    When I was a kid I remember this game being one of the bests. Thanks rockstar for totally butchering that memory. Now everytime I think of GTA San Andreas I'm gonna be reminded of this garbage you put out and sold to me for $89.99! Shame on you rockstar. And shame on me for supporting you.

    You deserve less than 0 for this BS rockstar. It's worst than the original in so many ways. It's like the soul has been ripped right out of these games. From being the conscious voice of the people to the greedy money maker you have become. All that shark card money could have been put to better use.

    While this game isn't the worst, it's disappointing that Rockstar didn't really deliver on the "Definitive" edition. It feels like a really bad mobile port of the games, and not an official Rockstar remaster. Still like playing it because it's the only way to play it on the new Xbox , and I didn't really get into GTA, But they could of done a lot of a better job then what came out. 4/10,While this game isn't the worst, it's disappointing that Rockstar didn't really deliver on the "Definitive" edition. It feels like a really bad mobile port of the games, and not an official Rockstar remaster.     The developers showed disrespect for both fans and the game itself. The graphic style destroys the whole atmosphere of the game and is made extremely poorly, a large number of bugs, low FPS, etc.

    in GTA 3 DE it is impossible to control Dodo Pitch Upward Downward thus rendering it useless.

    Но это заслуга движка. То есть, при переносе текстур из старого движка в новый - Unreal Engine по умолчанию добавил все эти плюшки.
    Далее: всё, что зависело от авторов сего "шедевра" - всё сделано отвратительно. Лица - ужасные. Анимации - их не стали менять. Продвинутая система повреждений - отсутсвует. ГГ из GTA 3 и GTA Vice City не умеют плавать. Продвинутый Ragdoll - отсутствует (однако ж моддеры даже это сумели сделать для оригинальных частей).

    Это просто кошмар - текстуры зачастую проваливаются друг в друга, модели персонажей не подогнаны под другие модели (например, в SA, когда банда садиться в машину, с передних сидений будут торчать их ноги). Руль ни в одной из игр не двигается.

    Короче, это просто отвратительно. Знаете, что ещё они сохранили из оригинала? Баги. У меня игра в оригинале зависала в некоторых моментах в бильярде (типа скрипт не срабатывал и противник не делал ход). Играю в ремастер - опа, тоже самое!

    Хорошо, что мне не пришлось покупать сеё творение за 4к, хе-хе-хе)))    … Expand

    The OG trilogy is my all time favorite games. I was hyped from the remaster (not liked the characters models, but the rest looked good) and I pre-ordered the game for the PC. Couple of hours after launch, Rockstar Games pulled the Trilogy from the launcher and even people who already downloaded the game can't play it. This is bad...

    I will preface this, by stating I did not pay for this game and boy am I glad I didn't! it's basically the mobile port (10th anniversary) with new character models and a lick of paint + rain that hurts your eyes.     Ich habe heute einen Kritik eines Renommierten deutschen Computerspiele Magazins gelesen, welches die Definitiv Edition mit Filmen verglichen hat. Gelinde gesagt ein sehr hinkender Vergleich, da es nicht vergleichbar ist. Aber dieser Vergleich auf den ich in den Folgenden Zeilen eingehen werde, hat mich    Die Kritik ist unabhängig der Aktuellen Probleme seitens Rockstar und dem Launcher!

    Ich habe heute einen Kritik eines Renommierten deutschen Computerspiele Magazins gelesen, welches die Definitiv Edition mit Filmen verglichen hat. Gelinde gesagt ein sehr hinkender Vergleich, da es nicht vergleichbar ist. Aber dieser Vergleich auf den ich in den Folgenden Zeilen eingehen werde, hat mich dazu bewegt diese schlechte 4/10 zu geben. Man kann sagen was man will, aber verglichen mit guten Filmen, die Zeitlos sind und "gut altern" sind alle GTA Spiele, die vor Teil 4 erschienen sind, wirklich schlecht gealtert. Ich denke, Rockstar dachte sich dabei, wie kann man den alten Charm der sehr beliebten Teile in neuem Gewand einem Jüngeren Publikum präsentieren? Mit einer aufgehübschten Grafik und einer etwas besseren Steuerung. Aber ist das gelungen? Die Antwort lautet nein. Klar, die Optik wurde stark aufgebohrt, aber trotz der Scharfen Texturen und der nicht Kantigen Kurven wirkt das Spiel nach wie vor Altbacken und es ist immer noch ein schlecht gealtertes Spiel in neuem Gewand. Klar, die Steuerung der Fahrzeuge ist um längen bessre als die des Originals und das neue Waffenrad ist auch nicht schlecht, aber all das ist nicht genug. Um ehrlich zu sein, sieht man hier einen sehr Lieblos hingeworfenen versuch, die alte stärke neu aufleben zu lassen. Ich möchte auch soweit gehen und sagen, dieses Lieblos dahin geworfene Spiel zeigt, dass man zu viele Ressourcen auf GTA Online verschwendet und den Kern der Serie hoffnungslos vernachlässigt.
    Eine bitte an Rockstar, schaut euch an was Hangar 13 mit der Mafia: Definitive Edition auf die Beine gestellt hat, so muss ein Remake aussehen (und ja ich sage bewusst Remake, da die GTA Definitive Edition durch den Engin Wechsel ebenfalls ein Remake ist). Bei Mafia wurde genau das gemacht, was sich die Fans wünschen ein unglaublich guten Klassiker der Videospiele Geschichte in Modernen Gewand neu aufleben zu lassen (und seien wir mal ehrlich, Mafia 1 ist genauso schlecht gealtert wie die besagten GTA Spiele)

    Mein Apell an Rockstar:

    Findet zu der alten Stärke zurück und ruht euch nicht auf euren Onlineablegern aus. Ihr habt welche der besten Singleplayer Spiele der Videospielegeschichte Programmiert und Designt, hört bitte nicht damit auf.
    Und wenn ihr schon ein Remake macht, dann macht das Remake bitte richtig und nicht so lieblos.    … Expand

Optimization is horrible, FPS drops constantly even below than 30. Zero effort from noname developers. It looks like copy and paste the original source code to Unreal Engine.     Dan Houser left over a year ago. I have had fears of Rockstar games going downhill since. Seems like those fears are coming true... Now Rockstar is now just a soulless money-grabbing company. Even taking down mods which helped improve the gameplay and graphics. I feel like they should have worked with some of the modders which made a 17-year-old game look better. U guys really fxcked up R*, I'm just glad I didn't waste my money on this abomination and purchase the original ones before its gone...     There are bugged textures left and right. There is a night and day difference in the detail in the face of the protagonists compared to any other character, and it feels incredibly out of place. There are mission bugs, particularly in VC’s Gun Runner. The frame rate is inconsistent at best, dropping the most drastically when it begins to rain. The rain is also unbearable. In GTA 3, it is just shy of impossible to see when it’s raining. They’re white streaks that cover the entire screen, being more akin to TV static than actual rain. In VC and SA, the issue doesn’t seem to be quite as intolerable, but nonetheless they are still just white streaks flying across the screen instead of something that actually resembles rain drops. You could go through the r/GTA or r/GTATrilogy for 5 minutes and spot 30 bugs players have found, which vary from immersion breaking to game breaking. There are removed songs and animations in each game, the most egregious of the animations being everything muscular CJ does now. And as far as missing songs goes, the company that made this game has amassed an unbelievable amount of wealth, and it’s nothing but laziness and greediness to not work out licensing for the ACTUAL DEFINITIVE SOUNDTRACK. The games’ audio received almost no polish. It seems the only thing actually done to change these games from what they were before is the graphical appearance. When these games were current, they were the best looking PS2 era games around. With the “Definitive” editions just released, they are still nothing more than the best looking PS2 era games. The only changes to make gameplay any smoother are the free camera, and free camera drive by controls. By today’s standards, GTA 3 is next to unplayable. Nothing about it feels good. It was a chore to complete, and it’s a game from my childhood that I have incredibly fond memories of. I even go back and play the original version once every 2 or 3 years, along with VC and SA. These games deserved improvements to make them appeal to the generation that didn’t get the chance to play them when all the hype surrounded them. Instead, we’ve gotten 3 bug ridden messes from a studio that already ruined the 10 year anniversary edition of, arguably, everybody’s favorite game, San Andreas (I prefer VC for the story, and SA for gameplay). If changes aren’t made VERY soon to fix performance issues, and eliminate the dozens of bugs players are coming across, I think the legacy of these games will be tarnished, and the reputation of all companies involved will be questioned of laziness and greed. tl;dr: It’s a rushed mess. It is incredibly apparent they needed at least another 2 months to have the games properly built. And now, instead, we’re going to have to wait and hope that they add patches that we should’ve never had to wait for in the first place.… Expand

Об углы локации можно порезаться, старые баги остались, кринжовые позы типа приседания тоже такие же убогие.     Игра говна, просто пытаются выжать деньги с фанатов и просто людей, кто вырас на этих играх. Пускай садятся и делают новую игру. Слишком им захотелось лёгких денег.

    Rockstar dropped the ball on this remaster. The cars and other moving models look like plastic toys and the cities look like polished excrement. The contrast between the environment and the models is horrible and the list of bugs is long and obnoxious. Quality of life changes are the only redeeming part of this remaster that does no favours for fans or newcomers. Skip it until they either fix it or let the moders do their job.

    I cannot currently recommend Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition on the PC, and a lot has to happen until I do. The truth is that I've had a decent amount of fun with this remaster; part of it is based on nostalgia, and part of it is based on some ridiculous, unavoidable bugs that weren't as frequent as I'd feared. Given all of these issues and the abysmal performance of the three games on the PC, I'd stay away from the trilogy until several major updates have been released. Even then, this remaster may not be for everyone.

    Overall, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition was set up to be one of the best things for GTA fans and it failed to hit that mark. It will now be remembered as a failure to launch title but I am sure Rockstar will step in and continue to fix some items within their game world.
