Only a few hours into the game and I'm already in love with it. The bigges feature in TWW2 is its artstyle: the way Daedalic blends 2D and 3D is something I've never seen before. It definitely feels like the future of 2D, and I'm sure many other titles in the future will use that awesome technique.

So far, I'm loving the story and the characters are charming, despite the general dark tone. Everything's amazing!

Five Word Review: Pretty, short, and enjoyable adventure.
Favorite Thing: It has a nice graphical style and I really like the character design. The lack of an inventory, and carrying around dozen of items, also needs to be commended.
Least Favorite Thing: The basis of the story is the exact same as the previous game; shatter the mirror. Date Completed: 2017-05-24 Playtime: ~ 5h

Beautiful graphics, charming story, frustration-free gameplay.
I dislike point & click adventure games that make you hunt for a pixel or combine everything in your inventory with everything else. In Silence, the game gives you plenty of environmental clues, textual clues, as well as pointing out which objects in the environment are interactable. I'm sure the point & click purists will

I'm sure the point & click purists will complain about 'dumbing it down', but there's a reason that kind of gameplay is not popular anymore. Overall, highly enjoyable few hours!

A visually stunning adventure with top-of-the-line animation, adorablity and a pleasantly smooth gameplay experience that encourages you to broaden your mind. I was disappointed though in a few precious plot holes.

With an ending guaranteed to trigger a lump in your throat, Silence is totally worth making noise about. [Jan 2017, p.80]

I would compare Silence to The Night of the Rabbit or Harvey’s New Eyes, which means it’s decent but lacks quite a bit to be superb. [01/2017, p.48]

Silence will catch you at first, but then it left you disappointed because the puzzles are too easy and the story is unable to keep the pace. [Issue #270]
