the game has an okay creative i feel there is a lacking in blocks and also vertical slabs more building options and every block can be a slant or slab like terraria blocks with a hammer the survival is lacking with next to no difficulty with the ender dragon being so easy just no challenge

Somewhat overated as a game .
It gained lots of attention from Youtubers and other forms of social media .
The game gets repetitive and boring even though new updates are rolled out .
It is a decent and fun game but it isn't exactly as great as may make it out to be .

Minecraft is a very simple game,it is relaxing and entertaining. In the previous versions, ot wasn't so much enteresting, but now, with the "Caves and cliffs upadate"it is amazing. Can't deny the fact it's a well developed game that delivers on what it promises, but it's overhyped, the content is not that deep and basically it's just a sandbox survival...

Don't get too stuck on this game kids, finish your homework.

I'm gonna be honest here, I have a friend addicted to the game and he made me buy the game.
Overall I'm not that disapointed since it has a big library of options of what to do but my friend only wanted to play hypixel.
the game is pretty damn nice in my opinion but not really my style since even tho the gameplay is really good, the graphics for me "personaly" are not apiling . this

this game is recommanded for the people who wanna get creative with stuff mainly, also recommanded for people who like building, PVP, mods and open world but not really recommanded toward the people who like a lot of action, run n' gun and shooting games basically. also it's also not for people who like story games like uncharted

    Minecraft has everything.
It's a very creative open world where you can do whatever you want.
There is a lot of content and you can spend countless hours exploring, mining and creating. But my biggest problem with the game is that it's a survival game where you have to focus on taking care of yourself, making it repetitive and tedious. Overall, it's just a good game, almost everyone can

This game is fun and all, but it starting to get competitive, boring with lack of updates, and toxic due to the Minecraft community.

I WOULD give this game a 10, I really would. Its my most played game of all time and I've been playing it since Alpha, but oh my god. The recent updates are so poorly optimized its hilarious. My PC can run games like Elden Ring max settings flawlessly 60 fps, but the second I boot up Minecraft its only hitting about 45 fps, requiring me to install additional mods like Optifine or Sodium .I WOULD give this game a 10, I really would. Fun game if you have fun playing in servers, but I personally don't enjoy them too much. In terms of story mode, the game gets incredibly boring after playing for a couple of hours with friends on an SMP.

One of the landmark games for sure. Ultimately its great just cause what it does is so unique and enables so many different creations.

The actual game design is very limited and requires mods to be properly enjoyable.

For instance the game world is massive but everything you need can be found in one mine... And villages are not particularly useful either.

    The OST is absolutely brilliant.

minecraft is a creative idea with alot to do, but it is quite hard for it to stand on itself. it always relies on player created servers, mods, gamemodes and builds. its really fun to do a creative world from time to time but it isnt all that interesting. building in creative really sparks up ideas but its obviously quite linear since everything is a cube, or atleast only has cube shapesminecraft is a creative idea with alot to do, but it is quite hard for it to stand on itself. it always relies on player created servers, mods, gamemodes and builds. its really fun to do a creative world from time to time but it isnt all that interesting. building in creative really sparks up ideas but its obviously quite linear since everything is a cube, or atleast only has cube shapes within it. but overall it is a pretty good game but it is not much fun alone. i like to pop it in from time to time but it aint much to talk about if it isnt about a content creator or a gamemode. It’s really fun but recently it has suffered from lack of developer creativity. Every time a new update gets announced I’m really excited but then it turns out they took a year to add camels into the game. Like camels are cool but can you add something that actually improves the gameplay for once

All of which seem prehistoric compared to modern games. If you are looking for enjoyment, it is in the building. That is where this game soars. It's awesome to build castles and mines, but I wish it hadn't strayed so much. I blame Notch's laziness. Notch slowed his updates to a crawl once he got rich and started vacationing most of the time. Minecon's high ticket price makes me think that it was for-profit and it make it harder to respect the MineCraft game/company. So, overall, MineCraft ended up as a messy, unfinished game with strange elements, but being creative can lead to lots of fun. You just have to come up with the creativity yourself. Expand

It is a fine game as itself, definitely fun with friends, but there were many features promised that were not delivered (NPCs actually doing something, leveling system finished and actually doing something, etc). The main point of this game is to build stuff (being anything honestly), which is fine as itself, but there is a survival aspect that we cannot forget. As much as I would love to just keep writing on and on about the actual flaws, I just implore you guys to watch the review I was talking about earlier, it brings up every point I was going to bring up anyways. It's fun enough, but I'm being nice considering that if this game was not in beta the whole time and was released with no one having any idea what to expect, they would have found a really **** game. The long beta and popularity base saved this game, not the game itself. And even then, the beta didn't help fix that it was an incomplete game that was released anyways. Expand

The 1.0 version of the indie phenomena is still obviously unfinished and flawed in many ways, but it's so easy to forget that when you're building your dream castle, exploring scary caves and vast mountain ranges and having a great time in its blocky world.
