    This is really insulting.
    There's mods that do better job than this "definitive" editions. Countless bugs, dependency on the launcher, they don't even care that you don't have access. Rockstar is following up Activision Blizzard approach and clearly not giving a single **** about their customers.
    Do not buy. Download earlier versions and use available mods, they're MUCH better than this.

    Feels like a very unfinished and clearly untested product. The games constantly crash randomly (even on console), making it impossible to progress throughout the game. The character faces look strange. Controls are still as bad as the original versions.     The only real fun that comes with these games is the mechanics from the original versions. Other than that, the remasters are incredibly **** and you should play the OGs instead. The character models are horrendous, and bugs are everywhere.

    This games were clearly rushed and quality definitely was not in their best interest. Youre better off with the classic and find some graphic mods most of them are better than what you see in the remaster. They didnt even bother editing the animations based on changed graphics so they look very janky, just shows how little they actually cared about making this    So where do i even begin....

    So I bought this game, expecting bugs but a good enough experience for the price. I was in it less than 45 mins before the launcher went down, and I experience bad rain, falling through floors, freezes, invisible barriers by the bridge! You could not put into words how bad this game was! My pc is 11700k, 16gb dual channel 3200mhz ram, and a 3070ti, all installed on Samsung m.2 nvme, soSo I bought this game, expecting bugs but a good enough experience for the price. For a long time, moderation from Rockstar killed all sorts of modifications, starting from the simplest, in the form of models, and ending with cooler ones, for example, Underground.     - This is all in order to show your remaster better, and make a profit from it. But in this way, the company has only disgraced itself as a major game developer. It would be better to recruit people who develop modifications than people who did "it" in a new wrapper. And aren't you ashamed to ask for $60 for this? There are a huge number of modifications that have been made on the GTA 5 engine. Why didn't you use these paths? These are amazing modifications that break the brain (in the sense that graphics, physics, and so on are simply amazing). However, I repeat, you have blocked all these modifications and modmakers with the help of lawsuits, or their threats.     This is purely a review of the gta sa remaster.

    I was already afraid of gta sa being a remaster of the ps3/xbox version and sadly i was right. So many elements are dumbed down like the gym. You cant fly out of the map and you see a white line when you reach the end of the map. There are so many bugs and might be even more then the original one like invisible bridges. but hey at least    This is purely a review of the gta sa remaster.

Все что было сделано - натянули напрямую текстурки улучшенные на модельки которые даже не удосужились сделать менее угловатыми. Это можно назвать любительским модом но не игрой за ЧЕТЫРЕ ТЫСЯЧИ РУБЛЕЙ. Багов стало только больше, модели главных героев как из Фортнайта,Эта игра ужасна. Я понимаю , отличия ремастера и ремейка.     It is hard to judge this game fairly. If we would want to compare it to other remasters, we would see that unlike Warcraft III: Reforged it didn't cripple the game for existing owners. It is hard for new players to buy it, but if you have the old versions, you can still play those. And unlike the remaster of Diablo II it didn't intentionally ruin characters, enemies, the world. So, it isIt is hard to judge this game fairly. If we would want to compare it to other remasters, we would see that unlike Warcraft III: Reforged it didn't cripple the game for existing owners. It is hard for new players to buy it, but if you have the old versions, you can still play those. And unlike the remaster of Diablo II it didn't intentionally ruin characters, enemies, the world. So, it is better than Blizzard junk, but it is certainly worse than many other remasters (such as Mafia Definitive Editions). It is also very expensive for the very little value it promises even if it would be fixed.

    Mistakes can be made, so even if I can hate the amateurish models, which are weaker than what you can buy from stores, what you can design with morphs, etc. in Poser or DAZ Studio, they are ugly and bad...It can happen. Bugs when they use a new engine can happen in the early days. Plenty of things can be fixed. And the foundations that came from the original games are solid. And many of the GTA games were better than plenty of "legendary junk" from other legendary developer. If the game works, you can have some fun and more compatible with new hardware. But it doesn't make The Definitive Edition acceptable.

    The problem is: The studio responsible for Definitive Edition was already infamous for weak mobile ports. Rockstar and Take Two didn't care, and they have also forgot that this new Definitive Edition costs far more than the mobile remasters, etc. so quality issues had to be expected, and Rockstar already knew that users are angry when they cut their radio tracks.

    They had every opportunity to try to get new licenses for old tracks, also to create new tracks (by adding new stations to the game) to get the music more varied as hearing the same songs over and over can be boring. Pulling a game from market after release day, when players paid for it, started playing because some of the songs aren't licensed and they are only disabled is wrong. And it shows that Rockstar didn't want to make Definitive Edition really definitive. They wanted to cut song, they wanted the radios to be more repetitive and less interesting.

    And even if they fix the visuals, they wouldn't be better than previous mods EVEN if they do their really best. So what we have got for $60? A compatibility patch for games most of us already had. Sometimes we bought it from different platforms. Some of us have on disc versions (with a spare copy), steam versions, mobile versions, etc.    … Expand

Более того, местами кажется, что игра идёт быстрее, чем оригинал. Тайминг из-за этого теряются. Как и ощущение от качественного продукта, тут его нет.     Characters looks like they walk out from a horror movie and done by someone trying 3d modelling for first time.
    On top of that Rockstar launcher is down while the game got cracked so pirates like always have better experience than legit customers.

Загублена атмосфера, графика на уровне Лего Сити Андеркавер 2013 года и даже хуже. ГТА уже не ГТА. TakeTwo просто угробили серию, прямо как было с Мафией и другими играми(нахлынули воспоминания про EA). Вообщем отдавать за это около 4к рублей - полныйИдите куда подальше с такими ремастерами. В плане графики ещё один косяк: хорошо, что появилось объёмное небо, увеличилась дальность прорисовки, трава, текстуры. Однако, это смотрится неравномерно, при взгляде на пластилиновые модели и угловатые дороги. В общем и целом, за графику, и то, не удалось похвалить ремастер. 3 из 10… Expand

Множество модов на новые анимации, транспорт, скины, эффекты, оружие, маппинг, даже сюжет.     вердикт: ужасный инди мод в стилистике фортнайта с ужасной оптимизацией за фулл прайс.

    You had 10 years to fix the mobile releases and all you did was add more glitches and ugly models. And then ported it to consoles and PC on which IT still runs badly. That's a 0 for your work, GSG

    This is not the quality expected from Rockstar Games. The character models are a joke.
    It does have some quality-of-life improvements which is why I’m not giving this a flat out zero.
    Wardrum Studios/Grove Street Games should be ashamed of themselves.

    The worst thing that I've seen from the remasters is that it's not like Rockstar, but people doing the game without hands in the basement in the dark and all this for 55 dollars. Thx, The Rockies that missed and miraculously controlled this masterpiece and all this for 55 bucks -_-

    Never pay for a game thats $60 without actually being shown gameplay. Rockstar had no issues showing off a one minute trailer that just cutscenes, but for some reason they didnt want to show off the "modern" "new gameplay" That is a big problem in gaming. And you would think Rockstar learned from CDPR and the whole Cyberpunk fiasco.

    All Rockstar did, was take down the original games from digital store fronts before anyone else could buy them. They also shut down modders as well for some reason, even though companies like Bethesda supports the modding scene, because it keeps the games alive after people get done beating said games.

    Rockstar outsourced this to the same mobile game company who did the original iSO remasters. except that company took the mods and texture packs Rockstar had taken down, and put those into this game. They couldn't even be bothered to actually remaster these games. Rockstar literally makes millions of dollars a day from their pay 2 win games like GTA Online and Red Dead 2 Online. Dont believe me how much they make? According to a study by NetBet, GTA 5 generated about $911 million (roughly Rs 6,761 crores) in 2020. When broken down, this number comes in at about $2.5 million (roughly Rs 18.5 crores) per day! That is $1,733 (roughly Rs 1,28,600) per minute!

    They censored the games because of sensitive people, They didn't want to pay for licensing to bring back music tracks even though they have the money to do so. These are PS2 games and they drop under 20 fps......The clipping and textures popping in and out are everywhere. None of the controls are modern ether. These are literally the same games from the iPhone store that came out many years ago with just player made mods, textures and horrible lighting.

    I hope Rockstar gets the same heat back all of you gave CDPR for Cyberflop 2077.    … Expand

    300 reais num jogo onde a empresa preguiçosamente portou o jogo antigo para a unreal em 5 min e trocou os modelos dos personagens por modelos totalmente bugados e mal feitos. Total DESRESPEITO com os fãs da série!

    GTA Trilogy: Definitive Edition, is a clear case of corporate greed and how R* is about to end.
    Extremely under cooked. They paid no respect to this trilogy. The character models are worst, there are a lot bugs, the rain just makes it difficult to drive. And look at their courage, asking 60 dollars for this non sense, while the modders have been doing this for free for years.

    Sad they took the original version for this trash. Is just trash, filled with bugs, error and glitches plus a drawing distance that makes the game feels small. How they can ruin a game from the old 2000? Is just crazy. Disaster. Fix the games bro, Groove street studios sucks. Modders would’ve done a 20 times better job. Simply disaster and sad.

    Remastered is not same thing against remake. Graphics are awesome but optimization is not good at all. This is a remastered version of gta games i think it did a good job.

    Faces of characters looks so bad. At least they could make it better.
    Optimization is not okay. I got 2060 sometimes i got like 40-45 fps (1080p ultra).
    At the end of it i can say if you think this is not a new game just old gta games with new graphics then you will enjoy the game but if you want a new experience like a new gta game then you'll get disappointed.    … Expand

    I kinda like new graphic style, but San Andreas need full remake. I really thought they gonna add at least more smooth animations and hiding behind corners like in GTA V but nope. Remake San Andreas would be easy the best GTA in franchise

    This game is an embarrassment. Rockstar is stupid for hiring Grove Street Games (GSG), and GSG is stupid for accepting it. Hopefully this is not the new norm for Rockstar releases.

    But have a lots bug . We have short npcs .
    Maby should to use phone , swiming , new weapon and vehicles , and ... but we cant
    I think is shouldnt go in android , maby the graphics better and bugs fixed .

    Графика ужасна, контрастность выкрученная на максимум, лаги, зависания, отражения ужасны, цвета режут глаза даже если выключить все фильтры, персонажи ведут себя не естественно, вырезанные анимации, физика не переработанная, нет ничего хорошего так вы еще и удалили старые версии игр из доступа, спасибо!

    Rockstar dropped the ball on this remaster. The cars and other moving models look like plastic toys and the cities look like polished excrement. The contrast between the environment and the models is horrible and the list of bugs is long and obnoxious. Quality of life changes are the only redeeming part of this remaster that does no favours for fans or newcomers. Skip it until they either fix it or let the moders do their job.

    I cannot currently recommend Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition on the PC, and a lot has to happen until I do. The truth is that I've had a decent amount of fun with this remaster; part of it is based on nostalgia, and part of it is based on some ridiculous, unavoidable bugs that weren't as frequent as I'd feared. Given all of these issues and the abysmal performance of the three games on the PC, I'd stay away from the trilogy until several major updates have been released. Even then, this remaster may not be for everyone.

    Overall, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition was set up to be one of the best things for GTA fans and it failed to hit that mark. It will now be remembered as a failure to launch title but I am sure Rockstar will step in and continue to fix some items within their game world.
