    Once again, huge disappointment from the "professional critique".
    88 on this game is probably the biggest lie of the decade.
    I haven't played such a cold, empty and souless game in a while. Leaving aside the bugs (which as a bethesda game we all know their technical level is sub 0, and this game is no exception) everything feels so cheap and rushed. -General gameplay goes from empty    Once again, huge disappointment from the "professional critique".

    I haven't played such a cold, empty and souless game in a while. Leaving aside the bugs (which as a bethesda game we all know their technical level is sub 0, and this game is no exception) everything feels so cheap and rushed.

    -General gameplay goes from empty interactions, amateur and dull voice acting, terrible NPC's and facial features/expressions that reminds me of oblivion.

    -Completely outdate engine. New gen you said? The game can barely run on high end hardware, and its filled with artifacts, noise and pollution.

    -Maps are empty, repetitive and pale... and obviously no vehicle so you wouldn't realize how empty they are as quick.

    -Whoever the f made the gun play never played a shooter in their life.

    -Loading screens EVERYWHERE.

    -The AI is probably the worst AI i've ever seen, no exageration.

    200+m budget game, i wanna know exactly where that money went because on hiring talented people and investing in resources and technology for sure not. Just to think this is 8 points away from BG3 is ATROCIOUS and a big disrespect to the gaming market, developers and players.    … Expand

    Boring, repetitive, and shallow RPG that prioritizes lots and lots of quantity while sacrificing all quality. Not worth your time at all, if you want a real RPG just go play baldurs gate. They literally took a 10+ year old Skyrim engine and put it in space, and acted like it was the next big thing lmao this game is a massive letdown

    As a huge bethesda fan all I can say is I am so very disappointed... All the things that where promised where either overhyped or outright lies. It sucks because honestly while their is memes about Todd Howard with skyrim and such these things where not really lies in my eyes but more excitement towards the little things, but I feel like this time Todd lied big...     One of the worst games I’ve ever played, the load times are absolutely horrendous and the open worlds are dead and the A.I is so stupid. The loading screens are the worst I’ve ever seen, just about anything you involves a loading screen it’s like the game came from the PS3/360 era. Collapse

    За Cyberpunk 2077 извинились и более-менее исправили игру. За No Man’s Sky извинились и исправили. Исходя из того, что сказал Тодд «это не оптимизация плохая, а ваше железо старое», игрой, которая похожа на ранний доступ, заниматься не будут. А всё из-за культа Тодда, которые приняли игру со всеми её недостатками и радостно согласились доделать игру модами.    Культ хомячков убил Starfield

    Worst BGS game, even worse than Fallout 76. Is like No mans sky but with Bethesda´s common bugs and design. Campaign is meh but space exporation is a joke.

    Wow... playing this game is like watching paint dry. I don't understand how the managed to make the start or the game so boring. The AI is straight up awful, they are still using NPC models from skyrim, they always give you creepy looks when you walk by. It's also basically a loading screen simulator, I don't understand how no mans sky can have seamless space travel in 2016 and one of theWow... playing this game is like watching paint dry.     Technical state of this game is in a bad condition. Poor main quest, copy pasted planets, horrible NPCs in towns, enemy sponges. And on top of that marketing lies about cosmic adventure and space, there is no space, here space is just a mission hub with a mini game.

    The game is full of bugs. I encountered at least 10 bugs or so in my first 2 hours game play. NPCs are as bad as they always were in any Bethesda game, and they literally look as bad as in Fallout. Jumping NPCs or porting through walls happening everywhere. Doors which wont open.

    Inventory system is a total MESS and not easy to use.

    loading... loading .... loading ... fast travel ... loading .... fast travel ... loading. No Mans Sky did this so much better years ago.

    This game is a loading and inventory management simulator with terrible outdated graphics, terrible performance, full of bugs, no innovation, no content and just gets super boring super fast.

    Does the game get better while you play? Totally not.

    Is there hope the game becomes better through the mod community? Maybe. But that totally is not a good thing, especially not if you pay $100 for a 2023 AAA title.

    It is basically a Fallout 4 mod in space.

Sure, if by "side quests" you mean a never-ending list of repetitive tasks that make you question your life choices. The AI? Still as baffling as ever. Enemies that sometimes just stand there, letting you shoot them point-blank, or allies who become obstacles in narrow hallways.

    Graphics? Well, they're typical Bethesda – sometimes breathtakingly beautiful, but often marred by janky animations and the odd graphical glitch that catapults you into the stratosphere.

    Their crafting system, while expansive, feels tacked on and unnecessarily convoluted, like they're trying to give the illusion of depth where there isn’t any. And let's not forget the lore inconsistencies that would make any long-time fan scratch their head in confusion.

    In conclusion, it's the same old Bethesda experience - vast yet shallow, ambitious yet buggy. One day, I hope they’ll surprise me, but today is not that day.    … Expand

    Ведь игру делает никто иной а великий! Тодд Говард и теперь ему в этом поможет Филарет ведь у мелкософт чит на деньги. Я так и знал что выйдет типичное беседко хрючево, на искалеченном временем движке Морровинда 2001 года.

    Чтоб выкатить такое УГ, надо было очень сильно постараться!
    анимации редкостное дерьмо, ИИ тупой, импакта нет, ганплей тоже вышел за дверь, локализации на русский нет мир пластмассовый и дубовый.
    Один чёс маргетинговый Фила и Тодда со всех щелей, одни заявления Тодда про то что это Некст Ген игра чего стоят, не считая остальных заявлений клоунов из беседки.
    диалоги плоское уг, сюжет туда же.
    Куча пустых планет с камнями и контентом ctrl+c ctrl+v оптимизации нет, ещё и куча багов.
    Учитывая что мелкософт это некий говномидас в индустрии, то не удивительно что на выходе будут выходить такие кривые помои как Старфилд пополняя ряды Redfall.    … Expand

    Degradation of bethesda right into your face. Comparing to the previous games - there is NOTHING better or even different in there with the same problems, bugs, lack of optimization etc. Better play modded Skyrim or Fallout.

    I'd say this is a typical Bethesda game but at this point AAA games are usually just some soulless hot garbage only made to make as much money as possible, they even outsourced the game to some no name studios to cut the budget. Peak capitalism i guess.

    There's a lot of flaws in space in Starfield. But that does not prevent me from exploring our galaxy again and again.

    I fell in love with Starfield. It's my cup of sci-fi and I can't wait to spend the next thirty, fifty, maybe seventy hours here. I enjoy the exploration, the shootouts, the art style, the ship building, and the diverse worlds. I gratefully acknowledge the good optimization and the absence of major bugs. But I can't overlook the flaws. There are bad animations, ugly faces and repetitive moments.[Issue#329]

    In a year dominated by sequels to franchise favorites, there was a hope that Starfield would carve its own path to success. While the team at Bethesda should be commended for taking such a big swing, there’s no denying that the game doesn’t feel like a cohesive work. Maybe continued support and future sequels will make something more meaningful out of a work that is clearly deeply enamored with both science fiction and space exploration. Unforunately, this first launch has had far more mixed results than desired.
