    Although I didn’t purchase the definitive edition, but I have classic GTASA and GTAVC in rockstar launcher, and the rockstar launcher version of the game is unplayable without downgrading to the 20 year old version, basically I have to patch it with a crack in order to play it, they are supposed to be the top, not joining EA and cdprojekt red.

    Full of bugs, monopolized on the terrible Rockstar launcher, we need updates to fix the issues and the game must be available on STEAM. Plus, removed the great original games from all stores.

    This game is awful, I got it on ps5 and within the first hour, San Andreas crashed THREE times… this game should’ve been remastered off of the original versions, not the **** 10th anniversary versions. Save yourself the money and buy the original trilogy on ps2, back them up on your PC and play them all on pcsx2.

    It's a disappointment, I played the 3 and Vice City and San Andreas has worse problems than GTA3, model and texture errors, Fortnite style leaving the 2000 versions more realistic, strange errors with explosions, kamikaze planes, sometimes I had to restart the game to replay a mission because it fails

    The only game in the trilogy that was playable. Only game in trilogy with checkpoints in the middle of missions, I liked that. The gameplay and story was good as always. The rest was horrible.     They took the mobile port (already the worst version of these games) and added off-putting, shiny, and inconsistent graphics on top. And then got them to perform worse than on mobile or 360/PS3.

    Very disappointing in regards of quality and calling this a definitive edition with a price tag of $60 is mindboggling. Asking for a refund, I better get the refund. And customer service? Why was there no alert when the games just disappeared last week, had to search for it online to realize the games had been pulled temporarily. Amazing for such a big corp.

    I was having a blast playing this game on PC for the first day, I was even defending the game saying that it was a great faithful remaster.     Even with the bugs I still was having a great time until Rockstar broke my trust and took the game I owned and paid $80 (CAD) away from me. There is no justification for taking someone's product that they paid for and making it inaccessible to them. These games are 16+ years old and don't require an internet connection so updating the games so that people cannot play the games they own and have installed on their machines has pushed me too far.

    Rockstar has always been a scummy company but has been able to garner the trust of its consumers by constantly producing quality products, but this release and the lack of any new quality products is severely damaging its brand. In total, this release may be a turning point for Rockstar as I and many others will think twice before purchasing a Rockstar product    … Expand

    Não vale nem perto do valor cobrado. Parece que simplesmente migraram a engine, pq até os bugs do game original se mantiveram. Os personagens garnharam um visual cartunizado bizarro que não combina em nada com o original. Parece que esta jogando Fortnite. Não esperava isso da Rockstar.

Ужасные модели персонажей, 8 летний ребёнок сделает лучше. Худшая оптимизация среди всех игр в которые я играл. Проблемы с запуском. Игра не стоит 5к рублей, максимум 500р.Ужасная ремастер. Стиля игры не сохранили, все 3 части выглядят как одна(даже фильтров не наложили чтобы как-то выделить отдельную часть). Море багов. Ужасные модели персонажей, 8 летний ребёнок сделает лучше.     This remaster is a joke and just a cash grab. Doing the bare minimum and stíl made a 20 year old game worse on modern consolse. The fact they hid the gameplay before launch and took down the old versions to charge full price was two fingers to consumers.

São 320 reais cobrados pelos exatos 3 jogos clássicos com muito mais bugs e funcionalidades cortadas do que nunca. Isso é uma mancha na história da Rockstar Games e dos jogos clássicos do PlayStation 2.

    It's jaw dropping that one of the richest game corporations in the world had the need to outsource, yet again, the upscalling of 3 games still beloved by the public in general. Rockstar is charging $1500, pesos, for a broken, badly optimized, bugged and lacking of any quality control or testing, beta of a final game.

    Отдали на аутсорсинг, с помощью нейросетей переработали модели, все квадратное становится круглым (даже гайка на ресторане стала круглой, ГАЙКА, КАРЛ) - получили гавнину.

    I never thought Rockstar would commit fraud but they did, I bought GTA:The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition on PC at the WAY OVERPRICED NZD 105.00. I downloaded all three games and got to play GTA 3 CELL PHONE port for 40 minutes... OH YES THIS IS A REMASTERED CELL PHONE PORT, CELL PHONE TO PC.... WHY.

    The next day Rockstar's launcher was conveniently down for 24 hours, then to make things worse Rockstar thought well lets just take the game off the people that we just frauded. The product supplied was like a overpriced Chinese knockoff.

    Rockstar has forever lost me as a customer, I am so sick and tired of all the AAA companies using Covid as an excuse for laziness, id respect the developer's if they respected me, clearly they don't and it shows in the quality of this product and the snarky twitter messages of their developers Grove Street Games.

    I'd recommend people don't buy this game till its at least $5 and even then id recommend the original games you can no longer buy.

    Also stop screwing over the community that got you where you are ROCKSTAR/Taketwo/GroveStreetGames.. This included gamers and modders, Modders fix your games something you lazy developers stopped doing years ago. Next time hire the modders they do a better job anyway.    … Expand

    You can see that the game was made by cheap Indian developers. There are a lot of bugs in the game. Inscriptions, even the rockstar logo on the map has 6 faces instead of 5 in the VC. Disgusting, get your money back.

    These games are so bad. When it rains you literally can't see. Crashes left and right and I'm not talking about vehicles. You have to use Rock*'s own absolute shi**er launcher instead of Steam. Completely un-optimized. It barely runs on a 3080 RTX. The atmosphere of the games has been totally trashed.

    Until now, Blizzard had claimed the throne as the ultimate greedy, cashgrab king with zero-effort remakes. Warcraft 3 Reforged was the brown-standard in how to f*ck over your loyal fans in an effort to squeeze ever last dollar out of a franchise. In what can be described as a herculean effort to avoid any effort at all, Rock* has done the impossible and released the lowest-quality remake of game possible.

Grove Street Games have done a terrible job and there was no quality control from Rockstar Games. Honestly, the original games with mods is better than this ****. There was one thing I could've liked - the lighting, but San Andreas looks like a toy when looking from the tallest building. You can see the whole freaking map and it breaks the illusion of a vast map. Rain stops and reverses it's direction when flying a plane at certain speed, there's none of that nostalgic orange hue/fog. The game feels dark/dim. Honestly, I was hoping the games to be rebuilt from the ground-up but these lazy ass developers and cash grabbing company didn't give a ****… Expand

    To charge 60 usd for a game in this status is a theft nothing more… amazing game but the bugs etc destroys it. If it had been 10-20 usd game then fine

    Bought it for the Nintendo Switch, here are my thoughts:

    Pros:
    - The game introduces some new features directly from GTA V, which make the game more enjoyable
    - Landscapes and cities look really cool !

    Cons:
    - Glitchy
    - Awful performance (can't even hit stable 30 fps)
    - Characters look weird/cartoonish af.

    It's just not worth it for the current price.

    You know I wouldn't have a issue with this game IF IT WAS FREE! I would simply wait for it to be patched BUT IT ISN'T! how? just HOW? Did they even test this game? I would rather buy the original versions separately rather than play this **** Oh wait that's right THEY REMOVED THOSE TOO!

    Three great games without a doubt, but poorly optimized, many bugs that do not allow me to enjoy them, it is a shame that this happens with emblematic games known for their great quality.

    Do you really want to see reviews of this dumpster fire before buying it? the game is of horrible quality, essentially a mod that ports the old games into unreal engine with very few tweaks that barely improve the experience. Please don't waste 60 euros in this dogsh#t.

    Rockstar dropped the ball on this remaster. The cars and other moving models look like plastic toys and the cities look like polished excrement. The contrast between the environment and the models is horrible and the list of bugs is long and obnoxious. Quality of life changes are the only redeeming part of this remaster that does no favours for fans or newcomers. Skip it until they either fix it or let the moders do their job.

    I cannot currently recommend Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition on the PC, and a lot has to happen until I do. The truth is that I've had a decent amount of fun with this remaster; part of it is based on nostalgia, and part of it is based on some ridiculous, unavoidable bugs that weren't as frequent as I'd feared. Given all of these issues and the abysmal performance of the three games on the PC, I'd stay away from the trilogy until several major updates have been released. Even then, this remaster may not be for everyone.

    Overall, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition was set up to be one of the best things for GTA fans and it failed to hit that mark. It will now be remembered as a failure to launch title but I am sure Rockstar will step in and continue to fix some items within their game world.
