku ale poza głosowaniem portfelem i wystawianiem negatywnych ocen w takich sytuacjach sam nie widzę innych opcji. Oczywiście poza nie spełnionymi obietnicami jest jeszcze dużo więcej błędów np dziwaczne portrety pistacji, problemy z optymalizacją, afera zByć może ocenianie gry za politykę firmy jaką zaprezentowała nie spełniając obietnic którymi reklamowała swój produkt nie jest w porządku ale poza głosowaniem portfelem i wystawianiem negatywnych ocen w takich sytuacjach sam nie widzę innych opcji. Oczywiście poza nie spełnionymi obietnicami jest jeszcze dużo więcej błędów np dziwaczne portrety pistacji, problemy z optymalizacją, afera z prawami do map. Po prostu widać że za stworzeniem tego remastera nie stało nic poza napchaniem sobie kieszeni jak najniższym kosztem… Expand

    Had to make an account just for this review. The UI is terrible, the units move at 20 FPS, and the online gameplay is buggy.

    There are countless things wrong with this game. The only saving grace is the upgraded character models and the fact you don’t need CDs anymore. Spend your $50 elsewhere people.

    Thanks for nothing Blizz, this game was a easy layup and somehow you botched it. I'm guessing that the lack of additional monetization meant you foisted this off onto some no name studio for a quick buck to make investors happy.

    You have to be a really greedy company to **** up your way through remastering a game this badly.
    Warcraft is such a classic with a timeless formula, the fact that Blizzard wouldn't put the money and the manpower to make this happen just shows how much it cares for it's costumers.
    People asked for a WC3 remastered, if you are not willing to invest in it to make it good just don't make it at all.

    It's really unbelievable, I've not only get piece of garbage instead of normal remastered game, but I've also lost any access to play in old one. It's disgusting.

    Also feel bad for modders, because now everything that they make belongs to Blizzard and it's unfair

    Product released was not as advertised. How far blizzard has fallen. Used to release it when it's done, now release it late and not done and hope they can avoid refunding your money. Can't see spending any more money with this company, certainly not any pre-orders.

    Very disappointed with the final product. Game doesn’t even come close to what they promised on blizzcon 2018, they promised almost a new game, with tons of added cinematics and fully upgraded graphics but actually it’s just a bunch revamped character models, I barely see any difference between old 2002 and the new reforged terrain.

Muitas das promessas não foram compridas e o descaso pelos fãs é tão aparente que chega a dar nojo e medo, pois não sabemos como serão os futuros jogos da blizzard..

    Very vile to screw over you're customer base ruining "classic". No one who didn't pay for "Reforged" wanted their old client ruined by this pile of trash. That's cool though, we have the 1.27 version up on all the usual public bit torrent trackers. Piracy to save the day as usual with this ridicules "Live Services" DRM trying to destroy peoples games they bought years ago.

    The Warcraft Reforged that was advertised looked amazing. The models and animations looked incredible, the cut scenes looked incredible. Then what we received was completely not as advertised. They removed SEVERAL key elements of the core game from the original. The game constantly crashes in both online and single player.

    I tried the beta for reforged. Noticed bugs, poor latency, a lack of communication tools in game. Held out hope they would fix the issues and deliver on their promise. I was sorely disappointed. Even the menus looked better in the original.

    Pre-order baby monster. They've got their money, did a s*** game and wanted to get out with it.

    Luckily internet is how it is. Even if they tried to ban people for asking/teaching refunds, you can try it now (not if you had a ban or a punishment recently, maybe for teaching how to refund haha).

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.
