Её не сдерживают принципы и правила разработчиков , а так же желание навариться на кейсах, торговой площадке и прочих сервисах для монетизации скинчиков, как в случае с CS:GO. Играл в VALORANT на протяжении всего ЗБТ, продолжаю с релиза и знаете что... За этой игрой будущее.В отличие от CS:GO у этой игры открыты все пути для развития. Её не сдерживают принципы и правила разработчиков , а так же желание навариться на кейсах, торговой площадке и прочих сервисах для монетизации скинчиков, как в случае с CS:GO.     Dont be fooled by the amount of zeroes on this page. Some are salty that people have an alternative to CS:GO. Others are salty that they got banned by the anti-cheat. This game launched yesterday and will continue to get major updates as time goes on as Riot has been shown to support their games

    Game which was directly marketed for CS players showed up to be another Overwatch with broken abilities and disappointing game play for FPS players.

    Gunplay is average which is pretty good accomplishment for first timer, but still plagued with random elements which cripple the base of a competitive shooter and thus fails to match it's projected competitor CS. Luckily (not really) this game doesn't require gun mastery as the character abilities are broken beyond belief. Riot Games still does not know how to balance characters in game, but rather leave the testing to be done by players which creates meta of insanely overpowered characters. Sage is the main culprit at the time of writing this despite already facing first nerfs.

    If you like shooters, don't bother with Valorant. If you like Overwatch, go for it. This review is based from FPS perspective.    … Expand

    As a die-hard counter strike fan, I love this game. The devs addressed a lot of issues during the beta and seemed to understand their community well, which I can't say for CS honestly. I think the game has a lot of potential. And yeah, I'm just giving it a 10 to compensate for the 0's. Seriously, you haven't played the game, you don't understand game development, don't bash it.     I truly Love Valorant! The clips I've had saved in Medal are wonderful pieces of memories, looking forward to adding more to it. Here are some notes though.
    The graphics would be appreciated if it were to be improved by quite a lot and adding environment interaction (Overwatch has beautiful environment interaction and also make it a little more fun in pre-rounds).     It's very hard to score a game that force you to install backdoor on your pc. if you wan't to sell your data to Tencent (Owners of Riot), just send them it via meil. One point for system requirement.

    This game is difficult, tactical, and slow, but thats what makes it so good. The characters all feel pretty balanced. I never feel myself become frustrated by game mechanics as I do with other competitive fps games. I love the art style and it can run on some pretty low end pcs which is nice.     Плохая графика, в том числе плохой дизайн карт, оружия и персонажей (не всех). От большей части скиллов нет смысла, да и в целом система способностей была добавлена непонятно зачем. Просто копия CS:GO и Overwatch, причём не качественная (многие механики сломаны). Да и зачем играть в Valorant если есть эти самые CS:GO и Overwatch.     Pretty pointless game, not much to do and gets boring very quickly. Even with constant updates and more fine tuning, it feels like its trying to be both Overwatch and CS GO at the same time but failing at both elements.     a lot of times you are asking yourself should i really hitting this.and othertimes you crouch with vandal tap the freaking head and nothing.in csgo there are some of these moments but not on a such level.for me the game needs a complete hipoint,weapon and damage overhaul.also the weapon sounds of this game are kinda weak and not immersive at all.expecially for 2020 game.look at the games that i came from.the sound for that games was complete awesome for their age.and yeah weapons skins are horrid bleh.they look like those 70s fridges.

    the characters seems balanced for this concept.the only problem is that some characters are more fun to play like the others.again pushing the class system in certain boring meta.off compet or on.maybe with more heores this will be not as a issue.or maybe not at all since we knew some of riot disguisting practices becouse heroes monetization.

    maps are ok but i spot some weakness in map design.someone in that map development team has a wierd fetish for doors,gates,corner,corridors.it was not so evident on the close beta maps but the new map ASCENT oooh boy.WTF is this riot?pushing gameplay into more randomnes with those instances?corners,gates etc?you know that compet FPS shooter should be about contfrontation?
    do you start to make safespaces for players?i guess i cant call valorant a compet fps game then.

    graphics and animations are ok.not so many complains there.the characters could be more alive.but that is a minor thing.

    vanguard.what a junk is it.an anticheat that obviously doesnt work.crashes your fresh install pc and maybe spies on you.great to use this as a marketing tool riot.what a mess.nothing else better to say.

    so when we count these things together we got this
    a game that you better even not install(vanguard)
    a game that has very randomized shooter mechanics(sprays,hitpoints,damage,meta)
    a game with very mediocre sounds,graphics,heores(now),meta
    we get a game that is kinda boring to watch and this will not attract people to watch this.which means there will be no sponsors for this.and riot will need to cash their popularity with this title from their own pockets.like activision-blizzard did with OW.and look at that game also.i bet my ass you will see this in declined viewership on twitch soon.

    I enjoyed the game! One of the frustrating parts of the game currently is matchmaking, with a clear lack of players that can play together as a team, but that's in part to the game just having been released and new players not understanding maps, characters, gun mechanics, etc. This will get better with time.

    In my opinion it's way more fun to play than csgo. I love the characters' unique abilities and voiceovers. I hope the content keeps rolling out with more and more maps and characters. I hope the game stays alive for a long time.

    Super solid servers and FPS gunplay is top tier abilities are pretty balanced. Played over a hundred hours in beta and the changes they made to split plus the new map and mode are great. Definitely gonna be my new main game for a very long time

    Played in the Beta and still do. While this game certainly has it's flaws, I have hope that Riot will continue to support the game and do regular updates to fix bugs and other issues. The gun play is very fun coming from a CS background. People are giving it a negative score for being too similar to CSGO which for me is what makes me enjoy it. It has problems with readability and intuitiveness. Over time, you begin to understand it and it becomes very understandable and intuitive, but for beginners, both in this game and in games in general, it will be very difficult to understand it. For me Valorant is seen as long-lived, because I knows Riot games they will be engaged in the development of both the game itself and the things associated with it.

    Pretty fun game, great for improving your aim. The game in patch 1.0 has some minor bugs but nothing that affects gameplay that much.

    128 tick servers and decent hit registration ,much lower ping for uk players.
    They basically fixed all the QOL problem's that i got sick of after 1000's of hours on csgo. Most of the bad reviews are from hardware banned cheaters or salty csgo players.     The game has taken what was good about CSGO, left out what was bad, and built on top of the good to create a refreshing new look at the tac-shooter genre. It is an absolute pleasure to play. I haven't been this excited for a game since Halo 2 way back in the day. Keep up the great work, Riot Games!

I played The Beta and i have fun 24hrs playing i have fun win or lose i have fun, i experience people who cheated that time i played the anti cheat is working rather than other game that their anti cheat is useless that you make your self that this game is full respond and good anti-cheat software. then people respond the anti cheat of valorant have something like that, something like this! they are the people who are cheating that they cheat is not working or who are creating the cheat system, The other people who have files i can say that you make put your files in the external software or a file drive the cost it is not the problem if you have something you want to hide rather than complaining anti cheat. Come on People! think wisely complaining is not the solution action is the best way for all of it.

Valorant the skin are worth it have animation because it is a game not a real life weapon, that is 10/10 i love the people (developer) who work the skin! are very talented and catchy for the eye and costumer(player) who want have want good gifts for they life!.     Best game I've played in years. I am an avid CS GO player with a background in OW as well and find this to be the most enjoyable and hooking game I've played in my entire life. The game has room to improve, with the addition of maps and agents, but I have no doubt those are coming. For now it is a great game that makes you want to grind and improve.     feels great the gun play is awesome. This fps is very unique with its abilities and the map design the fact you use your abilities as utilities and not as something to kill in my opinion improves skill cap you need to think more than other fps games.

One thing I do have to note is the limited map pool, can't wait for more new maps.     The best FPS I have ever played. I think PPL that are crying here cuz the dnt know how a good FPS should look like. It is a bit buggy but devs are doing great job fixing them as soon as it is possible and it just started so I think it is normal. And they are listening to advices not like some other FPS devs do.

    Valorant is a new take on the tactical shooter genre that Counter Strike spawned, it has a class system with at the moment of launch 11 characters called "Agents" which all have a very focused ability kit and an attitude that matches their gameplay, and although comparing it with Overwatch because of the class system is extremely shallow, comparing it with CS isn't, it's got the same main plant/defuse game mode and similar although differently balanced shooting mechanics, while in Counter Strike the recoils kick harder and have no randomness when standing still, in valorant they kick lighter and go a bit random horizontally when you spray for too long, making the gunplay reward better positioning and short burts of speed peeking at the right times instead of just rewarding muscle memory/pure recoil control. Overall it's a really deep game with an absurdly high skill ceiling and great opportunity for both showing off your individual skill and destroying with pure teamplay.

    For pros and cons:
    Pros;
    -VERY tight and satisfying gunplay
    -Very diverse weapon arsenal, every single weapon has it's own place and situation except for maybe the Bulldog which is a midrange weapon with less than satisfying headshot damage, there's no "X weapon is just like Y weapon but better"
    -Although the numbers could use tuning, the agent kits themselves are well realized and have a really concise goal in mind as to what that agent's job is
    -The agents themelves are all cool looking, different and with personalities that fit their gameplay fantasy
    -The maps themselves are absolutely clean a completely devoid of any visual or physical clutter, from a competitive standpoint that's great
    -Riot Games has been very receptive to community feedback and has also communicated a lot back to the playerbase
    -Music is great, UI design is great, skins are on the expensive side but nothing crazy, also no gambling

    One con, but a REALLY big one, though it can be addressed with updates post-launch;
    -Map design for the beta maps is pretty bland, there's not much room for creative rotations and the spawn sites have been done very lazily probably because the walls pre-round exist, fighting on the bomb sites is fun though.
    Ascent (the new map) is way more of a step up, an all-round well designed map with multiple paths for rotations, but it feels a little small.
    Because of the compressed map design, a lot of the fights in most maps feel like they happen in close corridors, which can also make some Agent abilities feel overly punishing/frustrating due to how hard/easily they can hit you. And about frustrating gameplay, wall penetration has to be addressed because some wallbangs feel way too cheesy, you can shoot through most walls and also through corners if you get the angle right, and although that CAN be a nice skill expression tool, you can still get heavily damaged by players who are just spraying and praying at random walls, so wall penetration should be a great balancing priority due to the cheapness-sourced frustration it causes but the crazy gamesense showcases high level players will give if wall penetration is balanced in the future.

    An absolutely great game who's only problems can easily be solved with patches and Riot has shown that, at least with this game, they've been good at taking and answering community feedback in meaningful ways.    … Expand

    Valorant is a very good move forward from CS:GO, the bright color pallet and the simple yet intuitive graphics along with the solid gameplay makes it very addictive and fun to play.

    There is definitely room to grow and improve/balance the game but overall it's a very good game that everyone should play (If they are into hyper competitive and tactical shooters that is).

    I've been playing Valorant since closed beta start and i absolutely enjoyed it. Me and my friends have played almost every day and haven't met a single cheater of critical bug. I recommend it to you. It's free, so why not to try?

    Valorant belongs to a group of e-sports known as tactical shooters, focusing on gunplay, tactics, economy and teamwork.
    It is fantastically compelling as a team experience, but is not reccomended if you have nobody else to play it with.
    The game is only going to get better as time goes on, and I'm sure that even with all this purile review bombing it will continue to grow and strengthen the entire tactical shooter genre of e-sports.    … Expand

    Valorant takes a lot of the great mechanics from CS and streamlines them. Simple changes to the game like hold to scope instead of the clunky CS mechanics, bunnyhopping that isn't just random, spraying mechanics being standardized across all weapons to remove the memorization aspect, showing your minimum money for next round, etc, etc all make the game so much more enojoyable to play without taking away anything from the skillcap. My favorite part about Valorant has to be the abilities, unlike CS, utility lineups are not an unnecessary barrier to entry. That's not to say there aren't any no big brain lineups you can use, there certainly are, they just aren't basically a requirement to play like CS. In CS I would avoid playing maps until I'd spent hours and hours in training practicing my utility lineups.

    In Valorant, if you want to smoke off a choke point it's as easy as clicking it on the map or controlling exactly where you want to place the smoke. This is so much better imo because it keeps all the skill of knowing when and where to use your utliity, but removes the huge barrier to entry of needing to memorize an insane number of precise lineups just to be able to use your utiliity where you want it from where you are. If you're a fan of tactical shooters, I would say Valorant is a must-play.

    The game is not without some issues, but throughout the beta the dev team has proven to me that they are committed to this game. It is so refreshing to see a dev team that actually responds to the community and constantly gives updates about what they are working on and their plans for the future rather than the PR crap we see from every AAA company nowadays. Right now there are some issues with the servers, likely because of the huge influx of players for release. However, I can say when the servers aren't overloaded, the game is smooth as can be with 128 tick servers and low ping from almost anywhere. Riot has made it clear that they are committed to optimizing their game through both server and local optimizations, so I have no doubt that they will fix any issues that arise.    … Expand

For a non CS player, this game is better for you than CS, being an 8hr CS player, that's my conclusion. Cs is all about camping and checking for corners or prefire, while Valorant is about thinking if Overwatch Hanzo has wasted all of his utility to enter site without being noticed. The game isn't perfect, but admit it, is and improvement from CS while not being CS, and that fact is what all this criticism is about. CS is a unique game, valorant takes CS formula and improves it to make it more dinamic and more interesting to watch. Go try it, i recommend the game 100%… Expand

    Though it's true that this game had issues during launch, the gameplay is amazing, graphics are excellent, and the overall concept is amazing. I am truly captivated by what the developers have created and I look forward to playing this game for a long time to come.

This means you should not expect the casual crappy no skill gameplay you would find in cod, battlefield, or any console game. This is not a movement-based game like quake, fortnite, or TF2. This game is designed to be heavy on GUNPLAY and UTILITY USAGE. As an avid player of Counterstrike:Global Offensive, a Faceit level 7 and Global Elite Matchmaking rank, I believe that VALORANT improves on every aspect that CSGO was lacking. It kept the same fundamental high skill gunplay mechanics yet it got rid of the boring tactics as of the limited utility usage. CSGO has only 4 pieces of useful utility and that results in very two dimentional and repetitive games where aim and execution of fixed tactics is the main factor on whether you win or lose. VALORANT has many agents, each with 4 pieces of unique utility. This will ensure that the meta is always evolving and gameplay is always fresh. And a bonus for higher elo players, the basic servers are 128 tick servers resulting in amazing responsiveness. Just a reminder that this is an esports title. Those looking for good graphics, rng based gunplay such as battlefield or fortnite, a toxic environment full of dropshotting 12 year olds do not have a place in this game. If you are on metacritic and writing a negative review on a esport title not having graphics on par with Witcher 3, get lost… Expand

    I don't even play valorant but i hate review bombings so im giving a 10, because in reality for what i saw and what my friends tell me, its a really nice game, not a ripoff of CSGO, it has new fun mechanics. the only problem is the balancing, but the game has 3 days, just give it time.

Also the server sucks for most South East Asian players, since it prioritize Japan server and Chinese server instead of giving us an option to select for a certain server.

    Gunplay is satisfying, however, hitreg issues make the game somewhat unplayable.
    Anticheat decreases the performance of other games but can easily be disabled. You will,however, need to restart your PC to play Valorant again. Best part is that it works. If a cheater is detected the match gets canceled and the cheater is hardware banned.
    If not for the hitreg issues and rare fps drops, I'd give this game a 10. It is worth playing if you enjoyed CS or Overwatch.    … Expand

Боюсь расстроить, но нет. Я отказываюсь поддерживать игру, в которой нет абсолютно ничего своего: персонажи унылые куски картона и внешне, и способностями, которые взяты по большей части из других игр без каких-либо попыток сделать хотя б что-то немного другое даже визуально, дизайн карт также уныл и вообще никак не запоминается, сама концепция игры полностью скопирована без попыток хотя бы сделать ее немного другой, пушки тоже не заслуга создателей и имеют аналоги в CG:GO (вернее первоисточники). Если проще выразиться, то это клон другой игры, которую лишь немного изменили и доработали. И это ужасно. Риоты имеют огромное количество денег и у них приличное количество сотрудников, но создаётся ощущение, что там все напрочь ленивые и являются творческими импотентами, не способными к созданию реально чего-то своего. Зато вот монетизировать свои облики, на которые, видимо, и уходят все силы, они умеют. Поздравляю, Риоты! Поддержка у вас отличная, но вот с воображением ужасно туго. Это не игра. Это продукт, который вообще непонятно за счет чего должен понравится. Геймплей? Взят из другой игры почти полностью, но еще более унылый и решён динамики от слова совсем. Героями? Единственное существенное отличие от CS:GO также было сделано на отвали: герои внешне слишком просты, их внешность лишена интересных деталей, которые бы что-то о нем говорили или дополняли образ, про способности уже поговорили. Новизной? Если клон игры, которая уже давным-давно вышла, можно назвать новинкой, то да. Поддержкой Риотов? Да. Да, да и еще раз да. Это по сути единственный фактор, который манит к себе игроков: перейти из игры, на которую разработчикам уже плевать, в игру, где есть поддержка.
    Однако игра уже имеет успех. И мне от этого грустно. Вместо хорошей игры я получила очередную кальку, которую даже не пытались пропитать душой и индивидуальностью    … Expand

    With a couple hundred hours in csgo and knowing the active developers that Riot are, I dove into this game and was pleasantly surprised, although the movement is rather slow, it’s what I enjoyed as a part of csgo. The abilities are done well except for being a little overpowered in some cases. If we start at 10 and work down, I’ll give it a 9 because of the cheating problems and pretty hefty peekers advantage. Then, I’ll bump it down to an 8 because of the overpriced skins. Luckily these are just cosmetic and I have no problem not purchasing them, just would have been nice at a lower price. I would recommend that you try this game and and just know, it’s an acquired taster as are all tactical shooter.… Expand

    I agree that it shares aspects with CSGO and Overwatch, but it's also unique from them in its own way and brings a nice alternative to the table. I like that they have thought about some of the pain points of games like CSGO and provided interesting mechanics to alleviate them. Like the ability to partially defuse of the bomb, which is perfect for baiting out the defenders without having to sacrifice the risk you took to start defusing. Or the buy zone being time based not zone based, or the ability to sell weapons when you buy the wrong thing or buy up before your team decides to eco. How about the fact that your unused skills carry to the next round regardless of if you died. All of these are welcomed improvements that I feel Riot have put decent thought into what people struggled with in other games.

    The way this game is getting bashed you would think people payed money for it... complaining about petty things like the simplicity of the chosen art style, meanwhile these same people probably turn their graphics down to the lowest settings to get a competitive edge on games where it removes things like grass/bushes and debris.    … Expand

    The reviews has bee harsh on this game and i dont see the reason. It is fun to play once you get used to the mechanics of the game, as its not as fast-paced as CoD or Apex. It is obviously inspired by CS:GO, but because of the different characters and their powers, it feels fresh.

    Fantastic game, love the art style of the abilities, the game can run on almost any computer, but most importantly, its not garbage csgo.

Lighter color palettes that look great, compared to other games with super saturated and contrasted tones, beautiful textures and the abilities and effects are very simply colored, so that you know automatically what ability from what hero was used. Also the game feels less arcade than others, which is always nice nowadays. The mechanics are grrat and the game itself is super well optimized. The launch hada few issues, but this game has the right formula for a successful shooter. :)… Expand

    Valorant has a high-quality and clean release without any problems. The game will definitely please fans of the competitive FPS genre. The eSports potential of the shooter has only become established over time, and the first tournaments are already planned. However, a high entry threshold requires serious skill training. But this only makes the game more interesting.

    Overall, Valorant is a great game to play if you're a fan of first-person shooter strategy games. But it is also something that someone without experience with games like CS:GO can enjoy and pick up quickly. The Agents are, for the most part, balanced, and the planned addition of more should keep the game fresh. The overall style doesn't really land and the sound design needs to be fixed.
