    Complete walkthrough took 130 hours , despite the fact that it is not linear . Replayability it strong, believe me . Addictive gameplay , good graphics , ideally prescribed dialogues and fascinating story - that's what awaits you. 50 fps at fx8120 gtx750ti 8gb an hight settings. I would recommend to buy.

    Я очень надеюсь на то что они не забросят серию ведьмака хотя им будет уже тяжело превзойти себя, но хотя бы держали планку.

    Amazing. Absolutely amazing. CDPR does PC gaming how it should be done. Free DLC, patches as soon as issues arise... I could go on and on but I think that says it all and all the details have already been covered. Kudos to you CDPR, you should all give yourselves pats on the back. The PC gaming crowd loves you all, and that's no easy feat.

    Maybe i don't write something new but its a one of the best game I ever played. On i5 and GTX 970 8 GB RAM in Ultra its really beautiful !! I travel on the horseback only to see sunset over the mountains or thunder storm in the forest. Quest are no boring and no MMO crap like in DA:I, characters are .... ehh You must see it :)

    I am already on my third play-through and still haven't got enough of it. I'm still finding new things to do, new quests, new characters etc. The game has everything a good RPG should have: a very well written story line, full living open world, loads of side quests and interesting characters. Whatever you do in the game is never the same . I really want more of this game, a lot more. ForI am already on my third play-through and still haven't got enough of it.     One of the best games I've ever played. Everything thing about it is fantastic. The visuals, sound design, music, characters, story, setting, voice acting and gameplay are all amazing. Both expansions are also incredible. A Masterpiece.

    I suspect that the Witcher 3 has set the bar for RPGs for years to come. A very polished game that is nothing short of a masterpiece. The story, gameplay, character progression, music, adventure, epic open world etc. the Witcher 3 has it all. I've not enjoyed a single player game this much since the 90's.

    -Emotions in the main quest which might cause you to break down at some point. (If you have a heart)
    -Immense dialog options which pretty much changes everything and affects everything. -Incredible open-world experience combined with beautiful city designs. - Unbelievable amount of side quests and contracts also very well done in my opinion. Plus:    It has everything a common RPG lacks.

    First off, I have been playing games since the mid 80's. I have never written a review, and I am fairly picky when it comes to games that I would recommend to someone.

    That said, this is far and away the best game I have ever played. The story, the options, the graphics (on ultra) the sounds (I was shocked at simple things in the sound), the animations... the emotion behind the story. The racial and social struggles, the politics, the invasion from outside.... All amazing.

    This is now my gold standard for which all other games will be judged. Which means I am setting myself up for much disappointment I am afraid. To CD Projekt RED I would like to say I am so amazed at the job you did with a smaller sized team and low budget (by comparison to other games this size). You all have created something beyond what can be simply called a "game".

    Melhor Rpg que já joguei, as vezes me perco explorando o mapa e observando as paisagens e esqueço completamente das quests. A história está impecavelmente envolvente os monstros, pessoas, locações tudo é absurdo e fantástico nesse jogo. Com certeza irá pro meu Top 5 de melhores jogos que já joguei!!!

    One of the best RPGs I have ever played. Filled with tens of hours of adventure, action, not to mention romance. Basicly it's a perfect combination of a fantasy book with a great adventure movie and you get to choose what happens next.

    Can't stop playing this game. It's beautiful, fun, deep and interesting. I highly recommend this to anyone who has any interest in RPGs. I'm running this with an i5 4960k and 2x GTX 970s (1080p monitor) and I can run everything on and ultra though I play it at 50hz as my PC was getting a bit hot at 60hz.

    The long wait was worth it- even with my subpar GTX660 this game is still gorgeous- but that's not the most important part- the gameplay is deep, engrossing, and just damn good fun.

Skill tree has a lot of skills to unlock but to bad you can only chose a few. I played it for 4 weeks and it never glitched and i did not yet completed the story mode for 4 weeks. So my final summary.

    Gonna make this easy. If you don't own this game, buy it, and if you own it enjoy every little moment there is to enjoy in this masterpiece of a game. This game has every quality a epic RPG has to have: great characters, interesting story, big world to explore, fun combat, good character progression.

    I come from reading the books and playing the previous 2 games, so this one had a particular importance for me. It didn't disappoint me at all and gave a deserved ending to this great story.     Don't know what else to say. They made a masterpiece. I clocked at around 120 hours, finished all quests and left out only the "?" in the sea of Skellige.

    Negative sides? Personally just 2:
    - Controls sometimes are a bit clunky (horse controls, cliffs,etc.) - I guess this is the price to pay for making an Open world game for the 1st time CD Project
    - World is very grim and dark, maybe a bit too much?

    To conclude: it's a must have. I'll jump straight into the DLC!    … Expand

    GOTY. the world of Skyrim, meets the combat of dark souls, meets the progression system of Shadow of Mordor. The only problem I have with this game is that it doesn't have a suicidal difficulty setting.

    Witcher 3 is most likely the best game of 2015 with detailed dialogues, excellent voice acting, and stunning graphics. The combat has also improved a lot since Witcher 2. Each choice you make in a quest (both primary and secondary) effect the rest of the game.

    I just finished playin all three parts in a row. gave every game an applause when the credits stars roll down.
    Never before i was so stuck to a game like i was to the witcher (espacially the third). If you love middle aged settings and memoriable charackters -go for this series!

Staying true and honest to what they believe, and putting a huuuuuge emphasis on consumer satisfaction, the hardcore gamers who are behind CDPR achieved what is to me, the best PC gameI created a Metacritic account just to give a positive review for this game.     This game really deserve 10/10 graphics are awesome scenario is awesome combat is fun not perfect but it's ok.

    Expect small bugs and annoying things game is awesome one of a best games ever for sure

    Main story and characters detailed and well processed even side quests are awesome , open world kinda empty treasure hunt etc. boring so game play time max. 100 hours but worth every minute

The combat system is complex, one can clearly see how much thought has been put into it. And I have to say that all those "DLCs" are not worth mentioning and could've been integrated into the game in the release. Lastly: Mods, there is of course not a large modding community as there is for Skyrim but at least there are mods, which will however not have such a great impact on the series as this is apparently the last Witcher.… Expand

    Finally a game that has toped all others for me as an open world RPG experience. Thrilling story with great choices that really reflect your output on the storyline and characters, really fun combat and well balanced leveling development.
    Congratulations to the entire development team and thank you for coming up with this masterpiece. 10/10 would play and love every second of it.

    I just finished the game. Like 10 minutes ago. After approx. 200 hours of Playtime.
    After playing a huge load of 3rd person RPGs (Elder Scrolls Series, Gothic Series, Mass Effect Series, Risen Series etc.) I have to say, this game is one of the best RPGs I ever played.     After playing a huge load of 3rd person RPGs (Elder Scrolls Series, Gothic Series, Mass Effect Series, Risen Series etc.) I have to say, this game is one of the best RPGs I ever played. Everything was so well elaborated, speaking not only of the story begging to be filmed, but also the fighting system (played the game on hardest mode from the beginning, never was too easy, never too nail biting.), the looks, the environment, everything.

About 100 hours in I thought I had the pace of the game nailed and was starting to get a bit bored, then it changed, dramatically. That's as close to a good movie experience as I can think of, except that it's not a movie and every choice matters.

    There are a heap of hero games out there, and to some extent this falls into that genre. But the story is one that is subtle and complex. It's one you can talk to your partner about (cautiously), because it has depth. It made me laugh and occasionally a tear was shed. I can't tell you another game that had that effect.

    I think this is the game by which all other RPG's should be measured. I am still stunned by what an independent studio has achieved. Go CD PROJECT RED!!!

    If you are remotely interested in role playing type pc games, buy this, play this and then use it as the standard by which all others should be judged.

    I have played most of the big-ticket RPG games in the past few years and this is one without equal. I want CDPR to make more, I want to know what Geralt does next, but the series is over with this one. Don't miss it.

    very nice RPG games. A lot of details and great story. Smooth combat control, various monsters and enemies, unexpected plot twist. Decision you make in the game can cause immediate effect or end game effect. So be wary of your decisions.

    The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is the RPG that we have always deserved. It took me a good 150+ hours to finish all of it, and it was probably one of the best 150+ hours I have ever spent.

    This game is a MASTERPIECE. The dedication and love given to this game by the developer can be seen clear. Would recommend to everyone who likes an RPG fantasy games. CDPR not even an AAA studio but produce much better games than the other huge companies. EA and UBISOFT should be ashamed.

    In comparison to Witcher 2, the main story here is actually pretty unsophisticated and straightforward. However, it is so well written that it is extremely enjoyable. Additionally, the side missions and witcher contracts have great detail and fun.

    What really makes this game great is the writing and characters. All of your favorite characters return with the introduction of Ciri who you immediately like. It’s the depth and details given to these characters that create these remarkable interactions with Geralt and the player. The writing is stellar and creates the suspension of disbelief that you need to get into this world.

    Gameplay:

    I felt that the gameplay here, besides the UI, was largely unchanged from Witcher 2. The biggest change is the UI and it’s a huge improvement as menus and screens are easy to navigate. I thought that loading in this game was almost non-existent, it was great! I could start the game and bam within a minute I was playing. I rarely encountered any bugs as well.

    My only complaint is that combat is still a little clunky. Sometimes you can find yourself just swinging your sword wildly all over at the air or there is a delay in dodging or rolling. Combat is still fun, but it may be the weakest part of this game especially since it does nothing new.

    Graphics/Sound:

    Crazy beautiful; the environment is absolutely stunning! You can easily get lost traveling/exploring which is the best part of an open world RPG.

    I loved all of the music, but as with some other games that have amazing music, can we please hear it more often!? Sometimes I am out roaming the hills and a tune would be nice.

    Conclusion:

    Overall this is was/is one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had playing an RPG. The characters, graphics, lore, music, and story are all fantastic. This is definitely a new benchmark for all RPG’s. If you enjoy adventure, RPG, or just video games in general, this is a must own.    … Expand

    This is very good RPG. I loved this game every moment. The story is very strong. The characters animation is very realistic. The landscape is amazing, likes an oilpainting. I very liked the quests including the sidequests, these are all creative. in my opinion there is only one mistike in this game, riding on the horse. The horse controll is really bad.

    I cannot express how great this game is in this whole review. The graphics, are amazing, probably pushing the PS4's limits, even though it looks better on the PC. The game-play, is great, sword fighting and using signs just blend perfectly together in combat, making it an immersive experience.     Great game, great graphics. People who complain about it being slow obviously have a bad computer. This game ran like a beast, and had the most indepth i've ever seen. The gameplay needs some smoothening, but it's still fun nonetheless. The dark atmosphere gave the game a great new meaning. Only part I didn't like was the boring Velen, and White Orchard chapters.

    Incredible RPG. MY favourite game of all time by far. Beautiful graphics with a massive open world. The combat is a ton of fun and can be very challenging. The story is what will really grab you though, exciting and compelling and the side quests are very interesting as well, not your typical lame side quests.

    The Witcher 3, is not my favorite genre and within the genre I prefer the more open, less pre-made protagonist driven style (Skyrim). Having said that, when I first started the game I was floored, It looks amazing it's just beautiful, and I don't even have a top of the line GPU.
    The music is great and fits the game world well.     The music is great and fits the game world well. The combat, I love it, because I play games in the hardest settings that I'm allowed to, and as I quickly learned this isn't a button masher, there's some thought before engaging in a fight, I'm used to bruteforcing or exploiting my way into fights with powerful enemies in games, but this game kicked my butt, and I loved every second of it. It made me think like a witcher and by the time I was high level I could recognize an enemy type just by looking at it, and I would prepare accordingly.
    The story is well told and theres a good balance of humor and scary moments, even some really good parts where I didn't even know who was the bad guy or if anyone was good or bad at all, was it me??

    This game is by far my favourite open world RPG game. It has stunning visuals and an amazing story, which I am not even half way though yet even after 40 hours, but thing is with this game is it has so much content and you can go at what ever pace you want. I have been mainly doing witcher contracts, side quests and leveling up. The only flaws I can think about this game is that theThis game is by far my favourite open world RPG game.     Trumping the entirety of nostalgia from my childhood, this game earns it's place as one of the best I've ever played. Something like this can only be described as an absolute gem, carved by loving and dedicated developers. It's value only really appreciated by those who understand how rare something like this is.     This game is definitely worth the Money, im just amazed by the Game - can't stop playing it. The only bad thing about the Game is that it's not that well optimized for Pc i guess. Barely reaching a permanent fps drops free gameplay with a gtx 980... i hope there will be some performance fixes soon-ish. Maybe it's related to nvidia itself - but who knows.

The story, characters, and setting are just incredible and lifelike, this game really pulled me into its world. A single playthrough will take you about 70-80 hours if you rush, and can easily break 100 hours if you explore everything. CD Projekt Red are my    Pros:

    CD Projekt Red are my favorite developer right now, for good reason. Not just for the quality work they've done with the Witcher series but also because of their business practices. They continued to support the game by releasing free DLC which included new armor sets, hair/facial hair options, outfits for other NPCs, weaponry, AND new quests. All that for free, in this day and age? It's wonderful. In addition, they are releasing 2 expansion packs. Actual expansion packs with new locations, characters, storylines, and so many more hours of content. They really lift my spirits when seemingly almost every other developer/publisher wants to just defecate out a game, and support it for a limited time with paid DLC.

    Cons:

    The only downside to this game that I see most people complain about is the combat. I can understand why, it is sort of basic. You're essentially limited to swords (although there are axes, their stats are almost always outclassed by Witcher swords) and the crossbows are more of a tool to stumble enemies/bring down flying enemies. But there are some other ways to make combat more interesting. Witcher signs (spells) that you can cast, and potions to collect and craft. All in all it was good enough for me.

    Other Thoughts:

    I highly recommend this game. I enjoyed this game so much that I regret getting it for free via an Nvidia promotion, but I will definitely be buying the GOTY edition when it comes out.    … Expand

    The best RPG of its generation, this game is the new measuring stick when it comes to RPG game design. The base game is an amazing experience and the DLC is made with same level of care and polish as the main game.

    A beautiful open world game with immersive role-playing and completely ear-gasmic sound effects and voice acting. CD Projekt Red knows what a genuine sequel is and The Witcher 3 amazingly shows that to everyone.

    The Witcher 3 is the best game I have ever played. Advantages : an open world , music and the sounds and dubbing , excellent storyline. Cons: bugs and glitchs .

    Developers took everything to next level. I just finished Heart of Stone. What an amazing story and side quests.
    It took me over 200 hours to complete main storyline and 28 hours to finish heart of stone. It is a truly amazing experience. I can say how much I love this game. I purchased it both    Witcher 3 is amazing. It is the best game for me this year. Nothing can come eve close to it.

    The Witcher 3 says no to all of this - it's a great game with a fully realized setting, it's a joy to play, the business model behind it treats its customers like human beings, and it delivers a story that finally hits the tone of the books.

    I've made it pretty clear that it's hardly a flawless game, but that doesn't change the fact that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is something pretty bloody special and you should absolutely play it.
