    i mean minecraft is a very good and creative game but at some point it just gets boring and somewhat repetitive, sure its fun but after a while you just get really bored of it. also the new updates from 1.16.5 are just worse

    Minecraft used to be so fun and I feel it just sucks now I hate the new textures The new way to play the game. The caves for me while looking quote on quote "pretty" I hate. The end is the only thing I feel comfortable with in this game now. The changes to biomes switching meaning all those funny memes are now outdated.     It's great fun and gameplay wise one of if not the best. In terms of modifications it's the most expandable game. User friendly and quick to learn. Two things: It's skyblock was ruined by OP Skyblock and survival isn't difficult without other players.

    I have over 10.000 hours in this game since alpha, but since the new 1.19.1 release i can no longer make myself play it, the ridiculous new report system is broken, unnecessary, a disgrace and a disappointment, they have completely failed their community and i can no longer support it both in fear of doing something that could get my account banned.

    Having spent 7 out of 21 years of my life with this game, I won't be able to express my feelings towards this game in a review. If you're one of the few who hasn't played Minecraft yet, first of all, why?.. And second of all, go play it. It changed my life and numerous people's lives.

    The best creative outled ever in gaming. Building is endlessly fun and playing with friends is allways a pleasure. The soundtrack is great and the game is very relaxing and healing. You cannot get tired of this game and once you fall in love with a world it will stay forever expandable and explorable

    A great game to play with friends and other people from all around the world. I myself love the game and have over 1500 hours in it. It is simple, it is fun, it is the perfect sandbox game I love to play and loved to play through the last 5 or so years.

    But it gets only 2/10 because of how ungrateful Microsoft is and for the new 1.19 "report" button, which is the worst feature ever    A great game to play with friends and other people from all around the world. I myself love the game and have over 1500 hours in it. It is simple, it is fun, it is the perfect sandbox game I love to play and loved to play through the last 5 or so years.

    But it gets only 2/10 because of how ungrateful Microsoft is and for the new 1.19 "report" button, which is the worst feature ever added and Microsoft refused to remove it. Now you may be thinking: ,,well, Silverfish zero zero three, you suck, second thing, it is to prevent online predators and bad people from reaching to small children". To that I will say good point, but not really the greatest. Back in 1.15 or so, trying to access multiplayer menu would show a screen, directly warning the players of content unsupervised by Mojang or Microsoft. When the player clicked on continue, they were aware of the risks (and parents were as well as kids). And now they care if their tiny Steve is playing on a server that he joined completely by accident, and it happens to be a server where everyone speaks freely and uses some... let's just say... "extreme" words. So Steve, scared of what they see, is going to press the panic report button, ultimately ending the fun for all players, just because of one kid joining by accident, into a community they did not belong to at all. This feature is extremely bad for servers without any behavior regulations such as 2b2t. If I wanted to play on a server where everyone speaks 18+ stuff, I should have the right to do so and not being spied on by Microsoft. This feature can also be used to ban people you don't like, so report bombing is going to be a thing such as OptiFine cape bombing used to be back in the day. Plus servers now cannot make their own rules, because Microsoft now stated shared rules across all servers this very hideous way, pointing a huge middle finger at all players. Server owners and administrators were always moderating their servers by themselves, and it HAS to be like that, because moderating a server is fun (I was a helper on one server before and I enjoyed it)! Microsoft is destroying everything!!!    … Expand

Oh wait no, no you did not listen to the community, you ignored us. This game used to be great, now Mojang has committed themselves to ignoring their fans, DO NOT BUY. Stay away from this game, that is all.

    Minecraft is such a GREAT game, probably the best of all times, years pass and people still play it, sure sometimes y stop playing it but then revisit it later, THERE IS SO MUCH TO DO! I love the game and have been playing it for years, the best open world/sand box games, its also the only game I have bought multiple teams (like 5 times or more maybe) its just that good!

    Not only is it an all time classic but Mojang just keep adding **** to the point where 11 years after full release and we’re still getting plenty of welcome additions to the game. The soundtrack has always been regarded as one of the best of all time and it continues to meet those standards with every expansion. Entertaining combat, heartbreaking story; well worth anyones money.

    If u do some changes dont ruin it like Nokia and dont force to use like IE or Edge. Google is usually better because simple the best in one thing do the same with Minecraft. I dont see any benefit from migration for players. Safety is no reason, maybe even opposite. U maybe just want to migrate it to MS Store. Firstly fix and rebuild MS/Xbox store its very bad. Only maybe Origin is worse but with new storage/secret system u are.

    Standard game 2/10. Java edition + mods 10/10. Windows edition 4/10.

    Java edition: not perfect but 10/10 for hundred of chillout hours. Without mods game is too poor.
    Few mods :
    a) graphic mods - i cant find better looking game with voxel open world with them (today my favourite are ZalyWarm and SeusRenewed) and textures packs (favourite Patrix or without parallax conquest reforged)
    b) mods changing rules: Pokecube or Pixelmon - catching pokemons, hack and slash mods, building and managing city, industrial/automation mods, immersive railroad
    c) universal mods like cutting trees with single block, other terrain generators, rope bridges,...

    My suggestions for development (for better chillout):
    0) Some new chillout/survival mode
    a) There could be option/mode when could hire or train some guardians with survival zombie mode. Zombie free zones with some walls, enough soldiers. No zombie just some medival war mode. Improving village security guards could be some reason to play.
    b) villager automated mines even without digging by them. Could hire workers simillar as guards. Villagers usually doesnt do anything (sometimes they farm). There there is no some village center or controls.
    c) option to make weapon/tools unbreakable or some better repair points/villagers/methods some good economy with it.
    d) companions which could be killed (maybe only with some new "chillout survival mode")

    Windows edition: bought only for RTX card. Too much vanilla. RTX could been good but still had many bugs. There is big problem with textures and customizing.
    Worlds to purchase are filled with someones creations but should been blank page option.
    Cannot mix features or its too hard. (Maybe its good for children or less to bugs, but store could get more money for selling features like: train systems, furniture, working with every map and minecraft version.)    … Expand

    singleplayer gets repetitive quickly if you aren't the type of person good at finding your own goals, but the multiplayer server experience is very fun and is the reason i've played for a while.

    Nobody should be surprised by this assessment. This game is in a class of its own. I grew up with this game and am still with it despite the passage of time. Maybe I don't like Microsoft's recent moves, but the game still deserves such a rating.

    It's a very creative open world where you can do whatever you want.
    There is a lot of content and you can spend countless hours exploring, mining and creating. But my biggest problem with the game is that it's a survival game where you have to focus on taking care of yourself, making it repetitive and tedious.     Fun game if you have fun playing in servers, but I personally don't enjoy them too much. In terms of story mode, the game gets incredibly boring after playing for a couple of hours with friends on an SMP.

    Simply, Minecraft just doesn't hit the standards needed anymore. It was the first of its genre, after all.
    We have Terraria's arsenal of unique items to take out each boss with. Then we have Minecraft's stat ups and single required boss. We have No Man's Sky's immersive galaxies with tons to do. Then we have Minecraft's lack of atmosphere and not as    I give Minecraft a Child's Toy Box/10

My PC can run games like Elden Ring max settings flawlessly 60 fps, but the second I boot up Minecraft its only hitting about 45 fps, requiring me to install additional mods like Optifine or Sodium .I WOULD give this game a 10, I really would. Its my most played game of all time and I've been playing it since Alpha, but oh my god. The recent updates are so poorly optimized its hilarious.     i realy enjoy this game and like this. but when microsoft came and **** up the game from head to toe, I couldn't take it anymore. recently I decided to remember the times and play minecraft, but when I went into the launcher, they poked mud in my face and said that you either do 7 circles of hell with linking your mojang account to your microsoft account, or go **** yourself.     An amazing game where you can get your creativity out no matter the age.
    I've built large cities back in the days adding my own scripts mods etc. but nowadays there are so many cool mods as well as already in-game mechanics that I'd recommend this game to anyone.

Even though updates are made once every 1/2 years the game keeps you hooked. I've had tons of worlds and played for hours on servers with my friends.     But the game is something incredible.

    The game feels like a true open world where I can do literally anything I feel like. This game is best when played with friend when you can explore biomes together and survive together. I play around 400 hours of minecraft and I still have too many things that I don't know. the difficulty is perfect it makes you feel weak when under equiped and powerful when you grind for those diamonds.The game feels like a true open world where I can do literally anything I feel like.     A wonderful computer indie game in the genre of sandbox, which very well develops the imagination of players. The game is very simple, but people like it. All players love games where you can build anything you want. Create your own farm, beautiful house, castle, city, etc. Minecraft is truly something incredible in the world of games.

    A game that marked a generation. Loads of fun exploring and building alone or with your friends. Many great updates that are free of charge that keep expanding the game with excellent ideas. Still a lot of unknown potential to discover gameplay and graphic wise, the only limitation being imagination.

The idea of one hidden boss and one main boss is a very good idea, the ways to get the items needed for it is just "Hey!!! Go in this funny portal for these yellow rods!!!     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Minecraft ist für mich persönlich eine 10/10 weil ich das Spiel für mich immer wieder neu entdeckt habe. Zu aller erst der Singleplayer. Es macht sehr Spaß mit null anzufangen und stück für stück weiter zu kommen. Es macht einen eigentlich immer glücklich wenn man ein Projekt abgeschlossen hat. Sei es eine neue bessere Spitzhacke zu bekommen. Oder ein Haus gebaut zu haben. Hinzu kommt das es auch noch den Kreartiv modus gibt wo man fast alles erschaffen kann wie man möchte. Dann kam bei mir der Multiplayer. Der quasi einfach das normale Spiel ist. Aber das man mit Freunden zusammen Häuser bauen kann und Projekte zu ende bringen kann. Dan gibt es noch Server die Minecraft nur als Grundgerüst nehmen um eigene Spiele in Minecraft zu entwickeln. Bekannte bei spiele sind da Gomme oder Hypixel.
    Dazu gibt es noch Mods. Und in Minecraft lassen sich mit Mods wirklich eigene sachen machen. Und nicht wie in anderen Spielen nur bereits im spiel enthatene sachen zu verändern.
    Die negativ Punkte würde ich mall die Grafik nenne aber das kann man auch mit Mods ändern.(Shader, Texturenpakete)    … Expand

    This game started the open sandbox genre. Is still one of the best video games ever made. I even love to play the online multiplayer with friends and build weird things.

    Одна из лучших игр в которую я играл , поставил бы 10/10 но оптимизация на новых версиях хромает . Это смесь всех игр (почти) потому что есть возможность моддинга , хочешь фентези сборку сделай , хочешь - индустриальную .     Minecraft ist einfach das beste Spiel was ich kenne!!! Jeder der auch nur irgendwann einmal etwas gespielt hat kennt auf jeden Fall Minecraft! Ich hoffe wirklich dass es Minecraft noch in 100 Jahren gibt :D.

    I honestly love Minecraft! However a game that does not work gets 0 points in my book. And as sad as it is Minecraft does not work anymore.

    The reason is that they changed the login system from the good old Mojang login to the M$ login. I created a M$ account a few years ago when they offered the free Windows 10 edition. So I tryed to migrate to that one. However I was unabel to login    I honestly love Minecraft! However a game that does not work gets 0 points in my book. And as sad as it is Minecraft does not work anymore.

So I tryed to migrate to that one. However I was unabel to login to that one. Apearently I was banned for breakung some rules. I never used that account and I was never informed on my mail adress of that ban. And they have not told me the reason. So the first thing is, that they offer to unlock the account if you offer them my sms capebel phone number to send a code to. Tryed that but it does not take my phone numer. Why? No idea. Next try, Microfoft support: Ups that does not work since you need a working Microsoft account. What yours is banned? To bad for you. So I tryed Mojang support. After all its there Product. After they had no support for my native language (german) I ended up with the english support in person of Moxie Delmazzio. She strate up refused to help me and send me back to the Microsoft support website. After that I tryed to get a phone number. after some persistance I found one. However it ended with me getting told (by an automated system) to go back to the support website and request a call back. Guess what you need to request a call back? A working Microsoft account. What was my problem in the first place? A not working microsoft account.

    So in effect I no longer have a working game. And an other big bad Microsoft related expirience on top of those with Games for Windows Live.

    So thanks to Mojang for that totally unneeded and unwanted change, that ruind one of my faforit games for me. That was so unnessesary. And it makes me sad and angry at the same tme.    … Expand

    Eu amo Minecraft, mas quero muito que a Microsoft queime no inferno. O jogo marcou minha infância. No caso eu jogo até hoje ,_, . Minecraft pocket edition foi muito bom de se jogar, melhor que a porcaria chamada de bedrock que temos atualmente.

The gameplay is very lackluster and mining with a shovel does not work very well (how do you make a pickacks) Also they havent added macaroni and sheese so i cant relly enjoy it.     Best survival game ever made no competitors. Incredible creative block design and builds safe for children to enjoy and learn and also has some great gameplay. This IS the survival experience there isn`t anything better. I think Notch made the game very well but Microsoft and Mojang really did good on the updates. One of the rarer games that is CONSTANTLY updated without break.

    Minecraft is a one of the best sandbox open world video games I’ve ever played, in Minecraft’s world allow players to explore the world and find resources to upgrade your character and your base to survive day by day with simple features that make player understand the mechanics and object of the game easily furthermore, there are 3 modes for your game choice to feel different, likeMinecraft is a one of the best sandbox open world video games I’ve ever played, in Minecraft’s world allow players to explore the world and find resources to upgrade your character and your base to survive day by day with simple features that make player understand the mechanics and object of the game easily furthermore, there are 3 modes for your game choice to feel different, like survival mode players can die unlimited then respawn from a spawn point to get the stuff back, hardcore mode which is the most difficult mode because if players die, they will not respawn that means you need to be carefully for decision to do something, and creative mode in this mode players able to do anything in fly mode and there’s no health bar to worry about dying, but be aware you can die by fall into the void under the bedrock block. If you want to gain more experience, Minecraft has a multiplayer option that you can play with friends or playing in server to make new friends and there are a lot of fun things to do. And also you can use mod(Add-on) from community to make you single player different than the original version. For me Minecraft is not just a game for play, but it’s a place where I learned a lot of things from there to improve myself in study, friends, and new abilities. Let me tell you about my most memorable experience with this game: Minecraft taught me to read when I was a child by reading chat in multiplayer servers, and everything about me has improved since then. So I hope my review might be useful for gamers who haven’t played Minecraft yet to see it by yourself why this game is a masterpiece that you should play and never miss out.… Expand

    The 1.0 version of the indie phenomena is still obviously unfinished and flawed in many ways, but it's so easy to forget that when you're building your dream castle, exploring scary caves and vast mountain ranges and having a great time in its blocky world.
