    I am not entirely sure what was going at blizzard when they were making this, a game that had so much promise and the demos looked excellent, has turned out to be nothing more than complete trash

    A la mierda con eso, somos muchos los que hemos pasado años de nuestra vida jugando a Warcraft 3 y este producto NO ES DIGNO de la saga. Es la ley del mínimo esfuerzo elevada al máximo. Y me explico:

    > El juego se ve peor que en la beta enseñada en la Blizzcon de hace dos años, algo inexplicable.
    > No se han molestado ni en cambiar la UI, le han hecho un reskin cutre y "palante".
    > Eliminan el modo clásico de Un Jugador.
    > El perfil de jugador es de chiste (y más en los tiempos que corren, que sea tan inferior al del juego original es acojonante).
    > El sistema de salas de chat... sin comentarios!
    > En general la interfaz de menús etc. parece hecha en 2 días deprisa y corriendo.
    > Lo más currado son todos los modelos nuevos QUE LOS HAN EXTERNALIZADO A OTRA EMPRESA. Entonces... que ha hecho Blizzard en estos 2 años?? Integrar el juego en BNET y optimizarlo de pena? Que me lo expliquen por favor.
    > En la CAMPAÑA no se ha dado ni la mitad de lo que se prometió en un principio.
    y podría seguir si me paro a pensar en más cosas pero vamos a dejarlo ahí...

    Que en este juego Blizzard no ha destinado recursos queda más que claro, y de ahí que haya salido como ha salido. La compañía va cuesta abajo y sin frenos y si no depuran responsabilidades mucho me temo que así seguirá. No les queda ni la sombra del prestigio que tuvieron en su día. El consumidor tiene que empezar a hablar con su cartera y dejar de adquirir sus productos o nada va a cambiar. Este debe ser el primer paso para que espabilen.

    En denifitiva: Warcraft 3 REFORGED es un juego de 30 euros que se puede definir como un Re-skin HD con menos funcionalidades que el original. Con lo cual cada uno que decida antes de gastar la pasta, pero a día de hoy eso es lo que es.    … Expand

    A lot of work were done compare to initial Warcraft 3 release. Thank you Blizzard. Graphics and textures ok to play in 4k resolution. It was hard to play old version on new hardware, because of old models, textures and effect. Since this is still Warcraft 3 - 10 out 10. I remember the times when there was no way to get the fix since there was less or no Internet at all. Pre-purchased thisA lot of work were done compare to initial Warcraft 3 release.     Прошел пролог и кампанию за Лордерон и Плеть. Не одного бага и вылета не было, фпс не проседал. Озвучка шикарная. Не понятно откуда столько ненависти и соплей в рецензиях.

    The game is broken. I was on discord with 3 friends last night. 1 was unable to log in for several attempts. 1 was sending us invites to join games that we would receive 5+ minutes later, and all games failed to connect. Multiplayer is completely broken. Profile stats is apparently not an option either. I was unable to find a way to close the general chat.

    We all ended up just playing some of the campaign, and then logging off to play something else. This game is not finished and should not have been sold the way it is.    … Expand

    Боже, как можно было все настолько испаганить, ремастер, который по функционалу проигрывает оригинальной игре, а выглядит хуже чем фанатский ремейк на движке Старкрафта. В придачу еще и забагован.

Далее охренел от убогих портретов героев, безэмоцианальные дубины, которые еле открывают рты. Поиграв минуты 2-3 прочувствовал просадки до 10-30 кадров с 60.

    A lot of broken promises and a lot of downgrades compared to the original, which makes me sad to leave such a bad review for this game. It could have been much better, but apparently Blizzard just isn't the company that it used to be.

    The actual 17 year old game is better than this reforged abomination. It supports up to 4K resolution and looks freaking great. I've no idea who in a sane mind would go and buy this new thing.

    Also, I have no idea why the hell I should download the WHOLE 30 GB of the new game to get to play my 17 year old beloved Warcraft 3. What the hell, blizzard?

    Blizzard is a failure.

    I was so hype during the reveal with the new cutscene of strathome at Blizzcon 2018, and... that was all a lied. No news cutscenes at all, it's exactly the same game (warcraft 3) with update models for 30€.. Really disappointed.

    What is supposed to be a great "remake" is just a terrible remastered version. :/

    The game is not working properly. Everything hangs terribly. The network game does not work. It just does not connect to the games, and if it connects, the players fly out. There are no promised new locations and cut scenes. They simply deceived everyone to waste money. I'll never get anything from Blizzard again. Awful.

WC3 is the mother of a couple hugely popular games (wow,dota2) and blizzard spits on Warcraft 3 by releasing this piece of garbage. Its buggy, its choppy, its laggy, the graphics SOMEHOW look worse in the year 2020 from 2003. The art is whack, theres not enough contrast in color, making thjngs hard to see. OnThis doesnt even feel like a Blizzard game. Im a massive fan of Warcraft 3.     Просто отвратительно, игру мало того что никак не улучшили, так ещё и сделали во много раз хуже версии 2003 года.За столько времени можно было допилить кучу дополнительных миссий, отличную оптимизацию, и вменяемый графон в оригинальной стилистике, без этого уродского уклона в "реализм" который реально глаза режет, графика в Варкрафте даже по сей день хорошая, просто можно было еёПросто отвратительно, игру мало того что никак не улучшили, так ещё и сделали во много раз хуже версии 2003 года.За столько времени можно было допилить кучу дополнительных миссий, отличную оптимизацию, и вменяемый графон в оригинальной стилистике, без этого уродского уклона в "реализм" который реально глаза режет, графика в Варкрафте даже по сей день хорошая, просто можно было её прокачать..сделать менее квадратной где надо, вот и всё..изи профит.
    По прежнему не сделали настройку цветов по умолчанию. Так и остаются (Синий-красный-бирюзовый), что за проблема сделать выбор цвета, не понятно.

В самой игре настройки для смены языка нет, нужно менять из лаунчера и докачивать еще 3Гб обновлений. Создать игру с ботом смог после 10 попытки. Когда матч запустился, обнаружил, что половина текстурСпециально завел аккаунт на метакритике, чтобы поставить оценку. Проблемы начались сразу после запуска - игра не смогла определить язык и запустила вступительный ролик на английском. В самой игре настройки для смены языка нет, нужно менять из лаунчера и докачивать еще 3Гб обновлений. Создать игру с ботом смог после 10 попытки. Когда матч запустился, обнаружил, что половина текстур отстуствует, освещение и цветокор режут глаза. Меню настроек рассыпается, чат в матче не работает. При попытке запустить кампанию выбросило в начальное меню с уведомлением о проигранном матче. Новая озвучка ужасна - актеры просто читают с листка, и явно не понимают, о чем они вообще говорят, актерской игры нет никакой.
    Более того, теперь недоступна классическая игра, а значит даже просто поиграть в старую версию не выйдет.
    Огромное число багов на квадратный сантиметр, куда не ткни - везде что-то сломано. Многие возможности классической версии зачем-то вырезаны, например кастомные кампании, синглплеер, игра по локальной сети, личные кабинеты, кланы, каналы чата, этот список можно еще долго продолжать.
    Наблюдал за тем, как проходит бета с мрачным пониманием того, что многое из обещанного близами сделано не будет, но не ожидал, что будет настолько плохо.    … Expand

    Я считаю что игра получилась отличной, несмотря на переносы дат релиза и прочие огрехи, мне как человеку который сыграл сотню часов в RoC и чуть больше в TFT игра понравилась.

    Broken promises. No new additions to campaign, no new UI, a lot of bugs, models look like they were taken from generic Chinese f2p mmo, graphics are downgraded looking at BlizzCon build, cinematics are not updated.

If you liked original WC3 and Frozen Throne, this is a great game. The population increased a ton on release from beta, so they're working out multiplayer kinks but the campaign works. I played over 150 games inReddit hivemind at it again. They get the idea that the game is bad from all the people trash talking on reddit and the W3 General lobby and come on here to give it a zero score. If you liked original WC3 and Frozen Throne, this is a great game. The population increased a ton on release from beta, so they're working out multiplayer kinks but the campaign works. I played over 150 games in beta so I feel comfortable saying the feel is good and clean once you get used to it. It can also be monetized which is what the original wc3 was lacking, so it can finally become an eSport again outside of China. Tons of Nostalgia players are coming back to the scene, so this was a good move.… Expand

    Анимация ничего так сильно не поменяла, также ничего не поменяли, а было сказано, что добавят сцены, также изменять лор чуть-чуть чтобы сделать его достоверным и схожим с Worl of    Игра не оправдала свои ожидания. Если честно сказать, то произошло правовое нарушение, так как было искажение факта продукта, который был предоставлен покупателю.Из этого выходит,что авторы те ещё у******.....

    I bought WC3:Reforged after Blizzcon 2018.
    What I wanted:
    - a company with a new story - new cinematics - the same custom maps as in the original WC3 That's what I heard at the Blizzcon 2018. What I get: - NOthing; The same companies, just with new "broken" graphics. 2 new cinematics (I waited more than 1 year, thx); You can't create a custom map through a local network. 1 - for    I bought WC3:Reforged after Blizzcon 2018.
    What I wanted:

    Desperate money scheme. Superficial remaster and fake hype. This so called "renewal" of the game did not improve it in anyway and even more, it massacred the classic game just for you to buy the shiny looking asian graphics. Basically their idea was to force you buy Reforge by destroying the old, refined and finished product. No wonder why the score is negative.

    So we have 4k models BUT
    This game can't run at higher fps than 60 fps.
    Movement is locked to 30 fps.
    The game stutters a lot.
    This is so sad.

    This is a great remaster! Solo game is so fresh and awesome. New missions in prologue are exciting. I know it takes a while to get used to new interface and graphics, but It worth it. Beta was great and now, mb there are some bugs, etc., but it is very good and it feels so cool to play this game.     This is not a Rerorged version its only a Warcraft III HD Version. Graphics, Matchmaking and Bugs have been included to the game thats all.

    Realy sad about this and now Blizzard blamming the fans for it...

    A redone campaign that isnt even completed on release? So whats next? Campaigns as DLC?

    Instead of a proper rework to this marvelous gem that I've played since I was 10 years old, it feels like a quick cashgrab and create some popularity. Feels more like a test to see how many people are still interested in strategy games and a deciding factor if blizzard will ever make warcraft 4.

    New look is awsome... Havent bugs and and any problem... Yes... New voices, and completely redisign campaign with movie will be best, but a lot of people wants old experience...So blame players not Blizzard for this!

    This is the most awfull game of Blizzard I've ever played. Im playing in WC3 since 2003 (with timeouts).A lot of bugs, no optimization, no balance. Some bugs are still exist a few month since the very begining of beta. I think somebody should be fired from the Blizzard. Sorry for my English. Not enough words to express my dissapointment

It is true to the original, and everything that they did differently than they showed off at BlizzCon was because its what WE wanted. We did not want new missions and tained new voice actors.     Blizzard actually removed features from the people that paid for Classic and TFT boxsets. Even if you didnt buy Reforged, you just lost access to cross-play, to player profiles, to animated backgrounds and many more things. Terrible.

    The game has its little bugs but its fixable... Game is totaly in new coat which is fine.... also switchable to normal classic style. They remade some maps in story which is cool and they remade introduction trailer and old cinematics have now higher resolution quality which is great :)

    If the aim of this game was to improve the graphics (B)Lizzard could have just did a simple paint job on the units OR use the SC2 engine if they wanted so badly to improve the game. They decided to go a third way to build over an old engine and expect things to happen.     This is an incomplete game. If you buy a house or a car you'd expect to have the basic features like windows and doors. Why is this so hyped and not punished is something beyond reasoning. If you expect to receive such crappy service in other aspects of life, then you have pretty **** expectations for how service should be done.
    Also new graphics are eye rending and distinguishing between units is close to impossible.    … Expand

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.
