    This could be a 9 if the ban system was better. for example when they kicked me and everyone because just a teammate was cheating, Not everyone just him,My second complainant Are the graphics, as of 2020 this looks pretty meh, but the fps count are pretty good so this one is passable, the rest of the game is good

    Half of these people who are complaining havent even played this game, lag is beacuse you have worse internet or computer & gunplay in my opinion is good in this game, just learn to aim or something if you have problems. You can just change your crosshair & dpi.

    Hate comes from some csgo players & a lot from fortnite players too. I mean fortnite players hate everything.

    It's simple at its best. It takes only 7.29 GB on disk while the download size is just 3.6 GB. It manages to entertain me for hours now and what do you expect more? I am from India and by the time now, the game has no server. Yet, the matchmaking is instantaneous. Sure, the graphics can be more polished and the guns and character don't mash with one another but, these probably are aIt's simple at its best.     So, since its a riot game and a competitive shooter, the community is already pretty toxic. In Beta the game worked fine for me, since release there have been laggs AND Fps Drops, especially since that last patch.
    The infamous "Network problem" symbol is my loyal companion. And neither the fps drops nor the network problems can be caused by myself. Decent PC and connection are provided.    So, since its a riot game and a competitive shooter, the community is already pretty toxic. In Beta the game worked fine for me, since release there have been laggs AND Fps Drops, especially since that last patch.

    Other than that: Unrated only sucks big time, the new game mode is annoying.

    People are so dumb that they dont understand that the character has to be slower than cs:go simply because the maps are smaller. + the game has no cheaters, different from cs:go, 128 ticks servers, nice shot reg.

    Some say it's a mix of overwatch with cs go, but honestly there's no way to compare, the game is fun to a certain extent but doesn't deliver anything new to the fps market, but the most important thing is that it's not good to shoot with the weapons just like in other popular games, just don't convince.

    I tried it as a cs:go gamer. Very nice....and no problems to play, because gameplay is similar.

    It’s not a copy of cs:go. It’s even better. Valorant is a very nice game. And you can have a lot of fun if you play with friends

    Es un muy buen juego, mi nota sería de un 8,5 pero por el ataque que ha recibido le doy el 10 para nivelar. Si quieres jugar un buen FPS táctico a día de hoy este sería el primero que recomendaría.

    When the announcement of this game was announced, the creators of the character will not have much impact in the game. Unfortunately, play this game from the beginning of her Beta, not once died only from the skills of the character, e.g. Breach

    A good game, yet it has the **** matchmaking I have ever seen. I have never EVER been in a game where I didn't win by a HUGE margin or lose by a HUGE margin. This is easily the worst matchmaking I have ever seen and it has sucked out ALL the fun in this game.

    I have played csgo for 5 years and this game feels very refreshing compared to it. The game is not for everyone but i still recommend it for anyone who likes competitive fps games.

    Valorant is the most addicting game I've played in years with silky smooth gameplay, cooperation and is fun with friends. Riot had done an amazing job at trying to compete with csgo.

    Much of these notes are clearly hateful to Overwatch and CSGO players who are feeling threatened by the potential of this game.
    It is a new game and will still go through many adjustments, but it is already an excellent game.

    Está bueno, con personajes bien diferenciados y habilidades divertidas. Aun así es un shooter, donde una bala bien apuntada será determinante. A medida que mas gente juegue se podrán equilibrar los campeones y mapas.

    Valorant is a very good game, ignore the people who give it a bad rating and say "it's boring" because they clearly did no research about what is game is, it's not a run and gun game like CoD, BF or OW, it's a tactical hyper-competitive shooter like R6S.     So, upon release of this game, I jumped in blindly. I had played CS:GO casually before, and I did recognize that the game is incredibly similar to it. However, Valorant managed to captivate me a lot more than CS:GO. Its roster of agents and roles introduced variety, and a lot more strategic placement to matches. Valorant felt fun. The cash store, only contains skins which isn't a huge lossSo, upon release of this game, I jumped in blindly. However, the experience right now, is littered with connection issues and instability. I gave it the excuse of being a new release, but to some people, I understand that it is a deal breaker. The game doesn't feel too unbalanced, but there are definitely some agents who fit better into a team than others. Guns aren't too varied in feel, but are still enjoyable to pick between. I have heard some people complain about the game being slow, but so far, that hasn't been the case for me. I've had intense matches that got me going for quite a while. Overall, I'd say the game feels like CS:GO, for sure, but it has unique aspects. The general experience could use some work. There are barely any real rewards to playing however, including the battle pass. In the free version of the Battle Pass, there are these things called Radiant/Radianite points that are used to upgrade skins to unlock VFX and things of the sort. But they are useless for a general free to play player. Most skins can't even be upgraded, the only ones that can be upgraded, are the Prime Skins. This game currently has a distinct lack of maps and gamemodes, currently depending on the Bomb Plant system, which is pretty much like CS:GO. It definitely isn't the game for players who're exclusively into fast paced gameplay all the time, but it definitely has some solid ground. As it develops, the devs are working on balance and gamemodes, which is great. But this game will take some time to match up to other titles in its genre. TLDR: It's a fun game, with good variety. Is usually slow, and strategic but can get intense. Has a lot of launch issues, like connection breaks and balance. Needs work, semi-solid start. Valorant has a bright future, if the devs manage to get there.… Expand

    I love Valorant. The game runs very well on low end systems, which is highly appreciated, and personally I love the graphics. they feel refreshing and make the game feel brighter.

    Valorant is a good game. Far from a great one. It does its job correctly, but it does not bring anything innovative to the table. FPS games were here long before and so were games with different heroes. I can see this game taking whats left from CS:GO but I don't think it is yet ready to beat the big foes such as Rainbow Six: Siege and such. Right now it needs ranked gameplay. New users need to learn how to attack bomb sites as a team using there abilities, how to defend properly, rotation timing to different positions around the map. SkilledThis games gameplay is 100% Csgo. If you don’t like the csgo game play you WILL NOT enjoy this game. I have 14 years of counter strike experience and I love this game and it’s potential. Right now it needs ranked gameplay. New users need to learn how to attack bomb sites as a team using there abilities, how to defend properly, rotation timing to different positions around the map. Skilled counter strike players will have this ability going into this game. Any other player coming from any game is at a disadvantage. I personally think every character should be able to buy a smoke and a flash bang orb. If the only characters to possess those abilities are dead and you need to take/retake a bomb site, without that utility winning the round is virtually impossible for higher tier play. I like the hitboxes and how accurate and pinpoint your shots are in comparison to Csgo, 100 times better server quality than Csgo. These ability’s put a new twist to the game. Players need to learn to communicate and work together. This is a shooter game of chess. If people do not communicate with a mic, or is not willing to work with there team to victory, don’t play this game. RANKED is needed to separate the skill gap, trolls, and rookies. FLASH ORBS and SMOKE ORBS should be able to be purchased. Otherwise defenders can’t peek certain information peeks without risking there life, and attackers cannot successfully take a bomb site if they are undermanned and the remaining characters do not possess a smoke or flash ability. Those are my notes. Amazing game. Pretty much a WAY better version of counterstrike. Overwatch users will hate the slow gameplay.… Expand

    This game is prolly a 9/10 actually but I'm gonna give it 10/10 cause all the people crying giving it 0's cause they figure out they suck ass at Counter Strike and therefore suck ass at this game and go 0-14 then start crying saying the games bad cause there complete trash and can't figure out how to aim.

    A really good FPS, the graphic style is simple, but that makes it even better. Although there are a few bugs, they get regularly patched. The gameplay is very fun. The skins are quite expensive, but the game is free to play.

All the other bad reviews are just people who dont like to see CS:GO have a rival. I can tell you that the game is fun and all the stuff about the Anticheat are somewhat true but they are exadurated.     I do not know what these 0 reviews are smoking but the game is hella fun. Not as punishing as csgo with nice bright graphics and good agents. Only complaint is how expensive skins are.

    Graphic it's not style, but for me visual style better than realistic design coz enemy have 100% contrast.
    Sound good but only shoot and foot step and sound track all other sound bad. Game play repetetative but it's team shooter it's normal. now geame release few wekk ago i think riot add history and other material but    Valorant good game with new technology and new Cybersport rules.

    It is simply a fun tactical fps, where you don't HAVE TO learn every single smoke and practice for hours just to play ranked, but, if you want you have plenty of ways to learn cool tech with characters like sova or viper.

    So fun , it's Like a blend of cs:go and Rainbow six siege with a fun aesthetic . I've only been playing it for the past 2 weeks but i can already say that'll be my main competitive game

    Valorant es un muy buen juego competitivo pero falla en cuestión de estabilidad del cliente tanto en conexión como una alta variación del ping durante la partida. (Se que el juego apenas salio de beta cerrada la cual pude probar y que poco a poco irán puliendo estos problemas).

    Fuera de eso me encanta el diseño de personajes, escenarios y skins.

    While I can appreciate the technical leaps forward for the FPS genre this game has a great many issues that have made the experience as a player extremely boring or unpleasant in many ways.
    The Good - If you have friends to play with you, you will have a better time with this game it promotes team synergy and has heavy competitive possibilities.

    The Meh - The economy and weapons system is ripped straight from CS:GO if you are used to that you will easily adapt to this.
    The Bad - This game has three main issues in my experience that hamper the ability of a casual fan of games to not be able to enjoy this one.
    Slow, this game is so very slow, your movement speed is slow, the animations are slow, the way you are rewarded for playing the game is slow, with few people playing sage permadeath is a thing so it feels like playing a stealth based single player game where you get into a really hard section and have to keep restarting again and again to the point where you just want to sprint in.
    Visually uninteresting if not ugly. There are many times in this game where I can't believe how uninteresting the environment around me is, it truly reminds me of a mobile game. If you want the basics of it imagine TF2 graphics without any of the dynamics vertical nature of it. There are boxes everywhere and it doesn't look like stripped down polished beauty it just looks really boring. Many of the characters are a mix of Overwatch and R6S ripoffs in abilities and just look like Fornite skins.
    Toxicity, like I said this isn't an issue if you have friends to play with, but if you are solo quing and you aren't great at the game you are going to have a rough time, the community is toxic as CS:GO and Overwatch and they will make you feel terrible, so you mute them and play worse because you don't get callouts, so you unmute and get berated.
    This isn't a terrible game and was clearly made with competence but I can safely say that if you aren't willing to put in a massive amount of time, have friends that are just as into it as you, and disregard what you are looking at for gameplay which is slow then I wouldn't suggest this game for you.    … Expand

    Do not listen to all the negative reviews, they are just frustrated that they are super bad at the game. Its a good game if you like tactical fps gameplay, and prefer tactical gunplay over running and gunning.

It runs smoothly just like an e-esports game should. The idea of replacing grenades with abilities is really cool. Graphics areI'm an experienced CSGO player with 3,5K hours into the game. I got tired of playing it over and over again, so when Riot announced Valorant I was hopeful that the game would bring something fresh to the e-sports scene. And frankly, I'm not disappointed. It runs smoothly just like an e-esports game should. The idea of replacing grenades with abilities is really cool. Graphics are simplistic and creative so I would also give that a thumbs up. BUT... The feeling of the guns is kinda strange ( I'm not saying it's bad, it might just be that I need to practice more), some abilities are OP as hell, movement feels like you are playing CSGO but in an electric wheelchair, and for now it doesn't make a lot of sense to play if there's no competitive mode. I hope that devs will figure out something fast or the game might die quickly.… Expand

    not bad for a cs go variant. Enjoyable characters and gameplay but some of the characters are SOOOO op it makes it hard to flourish unless you use them, so .. follow the current meta boiz.

    All Riot do was copy Overwatch and Cs:Go. Mashed them together and somehow **** it up so bad that i rather play Mighty No 9.

    I've been playing cs:go for quite a long time and when I first played Valorant I was very disappointed in the gameplay because of a few major points:

    1. The feel of the game which can be branched into two points which are. How the guns feel and how the character movement feels. when using the guns you don't feel the recoil as much as cs:go and the bullets do not sound very good. And the movement of the characters feel very slow and when this speed is used in a large map, gunfights generally take a lot longer than in other games which leads to a tiring experience.

    2. How rounds play out. In cs:go the round has phases and in overwatch the same can be said about team fights. So far when I have played valorant it's been a lot of running and gunning with no real structure to it which makes the rounds feel more repetitive.

    Just a side note: I think that the devs need to fix the economy problem in the game because it never feels like im running out of money to spend on guns.    … Expand

    You must always have the Vanguard open if it does not ask you to restart the PC. Unbalanced agents in my opinion, which makes the game long without being able to balance the teams

    over hyped, game was fun at the start but now its just getting dull. every new update is just tweaks to characters and sometimes map changes, nothing interesting at all. hit reg is weird and ping problems are a thing, game play feels a bit clunky and when you get a a kill it doesn't feel like an award

The banning system is as bad as the game itself with me encountering at least one hacker a day. The match making claims to be skilled based matchmaking yet I verse plats and diamonds after I lose 4 games in a row. I was hyped about his games release and was happy to play it but it was at about day 3 that I realized the recoil with AR's are horrendous and the mechanics are bad, but in the end I shouldn't expect much more from a game that took to great games (CSGO/Overwatch) and put them together and what looks like a mobile game company could do better.… Expand

    At the beggining i started enjoying this game a lot. But after playing a lot of hours i have ended hating it. Very toxic players in every match and the matchmaking is completely broken, unless you play with your friends its a very frustrating game. Last 10 matches lost 2-13 moreless

And no I'm not a csgo fanboy because i hate that game too, but it still feels many times better than valorant. And if you play for it's agents and abilities, just play overwatch.     Now that the game has been fully-released and has been out for around a month, I can try to give my best critique. The art style does not look good. It isn't very contrasting with characters, it's like the art director forgot everything they used to make the amazing Team Fortress 2 art style and barely tried to replicate it. The gameplay is decent overall, but whenever you play, it always feels like "Did I forget to do something in the same setup we do every single round?" and if you did, it just makes the game so much harder. But, most of the professional players do that, with a few risky mixups on the setup which help keep the streams/video slightly more entertaining on the new tactic they did, but almost every single time it fails, and they go back to the original tactic which is boring. The next bad thing is the maps, people have talked about this and how it is so cluttered, unfun to play, repetitive, and how awkward the fights are. Exaltedjoss27 made a good video on it titled "The Real Reason Why Valorant Isn't as Fun as CS:GO" which I'd recommend many people should watch if they want to criticize the game and its messy maps. Another thing is the ranked matchmaking, I am not a competitive person so I will be taking other people's words for this, is that it is really easy to get to the highest rank, and how the game is a lot more casual than CS:GO with abilities, the repetitiveness, the slow-paced, spread out gameplay, the map design, the more luck-based gun accuracy, which somewhat ruins the experience, even though it was made for eSports. One of the biggest offenders of the game is the anti-cheat. Honestly, I don't mind a slightly more intrusive anti-cheat as long as it prevents cheating much better, as the new CS:GO anti-cheat system does work somewhat well, with the trust factor feature and scanning for cheat names and other possible software which helps. There is no such feature in the Valorant anti-cheat (Vanguard) that shows that it has caught anything or that there is such thing as a trust factor, but there have been very few cheaters in Valorant encountered, and when it detects the cheaters it stops them, but unfortunately also stopping the entire game. The anti-cheat isn't bad, it's just that many people find it too intrusive, and if you have the anti-cheat installed and Riot gets hacked (which definitely is a low chance but can still happen) your computer as a high chance of being screwed. I don't completely hate Valorant, so I will be giving off some good things of the game which might hook you in to keep the overhyped player base. The jingle when you kill someone is satisfying, which honestly now that I think of it sounds pretty dumb, but it is a lot more satisfying and gives you a good adrenaline rush and rewards the player for getting a kill, which does make the game more casual, but it's still nice. I like how there are characters and that they aren't just nobody, as in the counter strike games, and this is debatable. After all, then the game is more casual because everyone has different things, some are better on specific maps, some are just better than other characters in general, you get it. Another thing I thought good of Valorant was some of the new things they added to the "Search and Destroy" gamemode, like how if you defuse past 50% and cancel out if someone is going to peek and kill you, you can stop and kill them and save some time to defuse the spike (the name for C4 in the game) and possibly even win the round with the saved time, and that it's easier to peek corners with abilities. The game runs well on low-end computers which is also pretty good, not much to say about that though. There isn't much of the game that is good as almost everything is not memorable or it has already been done better, it's just more or less a mediocre bootleg of CS:GO and CS:S combined. It's honestly a decent game if it was still in beta, but Riot just wanted to milk off the current quarantine by fully releasing it to everyone.… Expand

    Does Valorant have more pros? Yes, of course. I'm going to list them in a more clean arrangement with a small description of each pro.

    PROS:
    - It's a funny, fast-paced and addictive FPS.
    - Many say that Valorant it's a competitive game. It is correct but I want to add that "Competitive Mode" is just one of the three modes available at the time I'm writing this review (the other ones are "Unrated" and "Spike Rush").
    - Unlocking certain items by playing a lot the game IS possible, like the Raze's unique pistol skin "Pistoleira" that can't be bought with real money / virtual currency (which isn't a lot, but looking at how lootboxes and micro-transactions are becoming more and more common... It's worth adding this).
    - Heroes are all different and have unique abilities. Also, they are all viable and fun to play.
    - The game runs also on old and weak setups.

    But then why I'm giving Valorant a 5?
    Let's imagine a scenario where Riot didn't make this game, but an indie developer with small knowledge on how marketing and various other things work in the game industry.
    In that case, I would have rated Valorant an 8 out of 10.
    So, what lowered the score so much? Riot, of course, with their awful management and terrible marketing.

    So, now I'm making another section for Cons that will take every point of the Pros section and analyze the errors made by Riot.

    CONS:
    - Yes, it's a fast paced and funny FPS, but I think that the amount of guns in the game... Is kinda low.
    - "Competitive mode" which was already present in the beta wasn't in the official release (I don't know the reason) and required one month to be implemented again (the "Competitive Mode" update is infamous in the Valorant community for the damages that caused to the gameplay, adding glitches and ruining the experience of the game.)
    - Yeah, you can get some skins by playing the game but... What if you want to buy a skin? Well, you have two choices:
    1) BUYING A SKIN PACK: A skin for each gun in the game, a title and a spray (usually changes but this is the standard) costs circa 100€ where I live
    2) BUYING SKINS SEPARATELY: A single skin can usually cost between 10 and 20€
    I don't need to tell you that these prices are too high, in fact, rarely you find players that have these skins.
    - Heroes are all unique and blah-blah-blah but some were/are definitely too strong and should be balanced (same goes for guns)
    - Updates are stupid (100 Mb for an Orb in "Spike Rush" and some balancing? Seriously?)
    - Logs are stupid! (They never told us some crucial information like the deactivation of the "Competitive Mode", information that could be found only on Reddit/Twitter).
    - Loading screens before matches take too much time.
    - Riot Vanguard (just this, if you know something about this game... you know why it's in cons)

    So, in a few words.
    Valorant is a fun experience, I advise trying it solo or with a friend but it has a lot of potential that, at the moment, doesn't get expressed.
    If I could vote in fractional numbers, I would give this game: 5.5    … Expand

And the simple answer isn't just get good cause everyone dies now and again. Valorant is a great game made for a very specific crowd, and that's it's main problem and it still hasn't been shown that this issue can ever be solved.… Expand

    Honestly an amazing game, its an upgrade to CSGO in almost or every single way, but its a new game so you will expect some unbalanced things and maps that need to be retouched to be "simpler". currently valorant is going through an "OP" meta where everyone is using the sniper since its really strong in this game but it should be good once its nerfed.

Another major critic is the map design and the mm. I feel like the maps could be so much better, with more details, cover and so on.

    Game has improved since launch and it has really separated its self from counter strike. The agents all add so much to the game and the map design is just as good as CS:GO, would recommend to anyone with a pc as it is easy to run.

    I love valorant but most of the reviews are really biased because of CS:GO. Most people play two games then say the game is bad but once you play and get decent the game becomes extremely fun. This game gets extremely fun when you are in a 1v5 and your Adrenalin starts pumping and you ace. THIS GAME IS GREAT

    It is an enjoyable and innovating game , however, the map design is really bad, which suddenly kills the "fast-paced" part of the game. The maps also feel way too "Defender-sided". There are also some really common glitches and bugs that Riot Games fails to address.

    2.) The gunplay also. Again it is not the best but it's hard to learn how to one tap headshot someone that I depend on spraying a lot of times and it is not going well.

    3.) The system before you can get to ranked is also great. You need 10 wins so by the time you get those 10 wins you actually have an idea how to play the game. The rank points depend on how you fit the MMR, your performance, and if you win or lose. Even if you win but performed poorly you could only get +12 while your teammate that performed well could get +30 and even if you lose but performed well you could only get -6 but your teammates who performed poorly could get -23. It works well.

    The skill gap of the game is high. This game is gonna be the king of FPS games for years. I am really having fun learning the game right now.

    Fun competitive shooter with many interesting characters. I'm personally not a big fan of the graphics style, but the gameplay makes up for it! Definately give it a shot if you want to play a fun shooter with your friends!

    Such a fun and loveable game I had a blast when I played the game yesterday i love it.What i specificaly like is the agents in valorant, that's the best way and competitive gameplay.

    Just an empty game with terrible matchmaking, smurfs everywhere, and apparently no punishments for toxic players and leavers. Store prices for skins are STUPID high... we are talking $80 for a few skins. Cringy voice-lines, no storyline, completely unfinished and amazingly low quality for a company like riot games.

    Good First Person Shooter for 5 vs 5, the only negative is Optimization. well, if you don't pay attention to this, then the game is good

    The game looks cartoonish with slowest and the longest matches 42 mins with other problems as well. Matchmaking are nightmare in a competitive, bad agents design and abilities, game need more maps with descent level design, shop items are more expensive then new cyberpunk game , hitboxes never registered when u got clean headshots, sometimes feel like playing luck base game.

    Valorant has a high-quality and clean release without any problems. The game will definitely please fans of the competitive FPS genre. The eSports potential of the shooter has only become established over time, and the first tournaments are already planned. However, a high entry threshold requires serious skill training. But this only makes the game more interesting.

    Overall, Valorant is a great game to play if you're a fan of first-person shooter strategy games. But it is also something that someone without experience with games like CS:GO can enjoy and pick up quickly. The Agents are, for the most part, balanced, and the planned addition of more should keep the game fresh. The overall style doesn't really land and the sound design needs to be fixed.
