    literally the 4th version of fc3 but the mechanics are absolute garbage. the urban setting is a ghost town and they take away the wingsuit (WTF?!). the guns stop leveling up halfway through the game. the swimming STILL sucks. randomly not letting you deploy parachute/wingsuit resulting in death is shockingly common. lack of map markers is infuriating. the top weapon mods are WORSE thanliterally the 4th version of fc3 but the mechanics are absolute garbage. the urban setting is a ghost town and they take away the wingsuit (WTF?!). the guns stop leveling up halfway through the game. the swimming STILL sucks. randomly not letting you deploy parachute/wingsuit resulting in death is shockingly common. lack of map markers is infuriating. the top weapon mods are WORSE than lower level mods?! the optimization is trash.

    Regions are divided into levels, which prevents free exploration of the world.     Это просто ужасно. Концептуально игра не изменилась со времен 3-й части, хотя нет, сейчас Ubisoft паразитирует на концепции AC Origins.
    Регионы разделены на уровни, что мешает свободному исследованию мира. Монотонная и скучная зачистка аванпостов и контрольно-пропускных пунктов, где спрятаны сундуки со снаряжением, о, прямо как в Origins, Одиссее, Валгалле, Точке останова и в множестве других их проектов в открытом мире, базируются на одной гейм концепции!!! На протяжении всех этих лет!
    Ужасные плоские персонажи которым вообще не сопереживаешь.
    УЖАСНАЯ и НЕПРИЕМЛЕМАЯ ПОВЕСТКА ПО ТИПУ - ЛГБТ+ и ТОТАЛЬНОМУ СЕКСИЗМУ но теперь по отношению к МУЖЧИНАМ. Ведь на ГЛАВНЫХ и ВТОРОСТЕПЕННЫХ ролях по большей части ЖЕНЩИНЫ. ПРОТИВНИКИ и за армии Кастельно сплошь через одного тоже ЖЕНСКОГО ПОЛА! Которые все, как одна СИЛЬНЫЕ и НЕЗАВИСИМЫЕ!

    The gameplay is good. But the mission characters are awful. So unbearable that it destroys your will to continue playing.

    A complete cluster****. A disaster further proving that Ubisoft has lost all competence. Gameplay seems like a return to form (I.e. Far Cry 3) for the first few hours. After that, it’s painfully clear that the RPG and loot grind elements only serve to make you sink more hours in this empty game. The map is filled with… filler. Far Cry 3) for the first few hours. After that, it’s painfully clear that the RPG and loot grind elements only serve to make you sink more hours in this empty game. The map is filled with… filler. The game’s only worthwhile “side quests” are the enemy outposts that are fun to take down stealthily or guns blazing. But after the first couple, that even starts to feel bland. Guns and the whole “workbench” system feel like a complete miss. It wants you to be careful in your loadout selection but does so in such a lazy manner. They make certain enemies vulnerable to certain ammo types, so you’ll have to carry 2-3 different weapons to deal with a standard outpost because you can’t switch ammo types on the go. A boring system that just feels more clunky than innovative. The environment is gorgeous and graphics look great. In terms of aesthetics, Far Cry 6 delivers one of the best looking game worlds in a far cry game. This is the game’s only saving grace, however.

    Characters are among the worst I have ever seen in a triple A title. Juan Cortez starts out interesting but is repressed by the abundance of all the woke, giddy, cartoonish characters littered all over the game. Dani (both the male and female roles) are utterly forgettable. Giancarlo Esposito’s character is fantastic but like recent entry’s in the Far Cry series, he is woefully underutilized. Story isn’t even worth discussing. Forgettable and tries to be serious despite the LGBT, politically correct cast. Seriously, how are we supposed to care about a world where a character’s relationship problems are treated (almost) as big as the main story? This appeal to being accepted by woke fanbases instead of writing a genuinely good story is nauseating. In multiple instances of dialogue, Clara and Dani go out of their way to **** on capitalism… IN A COMMUNIST DICTATORSHIP?! Are the writers immune to self awareness?

    This game is devoid of anything remotely engaging and only seeks to cash in on the Far Cry namesake while jamming woke leftist garbage down your throat. Another treasured series trashed by Ubisoft (see Assassins Creed & Ghost Recon).    … Expand

    I bought this game last week, was excited. Downloaded it and tried to run it. Perpetual black screen.
    There's not been an update to fix it, still can't start the game, still waiting for a fix. What a **** of a release and no help from Ubisoft.

Bugs are legion, there is no story, no backstory (as the "backstory" is simply a pretext to shoot pretty much indiscriminately and without consequence), no single choice have any consequence: you are railroaded throughout the game. There is no RPG element beside choosing the skin of the protagonistThis product is a joke, and quite frankly the final nail in the coffin for this franchise. Bugs are legion, there is no story, no backstory (as the "backstory" is simply a pretext to shoot pretty much indiscriminately and without consequence), no single choice have any consequence: you are railroaded throughout the game. There is no RPG element beside choosing the skin of the protagonist you are incarnating. Some elements (base building, fishing) are just a pretext to add more depth to a product which lacks significantly in this domain.     I made a mistake buying this piece of crap =( I was lured by Cuba like setting. Same old far cry 3 mechanics with ps1 enemy physics, ai and shooting mechanics. Same ol map with million of repetitive dull missions. I think AAA game development died. We have no talented game developers left....rip

You just turn your back and the whole scripted scenes like guards with prisoners respawn behind you immediately, on an isolated area. Super cheap.    It is basically a DLC for the farcry 5. Everything is the same, just more.

    Disappointment. Annoying dumb talks of guerilla members... nobody talks like this. Even in a game. Of course every game is political propaganda nowdays... this one is no different. Story does not matter that much here. Stuttering graphics on very power machine... why? It startet to be boring from the beginning... those are guerillas, they should not try to be cool all the time. What a fail!

    Running 11900K with a 3090 at 4K max settings without issues. Few collision problems where the companion gets trapped under a vehicle but that’s about it.

    The game itself was cleverly marketed using a brilliant actor to play the main antagonist based on his role in Breaking Bad. He does play an evil character well. Beyond that it was all hype just as Cyberpunk was. Ultimately it only mashes the disappointment that much more with this game.

    This felt like a complete rework of FC5 with different names and ruined with a poor unbelievable storyline. The entire game is nothing more than a left wing SJW/Woke disaster. It’s almost like they designed and wrote this game to cater to the SJW LGBTQ population and completely making every aspect of the game completely out of touch with reality. The revolution is a group of Trans LGBTQ club goers.
    The Army is more female soldiers than male making it that much more unrealistic to top it all off. This is a leftwing feminist, socialist and LGBTQ game start to finish and it really confirms that no company or franchise is safe from the pressures of the woke community. We truly live in strange times and society is becoming so overwhelmed by a minority group that is hellbent on corrupting everything to comply with a lifestyle. Television is ruined by it and now the game industry is fast becoming ruined by it as well.

    This game really is not ready for release. I'm only three hour in and its just hilarious and frustrating at the same time. The story is just ridiculous and thankfully it doesn't take itself very serious. Bugs are everywhere (like all Ubi games at launch, they really don't learn anything). No saves but just checkpoints is absurd in a 'open world' game. I can't even save before I know it'sThis game really is not ready for release. A unarmoured guard takes like 8-10 bullets from a machine gun.. What is this? An RPG?

    Far cry 3 was the pinnacle. This one is at the other end is that. The graphics need an overhaul, some of the guns are bananas and the good guy characters are horrid and just unlikeable.

Чертов лутинг без которого ты будешь бегать с де*мом вместо пушки и умирать от пары попаданий. Персонажей нет интересных, главный герой опять МСТИТ.Игра очень плохая. Импакт от стрельбы отсутсвует, как впрочем и у противников, какой то гений додумался брать игрока не грамотным геймдизайном или хорошим ии, а количеством врагов на квадратный метр.     Getting stuck in scenery

    Asset popping and draw distance is horrendous....most notable when using the phone to scope out enemy bases...you have to walk dangerously close for the character models to appear - and that running on ultra with a 3080ti.

    Using the HD texture pack and FSR causes textures in rocks to corrupt.

    Absolute mess of a game....and that's giving it some leeway for the fact that the previous games have had issues upon release.    … Expand

    Far Cry by numbers. These games are becoming routine. They have a certain amount of elements to add, standard characters to include, shallow "emotional" points, crafting, the same missions you've seen before...
    Seems they forgot to add any fun at all this time.

    Супремо использовал раза 3-4.
    Устраивать операции Los Bandidos непонятно зачем. Ресурсов и так много, апгрейды оружия ничего не стоят. 1-4 часа ожидания реального времени перед операцией, превращают их в "весёлую ферму".

    Совсем не оценил "Сильных, независимых женщин" в роли ВСЕХ командиров повстанцев, серьёзно? Женщина, женщина, женщина, женщина+транс. А если мужик в компашке есть, то он какой-то трус, типа деда на танке или радиоведущего.
    Сценаристы щедро выкашивают ряды повстанцев, особенно жалко Эль Тигре, ведь он был огонь дед.

    Концовка абсолютная гадость, которая показывает что даже без ГГ и революции, всё закончилось бы так же.
    Хуана стоило бы убить.

    Баги:
    Играл в "ubisoft connect", игра вылетела около 10 раз, пару раз отказалась запускаться потому что "Нет соединения с сервером ubisoft".
    Миссии сопровождения постоянно багуются, кто-то может стоять на месте, кто-то застрять. Сопровождаемый может свалить куда-то в сторону потому что там где-то стреляли и ему тоже хочется.
    Скрытно убив АБСОЛЮТНО всех врагов в одной части базы и перейдя в другую часть, в начале спавнятся враги которые находят трупы.
    АМИГО - постоянно где-то теряются, застревают, не атакуют, привлекают ОЧЕНЬ много внимания.

    Бесполезные механики:
    Почему БРОНЕБОЙНЫЕ не наносят урон воздушной технике? Почему я не могу убить пилота ими?
    Одежда.
    Уникальные стволы, кроме 6-зарядного гранатомёта и пистолета который перезаряжает всё твоё оружие, настоящий шлак.
    Почти невозможно убить в тело, зато в голову умирают на раз. 2500 убийств, 2100 в голову. Остальные 400 сделаны мачете, дробовиком, гранатомётом, стационарным пулемётом, танком.
    С вертолёта невозможно стрелять так же как он по тебе, прицел движется на какие-то единицы градусов.
    Уровни-ранги, появляется лишь сообщение "У торговцев Хуана появилось новое оружие", что за торговцы и что за оружие? Оружие за бабки можно купить когда построишь казарму или чёто такое на базе повстанцев, либо продолжать захватывать кпп и базы, и всё появится бесплатно.
    МИЛЛОН глушителей - барахло.

    В самом начале нам заявляют что у Кастильо 300.000 солдат, по ощущениям, на острове ВСЕХ жителей должно быть раза в 2-3 меньше чем 300к. Редкие деревни, маленькие поселения с домами в 1-2 этажа. Разве что в главном городе есть хоть какие-то многоэтажки. Но этого всего было бы недостаточно для 300к.

    Русский перевод и озвучка:
    ЗАЧЕМ?! Зачем они сделали включения таких слов как "сольдадос", "кохонес" и т.д. Почему нельзя было перевести всё сразу? Там по сюжету у людей 2 родных языка и типа второй не переводим?    … Expand

    This doesn't feel like far cry at all, i miss the crafting system that was in 3,4 and primal it made far cry unique. And making skills locked to different clothing is the biggest mistake ever, why not give skill perks like in 3,4 and 5

    I understand Far Cry games have a theme, but this series is feeling extremely repetitive. Its like the same exact story, same missions with a different theme and time period. Take out some type of drugs or crop growing in a field, take out outpost and listen to some dialogue along the way

This game is a **** hot pile of **** Do not buy any DLCs or this game. Some of these bugs may get fixed with an update but they should just fix everything in the first place before release.     Являюсь огромным поклонником Far Cry 3, так как там был прорывной геймплей для своего времени и достойный сюжет с шикарными персонажами. Far cry 4 - паразитирование на успехе третьей части, но так как кор геймплея был сохранён - на половину прохождения сил хватило. Far Cry 5, как бы это не было забавно, но я эту часть люблю наверное даже больше чем третью, так как несмотря на полнуюЯвляюсь огромным поклонником Far Cry 3, так как там был прорывной геймплей для своего времени и достойный сюжет с шикарными персонажами. Far cry 4 - паразитирование на успехе третьей части, но так как кор геймплея был сохранён - на половину прохождения сил хватило. Far Cry 5, как бы это не было забавно, но я эту часть люблю наверное даже больше чем третью, так как несмотря на полную сценарную импотенцию сценаристов, в эту игру было невероятно весело играть. Да, был донат(Ubisoft же, кмон), были спорные моменты, НО, когда ты расщитав баллистическую траекторию пули, вышибаешь бронебойным патроном пилота из кабины летящего самолёта или вертолёта - то все минусы просто теряются, в море шизонутого фана, психодел драйва и чувства что ты главный псих в этой психушке.
    Что же я могу сказать о Far Cry 6... по человечески обидно. Вот честно. Даже если не брать в расчёт сюжет (я не знаю, что за олигофрены сидят и пишут сценарий на игры Ubisoft, но я надеюсь что их карьера закончится быстро и безславно), так испоганить геймплей - это надо постараться. Такое чуство, как будто Юбики уволили всех старожилов, наняли на их место школьников с нулевым опытом в геймдеве, но которые являются максимально политически правильными и корректными, и просто отдали игру им на растерзание. Как ещё можно оправдать тут ужас, вот что привратилась игра? Что с музыкой? Что с графикой? Что с геймплеем? Чего только стоит рекламная компания которая строилась блин на петухе? И все так акцентировали на этом петухе(кстати без иронии, это единсвенные прописанный персонаж игры) внимание. В общем, свою боль я выплеснул, играть в этот кусок спагетти кода я настоятельно не рекомендую. Ах да, единственное за что я могу поставить 1 бал вместо 0 , так что то, что хотя бы стрельбу не испортили.    … Expand

    The fact that all native Italians are used to and know that Far Cry is broadcast in Italian - I have come to terms with this. But what an ugly story about sectarians and dictators.. It looks like a game of the 2000s and clones of policemen who are constantly being reborn from nowhere.. Similar missions.. XD is a game just a cheap job and nothing more... The worst episode is number 6..

    During the weekend I decided to play this game, I was hoping for a story and the game as in the previous parts, really sensible. After playing a few hours I spoiled all my mood and cursed your producer in all his mesa. And after this crap, on Monday, you think with what mood I went to work! I wish your Far cry was dead and gone and I never heard of this game series again.

The only thing that keeps you playing FC6 is the fact that you bought this precious piece of trash. Ubisoft have accomplished something incredible, they made a joke "I'd rather buy WinRAR" sound like a serious statement. FC5 was at least excitng and fun, this game is BORING.     Я играл во все части FarCry, за последнее время лучше 3ей части не выходило ничего, дальше что-то новое ощущалось в 5ой части. В пятёрке была интересная стрельба, новое оружие, возможность летать на самолётах и вертолётах, красивый сеттинг. Я купил шестую часть и продержался часов 10-15, пришлось удалить игру.     Got it for free, feel ripped off despite it being free, no wonder Ubisoft is pivoting their business to Free to play mobile NFT games or whatever.

    Far Cry finally got rid of the most annoying bits (like the infamous towers), but that’s pretty much the extent of the series’ progress. Far Cry 6 doesn’t improve on the core concept in any way. Still, all the expected mechanics work as advertised and keep the game above the line.

    Far Cry 6 is a work that strives for progress while maintaining stability. There are ancestral gameplays of the series that have not been outdated, and some system optimizations and improvements that keep pace with the times. In general, it is still a familiar formula and a familiar taste.

    Upon reaching the end of this review, I’ve come away with a revelation. Yes, Far Cry 6 is the accumulated chemical detritus from years of similar lab experiments, layered and stratified, compounded with time and pressure. But it isn’t a catalyst. I am. I played Far Cry 6 to completion: I pressed buttons to shoot guns and progress the plot; I killed an inordinate number of animals to buy upgrades; I equipped new pairs of pants to make myself stealthier. And at the end of it all, I felt nothing. I was unchanged by the experience.
